I ran through the murky forest, my bare paws sinking into the damp earth. I knew that sound, that was the sound Ryu's 2010 Mustang GT door close. I broke out from the forests edge running towards our huge mansion. There he was. The cat furry's chocolate fur shun in the light, he was built but slim... just perfect. As he looked up he didn't even had time to greet me before i had already tackled him to the ground in a hug.
"Hey Derrek" he laughed, his hazel brown eyes bright.
"MEW~! I missed you ryu!" I exclaimed "i was so bored! I thought you would never be home..."
"Well I am now," he smiled "so you don't have to worry anymore."
I smiled, he was just so handsome. I was the luckiest cat furry in the world. After about five minutes of making sure i kissed every spot on his face at least twice i finally let him up. He laughed brushing himself off. He wore jeans and a red t-shirt today it had the logo of some band i had never heard of. After he grabbed his bags I nearly dragged him into the house.
"I will boil up some water for your coffee, you clothes are already cleaned and put away and what do u want for supper?" i asked as i pulled him to the living room.
"Thank you....Thank you.... and hmm... tuna please." He smiled softly.

I watched the small black cat furry bound off into the kitchen, his little nose was so cute I could kiss it all day. He looked back at me his bright green eyes sparkling as he blew a kiss to me. I caught the kiss with my hands and held it to my heart. He smiled ever so cutely before entering the kitchen.
At this point in my life I realize what love really is, previously in my life before i had met Derek i had been merely a cold hearted assassin. But after that day i bumped into him in a candy store, my life was changed. He was so selfless and kind to everyone. The way he looked at things, he never seemed to notice the negative for long. Everything about him was beautiful, the way his eyes sparkled when he saw me, the way his tail twitched when he thought hard, his breath taking grey black fur, and most of all his spirit.
I kicked off my heavy boots and layed back on the couch. I relaxed after a hard day of work and just listened for the first time in a while. Derrek had taught me that you miss so much in life if u just let it fly by, he taught me how to meditated, to be grateful for what i have and how beautiful the world is if you let it be the way it is. I heard the sound of Derek cooking, the faint noise of the trees rustling in the gentle breeze, birds chirping and even the far away noise of a train rumbling its way through the forest.
"Super!" Derrek chanted from the kitchen.
I smiled, never a dull moment with my little Derrek near. I slowly sat up feeling the blood rush to my head and called out to him. "
im coming!"
i stood up and walked to the kitchen
