Chapter 25: Dissonance (November 11th 2019 A.D. - Monday 6 AM)
Shon awoke, to find a young fox nuzzling against his stomach, Kitsune's arms wrapped around him. The folf smiled down at Kitsune. Placing a paw on the back of Kitsune's head, Shon gave a soft rub down the fox's brown hair. Shon noticed the fox's ear twitch, a soft voice came from him, sounds of his awakening. He felt the paw move from his body and slowly the fox rolled onto his back yawning and rubbing at his eyes. Shon looked over giving a wider smile, as the fox's eyes opened into cracks.
"Have a good rest?" Shon asked softly. Kitsune gave a nod, rubbing at his own hair, to get it from his eyes.
"Good, any nice dreams?"
Kitsune shook his head to answer, as no. Shon rubbed Kitsune's chest softly and hugged him close.
"Good, I'm going to go get a shower, okay?" Shon looked at Kitsune's face, seeming quite unrest and tired "you'll be okay for a few minutes I'm sure". Kitsune gave a nod, before the folf stood; Kitsune blushed as he noticed the folf's unclothed body, strutting towards the bathroom, morning wood jutting stiff from his sheath. Kitsune could feel a stirring from his own sheath as he glimpsed upon the naked presence. The door closed behind Shon as he walked through the bathroom door. Kitsune murred at the sight before falling onto the back of his head on the pillow looking up to the ceiling, he felt his sheath grow tight. Blushing Kitsune placed his right paw into the sheets, stroking slowly at himself.
Murring he began to lean back speeding up the strokes, slowly beginning to grasp at the ascending cock, which pushed out. Continuing the motion he felt his knot form at the base, and began to rub around it, eyes closing in his ecstatic state. The motions got heavier as the sheets and cover began to move with his paw. "I-I am sorry" Kitsune looked away embarrassed out of being caught. Shon shook his head giving out a breath giving a smile.
"Don't worry about it, it's natural" he began to speak at his normal pace now no seeming surprise left.
"n-no it...it was rude of me".
"No really it's fine, you should finish, it's nothing, these weeks have been hard for you".
"No..." Kitsune spoke softly "it's not right".
"Come on, I'll show you don't be afraid, we're both males, you think I don't paw?"
Kitsune still looked away. Shon walked over and sat down in the chair, giving a smile and pulling the towel from around him, a bit of his red manhood poking from his sheath.
"I mean it, come on kit" He smiled over to the young fox "there is nothing wrong with it, I've got nothing to hide and I'm sure you don't either". Slowly the folf began to stroke at his own sheath giving a murr; Kitsune peeked to his side looking upon it before turning around feeling awkward, as he watched. He looked upon the sight feeling less awkward as the folf began to harden, his full length out, Kitsune could not help but look upon the seven inches of folf meat being strokes by his paw, up and down the length. The folf began to rub fast murring at the feeling, his knot swelling as he neared climax, Kitsune reached for his own sheath under the sheets until, slowly his mind began to flow, and he began to think of Ozwot. The folf began to climax with a soft groan his eyes closed by now, Kitsune's ears dropped as he began thinking about his mate. He began to feel the guilt run through him for watching the sight and almost partaking, his heart pounded as Kitsune jumped up wrapping the covers around himself and rushing out the door so suddenly that Shon, look bewildered at the now closed bed room door.
Kit threw himself on the couch, giving a frown as he shivered and twitched at his thoughts. A few moments passed and Kitsune shook his head, his eyes seeming down, before he looked over to the door. The letters that once came; twice a week seemed to have stopped within the last four weeks. Kitsune had almost forgotten his worry before his guilt rushed to him. Leaning back in the couch Kitsune felt himself on the verge of tears a dirge of sadness driving itself deeper into his heart. Giving out a sigh, Kitsune heard the shower start up and shook his head, placing a paw at his chest. Kitsune stood up going for the room once more, feeling that he needs to put clothes over his naked body.
Finding his way through the room, no light seeming to run through the window now, but in the other room light raining down through the blinds unto the floor. Kitsune shook his head not thinking too much on the strange occurrence as pulled clothes from his bag, which he had just cleaned the clothes within a week ago, Ozwot's clothes slightly too big for him. Taking out the clothes he began to place them on his body, a light blue long sleeved dress shirt with black pants. Kitsune looked down at the pendant that hang from his collar and pulled it upwards staring into it.
A sharp sound rang through Kitsune's head like a bullet through the brain, Kitsune fell to his knees, breathing slowing almost to a halt as he felt a paw fall onto his shoulder looking to his right at the black paw, Kitsune's eyes widened as slowly moving to the side of him, he saw the fox with the black fur and red hair, with eyes to match. His grim appearance staring into Kitsune's eyes with evil intent.
"Good morning" It spoke in a wispy dark voice, no good intention found within "He's not coming back". Kitsune shook his head trying to get in more air but failing, trying to scream out but nothing but air flowing from his throat.
"Hopeless" It said stroking its claw along Kitsune's collar, black smoke filling the room "I just want to die...yes...that's what your thinking...death would be easier...it would have been easier back then...you should have listened to me". Kitsune heard the door open beside him, and slowly the figure and smoke faded away as the light from the bathroom peered into the room. The fox felt his breathing continue and he stood up quickly.
"What's wrong?" Shon asked.
"N-nothing I fell" Kitsune lied.
"I meant before...I...If I was too open I'm sorry" Shon spoke slowly "I...can understand". Kitsune shook his head before looking away.
"I...just can't do that Shon" Kitsune said softly "it's not you...I...I'm just too shy for that". Shon nodded pulling a white long sleeved shirt over himself, walking out with blue jeans around his legs.
"Come on get ready, I'll walk you to class today, you seem a little out of it" Shon approached Kitsune holding out a paw. Kitsune picked up his book bag swinging it over his shoulder and placing his arm through it before taking Shon's paw, and nodding. Shon led him out of the dorm, and they began to descend before Shon stopped for a moment then turned to Kitsune with a blush around his cheeks.
"Actually it's a littler early for that isn't it" he chuckled looking over Kitsune. Kitsune tilted his head and then thought about it then blushed himself giving a smile.
"Oh my, I really didn't notice" Kitsune replied "wanna just walk around then?"
Shon nodded as reply to the question. So they began to descend the large stairs for the dorm building, the brick walls around them, fading because of the perishing light coming from the only approaching sunrise. As they moved under the arch which was the exit created by the stairs that went upwards, Kitsune noticed Ryu standing talking with Aide, Yoshi and Shadow near them, they all seemed huddled around the large tree near the center of the grounds. Kitsune noticed he never really looked around to absorb the surroundings of the place, after seeing his mate, his mind had no other thought than to be with him, but now his mind was a little more open, and yet too cold to be impressed by the beauty of the grounds around him. Kitsune looked around, having an interest now in his surroundings, looking up on the other dorm buildings, which were all across from each other, in straight lines that appeared to be twenty yards apart, across the grounds in random spots flowers bloomed about, with dandelions mixed in.
In the distance Kitsune noticed Leo mowing the grass on a riding lawn mower, his wings made him quite apparent to the fox. Suddenly Kitsune snapped out of his train of thought as Shon jerked on his arm, surprising the fox.
"Come on, go talk to your friends" Shon Said giving Kitsune a smile "you haven't spoken to them much". Kitsune nodded and padded across the grounds over to Ryu.
"Hey" Kitsune called, grabbing the attention of the group. Yoshi rushed over first and squeezed Kitsune close to her; the fox's eyes shut with a smile and blush across his face.
"How are you lil' bro?" She asked loudly.
"Fine" Kitsune was release from her grasp as he spoke "just a little down, that's all".
"Okay lil' bro, tonight me and Shadow are gonna come by and we're gonna go out somewhere, so you can have some fun"
Kitsune smiled in return "that would be great sis". Kitsune then waved at Ryu.
"What's up?" Ryu nodded to Kitsune.
"Not much, lot's of homework...oh yeah" Kitsune smiled "what's up? The sky, hard cocks, roofs, helicopters, airplanes". Kitsune giggled at his own smart remark. Ryu chuckled at the reply, along with the rest of the group.
"You got up early to huh?" Shadow questioned looking over to Kitsune. Kitsune gave a nod as reply. Shon now walked up behind Kitsune and stood there looking over the large tree.
"Well it's good time to catch up" Ryu spoke quickly.
"Where's Kagome?" Kitsune looked over to Ryu.
"She isn't out yet; she woke up late and is still getting ready as far as she told me"
Kitsune nodded and then looked to Shon. The clouds above them were white like cotton balls floating in the sky, off to the east of the large tree in the distance dark clouds could be seen forming. Kitsune gave a sigh, his thoughts still blazing through his mind. Ryu looked around then gave a breathe.
"Has jay bothered you anymore?" Ryu suddenly asked, snapping Kitsune's thoughts once more. Kitsune shook his head not opening his maw.
"AGF?" Yoshikuni's voice rang in.
"Not too much" Kitsune looked towards the parking lot trying not to think on it too much
"They don't do much lately just a rude remarks, and comments here and there, probably too busy for it...speaking of which, I've decided the next meeting for GLS will be on the twentieth, though the fund raiser won't be till December."
"Why wait that long?" Ryu asked.
"So furs can get things together, we don't have any funds right now to do anything fun and out there to be noticed and a lot of furs are too busy right now, that classes are getting heated with assignments, I figure a nice winter pick me up before break or during it might be nice".
"Well actually" Shon cut in "I was thinking maybe set up a donation sort of thing for the group, it may not get much but even just a little is useful. Maybe start a group magazine or paper too, that would be after we get the group going and money coming in, you're going for a masters no?"
Kitsune nodded, "Yes, I want to be a writer and I figure a masters degree will be taken seriously rather than bachelors".
(Meanwhile, near the back of the school)
A small group of furs is huddled up, all of them wearing black hoodies, the AGF symbol on the backs, in a bloodstain texture.
"So what's up jerry?" Jayson rung in, staring over to the shortest fur there, Jerry.
"I think it's finally time we leave a message for these furs, without a leader now AGF has got to be ready for this new coming bastards, normally Jay would become Leader, but jay you're not making any plans, and my plan is gone because the damned wolf is gone now...probably scared away heh" Jerry scoffed "so I say the first of us to put a plan in action and scare those pricks is leader".
"Be leader!" Jayson shouted, everyone backing up "What the hell does leader matter, of course I'm not starting shit, It's not even about the GLS it's about Ryu, now I know him and he's no bad guy and I don't wanna mess with him".
"He's joined with those fuckin' queers" Jerry shouted back "now everyone listen, I'm gonna get that Fox, since Jay here is too much of a wuss to do it, see that fox's boyfriend is out of the picture, and that boy is scrawny, I'm gonna take him down tomorrow, near the large tree which he passes on his way back, and I need you people to make sure no one is around, teachers, friend all that, and I'll humiliate this guy". The group nodded.
"What about Elwood?" a cougar stepped forward.
"What about Elwood!" Jerry screamed "he's no better than Jay's friend here, if he's there kick his ass too".
"How will we make sure no one sees?"
"Easy" Jerry smirked "start a fight among yourselves, at the entrance. On Tuesdays the fox goes to the dorm alone, the guy who is always with him has more classes then him so the fox is all alone".
"You're fucked up Jerry" Jayson shook his head and began to walk away from the group.
"Keep saying shit like that, and Mathew will take your place, he's a queen hatin' machine". Jay shook his head not giving an answer as he walked off. Jerry spat on the ground to the right of him.
(Meanwhile at the entrance of the university)
Kitsune walked towards the doors, Shon, Yoshi, Kagome, Aide, and Shadow with him, Ryu having forgotten his bag before he came out.
"Hey!" Jayson came from around the corner of wall, shouting towards Kitsune. Kitsune stopped and looked over towards him, his eyes as slits.
"What do you want?" Kitsune stopped along with the group.
"I'm not here to fight with you, just to say you need to stop all of this GLS stuff, I mean what are you gonna accomplish other than getting yourself hurt by Jerry?"
"I'm not stopping because of threats, I have no more words for you" Kitsune continued walking at the end of his words, Shon rubbing his shoulder as the group continued to walk.
Coming to the Anthropology class room Kitsune broke off, leaving Yoshi, Shon and Aide on there own as Shadow and Kitsune walked into the class room.
Kitsune sat at his desk leaning back in the chair the room still slightly empty, both him and Shadow were somewhat early to the class room. Ryu came in almost immediately as they sat down, Mr. Jefferies at his desk flipping through papers. A few minutes went by and furs piled in, a group of furs sitting together wearing black hoods "AGF" insignia on the backs.
*** (ten minutes into the class period)
Lesson had started the moment the bell rang, no one speaking, Kitsune began to stare at his notes. There he stared at a sketch he made, on it was a rose, sketched around the top of the page, small petals flowing off of it. Staring at this made his thoughts flow around Ozwot his mate. He began to think about his feelings for Shon, how disrespectful they were, and Kitsune's heart began to pound. His mind then rushed to his hopes, but inevitably those shattered from the facts that have manifested. The fox heard a loud, ugly, almost sickly sound, scratchy and high pitched. Kitsune then looked up from the note book feeling a cold air; slowly he saw black smoke rolling over the class room. The smoke rolled around the center, the furs around him working as if they saw nothing, Kitsune's eyes widened as he looked up the slowly forming, figure, a fox with black fur, crimson hair, and eyes as blood.
The figure glided towards him its appearance stopping at the front of his desk smirking at him, the malicious thoughts it conceived in its eyes.
"You are alone!" It shouted at him in its misty voice reaching clawed digits towards his head, Kitsune pulled back giving a scream everyone in the class room, staring at him now, Mr. Jefferies lecture pausing as he looked upon him.
"No one will help you" the figure said "he won't come back".
Kitsune shook his head beginning to find breathing hard his body constricting. The figure suddenly reappeared beside him, placing its dark paws around his neck, but not squeezing.
"Maybe you should just give up now...it can all be fixed with this!" it shouted as it squeezed around Kitsune's neck. The fox's breathing stopped, Kitsune clenched his eyes and struggled freeing himself from the apparitions grasp, he crawled over the desk, coughing, and falling on to his paws, Ryu, Ryan, Shadow and Sakura quickly standing up and rushing over as Kitsune breathed but nothing more than blood fell to the ground, as the figure placed its paw into Kitsune's back.
He felt his heart throb and his throat close, as he fell to the ground weakly rolling onto his back. Giving one last breathe Kitsune fell backwards, staring up at a smirking black furred fox, it's evil eyes staring into his and saying "...Now just die..."
From a desk near Kitsune's group a fur jumped up wrapped in a large coat, and threw the coat off revealing he was a fox with a white shirt on, a red cross on it and words reading "Furries university veterinary". The fur rushed down towards Kitsune, falling onto its knees and placing its ear to his chest. The Fox shook his head as he saw Kitsune fall unconscious his eyes shutting and his heart and a slow rate. Quickly the fox applied Pressure under Kitsune's chest, then rushed his paw to Kitsune's cheeks squeezing them to wear his maw was open, and placed his own to it, breathing inside. He pulled back, Kitsune still unconscious un-breathing. Once again he applied Pressure and then placing his mouth to Kitsune's breathing in.
He pulled back breathing in and out quickly sweating, as he saw Kitsune's chest move up and down, the young fox still unconscious. The fox looked around then breathed out slowly.
"Get some furs to carry him to the Vet's office, now". Ryu nodded kneeling down and picking Kitsune up who hung limp in Ryu's arms.
"Don't dawdle" the fox said "he needs to be there now".
Kitsune found himself in a dark misty, un-detailed environment. He stood at first running searching for some sort of light, he felt himself growing tired and fell to his knees, hearing the voice of the figure "Give up..."
Kitsune sat down slowly, his body twitching and shaking, he grabbed his knees hugging them to his body as he began to weep. The smoke slowly crawled around his body as his sadness and disillusionment formed in his heart.
