I could hear John gasp, but I was afraid to open my eyes because his reaction might be nagative. I was expecting him to get up off the bed and leave. But he didn't, what he did was both unexpected and enjoyable. He kissed me on the lips, but not like before, this time he unclenched his jaw and slid his tongue into my muzzle. I could feel my face heating up as I began a loving and elegant dance with his tongue, twirling my tongue with his. He pulled me closer to him, all parts of us touching. This was closer to him than I've ever been, and I loved it. I never wanted this moment to end. But than he pulled away and I gasped for breath, opening my eyes.
He was there, smiling lovingly at me, "Of course I'll move in with you Tai!" And with that he kissed my lips lightly. I smiled and cuddled into him, that's when he whispered, "I love you"
I was nearly stunned, he had actualy said he loved me! I looked up into his eyes and whispered, "I love you too John, soo much" He leaned down and kissed my lips softly but lovingly, and I kissed back the same way, getting lost to my emotions again.
I pulled away a bit and whispered, "Do...do you mind if we wait? I...I don't think I'm ready"
He nodded and whispered back, "I don't mind my love, I don't think I'm ready either..."
I smiled and burried my head in his chest, sleep slowly claiming me. My dreams were full of love, pictures of me and John and how we were eachother's mate now. I woke up several times, just to look up and watch John sleep so close to me, and I would be happy. For the first time in my life, I felt complete. When morning came I looked over and saw John wasn't there. Panic began to take over me, did he leave me? Than I heard sizzling coming from the kitchen and I stumbled downstairs after changing into some new clothes, jeans and a blue long sleve T. I walked into the kitchen and smiled, John was there cooking breakfast.
He turned when he heard my paws against the tiles of the kitchen floor and smiled, "How'd you sleep my love?"
I smiled and embraced him in a hug, "Excelent, and you?"
"Perfect" He smiled at me as he hugged me back, "I was planning on going into town today with some football friends, Sam, Jace, and Kyle. Would you like to come with me?"
I thought for a seccond and than nodded hapily, this was a chance to show our love in front of his friends. I would make the most of it.
