Brother Fighting Brother part 2
Fang and Tamati just stood there as the wind blew across the battlefield, their swords held in their wrench tight grip as thunder edge sparked with lightning while foe reaver gave off a small flame along the edge then as Fang opened his eyes they became the way they used to be, piercing and wild.
"HERE I COME TAMATI!!!!"
"YAAAAAGH!!!!"
Fang charged in full force and as the sword came crashing to the ground Tamati leaped into the air dodging the blow and creating nine clones of himself as a black flame appeared on all nine of his tails.
"what the-?!?"
"AMASERATSU!!!!"
"Uugh!! AAAAAUUUUGGGGHHHHH!!!!!"
They formed a circle around him blasting at him with the fire, as the clones rejoined the original Tamati felt like it was an easy victory but out of the smoke came Fang in the shape of a fast moving sphere heading right at him catching him completely off guard.
"HYAAAGH!!!"
"OOF!!! why you-UUUGH!!!"
Tamati was knocked straight into the air as Fang broke out of the sphere to delivere a bone shattering uppercut straight to his jaw and thanks to his speed he suddenly flashed right in front of Tamati for a hoarse cut that hammered him back into the ground.
"Had enough?!?"
"*laughs!!!* I'm just getting warmed up! and thanks to you I have the power of the dragon fire *forms lighting around right arm* and I can do-THIS!!!"
"AAAAH!!!"
Fang was blasted by a bolt of lightning and was hit by a second one that sent him flying into a broken skyscraper. As he rose to his feet he bleed from his forehead and lip, his eyes still filled with anger as he looked at Tamati still holding his toothy grin preparing another lightning blast when suddenly Fang began to emit a strange arua that turned out to be a barrier of flames as he formed a giant orb of fire and blasted it to the ground Tamati was standing on sending him crashing into a wrecked car.
"Come on Fang! you expect me to give up after a little attack like that?!? thanks to you I have the power of the dragon fire and it feels GOOD!!"
Tamati gathered all the lightning into a single orb and formed it into a giant spear sending it hurling towards Fang as he jumped out of the way, upon impact the lighting bolt caused a huge shockwave disabling all electricity in the city but luckily for Fox and the others they were above ground and were unaffected.
Speaking of which Fox had been locked in a stalemate with the general as he dodged all the attacks while blasting his suit to bits but with the aparoids swarming all over it was only a matter of time before they were finished, then Peppy noticed three other ships coming in on the radar and heard a voice over the speaker.
"Geeze Fox! if it were me this guy'd be toast."
"WOLF!!"
It was the most notorious outlaws in all the lylat system; Starwolf who had come to assist the team. Fox and his team had crossed paths with them before and especially their new member, his name was Panther. His image soon appeared on the holo projector to greet the girls of the team since he was known to be a ladies man.
"*whistle* Ahh the lovely Krystal so good to see you again."
"Sorry I'm spoken for."
Krystal stood up from her chair to reveal her pregnant belly leaving panther jealous with Fox who had just sent the general crashing into the flames below which was the hardest thing for him to do since he looked up to the general but the time for mourning would have to wait as they returned their attention to Fang and Tamatis battle.
"RRRRAAAGH!!!"
"HAAAAAGH!!!!"
Even with its size and length Fang swung foe reaver as if it were a mere stick and the force of the blows were devastating even as Tamati blocked or parried them but as he blocked the next attack he sent a jolt of electricity that stunned Fang allowing him to blast him with a lightning spear and into a flaming pile of debris.
"NO!! FANG!!"
"HA HA HA HA!!!-AAAUUGH!!!"
Fang jumped right out of the flames eyes literally burning as they glowed with the dragon fire, as Tamati opened his eyes lighting surged within them as both combatants charged up their attacks and in one violent explosion Tamati was somehow defeated while Fang dropped on one knee as he saw the infection leave his body.
"Look there!"
Fara saw foe reaver embedded into the wall he crashed into and a small cut was on his right arm and as Tamati opened his eyes it all came back to him as he saw the image of the sword coming at him thinking this was his final moment but instead the sword cut his arm and broke his concentration allowing Fangs attack to break through and then everything went black.
Hours later he could hear the sound of a familiar voice crying out to him and as he opened his eyes he saw Ammy crying in her sleep and holding his hand.
"A....Ammy?"
"*GASP!!* Tamati?!?"
"Ammy...."
"TAMATI!!! YOU'RE ALIVE!!!!"
Ammy bursted into tears of joy as she held her mate carefully but closely, Tamati couldn't help but smile as he stroked the hair of his mate and kissed her head lovingly, then he noticed Fang who had a few badages on him peeking into the room with a satisfied smirk as he went to the bridge to give the team the news.
"Fang! is he alright?!?"
"He'll be fine."
"Oh thank the gods and thank you Fang."
Krystal hugged Fang knowing he was able to keep his promise while the others left to greet Tamati leaving only Fox who was working with the navigation system.
"You guys go ahead and check on him, I still have some work to do."
Fox soon discovered that the general had sent him coordinates to an unexplored part of the planet no doubt thinking that this was the location of the aparoids homeworld.
