The world was ripped apart in the year 3972 by an event that would come to be called the Great Disruption,

an event where the fourth world war broke out from the interaction of a group called the DarkSiders,

in a final act of the war they launched all the nukes they had gathered since 2122 and detonated all their bases at once.

The act of launching the nukes they had ended up triggering the fourth world war from of the weakening of the United Nations,

every nation then split apart and started to attack and fill the power void that was left behind in the loss of the U.N.M. or United Nations Military,

they were in charge of keeping order in the new world, this loss of them spawned a war that had lasted for over 1328 years and reduced the world itself into a mostly wasteland and dessert.

Small factions of people still exist but are now fighting for power, a project was crafted in an attempt to change the tide of war,

the project was named Project Hunter and the results were the creation of half human anthromorphic creatures known as furries,

the furries joined in the war effort and since them the war had been approaching the final stand with the last of the DarkSiders as well as the competing military.

"Alex! Wake your ass up right now!!" A soldier yelled right in Alex's face.

Alex woke with a start and fell right out of his chair, it falling over from his sudden moving. His eyes went wide as the chair slammed on the ground and he rolled out of the chair about two feet.

He rubbed the back of his head where it hit the ground.

"Ouch! what the hell was the for Jake!?"

He yelled back at the soldier, Jake just laughed a little at him, Jake was a hansom man you could say, he stood about 5'9, had blond hair, deep blue eyes, smooth skin, and he had on a white t shirt, green pants, and black boots this always led to him getting hit on by everyone.

Alex on the other hand was a mostly Grey wolf, standing at 5'4, the fur on the from on his body from his bottom jaw, which was completely white, down his stomach and ran under him to the tip of his tail, making the bottom half of his tail white, he also had on his white t shirt, black pants, and a pair of black boots.

Alex looked around the dimly lit room, bookshelves all over the place on them that looked like no one had read, the room itself was no bigger then your average school class room.

The chairs as well showed age, some having been covered by cobwebs except for the swivel chair he had been sitting in, though it's color was fading.

The mission they were here for was to meet up with the commander, he was a lion furry, standing about 7'1, he had an impressive mane, he was covered in yellow fur,

didn't shave down his claws so he had inch long claws on each hand, he also had yellow eyes,

it made him hard to look away from though at the same time his voice was stern and almost commanded everyone to listen,

he was muscled as well, having spent years of training because he was smaller then most, he had gotten to a point where he could easily take down most with just his hands.

The commander had called them today because they had found something he was suppose to look at.

As he remembered he slapped himself in the face. "Damn, how did i forget about that?" Jake laughed again and came over, patting him on the shoulder. "You always seem to be day dreaming these days, always going off into your own little imagination."

Alex rolled his eyes. "Yeah that sounds like something I would do. Looks like we better get ready to get going."

Jake nodded his head as they walked over to a pair of lockers near the door of the room, the lockers too were aged, almost rusted to a point where they couldn't be opened.

They opened up to show a pair of black bullet proof vests, the first locker also had a black trench coat and black hat that looked like a cowboy hat, as well as a big black handgun, the barrel was about seven inch long, with a silencer to top it off, and there was a stash of ammo under it.

"Lets see, green to shoot through a metal plate, red to blow off a limb, purple to kill with a virus, or standard gray to just shoot?" Alex thought to himself as he looked at the ammo, before taking a box of green and placing it in his pocket and loading his gun with gray.

Jake opened up the second locker, it had a black bullet armor in it, and a black sniper rifle in it along with seven boxes of ammo, each having forty bullets in them.

They armed up and got ready to go, heading for the door of the building, it was also old, the glass window in it had long since been boarded up.

They opened up the door onto a world unlike it used to be, as they looked out into a dessert of what once was.

"Damn this infernal war we're in, this is nothing what it used to be, it's all sand now." Jake said as he looked out at the dessert, some buildings sticking up out of the sand but most almost completely berried or completely broken down.

"Yeah but there are still some places left, it's better then none at all, we had better get going, the commander has sent for our transport to arrive at any moment."

Jake replied to him.

They could hear something off in the distance, something they had only heard once before. It sounded like grinding metal but they knew it was much much worse then that, an enemy was about to attack. before they could even act though they both heard a shot ring out and Jake fell to the ground like he had been punched in the stomach, Alex knew exactly what had happened and he ducked behind some rubble.

He was now dealing with an enemy sniper, and from the looks of it they were a good one. Alex didn't know if Jake was dead or not but he knew he couldn't wait much longer. He looked ut from the rubble and saw a bloody hole in his friends stomach, he didn't think he friend could be killed, after all they had been partners since the war began pretty much, that and Jake had always had on his protective ballistic armor.

When he saw the blood something in him snapped. it all happened so fast and he couldn't think anymore. His mind went blank.

The enemy commander watched from a distance with a smile on his face.

"Looks like we got one, there is only one left to deal with and we will have cleared out everyone in the area." he said to his men. Once he finished taking he felt an odd chill in the air. He had been watching the progress with an optic scope and had ut it down to say his comment, however he picked it back up and looked once more when he felt the chill.

Alex had come out from behind the rubble, but it was like the air itself was trying to avoid him, almost like some kind of energy was coming from him, something that could almost be seen, and then it began.

Alex ran at the enemy, moving about 60 miles an hour, an impossible amount for anyone normally.

When the leader of the group saw this his only response was "What the hell is going on!?"

No sooner had he said those words then Alex had already reached the first wave.

He drew his guns and started firing, the first of the enemies was shot in the head but the bullet did something strange, the mans head blew into pieces once he was hit, the next had his leg removed at the knee, and yet another had a chunk taken out of his side.

The leader couldn't believe what he was seeing, it was impossible and went against anything he knew, a man was moving as fast as a vehicle and not only that but was moving faster then them.

A man came up to the leader "Sir our troops are being slaughtered and there seems to be nothing our soldiers can do to stop him." Their leader put down the optic lens and looked at him with a stern face "Then we'll need to bring out the big guns."

As Alex kept up his killing spree with blood fountains and gore raining around him he had a smile on his face. It was the type of smile a predator would give his prey when he had them cornered with no escape. He had just finished the first wave of them when the second wave came, this one with people holding missile launchers, Gatling guns, and shot guns.

Alex only smiled at them at what he saw. The first of a rain of missiles came down on him but he dodged each one in what could only be described as an elegant dance of sorts, weaving, jumping, and rolling out of the way of the blasts.

It took him only a few seconds to reach their first transport, jumping onto it and taking out the first of the men with missiles on it, using his claws and teeth overs his guns, ripping out bones, intestines, and even muscles as he tore through them. At one point he bit into a mans throat and tore it opened. He drank from the mans neck and chewed on what he had tore out of him.

The next man was worse for wear as Alex used his claws to rip the guys head off and slice it into pieces, the third tried to get into the ship only to find that he had no right leg and that Alex was chewing on it. Alex shoved his hand into the guys back as he fell to the ground, ripping a chunk from the mans back.

He jumped into the transport because the guy had already opened the door, running down the metal halls of the big machine and killing everyone he could find before working his way to where he knew the control room would be.

The men inside tried to fight but they were taken care of quickly, the last man having his head smashed into a control panel until his head broke opened on it.

Alex licked off his claws and smiled to himself, only one person being left alive, he had ripped off their left leg and their right arm, leaving them unable to get away.

He walked over to them but reached above them, grabbing a speaker on the control panel. He spoke into it as he turned it on, talking directly to the commander of the fleets transport. "Leave now and I won't kill each and every one of you and chew on your bones, if you insist then they'll have to find your bodies in the rusted out hunks of metal you used to call transports, this will be your only warning." As he finished he slammed the receiver down and broke the control panel
