Cameron had sat at the bar for hours, his black tipped ears slicked back and a despondent expression wreathing his muzzle and eyes. Idly, he reached up and scratched between his antlers, hooflets clicking against them as his mind wandered. He had only what was cruelly referred to as a spikers set of antlers, small, pathetic and really - a joke. Glancing around, he admired the other Stag's, their antlers large, powerful and tipped with razor like spikes.

With a sigh of frustration, Cameron reached into his jeans pocket then threw a handful of notes onto the bar as he rose on none too steady cloven hooves and turned about. With a startled gasp, he found himself muzzle first with someone's large, well muscled furred chest.

Fear seized him and his eyes widened, before he felt strong paws grip him by the shoulders. Leaning backwards, he looked up, unable to help his in-drawn breath as the scent of the strong, dominant Buck filled his nostrils. He felt one paw cup him under the chin and lift it up, before the Bull Elk looked down at the quivering Whitetail.

"Easy little brother - " Smiled the Elk, his voice deep and powerful, but the smile and his eyes twinkling with good humour and gentleness.

Cameron's eyes widened further, as he took in the behemoth that stood before him. Cameron was small, he admitted that, for a Whitetail, only five feet three - this Elk made him feel like a fawn. He was at least six and a half or seven feet tall, and outweighed Cameron by a good hundred pounds or more!

A low moan escaped Cameron's throat, as fear turned his knees to jelly. Gently, the Elk laughed and sat Cameron down on a chair, before the Whitetail collapsed.

"I've always loved your kind," Come that beautiful, masculine voice, as the Elk straddled the opposite chair and sat down. "So handsome in your markings, yet so - flighty!"

Nervously, Cameron looked down at the table top, lost for words as he nodded once.

"Easy!" Laughed the Elk, as he reached out and gently patted Cameron's forearm. "You're safe here, nobody will hurt you little brother, take a breath, that's it..."

Cameron swallowed and nervously glanced through his long eyelashes, before he swallowed again and tried to speak, but nothing come out of his constricting throat. Wit ha wave of a dark furred paw, the Elk ordered two more drinks.

"I'm Daniel..."

"I - " Squeaked Cameron, his ears slashing backwards, as he nervously squirmed. "I'm Cameron..."

Taking the Whitetail's paw in his much larger one, Daniel grinned and shook it gently.

"There, was that so bad?" Daniel asked, quirking an eyebrow.

As the Wolfess placed the two pitchers of beer on the table, Daniel pushed one over towards Cameron. Taking his own in one paw, he took three large swallows then set the pitcher back down and wiped the foam from his dark muzzle.

Cameron blinked, before timidly taking the other pitcher, holding it in both paws, his hooflets clattering against the cold glass.

"I don't think - " Cameron stammered, then squeezed his eyes closed and shivered.

Cameron looked down at the pitcher, then awkwardly began drinking. It was way more than he usually consumed in one go, and he was several minutes before he set it down and belched long and loud, eyes widening before he covered his muzzle and his inner ears turned red with embarrassment.

"Nicely done!" Daniel laughed and nodded. "Not many can drink one of those in one go, you've got a gift, that's for sure."

"Urf..." Cameron gurgled, as he held his paws to his muzzle. "So much salt..."

Daniel grinned. "Salt, minerals and other things we deer need, its why I frequent this bar - they know how to look after our kind!"

Cameron stood, then braced himself with one paw on the table, before he swayed and pressed a paw against his head.

"Woah..."

Rising, Daniel laughed quietly and gently placed a arm over the smaller Stag's shoulder.

"Know your limits young Buck, you're not going to impress anyone if you fall face first on the floor, now, lets get you settled..."

Cameron would have stumbled, if Daniel hadn't laughed quietly, then gently scooped up the unsteady Whitetail and cuddled him like he would a fawn.

"No more alcohol for you, you've had enough..." Daniel murmured as he carried him out the back of the bar, the patrons laughter following in their wake.

Placing Cameron on a large, soft bed, Daniel sat in a chair and looked at the Whitetail before him, who moaned softly and quivered.

"I guess I'm not - " Cameron grunted, as he weakly pushed himself up the bed, then blinked slowly, neither completely aware nor cognisant of what was going on.

"I'd assumed as much," Daniel laughed softly. "Now, the truth little one - I'm curious, what brought you to the Antler Inn, this fine fall night?"

Cameron accepted the drink of water, holding it in both paws before he swallowed it, then glanced around. Quiet, semi-lit by sweet scented candles yet underlying that aroma - was the strong, masculine scent of the Bull elk - the musk scent undeniable and irresistible to Doe's - and to those of similar disposition.

"I - " Cameron blushed, then buried his muzzle in his paws. "Its - "

Coming over, Daniel sat on the edge of the bed and watched the obviously distressed Whitetail fight his emotions.

"I thought as much, hey, easy young one - you're safe here! We don't mind the alternative sexual kind here, if anything, we welcome them!"

"I'm not, its just..." Cameron stammered, his ears betraying his blush.

Placing a paw under Cameron's chin, Daniel lifted his head up to look into those large, dark brown eyes.

"You're young, barely eighteen unless I'm mistaken, you're shy, insecure and curious about your sexuality and so on!"

Cameron swallowed and timidly tried to look away. "I've never - I mean - I come looking for a Doe, a one night stand, because of...of the - "

Nodding, Daniel smiled and gently caressed Cameron's quivering muzzle, then gripped it and used his thumb and fingers to lightly rub at it.

"Its rutting season for your kind, isn't it?" Daniel asked simply. "You don't have to answer, I can both sense and smell it on you. Urges are almost overwhelming, believe me, you're not alone!"

Cameron shrank back against the bed head, his eyes widening.

"Oh...oh!" Daniel's own eyes widened, before he smiled and gently ruffled Cameron's ears. "You've never - oh my..."

Cameron's breath caught in his throat as he swallowed again, then hung his head.

"I've never been with a Doe - I just...don't like them like that and -"

Daniel nodded and smiled comfortingly. "Relax, you'll give yourself a heart attack, you're so tightly wound from stress and anxiety! I know, our ancient urges come the rut compel us, despite our best efforts and the marvels of science... So, you're - there's no delicate way to word this, so I'll just say it. You're a virgin, whose never been with a Doe...or a Buck."

With a shiver, Cameron nodded and hung his head. Tenderly, Daniel lifted up Cameron's head again, then trailed a hooflet lightly down from between Cameron's antlers, to the tip of his leathery nose, feeling the Whitetail tremble.

"Ultimately, the question is - do you wish to explore these feelings you have, safe, carefully and with your consent - you tell me, and we'll stop immediately." Daniel whispered, as he held Cameron's gaze. "What would you like to do with me Cameron?"

"Uh..." Cameron gurgled, eyes widening.

Daniel straddled Cameron's quivering legs, then knelt over him, placing both large paws on the Whitetail's chest and gently kneading the muscles beneath the fur.

"Or what would you like _done_to you..."

Cameron stared, wide eyed, his ears flattening.
