Snowflakes, thousands-upon-thousands of them gently floated down from the mostly-grey sky overhead to join the rest of their kind that had fallen to the ground before them. Inside a neo-eclectic suburban townhouse, a slightly-chubby raccoon named Timothy, was getting ready to go out into the winter wonderland outside, after he had been helped into his outfit by his dad. The adult raccoon laid the garments on the floor, and then knelt down next to them. "Come here, Timothy. Let me check you." Timothy's dad said softly, beckoning his son to shuffle over to him. Timothy gave a small smile to his dad as he proceeded to feel the front of the thick white diaper he was wearing, normally his night-time undergarment after a significant failure of his usual Pull-Ups. "Hmmm, still dry. That's a first." Timothy's dad commented with a small chuckle. "Okay buddy, ready to try these on?" Timothy nodded as his dad helped him into the dark-blue pants, pulling them up over his diaper and snugly around his waist. "Now your undershirt..." Timothy held his arms up as his Daddy pulled his light blue undershirt down to meet the waistband of his snowpants. "Can I put my boots on next, Daddy?" "Sure buddy, here we go." said his daddy as he fetched the two blue winter boots, which each had an image of the PAW Patrol pups Chase and Marshall on the side. Timothy's daddy accidentally dropped the boot with Marshall on it though, and as it landed on the floor with a dull thud, the bottom lit up flashing a red light. "Aww, poor Marshall!" giggled Timothy, kneeling over to pick up the fallen boot and laying it next to his feet. Timothy's daddy chuckled and held Timothy steady while he put the boot with Chase on Timothy's foot first, and then putting the boot with Marshall on. "What comes next, Timothy?" "My coat!" squeaked Timothy. "Good boy..." Daddy answered, before chuckling and reaching for the waistband of Timothy's snowpants. "These are a little looser than I thought they'd be, I was hoping your diaper might hold them up better." Timothy blushed a little but said nothing. His Daddy fetched his blue and black puffy winter coat and helped him into it, and finished off with a blue pair of paw mittens. "There! Now you're all ready to go play outside!" His Daddy proclaimed. "Yay! Snow time!" At that exact moment, the doorbell rang. Timothy bounced up and down excitedly, his boots making quite the racket as they continuously thudded on his thinly-carpeted bedroom floor. "Timothy, Friendly's here!" came the voice of Timothy's mom. "Coming, Mommy!" Timothy answered, heading down the stairs to greet his friend.

A few moments later, the nine-year old fox and five-year old raccoon friends both emerged from the front door of Timothy's house. Timothy was holding onto the string of a long black plastic sled, easily big enough to fit two or three cubs in. "Stay safe, you two! Have fun!" said Timothy's mom as she closed the door behind them. Timothy ventured out into the snow first, jumping from his doorstep into the inch-deep snow on the path to the sidewalk. It was then that Friendly noticed the ominous white bulge peeking between Timothy's coat and snowpants. Timothy's pace was definitely resembling a duck-like waddle. Whether it was the thick snow, his chubby build, his thicker-than-normal diaper or a combination of all three, Friendly didn't know. He chuckled at the sight of Timothy wearing a thick white diaper instead of his usual pull-ups, but said nothing else as he and Timothy ventured further into the blanket of snow that lay all around. As Timothy and Friendly neared Aito and Nock's house, Friendly heard the sound of a heavy electric motor and thick plastic wheels scraping along, approaching them. It was Nock, astride his big black Power Wheels jeep. "Lookit me, Friendly. I can drive!" Nock barked proudly as he approached Friendly and Timothy. Aito was running along behind Nock, slowly catching up with him and overtaking quite quickly. Nock saw Aito overtaking him and grinned, as he decided to take a small shortcut. There was a small snowbank in the way but Nock didn't care, his rig could take on that little snowdrift! He pressed down hard on the accelerator pedal, driving it as fast as it would go. The whining sound of the little electric motor drowning out the muffled sound of the plastic wheels grinding along the path in the snow. Just when it looked like the pup would emerge triumphantly with his trusty Power Wheels jeep, it stopped moving. Aito didn't notice, he was already further ahead and was soon standing next to Friendly and Timothy. "That was so much fun!" Aito giggled, panting a little from having chased his older brother. Friendly paced over to Nock, staring at the rear wheel of Nock's jeep as it just spun and spun uselessly, the motor whining pitifully. Soon he was alongside the snowbound vehicle, watching as Nock frustratedly stamped on the accelerator pedal again and again, trying to get his vehicle to move, but he couldn't! "Need some help there, little buddy?" Friendly chuckled as he broke contact with the rear wheel and looked up at the pup, who had a most frustrated expression on his face as he looked down at each of the rear wheels on his jeep as they just kept slipping in the snow. Friendly paced behind the jeep and glanced at Nock's snowpants, and the little blue pull-ups peeking out of them. Nock groaned as he realised his jeep was stuck, frustratedly stamping his footpaw on the floor. "Aww. Come on buddy. I'll get you going again." Friendly said in his soft, sympathetic voice. "It should have been able to drive through that! What kind of jeep can't even handle a little snow?" Nock pouted. "Little Power Wheels with rear wheel drive and plastic tires." chuckled Friendly. "It did pretty well up until then." Just then, Nock and Aito's mom, Allison came out to the driveway. "Come on Nock, put your jeep in the garage. We're leaving in a minute!" Allison answered. "I'll have to check your diapers first, too." "All right!" Nock called back, pushing on the back of his jeep to move it through the snow. "Leaving, where are you going?" inquired Friendly, helping Nock to push and steer the jeep in the right direction. "Mom's taking us to the sledding hills!" answered Aito, in his squeaky high-pitched voice. "Can we come?" asked Timothy. "It's not polite to invite yourself..." Friendly began. "I think so! I'll ask my mom!" Aito cut in, running to the front door and disappearing inside. "Well, we were just going to go to the local bunny hills." said Friendly. "That's no fun! The bunny hills are boring. Where we're going is much, much more exciting!" yapped Nock. It was good news. Friendly and Timothy were more than welcome to join them. They just had to phone their parents first, as well as take any necessary bathroom breaks. After Allison had provided some needed diaper changes for her two boys and Friendly had helped Timothy to use the bathroom, all of the cubs had piled into the black pickup truck and Allison drove them out towards the mountains.

Almost an hour later, the truck pulled up to a large clearing amongst the tall pine, fir and conifer trees. There were cubs all around sledding, throwing snowballs and chasing one another in the snow. "Hey, this place looks good!" barked Friendly. "Okay boys, go have fun! I'll stay here and keep an eye on you. Just don't go past the pond. It's not safe." "Okay mommy!" said Aito. "Okay miss Allison." squeaked Timothy. "All right." nodded Friendly. "Whatever." sighed Nock. Friendly and Aito began building a large wall of snow together. "This will be a great, big snowfort!" announced Aito, as he positioned a large chunk of snow into place along with the others Friendly had already built. Friendly chuckled and nodded, carving out another chunk of snow to add to the wall. Timothy and Nock decided to go sledding. "This is a nice big sled, Timothy!" "My Mommy or Daddy used to sled with me. I'm bigger now so I can go by myself. It's more fun with friends though." "True 'dat!" Nock yipped in agreement, wagging his tail as he and Timothy made their way up one of the medium-sized hills. Soon, Friendly had had enough of building a snow wall and left it in Aito's capable paws. He decided to go for a short walk around to explore. As Friendly was bounding along looking at all the cubs having fun in the snow all around him, he wasn't aware another cub was on a collision-course with him, running along with his own wooden sled and looking back over his shoulder at his plush companion. "Ooof!" The little bear cub grunted softly as he landed on his bottom in the crunchy snow, his lynx companion in a most indignified position with most of his head buried under the snow, and the sled laying nearby on its' side. "Sammy!" cried the bear cub, promptly rescuing his little lynx and hugging him tightly. "Sascha! Sorry buddy... I guess I should have looked where I was going." chuckled Friendly, whom had ended up on his tummy. He rolled himself over and quickly stood up, helping Sascha to his feet again. "Here, up you come." Sascha looked slightly annoyed with Friendly, but then gave him a smile and a hug. "It was my fault too." Sascha said, looking up at Friendly and chuckling. "I'm okay." Friendly gently patted the seat of Sascha's snowsuit and gave him a quick nuzzle. "Wanna come play with me, Timothy and Nock?" "Sure!" Sascha beamed, his little ursine tail wagging at the invitation and promptly beginning his trek over to where Timothy and Nock were sledding, his snowsuit lending him a considerable waddle to his pace. Friendly trudged along behind Sascha, having grabbed the little wooden sled and glancing at the seat of the ursine's snowsuit, noticing the obvious outline of a thick diaper. Friendly chuckled to himself. "What's funny, Friendly?" Sascha inquired, hearing Friendly's chortles. "Nothing, nothing at all buddy." Friendly said quickly, smiling innocently and gently patting the seat of Sascha's snowsuit. "Come on, looks like they might need some help." Nock and Timothy had been discussing the quickest way to the top of the sledding hill. Nock had actually commandeered the slightly younger raccoon to pull him along in his sled, the string around Timothy's tummy like a sled-dog harness. "Not that way, that way will take forever. Go up the smaller slope over there." Nock commanded, as Timothy tugged on the string of his sled towards the hill, pulling him along. Timothy wasn't very strong and it was hard work but he kept going anyway, towards the short, steep slope of snow. Soon, Timothy was on the slope. He tried to keep climbing, but on all fours it was slow going and his boots kept slipping in the snow. "Come on, what's the hold up?" Nock yapped impatiently, watching Timothy struggling to pull him up the hill. It was then Nock saw what Timothy was wearing under his snowpants, and the pup couldn't stop himself from laughing. "Hey, I thought you were big? More like a big baby!" Timothy squeaked nervously and tried to pull his snowpants up over his diaper, but every time he did they just slipped down and revealed more of it, and this made Nock laugh even louder. He fell over on his back, unable to control himself. Suddenly he and Timothy were going down the slope backwards! "Help!" cried Timothy, as the force on the taught string of the sled forced him onto his tummy and he slid down the slope. A few seconds later, the raccoon and shepherd pup lay in the snow, Nock having been bounced out of the sled by a bump it had rolled over and came to rest upon. "I thought you were a big boy in training pants..." Nock giggled at Timothy. Timothy didn't answer, he sobbed softly and struggled to his feet, pulling his snowpants up and taking hold of the sled. Nock saw that Timothy was upset and cleared his throat, standing up and apologising. "Sorry Tim, shall we go sledding some more?" Timothy shook his head. "I think I want to go sledding with Friendly." "Okay... sorry Timothy." Timothy smiled at Nock and then went over to Friendly. Sascha trudged over to Nock. "Sascha!" barked Nock happily, wagging his tail at the sight of his friend. "I've kinda had enough of sledding. Let's build a big snow fort!" "Come on Friendly, let's go sledding!" Timothy squeaked, grabbing his sled and toddling through the snow. Friendly followed the raccoon and rolled a small ball of snow into his paw, throwing it at the trunk of a pine tree. It missed and landed some feet further though, creating a small cloud of snow as it hit the root of a neighbouring tree. "Gotta work on my aim..." Friendly mumbled to himself. He then looked down and saw Timothy was now pushing his sled instead of pulling it, his front paws on the back of the sled. "What are you doing, Timothy?" Friendly inquired, smiling softly down at his friend. "Pulling the sled was too hard, so I'm pushing it. It's easier." Timothy answered. Unfortunately, Timothy was wrong. As the slope got a bit steeper it became harder and harder to push, soon his boots were slipping and sliding around with his efforts to keep pushing. His snowpants had slipped down again too, fully revealing the seat of his thick white diaper to Friendly, who chuckled. "Need some help there, little buddy?" asked the fox, his paw over his mouth to try and conceal his amusement. Timothy gasped as he looked back and saw how much of his diaper was showing, blushing significantly. "It's okay buddy. Come on, I'll help." said Friendly, kneeling next to Timothy in the snow and pushing the sled with him. At the top, Friendly helped Timothy pull his snowpants up over his diaper and then the two friends sat in the sled together, Friendly sat behind Timothy and held onto a tree root to keep the sled still. "Ready Timothy?" "Ready Friendly!" "Let's go!" With that, the sled started moving. It went faster and faster. Soon Timothy and Friendly were speeding down the hill. "Wheee!" squeaked Timothy. "Woohooo!" called out Friendly. Once the sled had stopped sliding along, Friendly got out and helped Timothy to his feet. They then trudged over to see what Sascha, Nock and Aito were up to. "Hey, that's a nice snow fort you've got coming along there." commented Friendly. "Thanks! Wanna help us, Friendly?" asked Sascha. "Can I help too?" squeaked Timothy. "Sure, just be careful." Friendly and Timothy set to work continuing to build the walls of the snow fort. Nock was next to Timothy, rolling up some snow. He grinned to himself as he got a naughty idea, glancing at the seat of Timothy's snowpants and the diaper peeking out of the waistband. Holding a paw full of snow, Nock giggled as he sneakily crept up on the unsuspecting raccoon Just as he was reaching for the waistband of Timothy's snowpants, he was hit on his cheek by a large snowball. "Hey!" Nock barked, "This means war!" "SNOWBALL FIGHT!" cried Sascha, as he began throwing more snowballs at Nock. Aito giggled and sided with Nock, picking up snowballs and throwing them towards the wall that Sascha was hiding behind. Timothy and Friendly sided with Sascha, quickly disappearing behind the wall and gathering as many snowballs as they could. "Take that!" yapped Friendly. "Yeah!" Timothy giggled as he threw a snowball at Aito, which missed the nimble little fox and landed harmlessly some feet behind him. Nock stuck his tongue out at Friendly and threw a snowball at him, hitting the older fox squarely on the snout. "Oof! Now you're in for it, puppy!" Nock giggled and ran around picking up some more snowballs, dodging most of Friendly's thrown snowballs and laughing.

A little while later, all of the cubs were a bit tuckered out from their snowball fight. Allison had been watching from the truck parked nearby and paced over to check on them. Aito was sitting in Timothy's sled. He had picked it up and was using it as a shield against the onslaught of Sascha's and Friendly's snowballs. Allison helped him to his feet. "Come here honey, let's fix your snowpants. Your diaper's peeking out a bit." Allison said to Aito, kneeling down behind him to fix his snowpants. Then she seemed to change her mind and whispered into Aito's ear. He whispered back to her, and then she picked him up and gave him a cuddle. "Come on then, let's go get all fixed up." Allison carried Aito over towards the truck, chuckling softly. "Come on Aito. You too Nock, I should check your diaper too." "MOM!" Nock cried, stamping his feet and pouting. "Miss Allison? I... uhhh..." stammered Timothy. "You need a change too, Timothy?" "Uh-huh." Timothy blushed. Friendly was left with Sascha. "That was fun." Sascha chuckled, bending over and picking up Sammy. "What should we do now?" "Allison mentioned a pond... we could go check it out." suggested Friendly. "Awesome!" Sascha laughed, "Come on, let's go!" Soon, Sascha and Friendly found the pond. It was completely iced over. "Here, hold onto Sammy for me. He's really scared of ice and water." "Awww, poor thing." chuckled Friendly, accepting the little plush lynx and stroking him softly. "I'll keep you safe, Sammy." Sascha stamped his boot on the ice, checking the strength and thickness. He seemed content and ventured out onto the pond. "Careful Sascha..." Friendly cautioned, anxiously stepping closer to the ice and preparing himself should the little bear cub fall through into the water. Suddenly one of Sascha's boots slipped and once again he landed on his bottom, sliding into the snowbank at the other side of the pond. "Sascha!" cried Friendly, running along the perimeter of the icy pond to where Sascha had come to rest. "Ooof... that wasn't what I had in mind..." mumbled Sascha. The little bear cub tried to stand up again, but every time he moved his boots kept slipping and sliding around on the ice around him. Stubbornly he kept trying, making Friendly chuckle as he glanced at the seat of Sascha's snowsuit, slightly amused by what was happening. "Come on buddy, take my paw." Friendly called out, pacing in front of Sascha and holding his paw out towards his friend. Sascha smiled, taking Friendly's paw as the older cub pulled him off the ice and back onto the snow. He gave his plush lynx a cuddle and stood up, successfully this time. "I'm okay Sammy. Didn't I tell you I'd be okay?" Friendly smiled. "Come on, let's head back. Everyone should have had their diapers changed by now." Sascha blushed a little but said nothing, he nodded and waddled along with Friendly, back to the site of their snowfort.

All afternoon the friends played on the slopes some more with their sleds. They even had several races to see who's sled was the fastest. Sascha won quite a few with his wooden sled, but Timothy and Friendly managed to win once as well. "No fair! I should have won that!" Nock pouted, "My sled's the fastest." "You won two times before, Nock. Don't be such a sore loser." snapped Sascha, "Besides, who cares who wins? It's fun sledding isn't it?" "Yeah! I've had so much fun." agreed Timothy. "Me too. This was awesome." nodded Friendly. "Boys, it's time to go home!" called Allison, pacing over to the cubs. "It's getting dark." Nock pouted noticeably as everyone headed back towards the truck. "I never get to stay out when it's dark." he muttered. Friendly heard this and chuckled. "It won't be forever, buddy boy." "It can't come soon enough." Nock argued, kicking a ball of snow that had been forgotten from the earlier snowball fight. Sascha's mom came over and picked up the sleepy bear cub, nuzzling him as she carried him away towards their vehicle. "What a fun, snowy day this was." Friendly remarked.
