The interviewer sits on the ground and against the wall with the one-way mirror. He pulls out a second notepad and opens it to the first page. He writes, "Timeline," at the top and underneath it, "The Early Stages."

"Noire Corp's history has a beginning and it starts with Dr. Noire entering college nineteen years ago when she was fifteen, a prodigy at such a young age." He writes down the year, 2167, and Noire entering college at the start. "After some time, probably within her first year, she met with Ishika Kuriame. Fast forward to their last semester in their last month at college," he writes down the year 2171, "they kill a student by accident. Ishika goes off to prison while Noire graduates."

The fox canid flips a page to the back. At the top, he writes, "Illion Enterprises."

"Illion Enterprises invests with Noire to start Noire Corp. Noire must have used the money to get Ishika out of prison. I think the company debuted in late 2172 with Noire being the face of the company. Why not, it has her name on it." He scribbles down the information and proceeds to the next page.

"And then we have the little miracles along the way, various experiments that turn out to be a huge success for the company and our planet throughout the years to come. I remember they hired security soon after debuting, so that must be when they hired Wuffie who grew to become head of security." He quickly ran through three pages worth detailing the in-betweens from the start, titling this section, "The Golden Years."

On the next page, the interviewer titles the page, "Aaron Goldie," and the year, "2175."

"Around this year, Noire dispatches Wuffie to investigate Aaron Goldie. Goldie transformed Wuffie into a wolf to give to his son for his tenth birthday. A little bit later in that same village, Wulf was arrested for reckless endangerment." The interviewer stops writing, tapping his pen against the pad. "But why didn't Aren ever visit Wulf? Unless," He continues to write, "Aren never visited Wulf because his parents threw him out shortly after or sometime later. It's only speculation, but it works as to why Wulf never saw Aren again until he started working here. That poor nekomara has been on his own since he was ten. And Wuffie not reporting back would have alerted Noire and confirmed that Aaron was up to something, but what?"

The interviewer shakes his head and flips another page. "Things didn't pick up again for ten years." The fox canid writes down, "Nera," for the title and the year, "2185."

"Everyone has moved on, Maximillion Illion sends Alaski to work at Noire Corp to learn the value of a dollar and Aren needs money for food. Probably growing a conscience from doing who knows what. He applies to be a lab rat and is changed from a canid to a nekomara. Shortly after, Noire puts Nera from the Fury Realm in the newly transformed nekomara's body and gets amnesia. The lab burns to the ground that night." He flips to another page. "Six months later, Noire and Ishika decide to rebuild, probably with more Illion money. Ishika frees Wulf and his and Aren's village explodes while Ishika trains their secretary, Alaski, as a scientist. And that brings us to the present."

The interviewer slumps against the wall and rubs his temple. A knock comes from the door. "Come in?"

Ishika opens the door and pokes his head in. His goggles resting on his bald head as he spots the interviewer. "Um, I've been waiting a while and you've interviewed everyone but me. I was wondering when I was gonna be called."

The interviewer tenses up, remembering the rumors of the crazy second in command of Noire Corp, Ishika Kuriame. The snake tile was locked away for taking the fall for killing a student from the college. He has scars all over his long snake body from his time in jail. Being a tile, he's one of the few born without legs and instead has a long tail that connects his body. "Ah, right. Well, I won't need you to interview."

"But you know about everyone else and how they got here, why not talk to me?"

"Because you're a murderer. I knew about you before I set foot in this building."

Ishika lowers his head. "Oh, I see." He slowly closes the door and walks away.

The interviewer sighs and presses his body against the wall. He looks at his notepad and throws it on the floor. It lands on the page titled, "Nera." The fox canid stares at the word and his eyes widen. "Maybe, just maybe, he can tell me what Noire cant." He grabs his notepad and stands up. "I'm an idiot for dismissing him so quickly." He races to the door and swings it open. "Ishika!"

The interviewer looks up and down the hallway. He turns to the left and runs. When he reaches the end of the corridor, a door to his left closes. The fox canid runs to the door and opens it. He sees Ishika playing with his beakers. "Can I help you?"

"Yes. Dr. Ishika Kuriame, I'll take you up on that interview."
