#3 of You Get What You Give

This story originally started out as writing practice in the form of the weekly writing prompt "Bully meets with his Victim years later after high school."

My patrons over on Patreon elected this the prompt to be its own complete short story, and the end result is this tale! As I expanded on the original idea there were some minor changes to the plot and character name(s), but otherwise this is what that small idea has grown into. Due to how expanded this prompt has become, I will be uploading it in more than one part. This is the third and final post for this story, showing up only here on SF due to the issues part 1 had over on FA.

So, at this point "You Get What You Give" is now complete! I hope you enjoyed, and thanks for reading!

Roen had just opened his sack lunch and took a seat on one of the few empty counters in the building when he finally gave into the thought his boyfriend had planted in his head the prior night. "So, Bart..."

The Talking Shire looked up from his feeding trough, which Roen had just filled with a collection of hay and vitamin supplements. "What?"

The teen picked up his packed sandwich and took a bite, chewing and swallowing before he continued what he knew was a questionable topic for discussion. "I guess you're a retired stud, right?"

Bart let out a lengthy snort. "Figured that out all on your own? I guess the fact that I mentioned it a few dozen times now didn't hurt none..."

Roen frowned. "I'm not making fun of you... I guess I'm just looking for some clarification on it."

The Talking Shire shook his head, rotating it left and right quickly as if trying to shoo away flies. "Not much to explain-- I used to get two mares or more a day, and now they have me stuck in this hell hole with my cock rusting from disuse."

The teen Stallion took another bite of his sandwich as he formulated his response. "Yeah... I guess that is kinda how it sounds."

Bart stared at him "So you're rubbing it in now?"

Roen put his sandwich down. "Not at all... it was just something my boyfriend and I were discussi--"

"Your boyfriend?"

The casual usage of the word had caught Bart's attention and Roen fought to keep his eyes from rolling. "Yes. Boyfriend. His name is Jake. We've been together for about a year and a half."

The Talking Shire's ears rotated one way then the other before zeroing back in on the teen. "Wow... and all this time I was just having fun calling you a pillow biter... guess my gaydar is better than I thought."

Roen frowned. "First of all, I'm not a pillow biter, and sec--"

The older Horse let out a whiney laugh. "Oh... so you pack fudge then."

The teen hopped off the counter and began cleaning up his lunch, putting his uneaten food away in the bag as he announced "If you don't want to have a friendly conversation then we don't need to talk at all, Bart. I'm here beca--"

The four legged horse quickly interjected "Hey-- hey! Relax, little guy, I'm just laughing about the--"

Roen stated flatly "My name's Roen."

Bart kicked the wall of his stall in frustration. "I'm not good at bein' nice, ROEN... but I'm tryin' here!"

The teen set his bag back down and folded his arms across his chest. "You need a lot more practice because you're not doing a very good job."

The Talking Shire let out a long sigh. "Fine. Right. I guess you must be pretty sensitive about being one of the gays, I guess?"

Roen rolled his eyes. "I'm not 'one of the gays', Bart. I'm gay. I'm homosexual. I have a boyfriend. That's all there is to it... can we move on or do you want to obsess over it or something?"

The four legged horse stood there with all four feet planted on the ground as if trying to maintain his balance in a horse trailer. "You're gay. You have a boyfriend. He's an otter. Got it."

The teen nodded. "And his name is Jake."

Bart's head bobbed up and down, look of intense concentration on his equine features. "Jake. Right. Your otter boyfriend's name is Jake. You've been together awhile and you were... talking to him? ...about me?"

The horse's egocentric approach to life had long-since stopped surprising Roen. He just nodded. "Yes, Bart... Jake asked me about my day at work and you came up in conversation."

For the first time Roen could remember he saw what he thought was an expression of uncertainty blatantly displayed by the older stallion. "In... a GOOD way, or....?"

The teen shrugged. "As a topic of discussion. I told him about you, and about our history together, and that you're a lot less unlikable now than you were back when I worked here before."

Bart's ears lowered slightly. "I'm 'less unlikable'? Glowing review, litt-- Roen."

The young Stallion didn't miss that the Talking Shire had corrected himself and he took that into account when he said "Yes, Bart... you're less unlikable. I think there might even be hope for you."

Bart remained silent for many long moments, his ears alternating between up, back, and flattened sideways, the gears in his head obvious turning as he went to speak several times. Eventually he apparently decided to move forward with saying something, but he was surprisingly delicate as to his approach. "So... that was it? Just that you knew me from before and I'm not... ah... such a.... raging asshole now?"

Roen pulled his bag of chips out of his lunch sack and opened them as he said "Well... I told him that I kinda felt sorry for you."

The indignation Bart displayed at that was immediately. "Hey! I didn--"

The teen pushed right on through the objection. "I said I didn't think depriving a stud was fair... even if he was a 'raging asshole'."

The interruption was taken surprisingly well by Bart, who also seemed to catch the repeat of the term he'd used to describe himself. An unreadable neutral expression replaced it immediately as the Stallion took a step closer right to the edge of his stall, head hanging over it and into the walkway down the middle of the structure. "Really? So what does--?"

Roen smirked, shoving a chip into his mouth and speaking as he chewed. "Jake told me that I should 'give you a hand'."

Bart's ears went right up, head raising too. A second later a large, goofy smile spread across his long mouth. "I think I like your boyfriend already."

The teen rolled his eyes. "I thought you would."

Silence prevailed for many seconds and Roen was on his fourth chip when the Talking Shire followed up with "So did he make a good case?"

Roen glanced toward the horse; the stable walls weren't solid, providing the teen a clear enough view to see that Bart's penis was hanging, and firming up quickly. There was something erotic about seeing it and knowing that he was the cause of the older Stallion's excitement. Servicing the retired breeding stud, however, was not really what the young Stallion had in mind. "That's more his area of expertise... not mine."

Bart's mouth started working, almost as if he were a cow chewing cud. "So... are you fucking with my head on purpose bringing this up, or is there a point to it all?"

The teen set down his bag of chips and approached Bart's stall. "My grandfather told me something once that stuck with me... he said 'You get what you give.'."

The Talking Shire remained silent and Roen could see in his eyes that Bart was processing what he'd said. The horse finally came to a conclusion and he frowned "Since I was a dick to you a couple years back you're gonna torture me now?"

Roen swallowed the last bit of hesitation as he stepped right up to the gate and slid a hand down to his zipper, and the surprisingly hard flesh that lay confined behind it. Was he really thinking of doing what he was thinking of doing? He unzipped, confirming that he was as he stated "More like 'one good turn deserves another'."

Bart drew his head back several feet, surprise evident in his eyes, but they only grew wider when Roen pulled out the contents of his pants. "I--"

It was the teen's turn to smirk confidently. "Not really a 'little guy' anymore?"

The indecision was evident in the Talking Shire's every movement, his every gaze, and the fact that his drooping penis jumped before he spoke. "I'm not into that-- I don't suck off guys, Roen."

Roen didn't bother putting it away; if anything it was getting even harder for him to deny the thought of how beautiful the situation was. "Not even if it gets you a certain something in return, Bart?"

The older Stallion's hesitance was palpable, but Roen also noticed that the Talking Shire's member was dripping at the prospect of finally finding release. In the handful of seconds between indecision and decision, the teen was wondering just what he'd tell Jake about the interaction. Before the movement registered, Roen was surprised when Bart craned his neck, and the next thing the teen knew, half of his shaft was buried in the Talking Shire's mouth. Taking in a deep breath, the teen's head spun and he widened his stance to steady himself.

Bart mumbled something but it wasn't understandable with almost eight inches of stallion cock in his mouth. Roen just smiled, stepping closer to the stall and he was happily surprised when, rather than pulling back, the older stallion's head pushed forward to meet his hips and all of the teen's flesh disappeared into the waiting maw. Reaching up, Roen even took hold of Bart's ears and helped guide him.

The Talking Shire was obviously no expert on giving head and, other than the warm slickness of the older Stallion's mouth there wasn't really much to it... except for the psychology of it all... and that alone turned out to be enough. After scarcely two minutes of the Talking Shire's awkward attempts at giving head Roen gripped onto the older Stallion's ears tightly, thrusting his hips forward as his balls hug up against his pelvis and he unloaded into Bart's mouth.

The young stallion had always had quick and productive ejaculations, meaning his orgasms did not last long, but they were fierce. He shivered, feeling a tingling in his hooves as he pulled his spent cock out of Bart's mouth; the Talking Shire gagged and huffed, snorting and spitting as he drew back. "Ugh... it's fuckin' bitter!"

Roen nodded, zipping up. "Yeah... I'm told it's an acquired taste."

Licking at the inside of his mouth, Bart's expression changed from indignant to eager. "Well.. now that THAT'S over, it's time for YOU to see how I taste."

The teen grabbed his lunch bag. "Another time... my lunch break's over."

The Talking Shire whinnied in objection. "But, you said--!"

Roen headed out of the stable. "You get what you give, Bart... when I worked here before you left me with a bad taste in my mouth, so that's what you get this time. Maybe we'll move past that tomorrow."

Although the teen felt a little bad about it, he still smirked as he exited the stable with a ranting and raving Talking Shire throwing a tantrum alone in his stall.

Jake's response upon hearing about the day was not at all unexpected. "No fucking way!"

Roen smirked against the phone's mouth piece. "Yes fucking way."

The Otter's voice was beyond excited. "Was he good?" The follow-up question before the stallion could respond was almost comical in its sudden indignant tone. "Is he better than me?"

The young stallion laughed. "No... he was really REALLY bad at it."

The two shared a laugh for a few moments but Jake wasn't done with his questions. "But you didn't do anything in return?"

Roen sighed. "Nope. Like I said: Bart was a dick to me so he had to make up for how he treated me."

Jake's voice was chiding. "Wow... you're evil."

Smirking, the stallion replied "Well... after that I went to talk to Lou to see if I could have a guest tomorrow."

The Otter apparently didn't quite get the purpose of the topic change. "Why would you need to have someone visit you at the--"

Roen explained everything in a single sentence. "How would you like to meet Bart?"

There was a long stretch of silence on the other end of the line. After a long enough pause the Stallion spoke up. "Shake-N-Jake? You there, Jakey?"

Jake answered after a moment. "Yeah... I'm here."

Roen glanced down at his cell before holding it back to his ear. "You okay? The line went quiet for a minute."

The Otter's voice was full of humor. "Yeah, Roen... I just creamed my shorts... had to get something to clean em up."

The Stallion rolled his eyes. "So... that's a yes?"

Jake's voice was full of eagerness "When should I show up?"

Roen checked in with Lou again the following morning, reiterating that he was going to have his boyfriend join him for lunch. The Bull was still fine with the idea, but he did offer up a warning. "I know you've been spending time back at 6... it's good to know you've got over your Bart issue, but you should know better'n anyone else that he doesn't really do well with new people."

The young Stallion promised Lou that he'd be careful and that his visitor would be well-aware regarding the Talking Shire's disposition. He concluded the discussion with a good-humored "I'll check in with you after lunch to let you know that nobody died. If I don't come back, assume something went wrong."

They shared a good laugh and the Bull informed him that it wasn't necessary; he did, however request that nobody do anything stupid since his liability insurance premiums were bad enough that he didn't need them raised. Roen made many assurances that everything would be fine and the ranch owner didn't press the issue any further. The work day began immediately thereafter, and there was plenty to do.

Roen put in his fair share that morning, not only moving hay and helping to install a fence, but he also had a chance to assist with moving several horses into travel trailers. The young Stallion didn't often see the trailers and he knew something was up, but it wasn't until Blake, an older Tick Hound stable hand told him that Lou was heading to an expo with them. The teen finished helping the Dog close the trailer before asking "Really? When's that?"

The other stable hand secured the latch. "Tomorrow. He'll be gone a week."

That, at least, explained the chaos of the morning. As the day wore on the extra work didn't relent in the least and Roen was kept busy right up until his lunch. Just as he was making his quick walk-by of the general stable hand gathering table to say his hellos Lou stopped by with Jake in tow; the Otter's eyes were wide as he was looking around at everything and everyone. The Bull gave the teen a pat on the shoulder before gently shoving him toward Roen. "Hey, Roen... I think this is yours."

The young Stallion gave the Otter a quick hug and quickly introduced him to the other stable hands. They were all more interested in their lunch than the newcomer, but they politely offered their own greetings. Roen then disengaged, bringing Jake with him toward the back of the ranch. The Otter kept looking over his shoulder. "Wow... they didn't seem surprised at all to meet your boyfriend."

The Stallion shrugged. "Eh... as long as you do your work here nobody cares who you are or what you do in your free time."

Jake stifled a giggle as he slowed his pace, glancing back toward the table. "Wow... and here all this time I thought the country types had trouble with homos."

Roen rolled his eyes, taking the meandering Otter by the paw before giving him a little yank. "Nope... stereotypes go both ways, you know... besides, I'm not the first gay guy here, and Lou's daughter goes for chicks."

Still giggling, Jake swatted the Stallion's rump. "Oh? So you're not the first, huh? Is the other guy cute?"

Letting out a sigh, Roen brought his boyfriend toward Building Six, saying only "I never really thought about it. Clayton and Jules... you saw them at the table, right? The Tabby and the Blue Heeler-- they're a couple."

Jake got a patented mischievous look on his muzzle but, before he could say anything, a call came from within the building. "Roen? That you?"

The Otter's whiskers perked. "Oohh... I looove that deep voice."

Before anyone else could say anything Roen opened the door to the barn and ushered his boyfriend in, calling out to the Talking Shire "Yeah, Bart... it's me. I also brought someone."

Bart's head emerged from the far stall, ears forward as he peered out. "I just figured you wouldn't bother coming back."

Roen snorted "I SAID I'd be back."

Rather than push the issue, the Talking Shire stared at Jake. "Who's this?"

The young Stallion stepped aside and presented the Otter. "This is Jake."

Bart's head raised a little more and his ears focused in. "Oh... so THIS is the famous boyfriend who's been talking to you about me on the phone."

The Otter quivered. "Fuck... he's SOOOO hot..."

The older Stallion actually smiled; it was the first time Roen had seen him do so in any way that wasn't preceded by an insult or jibe. "Well... he's got good taste at least."

Roen patted Jake on the shoulder, still addressing Bart. "Like I said before... I don't catch, I pitch... but Jake here... Jake loves catching, and I told him about the talk you and I had yesterday."

The Talking Shire snorted, his face souring. "Huh... did ya now?"

The Otter was practically bouncing in place and Roen didn't miss the fact that his jeans were tented. "Does this mean what I think it means?"

The young Stallion smirked, addressing them both. "You can have at Bart all you want, just as long as he doesn't mind getting used to the taste of getting as well as he gives."

The Talking Shire's rapidly distending flesh betrayed the otherwise nonchalant statement of "Can't never give a guy a break, huh?"

Roen nodded to his boyfriend and wasted no time unzipping his jeans. Jake, in the meantime, let out a happy squeal and practically bound over to the stall before pausing. "Is... there enough room for me in there?"

Bart let out a wry grin, head lowered to gaze at the Otter's shapely rump, and the tell-tale thwack of his erection striking his belly accentuated his statement. "Funny... I was thinking the same thing..."

Roen followed Jake over and lifted the latch keeping the Talking Shire's stall closed. "Come on out, Bart... but no-- none of that... you're giving head, so you're getting head."

It was almost funny the way the Otters "aww!" coupled with Bart's disgruntled "hunf." Regardless, the Talking Shire clopped his way out of the stall and stood in the wide walkway what divided the two sides of the barn, lengthy flesh bobbing beneath him between his hind legs. Jake was transfixed, staring, so it was up to Roen to give him a little shove in that direction before presenting himself to Bart.

The Otter wasted no time, kneeling down next to the four legged Horse and Roen saw Bart jump in surprise at his touch. The Talking Shire whinnied softly. "Damn, boy... you have some soft paws on ya..."

Although most of his vision was obscured by Bart's wide body he knew Jake well enough to know that the size queen Otter was probably worshipping the horse cock; he'd experienced it often enough himself. Roen pulled his own already-hard flesh out of his jeans and smacked the Talking Shire soundly on the end of his muzzle with it. "Yes he does... and a magical tongue too."

Bart scowled but, after shivering from Jake's ministrations he seemed less hesitant than the first time. The Talking Shire moved his head forward, engulfing the entire length with his mouth and he started working it with a little more fervor than the prior day. From beneath Bart Jake noted "Fuck... he's bigger than YOU, Roen!"

The young Stallion chuckled. "Guess you're not disappointed then, huh Shake-n-Jake?"

The Otter mewed eagerly. "Oh god... he tastes divine!"

Roen could feel Bart shudder from Jake's touch and he smiled, knowing exactly what the Talking Shire was experiencing; the Otter was proud of his immeasurable talents and he was happy to use every opportunity to use them. Chuckling, he took hold of one of Bart's ears and began gently rocking his hips into the Horse's mouth. "Enjoying yourself much?"

Jake whimpered. "Ofuk... I want this thing in me."

The Talking Shire shook his head and pulled back, Roen's shaft pulling free from his lips with an audible pop. The Talkig Shire craned his head back. "Don't let me stop ya, boy... if you wanna bend over I haven't had a chance to shove this thing in any--"

Roen pulled Bart's head back. "Nope... I'm getting head and you're getting head... you get what you give, Bart, I alread--"

Jake didn't miss a beat. "Then turn around and let Roen have at your other end, big guy. He's REALLY good at what he does too!"

Given the right incentive, Bart ended up objecting far less than Roen would have imagined. It was a very good lunch break, and, just as Roen had promised, nobody was (seriously) injured. Jake ended up staying in the barn for the rest of the afternoon to recover, and the two boyfriends walked home together, albeit the Otter was still bow legged.
