Aaron swore it to himself that he'd never bother with a convention again.

Despite doing so, he still found himself sitting at a hotel bar once more, drinking the same overpriced drinks from a bartender that didn't care to chat if you weren't tipping more than 30 percent. He honestly couldn't remember who had convinced him to give the show another try, or why he bothered to listen in the first place, but he knew for a fact that he was going to be saving his money the next year, and putting it to better uses.

While he still had some to blow, he was eager for another drink, but he didn't relish paying for a cocktail that came with a degrading glare and a piss-poor attitude.

"Really wish it was Monday morning already. I don't think I left myself enough miles to change my flight home to an earlier departure..."

It was an unfortunately familiar situation for Aaron: things didn't go quite as planned, and though some of his better friends made an effort to bring out the best of the weekend, there was no denying a certain air of frustration and futility. Like a miasma, it lingered around the entire convention and left Aaron feeling out of place even when he was included, so much so that he was sitting at the furthest end of the bar, doing his best to avoid the slowly growing crowd at the other side.

"Well, as long as you're stuck here, your glass is looking pretty empty. You might as well fill it up or free the seat, pal."

You don't have to take that attitude from him, you know.

He'd heard the voice many times before, and in the back of his mind, it was always threatening to take over and do the things that he could not. Long ago, he came up with a name to go along with the taunting harmony of her voice, but there was so much more to her than the siren call of her domineering spirit.

She was a real, living part of him, and when the darkness that settled in became too much to handle, she wouldn't stop knocking on the door of his mind until she was freed.

"There's two empty seats next to me," Aaron replied. His grimace didn't invite any company to take those spots, but at that moment in time, he was hopeful that his end of the bar would remain a ghost town. "I'm pretty sure it's not a big deal if I stay and take my time with another drink."

"I'll give you half off if you just take the damn thing up to your room and stop sulking up my bar, stranger."

On one hand, Aaron was insulted to think that his presence was actually a detriment to the business.

On the other, he was never one to turn down a cheaper drink, and the longer he sat around the bartender, the more his mood soured.

"Make it half off of a top shelf cocktail, and _maybe_I'll pick my ass up off of this barstool," Aaron did his best to negotiate things in his favor. "If you've got any Woodford Single Barrel, in fact, I'd let you off the hook with that."

"There's a group of people that have been hovering around back in the commons for a while, kind of eyeing the bar. I'm just trying to keep the money coming in, sir."

"That's not really my concern."

"You're a part of this freak show, right?" he asked, looking around at the diverse culture that was making the hotel into their own personal playground. "Well, if you like this hotel and want to keep coming back, then it is definitely your concern how much money I pull in."

"Trust me, I have about as much fun at these things as you do," Aaron explained. "I won't be making the mistake of coming back, but frankly, if you care that much about your daily totals, maybe you give the kind of service that deserves a repeat customer, hm?"

Aaron wasn't a stranger to difficult customers, and his history working as a paramedic meant that he couldn't give the kind of attitude that this bartender was giving his own.

As much as he hated giving such an abrasive critique to someone that was trapped behind a counter, he only felt it was fair, given the way that their demeanor changed the moment that they moved back to the busier part of the bar. He waited a long time before formulating his opinion, and he wasn't going to feel guilty about it anymore.

"You know what? Fine. You want service?" the man huffed as he slammed down a fresh, short glass and grabbed the requested bottle. Frustration was in his every move as he yanked the cork free and spilled all over the counter, pouring far more than he ever should have into a single glass. "There. On the house. There's your fucking service, pal...now get the hell away from my bar."

We could take him down a peg or two, Aaron. Hell...I'm not even being kinky. We could just kill this one.

"You know damn well that isn't how the real world works," Aaron muttered, hoping that the voice in his head would abandon that deadly quest before it began.

"What'd you say, fella?"

"Don't worry about it," Aaron shook his head and placed a few bills on the counter, despite the drink being offered for free. He could see the outburst of the bartend had attracted a few judgmental stares, and that was the last thing he needed to endure in his current mood. "I get that your job sucks sometimes, dude; seriously, I do. Try not to take it out on the quiet ones, okay?"

The advice was cryptic enough for the bartender to think of calling management, but when Aaron lifted the glass and stepped away from the bar, his prediction about the distant crowd came true: they flew to the bar and took the empty stools as soon as there were enough in a row to seat the party.

Behind their demands, Aaron was able to fade back into obscurity without any interference from the hotel staff.

Couldn't I just choke him a little bit, Aaron? Just enough to see his eyes start to roll back in his head?

"You're in quite a mood tonight, Tess..."

And every drink you take brings me closer to the surface. You should really know better than to keep slogging through your booze like that.

"Funny you say that. Every sip I take, I feel like your voice gets further away..."

It's called getting tipsy. I think you're pretty familiar with the concept by now.

Aaron winced his eyes for a moment and took a full swig of his drink. He knew it was foolish to stop in the middle of a moving crowd of people, but he needed a proper gulp, and taking one of those on the move was a surefire way to end up with half of his 'cocktail' on his shirt.

When it ended up there anyway, he couldn't hide the groan of frustration; it took every ounce of restraint he had left not to throw the glass across the hotel lobby.

"Probably wasn't the wisest place to pause, was it?"

For a moment, Aaron was hesitant to turn around. The voice was mocking him just enough that he wondered if Tess somehow separated herself from his body and popped out of his skull to mess with him, but when he finally did spin, he was looking down at a short, and understandably frustrated woman.

"I guess that's what I get for trying to avoid spilling on myself," Aaron sighed. He reached into his pocket and offered the woman a napkin, seeing that he'd managed to spill a little bit over his shoulder and onto her top in the process. "Sorry that I got you caught in the crossfire."

"You're gonna get caught again if we don't move out of the way," she reminded him. People were starting to walk around the two of them, but the erratic flow of traffic at the average convention meant that the only safe places to stop were in guest rooms, and against the walls of larger common areas. "Hopefully you've got more than one napkin, though."

Seeing that Aaron was a little off of his gourd, the woman huffed and grabbed him by the wrist. Her determination was impressive and her pathway was swift as she escorted him through the crowd of people, wondering if he needed more help than he was letting on.

"We should probably go back there and clean the floor, shouldn't we?" he asked.

"You didn't spill that much, dude. I think most of it got on us."

If her auburn tresses were just a little longer, they would have reached far enough down her chest to cover up the stain upon her shirt, but the darker color of the bourbon against the gray tone of her top made it too obvious for her to carry on without continuing: a hint of her brassier was starting to show.

"Well, thanks for taking one for the floor, then," he tried his best to joke and seem as loose as he really was, but a self-conscious nature made acting that tipsy a struggle. "I've only got one napkin left, I'm afraid, but...it's all yours, of course."

"Better than nothing," she replied, her voice quiet and dry. "It's not really gonna dry this out properly, though."

Aaron was too cognizant of the location of the stain, but where he was trying to be a gentleman and avert his eyes from her brushing the tissue across her chest, Tess was tugging the strings and giggling at every glance she could steal.

She wouldn't have pulled you aside like this if she didn't want some attention, Aaron. She would have taken the first napkin and been on her way.

He couldn't tell her that she was wrong without seeming completely insane, and he wasn't in the mood to explain the voice; the literal other presence that was waiting for her in the back of his mind.

"I'm sure I've got a few more towels up in my room, if you needed them," Aaron offered.

"Every hotel room here has towels, thankfully. I appreciate the offer and all."

She's just stringing you along, Aaron. She still hasn't walked away.

"Is that where you were heading?" he asked, hoping that his words wouldn't come across as too invasive.

At a fandom-based convention, there was no telling who you would share a connection with. Everyone had a story of making a friend in an unlikely place, and at the moment, the fact that someone was chatting with Aaron without spitting in his face was a step in the right direction.

"Actually, I was gonna go check out the rave, but...now I've gotta go change," she let out a quiet sigh and tried not to appear frustrated about that fact, knowing that Aaron didn't spill on her on purpose. "Were you thinking about heading that way?"

In truth, Aaron was just going to go back to his room and spend the rest of the night drinking himself to sleep, and he'd always been told that honest was the best policy.

In this instance, he had a feeling that was a bit too heavy of a confession to make.

"I was just getting ready to go back up to my room, actually."

"This early?"

"Yeah, I...let's just say that I've got some good friends, but I was kinda hoping to spend some time alone."

He didn't mean to alter his voice in such a way, but Tess was already digging her claws into the back of his skull. He didn't think it was the right time to smile, but she pulled up at the corner of his lip just enough to show the hints of an arrogant smirk.

She was testing waters that he refused to even go near.

"You, uh...y-you don't mean what I think you mean, do you?" she tilted her head, looking put-off at first. "Most guys wouldn't be bold enough to just put it all out there like that, but then again...you didn't really have any problem sneaking a few peeks at the mess you caused."

Aaron was silently cursing Tess for pushing his eyes that way when he was trying to be respectful, but just as she'd planned, those quick, sneaky glances were enticing the girl into further conversation.

"Maybe I just wanted to see how good you were at cleaning up a mess with your hands."

She scoffed, her jaw dropping in quiet disbelief...but the longer she sat there and waited for him to say something, the more her open mouth started pulling into a similar grin. "You're awfully brave, pulling those kinds of lines with me, mister. You've got no idea who you're trying to get into bed with!"

The rumors of promiscuity that followed the convention scene existed for a reason, and though Aaron wasn't as privy to those experiences himself, Tess had more than enough history to help him fill in the gaps.

When the brilliant, devious green of her eyes appeared to pierce and swirl the chocolate depths of his irises, it was only a matter of time before she took total control of the situation...and the woman across from her.

"Believe me, sweetie...I could say the same."

Whoever the woman was, she hadn't missed the change of Aaron's eyes: slow, and then sudden, as if someone had dropped new food coloring into the tongue of a blender. "How...h-how did you do that?"

"I'm afraid I don't give away those kinds of secrets for free. It'll cost your name, at least."

She snickered. "It's Monica...now pay up."

"Right here? Not a chance. It'll attract way too much attention."

"I was gonna go up to your room with you anyway," Monica admitted. "But you do owe me a new top...and an explanation."

"I might have something that you can slip into later," Tess whispered. Her voice was coming through clearer by the moment as the tone of an alcohol-soaked throat continued to shift. "As for the explanation, I think the physical display will answer your question better than my words ever could...but I'm not one for doing public performances...not for free, at least."

Monica couldn't help noticing that change, but it wasn't enough to dissuade her curiosity. "That's fair," she agreed. "I've already paid my price, though...so you'd better hold up your end of the bargain."

Aaron was getting pushed further and further down into his own subconscious as the conversation carried on, but Tess was done playing games with her words.

This time, she took Monica by the wrist and led her toward her guest room. "Enjoy making those kinds of demands while you can, Monica. You won't be able to for much longer."

**

What compelled Monica to follow a total stranger up to their room could only be described as living in the thrill of the moment.

She might have gone back to her own room if she hadn't seen the subtle changes in Aaron's expression when he smiled at her, or if she hadn't felt the intensity of his gaze on her bodice as he helped to clean her up.

If nothing else, she appreciated him being a gentleman in the moment, but as she followed him down the hallway to his hotel room, she couldn't help noticing a rather feminine saunter in his step.

"You sure seem to know your way around here. Isn't your first con, is it?" Monica asked, as she waited for Aaron to fumble his room key out of his pocket.

Of course, Aaron wasn't in control of any of his own physical motions anymore, and even when a hand finally came free of a pocket, the digits were slimmer and softer, as if they were taken better care of.

"Not my first, but it was gonna be my last. I'm getting tired of the convention scene...too crowded, too expensive, and too much negativity for me."

The door swung open with a quiet beep , and Monica followed Tess inside with a quick look over her own shoulder, as if she worried that one of her friends might see what she was up to; she hadn't told them that she was going to be late to the rave yet. "It's not all negativity, dude. Sounds to me like you just need to find some new people to hang out with."

"And now you know why I really invited you up here," Tess joked.

Monica cocked a brow as she closed the door behind her with a quick bump of her hip. "For positive reinforcement? I'm not saying you're full of it, but just a few minutes ago, your eyes were brown."

"I invited you up because you seem like fun, but after that little barb? I bet you're a little too cheeky for your own good," Tess theorized. "I'd threaten to take you down a couple notches, but I get the impression that you'd enjoy yourself too much for the lesson to stick."

"Sweetie, you say that like you could take me down," Monica countered. Auburn tresses were brushed from the path of a hazel gaze as she stared down who she thought was Aaron, but she could see the change in expression continuing past the shift of two determined irises. "Plenty of guys have tried to pin me down before, but none of them have ever been able to keep me under them for very long...and they always end up wearing the cuffs. All bark and no bite, get it?"

"Plenty of guys, you said?"

"Mmhm."

"And just how many women have tried?"

"Not quite as many. They're not always my speed, but there's one of two that I've fooled around with. I don't think they'd have any better chance of putting me in my place, though."

Fangs pushed into a grin that was growing wider and longer by the second. Aaron was trapped in the back of his own mind anymore, forced to watch as Tess imposed her shape on his physical body. "You say that, but then...you've probably never met a woman like me before."

Aaron's body was typical enough for an adult male, making it plainly obvious when full, soft breasts began growing against the surface of his t-shirt...but Monica was taken by just as much surprise when she saw discoloration on a once human face. Darkness was gathering at the point of Tess' nose as her canine features began crawling into reality, little by little, until the elongated bones of her cheeks made it obvious enough that a muzzle was forming.

For all of the animations of a transformation that Monica had seen, nothing about her time in the furry fandom would have prepared her for seeing a genuine blend of human and lupine characteristics in real time.

"I don't think I've ever met anyone who could make their face...m-melt," Monica stammered over her words as she tried to guess the right one. She slumped back against the door slightly, her already fair complexion turning pale as her ears picked up on the mild crackling of a restructuring face. "Looks...k-kinda cool, though..."

Warm, cozy fur of middling brown wrapped around a pointing snout as Tess took a step closer. She lifted her t-shirt to show that the growing patterns of fur continued all the way down from her neck to the forming valley of her cleavage, where darker browns gave way to a soft, creamy underbelly of smoother fur.

Aroused as she was by their earlier flirting, Monica still struggled to focus on the newly formed bosom when the fleshy length of a tail was starting to sway from side to side behind Tess.

"Give it just a few more minutes, and I promise I'll be the coolest thing you've ever seen," Tess suggested. "Honestly, for most people at this miserable convention, I'd be a dream come true...but what you say next will decide if I'm gonna be that, or your worst nightmare."

A long, canid tongue pushed between the gaps of teeth that were still mostly human, but as she spoke, Tess could feel her own fangs coming into place and creating a proper resting space for the long, wet appendage.

Monica couldn't deny wanting to feel the warm, wet texture of such a tongue against her flesh, but she was still riddled with disbelief at what she was seeing.

"Something tells me you're the type that's hard to please," Monica said. She was trying to get her druthers about her, but it was hard to blame her for being panicked by the sight of a literal wolfess being formed in front of her. "And words are...g-getting harder to come by."

"Why is that? What happened to the girl that couldn't be held down by anyone, woman or man?"

Tess knew how to get what she wanted out of her potential targets, and just like that, she brought the fighting spirit back to Monica's thoughts. "She's still in there," Monica claimed. "As far as believing that any of this is real, well...she's also thinking maybe someone dosed her drink."

With her muzzle fully formed and her ears shifting up toward the top of her head with a sharp, canine shape, Tess took a final step forward and pressed her body into Monica, easing their breasts together and giving the girl a final chance to offer some resistance.

When a quiet whimper escaped her lips instead, Tess perked an ear to the sound and took a delicate sniff at the air.

"No one dosed your drink, darling. That's _genuine_desire you're putting off, and like all human girls...it's just the sweetest damned scent that I've ever known."

Longer, fuller plumes of fur wrapped around her growing tail as Tess snaked a paw down to her jeans and gave them a push. The slimming of her figure from Aaron's made that all the effort that was required to take them off, and boxers fell down with them as her entire body was exposed to Monica...but she didn't do that as a sign of offering.

It was merely a preview of what the human girl could expect, as the greedy wolfess leaned in for a long, passionate draw of her tongue. The moistened length tickled all the way from Monica's cheek to the base of her ear, where heated breath left the girl trembling.

As she quivered, the involuntary gesture shifted from mild fear and disbelief to mild pleasure and acceptance. "So it's true that...y-you canine types can really smell that on us?"

"There's quite a bit of misinformation about us, but I'd be glad to give you an education," Tess offered. "That is, of course, if you're willing to be a good student and do as you're told."

Monica would still need a minute before she felt the obvious lust that was empowering Tess, but she never dreamed that she would have such an opportunity. Fursuits were a nice substitute, but standing against her and teasing her body was a living, breathing wolfess, complete and real down to the last detail.

She didn't think such a thing was real, or even possible, but feeling the stroke of sharp, deadly claws against her messy top was forcing her to change her mind in a hurry.

"You're just determined to take control of me, aren't you?" she asked, her voice breathless both with concern and lustful acceptance.

"I'd say that I'm getting predictable," Tess murmured, "But there's no way that you saw this coming, Monica."

"I was planning to have some fun with you," she boldly admitted. "I didn't think you were hiding this kind of surprise from me, though."

"If you spread the word about this kind of thing to too many people, it attracts a lot of attention...and while I'm more than happy to put one of my pets on display for a crowd, there's something to be said for the importance of a little alone time."

"And that is?"

"You're not ready to perform in front of a crowd," Tess explained harshly. "This isn't you swaying your hips at some ecstasy-fueled rave, Monica...this is you crawling on the bed as I bend you over and spear you on my strap-on..."

The thought of that lone was such that Monica felt warm, plentiful moisture rushing to her petals. Adding a crowd left her to gasp, and in that same moment, she felt pawpads against her bare tummy; her shirt had been ripped apart by the slow drag of canine claws.

"Maybe it's b-best to start with a p-practice run..."

Tess grinned. She delighted in hearing the disjointed shiver in Monica's voice, and she felt the girl staring down, noticing that what was left of Aaron's cock had shifted back into a large, proud clit, sitting boldly under a tender hood of sensitive flesh.

"That's what I thought," Tess replied. "Get on the bed...and lose your jeans on the way."

It wasn't the first time that someone tried to order Monica around, but as she could recall, it was the first time that it worked so effortlessly. Normally, she'd protest at least a little bit, but as Tess let her up from the door, she stepped away from it with a natural, lustful sway. Looking back over her shoulder, she unbuttoned her jeans with one step and unzipped them with the next, all under the watchful eye of the wolfess.

She only paused when she tugged her panties down to her knees, and Tess gave a quick flicker of the tongue as she watched a strand of liquid desire pull away with the moistened fabric.

"So much for all of your blustery resilience," Tess jabbed at her as she watched, keeping a paw upon her own folds and giving her body a quick tease as she enjoyed the show.

Monica tried to hesitate at the edge of the bed, but as she stepped out of her jeans, she wondered just what kind of trouble she'd be in for trying to fight back.

It was all in the name of good fun, but she was still a little nervous as she started crawling into the bed, only to stop with one knee upon it. "Who said I was done resisting?" she asked, looking back over her shoulder and making sure the part of her tender folds was visible.

Tess knew the pose was meant to entice her, but she was still the own mistress of her sexual destiny; Monica wasn't, and the wolfess needed to remind her new capture of that fact.

" I did ," Tess growled. Behind the quick taste of her own pawpad as she licked her juices from it, she showed a quick flash of her fangs and marched right over to the bed, taking a grip on Monica's hips and pushing her into place. "And you can thank me for telling you so later..."

"I did n-..._nooot..._o-oh, fuck..."

Monica's protest was cut short by the quick, skillful brush of Tess' tongue against her teasingly parted slit. Her juices were already overflowing, and the greedy canine made sure to sample every little bit that Monica offered to her in a series of long, slow strokes, letting the flat of her tongue part the delicate petals and add a delightful pressure to the girl's entrance.

She trembled as she tried to crawl away, but Tess could already see Monica's resolve fading fast.

"That's what I thought," she muttered. Her tongue withdrew after a quick, cleaning swipe over her own muzzle, but she'd already gotten the scent of the lustful human on her nose, and until she abated her own desires, escaping from that delightful aroma would be impossible.

The strap-on on the side of the bed wouldn't quite solve that problem for her, but it was a great place for Tess to get started.

"Is...i-is this really happening?" Monica tried to ask, struggling with her disbelief even in the heat of the lustful moment. "Are you...y-you really gonna fuck me?"

"Not until you hand me the feeldoe, you dolt."

Monica pouted. "You don't have to be so mean about it."

Her immediate punishment was a swift strike across the ass; Tess was never gentle when it came to spanking, and Monica immediately sucked in a gasp at the mingled pain and pleasure that ran through her backside. "I also don't have to fuck you, but given how needy you're acting, it would probably be in your best interest to hand me the toy and start begging for my cock..."

Her tone was so stern that it finally gave Monica some idea of just how far in she was over her own head. Her fingertips were trembling as they reached for the toy and handed it back, and those same, wiggling digits gripped tight into a pillow as she immediately felt the end of it piercing her folds.

"Weren't expecting it so suddenly, were you?"

Monica bit down on another of the plentiful pillows on the hotel bed. "Mnnnnf! N...no, of course I wasn't! Don't y-you usually put it in you first?"

Climbing atop the lucky human and mounting her with a truly dominance stance, Tess spread her own entrance apart and eased herself onto the bulbous end of the toy, making sure it was nice and snug before her inner walls clenched upon it.

"Usually, but you're still being awfully testy, Monica. You clearly haven't learned your place yet...and just like I told you before, that place is beneath me."

Her own boastful words had come back around to haunt her, but Monica was too busy shuddering with delight to put up more than the barest of fights. Her knees bore the weight of an eager wolfess as Tess pushed forth on the toy, her hips burying it the rest of the way into her body and keeping her pinned with new, glorious purpose.

"Y...Yes..."

"Yes...what?"

Monica was just doing what she thought was right, but most of the flings she'd had at conventions before were with other people at her own experience level. She'd never come across anyone near as truly dominant as Tess, and her lack of expertise showed itself as the wolfess pressed her breasts into her lower back.

That extra weight left Monica on all fours and, like a good bitch...wagging her hips with smoldering anticipation.

"Yes, M-Mistress..."

Tess couldn't keep the smirk from her lips. Her hips bucked once more, rattling Monica and leaving her in the midst of a struggle to stay upright.

"Consider that your baptism," the wolfess told her. "Now...beg me to start forgiving your sins."

Every time that she'd given Tess a standoffish response or put up a fight, Monica added another sin to an already long list. She'd feel her 'punishment' in every thrust that evening, but Tess had plenty more planned for her than a quick, hard fuck.

I just might see if I can catch a later flight home,_Tess thought. _I've got way too much work to do to fit it all in one night...
