Rocket and the Imp

Chapter Nine - I Want You Back

When BlackJack turned around, he felt something very different. Felt something new, and terrifying, for the first time in a long time.

Somewhere deep within the rabbit's static-filled mind, a peculiar phenomenon occurred. There was something...warm, about the thoughts he had when he looked at the otter in front of him.

He suddenly realized he'd been motionless for too long, inactive for too long.

What? What is happening? The...the otter, she has me under some spell? Of course! She was probably responsible for the crash - the demise of Judson Jakes!

He grew bitterly angry at the thought, and his violent, painful rage resumed control of his brain. BlackJack O'Hare immediately darted at the yellow otter, unsheathing his serrated dagger from its sheath, and raising it as he charged once again at his former mate.

Lylla's eyes widened.

"Jack...please! It's me!" she desperately pleaded.

The otter felt a tear drip down her tender cheek, as she saw the deranged rabbit sprinting toward her with the unmistakable intent to kill. She held her trembling arms out and stepped closer, with an undying desire for one more embrace with her lifelong love.

"LYLLA! GET BACK!" Rocket shouted, running to get in between the two.

Rocket caught up with Lylla, stepped in front of her, and was met with the piercing blade of BlackJack O'Hare, striking across his flesh.

The stinging pain was quickly ignored. Rocket instead fired back, shoving his body into BlackJack's torso, pushing him onto his back and knocking the wind out of him. He climbed atop him, pinning him down. The crazed rabbit was clawing and kicking immediately, trying to get back up and on his feet.

"I'M GONNA KILL YOU ALL, KILL KILL KILL YOU!" He spat, screaming in a deep voice that was almost completely unrecognizable to Lylla.

Rocket brought his fist back and powerfully punched BlackJack across the face, instantly knocking him out.

He stood up, and looked back - Lylla came running over, to the unconscious body of BlackJack, kneeling down and cradling his head in her lap.

He looked around the scene of the crash, trying to locate the unconscious body of Judson Jakes, only to find out...he was nowhere to be found.

"Shit." Rocket deadpanned.

"What?" Sale asked, before looking in the direction Rocket was. "...shit."

He was nowhere to be seen. However, the cloud of smoke emitting from the crashed ship continued to grow, and the area was becoming more and more surrounded by walls of unsettling gray.

"Stay close, hold my hand." Rocket cautioned.

And so she did, tightly.

They had no weapons and no means of defense other than their bare paws.

The two circled around each other, staying close together as they squinted through the thick smoke for the frightening shape of Judson Jakes. After several tense minutes, the two raccoons started to wonder if the mystical mole had made a run for it.

Sale chuckled, "I think the coward ran!"

Boom!

She jumped, as a large, loud blast of white energy, went careening right past her head, clearing all the smoke, and striking Rocket directly in the face.

It was a painful blow - an electric stab that sent him flying backward, nearly toppling over Sale as well. The female raccoon looked in the direction of the blast, seeing another heading straight towards her. She managed to duck out of the way with milliseconds to spare, before getting into an offensive stance.

Judson Jakes stepped out into the red sunlight, one arm carrying the Halfworld Book, and the other extended. Dangerous electric tendrils dripped from his claws like embers of a great fire.

Sale quickly glanced at Rocket as he lay in the cold dirt, covered in ash and struggling to get up.

Murder darkened her eyes.

She charged, running at full speed toward the wide mole, jumped, and executed a deadly kick directly at Judson's chest. He didn't topple over, as he was too bulky - but he was heavily winded for a few seconds.

Judson opened his eyes again, to find that Sale wasn't in front of him.

As quickly as he turned around, his stubby legs were cleanly swept by the raccoon. He lost his balance, finally falling over and landing on his back - the impact knocking the book from his arms. After a cough and a head shake, he regained his bearings, turned and saw the book sprawled open beside him. He reached out to grab it and soon saw a brown-furred foot stop on his paw. There was a loud sickening crunch, and in an instant, Judson knew it was broken.

"AGH, DAMN YOU!" He yelled, looking up to see it was none other than Rocket's foot, with a smug Sale standing beside him. After a chuckle, Rocket sunk his foot claws deep into Judson Jake's hand, twisting and tearing at the flesh.

He laughed, "Aww, did that hurt you stupid little-"

He didn't get a chance to finish. The mole rolled over, pulled up his free hand, conjured some more dark energy, and shot another blast at Rocket. He flinched, the pain shooting through his body, but he maintained his stance, and delivered a swift kick to Judson's face.

Within just a few moments, the two engaged in a claws-out bloody fistfight, with Sale stepping in and landing a few lethal blows whenever possible.

The loud, unnatural sounds of Judson's mystical attacks had awoken BlackJack from his unconscious state.

Slowly, his electronic red eyes blinked on.

The rabbit turned his head toward the otter beside him. Of course, years of brainwashing and the influence of Judson Jakes had made it impossible for the rabbit to recognize his former love Lylla. To him, he just saw another target, holding him down, preventing him from protecting his master. He immediately shot up, struggling to get up. He started kicking and thrashing.

Lylla used all her strength to keep the rabbit down.

"Jack! Stop, It's me! It's Lylla," she cried.

Rocket looked over at the two.

"Sale, go help her!" Rocket yelled, dodging a punch from Judson.

She looked over at the distraught Lylla and immediately rushed to her side. The rabbit was fighting fiercely against the otter's grip.

"Jack. Feel my hand. You know me. We spent a lifetime together!" Lylla stated, in a soft, delicate voice.

The rabbit was unaffected. He looked through her, not at her. BlackJack dug his paws into the ground, doing everything he could to get up. Nothing Lylla had tried had worked.

"What...what do I do?" Lylla pleaded, looking into Sale's eyes.

Sale shook her head unknowingly, genuinely confused.

Rocket overheard this and successfully landed a devastating punch to Judson's face, rendering him unconscious, and then took a second to offer a solution.

"FUCKING KISS HIM!" He yelled.

Lylla looked to the rabbit, and didn't hesitate.

She held his head between her soft paws, and placed her muzzle on his.

The exact instant it happened, everything stopped.

BlackJack stopped struggling and went completely limp.

The air was quiet, and the winds were still.

Lylla's lips were soft against his, but as his mouth softened, she deepened the kiss. BlackJack's frantic breathing slowed to a soft exhale through his nose, as the two were connected at the maw.

Not a single one of them there could have explained it.

Not Judson, who spent years deploying the influence of the Halfworld Book and his dark magic into brainwashing the rabbit into becoming a mindless, deranged servant.

Not Lylla, with her extensive knowledge of medical treatments and brain conditions.

Not Sale, who saw the rabbit as nothing more than a brainless, murdering machine.

And certainly not Rocket, whose suggestion was nothing more than a hail mary.

But Judson Jake's red eyes turned blue, and he reached out to touch Lylla's soft cheek.

Lylla's eyes shot open, and she broke the kiss. She couldn't believe what she was seeing.

"Soft...sunlight?" He uttered softly.

She smiled with tears seeping through her eyes.

"Blue sky." She replied.

Their tender moment didn't last long.

The click and hum of a class-x blaster alerted them all to the presence behind them all.

"Alright, enough of this shit," Judson spat.

The menacing mole stood before them, wielding a shotgun necroblaster he'd picked up from the wreckage of the ship. With his hands crippled by Rocket, and the blood trickling from his skull clouding his vision, he angrily resorted to a crude weapon. So there he was, furious and disoriented, aiming the heavy, threatening weapon at Sale.

He then pulled the trigger.

The gun began to charge, a loud electrical spark began to emit.

"No!" Rocket shouted, running at the mole, tackling him.

The loud bang was deafening and could be heard for miles.

Rocket absorbed most of the necroblast particle pellets into his torso, spraying blood all over himself, and all over the mole. But he didn't stop. He repeatedly punched Judson in the face.

Judson, overwhelmed and desperate, pulled the trigger multiple times in a row, successfully shooting Rocket again in the arm, but overheating the gun and caused it to fail.

Rocket, now a bloody, dying mess, kept punching Judson in the face.

The mole found it hard to breathe, and started to realize to himself, "This might be it...".

Judson struggled to breathe and spat out his words- "You...you killed...my-our, our past. Our w-world."

"It's..." Rocket punched him again.

"Time..." And again.

"To!" His jaw dislodged, and his skull cracked.

"MOVE!" Rocket's fist shattered as Judson's head caved in.

"ON!" He said, with a final breath, before collapsing beside the mole.

He took a few moments, laying on his back as he stared up at the red sky. Slow and painfully, he tilted his head up, looking down upon his wounds with pain and interest.

"ROCKET!" Sale cried, snapping him out of his disorientation. She rushed over, picking the raccoon up, much to his discomfort.

Rocket's knees buckled behind him, but he fell back and leaned upon a nearby tree, standing with a bloody, smug grin.

"I thought, I could grab his blaster- I messed up, sorry." He stammered.

Lylla and BlackJack came running over to Rocket.

"Rocket!" Lylla shouted, extremely distressed upon the sight of the exceedingly bloody raccoon.

"Damn. What happened to you, dude?" BlackJack asked.

Rocket chuckled. "Oh hey, Jack. Welcome back."

Sale stepped closer to him, pulling him up as he continued to slump down the tree.

"Can you walk?" She asked, "C'mon, we can take you back to the ship, we'll heal you. We'll get you fixed-"

"Hey, can I kiss you?" He giggled.

"Fuck, we can do that later-"

Rocket grabbed Sale by the hips and pulled him into her, shoving his face into hers, and enveloping her lips in one moist, loving, final kiss.

Then he completely fell, and ended.

BEEP!

When he awoke, he couldn't be sure of where he was. It didn't feel necessarily comfortable, and didn't have much free movement of his arms. Blinking slowly, he brought up a paw to his eyes, scratching the dried tears and crust away.

BEEP!

Gradually, he was able to see. He was laying down on a cot, in the back of the familiar medical bay of Sale's ship. He was shirtless, wearing only his briefs, and he was wired up to heart monitoring systems. Looking to his side, he saw that the readings were...fine.

BEEP!

He groggily and slowly leaned up, and yanked the monitoring tubes from his arm.

BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP!

"Fuck!" He blurted, slamming buttons on the machine, trying to get it turned off.

Sale immediately came around the corner of the medical bay, running over to the source of the noise.

"Rocket! What the fuck?" She shouted.

He yelled back, without looking at her, "Well the beeping was sure annoying, but this is even more annoying!"

Rocket finally pressed the correct button, and the beeping shut off. He turned over, and looked at her, standing at the end of the corridor. Dressed in her black tights and a simple tank top, her hips swayed widely back and forth, tail swishing angrily as she made her way toward him. She was backlit by the soft, cool light of the galaxies outside the ship's windows.

He was dumbfounded. "Oh... hey Sale. Did um, what happened?"

"Sit the fuck down, idiot. You were shot point-blank." She deadpanned. Sale shoved the monitoring systems back into Rocket's arm. She focused heavily on the control panels around her, checking the data of her recently recovered lover.

"Again?" He chuckled.

She shot him a cold glare. "You barely survived, dumbass. I was worried for weeks!"

He fucking loved her strong, fierce eyes. "Weeks? Fuck, it's been that long?"

"Yeah. It has."

"Sorry. Is everyone okay?"

"Everyone?"

"BlackJack, Lylla, all of Judson's minions - those poor rabbits."

"Well BlackJack's back to normal, Lylla's happy to have 'em back, they're both working on reversing all the damage Judson Jakes did onto them, and the brainwashed rabbits."

Rocket was taken aback, "Wow. Where are they now?"

"Back on Halfworld, actually. After Judson died and the book was destroyed, the planet started reverting to a healthier, greener state."

Sale seemed satisfied with the results of the diagnostics on the control pads, so she ceased tinkering with them, and leaned in closer.

Rocket enjoyed the closer view. "That's...that's really cool. So everything's okay?"

"I guess. Are you okay? How do you feel? You woke up a few days ago but you didn't seem conscious."

Rocket stammered, "Uhh, I'm, I feel, uh..." He couldn't take his eyes off her.

This concerned Sale, who moments ago, was extremely anxious over the health of her lover. She leaned in closer, placing a paw on his head to get his temperature.

"What? How do you feel?" She asked, a bit worried.

Rocket quickly yanked her up and pulled her tightly down on top of him. Sale yelped in surprise, worry turning into annoyance in seconds, however. He wrapped his muscular arms around her, moving his paws down to her hips. He pulled her down harder, spreading her legs on either side of him, pressing his raging stiffness into her soft, warm crotch.

"I feel like pumping you full of my fucking cum."'

He smashed his muzzle into hers, shoving his needy, wet tongue into her mouth, slurping up every ounce of her saliva, quickly and desperately. Sale broke this kiss for a brief moment to catch her breath.

"Rocket. You...your wounds are...b-barely healed."

"Mmfhh, don't care. I...I need you."

Sale sighed with passion, a fire ignited.

"I need you too.."

The two locked lips again, shoving into each other with absolute lust and need. Rocket's paws slid down to Sale's butt, grabbing each cheek with a vice-like grip.

Sale let out a surprised, eager groan.

Rocket groaned with unrestrained lust. "Fuck, what've you been eating, babe? You're thicker than last time."

"Shut up."

Rocket slapped her ass with all the strength his arms had, the loud smack echoing off the walls of the ship.

"Fuckkk..." Sale moaned, shoving her face into her lover's neck. Her breath trembled with desire, her heart filled with joy and ecstasy. A coy smile formed on her lips, as she began arching her back and bringing her ass up and down against Rocket's bulge, bringing it down with loud slaps.

"Yeah, just like that, I fuckin' love that." He growled.

"Oh, yeah? You do?" She purred.

"Fucking tease."

He pushed her up and pulled down his briefs, his hard, desperate cock whipping back onto his stomach with a meaty whack. Sale pulled down her shorts and panties in one swipe, grabbed Rocket's cock and positioned it in her entrance.

Rocket didn't hesitate. He thrust upwards immediately. It slid in with ease, as their frantic, passionate makeout session had vastly elevated her mood, reminded her she was deeply in love, and her hot, strong boyfriend loved her and wanted to fuck her extremely hard - thus making her wet, dripping with hunger.

Rocket began pumping into her, with no restraint or rhythm.

"Ah, chill out," She gasped. "We got all night."

"Can't hold back," He panted. "Not with your thick ass."

Sale chuckled, then moved up to an upright position. Assuming the cowgirl position, she began sliding slowly forward and back. Rocket drank in the view of the thick raccoon fuck him, staring into his eyes with a loving lust. He slid his paws up her sides, pulling down her bra and tank top, plopping her breasts out.

"Hey!" She teased.

"Get over here-'' he slurred. Rocket pulled Sale down onto her, smothering her tits into his face, and shoving one entirely in his mouth. He softly bit down on them, running his tongue all over the soft white fur of her breasts.

"A-ah, gosh, you're so pent up, aren't you?"

"Mmhmm" He mumbled, mouthful-of-boob.

Rocket began pumping into her harder, his pace increasing exponentially. Sale smiled wildly, not aware of how lust-craved she looked, paying no mind to grace or humility. Her tail swirled and swished with each thrust.

After weeks of monitoring Rocket's vital signs, losing countless hours of sleep, wondering with a clenched heart if her love would be okay, she was so relieved to know he was okay. She felt so relaxed and completely happy. As she closed her eyes to completely indulge herself in the sensations, she felt Rocket's strong paws lift her up.

"Ah! What're you-"

Rocket shifted to his side, balancing on the edge of the cot, grabbing Sale and pushing her down on her back, and quickly climbing on top of her.

He threw her legs over his shoulders, and shoved his cock back inside her, immediately resuming his frantic, fast thrusting. He showed absolutely no restraint. Sale bit her lip in enjoyment as her breasts bounced with each thrust, legs flinching whenever his girth dragged across her g-spot.

Saliva trickled down Rocket's maw.

She could tell he was close.

"Aw, You gonna cum in me?"

Rocket humped faster.

"Yeah, yeah I am." He huffed. "Gunna f-fucking fill you up."

"Then do it baby, fuckin do it."

Rocket dug his claws into Sale's tits, pumping into her as fast as he could, cock throbbing and ready to burst. And within a few moments, he did. Dense ropes of thick cum shot out of Rocket's pulsating cock, coating Sale's moist inner walls.

"AH, FUCK!" He shouted.

"Yess..." Sale moaned, "Yessss...."

Rocket collapsed atop her, and panted heavily in Sale's neck, his mind completely blank. Sale smiled, her eyes becoming heavy.

"That...that was great."

"Fuck, y-yeah...." Rocket murmured into her cheek.

Several minutes passed, where their heavy breaths echoing off the walls of the ship. They nuzzled closer, interlocking their paws and occasionally sharing gentle kisses. He yawned as she rested her head upon his broad, strong chest.

They were both moments from passing out, before Sale spoke up.

"Rocket?"

He grumbled, close to falling asleep.

"I just wanted to say...I'm really, really in love with you."

He didn't respond.

"Rocket?"

She looked up from his chest to meet his eyes.

He angled his head down and smashed his head against her, engaging in a soft, warm kiss.

Rocket broke it, and cooed, "I'm hopelessly in love with you, Sale."

SIX MONTHS LATER

Somewhere in Knowhere...

"Ugh, I knew I shouldn't have taken this alley. I'm totally lost!"

A scared, nervous Yendet creature walked down a shady passage through Knowhere, clutching his briefcase for dear life.

"Lost, you say?" A sinister voice cackled.

The small Yendet turned around, to find three hulking orange Xot'ai thugs making his way toward him, circling the lost, small, defenseless alien.

"Um! NO! Not lost! J-just going about my business." He stuttered, trying to back away from the thugs, only to bump into another, bigger one.

"Yeah, I don't think so," It sneered. "Tell you what, give me your credits, and I'll show you the way outta here."

The Yendet stammered. "No thanks! I'm good!"

"It wasn't a question." The Xot'ai threatened.

"Exit's this way," An unknown, robotic voice stated.

The Yendet looked back, toward the source of the voice, and saw bright red eyes and bright blue eyes light up the foggy third end to the alley. He ran toward them, and effectively out of harm's way.

The angry, hulking Xot'ai look towards the lights.

The lead thug spoke up, "Who are you clowns?"

Two raccoons stepped from the fog, and said in perfect unison:

"We're Rocket and the Imp."
