Power's - Flaming Ice. His Flaming Ice while is frozen solid ice actually causes burns upon those who get hit with it. If he were to freeze someone solid the person who got frozen would actually feel burning hot instead of freezing cold. For his ice while frozen like glass on the outside inside the glass is a shimmering blue fire that prevents the ice from melting and making it unusually hot. When fighting he often uses his Flaming ice as projectiles and can fly in the air by creating a platform of ice that then can move around on his command without leaving a trail of ice behind him. His Ultimate attack is Chamber of Fire and Ice where he creates a chamber made out of his flaming Ice and traps everyone caught in his chamber until they are down for the count. His Weapon of Choice is a Bow and Arrow with which he can uses his powers on and cause anyone shot by his arrow to become encased in his Flaming Ice.
Personality - like his power he is seemingly cold on the outside but with his friends he is actually quite warm and making jokes to make everyone laugh. Though his humor is as dry as Dry Ice. Yet he can still pull off some pretty funny stuff.
Physical Description - He looks like a normal White Tiger with the only difference being his stripes are a dark blue and the stripes have more of a flame pillar look to them.
That is one Kitty that I wouldn't want on my bad side. imagine being frozen in burning hot ice and unable to move until he is no longer mad and unfreezes you. talk about going up in smoke
