First thing first, I don't own any of the Digimon chras or any names that inside the stories. However, I do own the Chars named Alphonse/Albino/Al. I apologize first hand if there are spelling or/and grammar errors because my English is my second.For those who fans of Digimon already knew that Digimons can interact from inside or outside the Digivices. Anything Else, please enjoy.

Chapter 38: Recoveries

"AAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRGGGHHHHHHHHHHHH......" Al screamed in fear for hearing the news they have.

The Destinies's Digimons clapped their ears because of Al's deafening scream, but the players quickly looked at the source of the scream. The scream got their attention and gave the Destinies an uneasy situation. The Destinies quickly grabbed Al and pinned him down. Agumon quickly use his personal item to teleported all of them to a different location, at least that is what other players think.

The Destinies were teleported to Gennai's mansion. The human Destinies are doing their research and analysis about Al's condition when they heard a loud thump and followed with a small quake. "That must be them." TK responded and walked out followed by Cody and Takato.

They saw that the Digimons were piling up on Al and make him unconcious again. "What did you guys do to him?" Takato asked.

"He is screaming like a ShogunGeckomon that we got panicked." Black answered to him. "We intend to shut him up and the simple way is to pile him up."

"Now that is what I called a desperate attemp." TK commented. "All right you guys, break it up. Takato, Cody, help me carry him inside the mansion."

The Digimons break up giving some space for TK, Takato, and Cody to carry Al inside the mansion. Zane, Jake and Derek saw that Al being carried into one of the vacant room. "What the... What happened to him?" Zane asked.

"He's been compressed by Digimons." Takato answered with a grin. Those who heard it went ultimate silent.

"Geez, enough with the lame jokes Takato." Cody commented.

"Even you are my partner, I agree with him Takato." Guilmon responded.

"I just wanted to light up the mood here." Takato replies. The humans put Al down in one of the folding bed and let Al rest for a while until he wakes up.

The Digimons reported the situations Al has been through recently. "He really did not believe it." Gabumon said it to everyone.

"He is in what you human called 'shock?'" Agumon continues. "Not to mention we piled him in sudden."

"Still, we need to keep an eye on him." Ken responded. "We human will try to help Gennai find a solution while the remains do the watch shift."

"First thing first," Veemon answered starts yawning. "We need some shut eyes. It is passed midnight."

"And we got a school to attend to." Jake remembered followed with a slapping sound on the forehead from Zane.

"I'll mail Izzy to open his laptop and told the rest that Al's PC is resting at Gennai's." Matt responded and pulled out his D-Terminal to type.

"I will go back and drive them back to their homes, also telling the detailes to the rest." Takato volunteered himself.

In the hospital, they are having a small meal they bought from the shop. Izzy received a mail from the D-Terminal. He opened the mail and saw a notice that they want to go back. "I got a call. I'll be back in a moment." Izzy walked to a secluded area so he can open the laptop and open the gate.

After the laptop is open, a flashing light has materialized four human forms. "Welcome back, will you tell me what do you mean by 'Al is awake.'?"

"All I could say is that Al's spirit is stuck in his PC after the last incident. The rest, you need to see it for yourself in Gennai's." Takato answered. "Furthermore, we don't want to raise a commotion so we shouldn't tell this to Sarah until further notice."

Izzy nodded and went back to the rest, along with Takato, Jake, Zane and Derek. Takato walked toward Sarah.

"Sarah, Kari and I have to go home now. We have jobs to do in the morning, but do not worry because we will see Al again." Sarah nodded, Kari, Takato and the young generations took off.

Kari and Takato drove the younger generations to their respective home and they went back to their rented apartment. Inside their apartment, Takato turned on the computer and used his D-Server to go to Gennai's mansion in Digital World. The senior Destinies except Suzie, Yolei and Juri were already there doing some research about Al's strange phenomenone.

"Where are Yolei, Suzie and Juri?" Takato asked.

"Suzie got a college tomorrow, while Juri and Yolei are staying with Sarah in her home." Rika answered.

"And we Digimons helped the best they can, including keeping an eye on Sleeping Beasty." Renamon followed. This gave a silent stare from everyone that heard her saying. "What?" she asked.

"That is so not you, Renamon." Gatomon answered still inside the D-Server.

Kari spontaneously touched her D-Server. "Oh... I completely forgot. Come on out, Gatomon." Gatomon began to materialized and start flexing herself.

"So, what's the whole story about Al being awake from his slumber?" Gatomon asked while fixing her fur.

"As far as we know, Al survived thanks to the Glitches." Izzy tried to answer her question.

"How is it possible?" Kari asked.

"I have scanned Al's body and showed some different readings." Andromon answered. His body was plug with some wires to one of the computers. "The Glitches somehow grow accustom into Al's body and acted as a, what human called 'Life Support'."

"I never thought that Glitches could do such a thing." Takato said in disbelief.

"Neither were we, I assume it's because Black's doing because he was among the Glitches before. At least that is what he told us and one more thing, he had a body now." Izzy assumed one of the possibilities.

"Whatever, I'll go see Al." Gatomon starts walking out of the room into another room where Al slept.

"I should come too." Renamon followed Gatomon out and headed into where Al is sleeping.

Gatomon is walking steady through the hall. Eventhough she has her cool, but she can't hide her worries and that can be seen by Renamon. "So, what's up between you and Al?" Renamon asked.

"I was there when the tragic incident occured. I feel so helpless and I thought that I lost him." Gatomon hugged herself feeling a little guilty. "Furthermore, he fell in love to me."

Renamon shrugged her head feeling a little complicated. "I guess I felt the same way as you did. When I heard that he was killed during the mission, I felt quite a shock. That was before I came here and found out that he is still alive and resting thanks to Guilmon's idea. Why did I fall in love with that mon in the first place? He is too childish."

Gatomon giggled hearing a small confession from Renamon. "Well that is new for me. Usually you always hide your deepest dark secrets, why now?"

"I'm just like you, he fell in love to me and I turned him down. I felt sorry for him as well." She expressed it with sad face.

"I have a little confession as well, Renamon." Gatomon slowly blushed while looking down at the floor with ears folded back close to her head. "For a human, he is kind of cute. He even thinks up a name for me."

"I was thinking the same thing, but unfortunately we reject him so I guess there is no turning back."

"I know, but at least he can still be our friend. And we can keep it as our secret." Gatomon agreed to her. Renamon nodded about the last part and smiled.

They have finally reached at the room where Al is resting. They saw that Gabumon and Patamon were neglecting their duties because they are sleeping at the front room. Gatomon shooked her head slightly and gave a small sigh. "Oh Patamon, how can you protect me when you were asleep during the job." She said it in whispers, which make Renamon smirk at her comment. Suddenly the sliding door opened slowly and there stood Lopmon using one of his paws covering his yawning mouth.

"*Yawn* what can I say, we do need some shut eye unless they are nocturnal such as you, Gatomon." Lopmon replied in whispers. "Besides, this place is isolated so there won't be any problems with bad things."

"How can you?" Gatomon asked.

"Sensitive hearing unlike my 'technically related' twin brother of mine, if you don't mind I'm going to Digis room." Lopmon answered and walked away.

Gatomon and Renamon smiled at each other and went into the room. Inside the room, all the Digimons were asleep; all except one specific Digimon and it is a BlackAgumon named Black.

Black turned his head to see whose enter the room. "Oh, it's you girls. When did you two come back?" He asked in whispers.

"We just got here, BlackAgumon." Gatomon replied in whispers. She turned her head a little to see that Black is sitting at Al's side. "So, how is he?"

"Aside from being terrified, he's in state of denial." Black answered.

"Why did you sit next to him?" Renamon asked.

"I guess I used to be in the same body with him. Now that I have my own body, I feel a little awkward." He answered while looking at his own claw and then he made a fist feeling the tight grip and losen up. "I feel a little happy to have my own body back."

Gatomon smiled at him. "Since you had your own body, why don't you take some rest? We will looked after him for now."

Black nodded and stood up. He looked for a space for him to sleep among the Digimons. Gatomon and Renamon take a seat next to Al. Both of them looked at the sleeping white armband Agumon. "I cannot believe this is happening to him." Gatomon said in sad tone.

"Neither can I, a human got turned into a Digimon because of the Glitches. This is the first case ever, or at least that is what I heard so far." Renamon felt sad as well and wanted to cheer her up. "But, I am sure that we will find a way to turn him back into human. We just have to trust our partners and Gennai."

"She is right you know." Lopmon replies still half asleep. "We were surprised and worried, but I am sure the rest will find a way to change him back." Lopmon intend to go back to sleep again, but his action was halt for a moment and then looked at both of them. "By the way, what kind of name does he give it to you?"

Renamon looked at Gatomon eagerly because she didn't tell her the given name yet. Gatomon gasped about that question and glare at Lopmon. Lopmon can guess the question about her confession, so he pointed his ears again. She blushed and ears flopped back. "Actually, it was Kari that named me first. In addition, Al told me that it is okay to have it as personal. It's Lite, but I prefer to be called as Gatomon for now."

Al was floating in the darkness in his human form. His eyes were shuts as if he was asleep. Slowly, he heard a faint voice calling to him. Al slowly opened his eyes just to see a single bright light floating in front of him.

"Who are... what are you?" Al asked. The light starts to flash and there stood a head and a half torso of unknown figure. The head is like a shinobi headgear with a crescent piece and the torso was a huge piece of body armor.

"My name is not important, for you will find out in the future." The figure talked to Al telephatically. "All I could say is that your faith is sealed and there will be obstacles on your voyage life. You have my blessing as a Digimon with a human heart."

"Wait a minute; I'm a human, not a Digimon." Al replies.

"You are now, White Eyes Agumon." The Figure answered and then slowly faded. Al looked at his hand and to see not his human hand but a claw wrapped with white armband.

Al covered his eyes with his claw and start mumbling. "This cannot be happening to me." He said repeatedly.

Al opened his eyes just to see a large dark room greet him. Al starts to panicked because he was not sleeping at his own room. He suddenly felt something nudging at his left side. He looked at the source of it and there lays a large white cat sleeping soundly. Al got surprise to see a large cat sleeping so close to him, but when he saw that the cat wears a glove claw he knew that it was Gatomon. This caused him another panic attack because it is too strange for him. 'Why am I here, sleeping with Gatomon in another room?' Al asked deeply. He then heard another snores. He looked at behind just to see that more Digimons were asleep in the same room. He knew all of them because it was the Destinies's partners.

He woke up slowly without stirring Gatomon. He looked at the room again and saw some distinct painting and urn from the Japanese house under the moonlight. Al knew who own this house since he has been here once. He looked down feeling relief that he isn't sleeping at some random stranger's house. He noticed that something was odd. He saw Agumon's claw again and this time it is real. He tried to move his hand and his claw moved the same way. Al tried to feel his face and felt a maw similar to a reptilian.

Al slowly stood up and tiptoed away out of the room. In the hallway, Al tries to find any objects that can reflect the image. He saw a light coming from another room. He tiptoed again to see who's inside the room. Al peeked and most of the human Destinies were sleeping with computers on, actually most of them except Andromon.

Andromon noticed there's a movement in the room. He looked to see who is moving and saw an Agumon is peepong at the room. Al noticed that Andromon is looking at him and gave a shush gesture. Andromon nodded and detached himself from the computer. He walked toward the hall carefully avoiding bumping to any sleeping humans. When he was clear from the room, he closed the sliding door. "It is good to see you awake, Alphonse." He greeted in low voice.

"It is good for you, but not me." Al replies. "Why am I in Gennai's home?"

"You were past out in the game because of your accident, so we brought you here for a safe keeping." Andromon answered.

"What are they doing?" Al asked while pointing at the room they were been before.

"We are trying to find a way to reverse this situation."

"Any luck" Al asked in gloom voice.

"It is still unknown to us so it will take indefinite time."

"I knew it..." Al responded in sad tone voice. "Any luck on Soul?"

"He is not as fortunate as you are. I am sorry for your lost."

"So, he's not coming back to me." Al started to cry again.

"Yes permanently." Andromon reached to Al's shoulder. "Please be strong, you are not the only one who lost a partner. Juri lost her Leomon, but now Solmon took his place for her in time."

"I just can't take it because I lost my brother, Andromon. It is just so unfair, why it has to be him. I'm the one who suppose to die back then. Instead, I have become a Digimon, a Digimon based from my PC."

"Like I said before, we were trying to find a way to reverse it. You just have to be patience with it."

"All right, I will try."

"Why don't you take a rest a little more?" Andromon asked.

"I had enough for a day. Right now, I need some food to fill up my stomach."

That is it for this chapter. I am feeling not well recently. So I guess there were errors everywhere. At least I wanted to stay focus on the whole chapters but somehow gone haywire inside my head. I am terribly sorry for it everyone. As usual, I accept any critics or comments, thank you.
