I awoke to Farren shaking me and yelling something.

"HEY GET UP WE NEED YOUR HELP NOW!" (Farren)

"OK, OK I'm up. What is happening?"

"Joe and Seth fused and they can't undo it, they are losing control of their powers"

I immediately jumped out of bed and ran down the hall. I saw Joe standing in the middle of the loft. Huge wind currents were blowing everything away from him.

"SETH TRY TO DISENGAGE FROM WHAT JOE IS THINKING!" (me)

Joe just stood there freaking out. I could tell that they were both shocked and couldn't think of anything else. I turned and told Farren to grab my arm. The second he did I could feel insane power inside me. I threw myself at Joe and realized the wind wasn't affecting me at all. I grabbed Joe's arm and in a flash of white he was gone. I was shocked. Just as much as Farren was inside me.

Wait, what, where am I. (Joe and Seth)

I realized I had Seth, Joe, and Farren fused with me at the same time. The power I could feel was like nothing I had ever experienced.

You guys are all fused with me right now.

I didn't know we could fuse more than two of us. (Seth)

Neither did I.

"what the hell is going on up there!" (mom)

I felt all of the power rush out of me as Farren Seth and Joe appeared next to me. Our mother was reaching the top of the stairs at the moment

"you all need to tell me what this power of yours is" (mom)

"well uh... We can kinda fuse with each other, and we get powers when we do." (me)

"What do you mean fuse?"

I turned to my brothers asking for a hand. Carson took his opportunity and grabbed it. In a flash he was gone and our mother was staring at me. I lifted my hand and looked at the furniture that was tossed about and moved it all to where it used to be. Mom just stood there speechless.

Wow now we have telekinetic powers as well.

What the hell is next. (Carson)

The power disappeared again as Carson appeared in front of me.

"well this took an interesting turn. Can all of you guys do that?" (mom)

"so far it seems that way. I don't know if we all have different powers when we fuse or what, but Seth, Farren and Joe seem to control elements, and Garrett got super strength when I fused with him" (me)

"Oh and Farren controlled two elements at the same time when he was fused." (Kade)

"that's not possible." (mom)

"it's true he had water and fire control" (me)

"OK everyone into the van now I'm taking you to the specialist to find out what's going on"

So we arrived at the specialist office to have a talk with Mr. Orville the leading ability counselor of our small city. He was convinced he would never see us again when he told us we had no abilities.

"Mr. Orville, how great to see you again." (mom)

"it my pleasure. What brings you and the bunch back here?" (Mr. Orville)

"well they have uncovered their hidden abilities and we don't exactly know how to deal with them."

"I thought we found out you were all abilityless?"

"yes well it turns out we gain these abilities when we fuse" (Joe)

"wait fuse? I've never heard of that. What do you mean when you say fuse?"

"can I demonstrate for you?"

"Uh... sure let me see what you can do."

Joe turned and I was already holding my hand out, he grabbed it and I saw where I was standing before. Joe turned to Mr. Orville and held his hand up making a tight compressed vortex in his palm.

Mr. Orville sat there unsure of what to say. I unfused with Joe as he let go of his hold on the air.

"I have never seen such a thing." (Mr. Orville)

"ya we just found out about it yesterday" (me)

"and all of you guys can do that?"

"we can all fuse yes, but it seems like we have different abilities while we are fused. Farren for example was controlling both fire and water when we fused."

"what! You controlled two elements?"

"yes sir. I know that's not supposed to be possible but neither is this fusing thing we do" (Farren)

It was at this time that Mr. Orville started preparing to run all of the tests he knew, He was determined to figure this one out. So we spent another three hours at his office as all the tests were being run, while we were fused and non fused.

"OK, it seems like the ten of you can all fuse, and each of you can use all the abilities the others can use. From what I can tell you guys have an incredible power, I wouldn't even know where to begin for training you guys. I will try to recommend you to the most advanced ability trainer I know, but he may not take your case, I can't know for sure. As of right now don't fuse in public and don't over use your powers." (Mr. Orville)

"Oh and I forgot to tell you, once me, Seth, Joe, and Farren all fused into my body." (me)

"why didn't you tell me that before? Whatever just don't do it again, wait for the trainer to call your mother and you can experiment in the training facility."

We made it back home and I figure now is as good a time as any to explain more about my family. Me and the rest of the second batch are one year younger the the first batch. Joe Garrett and Lance were always alike, Me Seth Farren and Kade were alike, and Vince Tony and Carson were alike. The three oldest were the first ones to stand up for all of us, they would never back from a challenge and always got into the most trouble. Vince Tony and Carson were the shy easy going ones, they never bothered to take a stand until someone else did, but they always have our back and we knew it. Me Seth Farren and Kade were alike cause were the smooth talkers of the group, whenever we needed to talk our way out of trouble it was up to us. We are also the odd ones out cause we're gay. There wasn't a single thing we didn't tell each other. The second batch all looked like me, the first however, they looked nothing like us. The first batch all had bright gold fur, you could barely see their spots because they were just a shade darker, almost like a bronze color. Their eyes were a light brown and their bellies were white. Me and the second batch had ice blue eyes, imagine the clearest blue tinted ice, those were our eyes.

Me, Seth, Farren and Kade messed around when we were very young, that's how we found out we were more into guys than girls. All our other brothers never judged us for it, in fact it kinda brought some difference to our little group.

"HEY Ajax what you thinking about?" (Farren)

I always appreciated Farren, he was always the first to ask me how I was doing or feeling.

"I don't know. This whole thing was kinda sudden and I'm still figuring it out."(me)

"ya I understand. It kind of has me worried to be honest."

"how so? I know it's not the easiest thing to comprehend but."

"well I just don't know how everyone at school will react to this. We kinda just took off and left Alex there. We don't even know what kinda condition he's in."

"well it can't be too bad, I mean we would have had cops show up looking for us if he was actually hurt bad."

"ya I guess that's true. What about this whole ability thing? I mean everyone saw how you and Garrett fused."

"I think once we explain it things will go back to normal. Better than normal cause now we have powers like everyone else."

"ya I guess you're right"

The day was coming to an end. After eating dinner and explaining everything to our father at the table we all sat around watching TV until it was time for bed. Me, Seth, Farren and Kade slept in one room, Joe, Garrett and Lance in another, and Vince, Tony and Carson in the last. My thoughts played well into the night, they got so bad I had to get up and go for a walk. As I was going down the empty road I saw someone walking toward me.
