Really weird stuff is going to start happening now. As always, I enjoy seeing your votes and comments.

The Petting Zoo on the bad side of town was really shaken up when Flappy the Harpy Eagle showed up as Flappy the Griffin. Speculation was rampant as Flappy dodged questions left and right about how he became a Griffin. His standard answer was, "It's top secret." He didn't like to let the guests poke at the thin scar circling his body where his feathers met fur.

A few weeks after Flappy made his grand entrance to the petting zoo, a full moon peeks from the cloudy night sky. The newly expanded pond in the petting zoo starts to bubble and a shape pushes through from underneath the water's surface. A large blue Sabretooth Tiger jumps up from under the pond itself and arcs through the air to land on the bank. The tiger shakes the water out of his fur. A yelp can be heard as something clinging to his back falls off. The shape stands up to reveal itself as an angry Chimpanzee. The chimp whispers, "Fang, you could have let me down before you did that!" Fang shrugs, "It's a force of habit."

The chimp looks around and sees Howard the Lynx staring at the scene with stunned silence. With unnatural strength, the Chimp jumps into the air and lands on Howard's back, pinning him to the ground. Fang quickly yells, "Nobody, this isn't that type of mission!" The chimp named Nobody loosens his grip around Howards neck. Nobody breathes heavily and says, "But he saw us make our entrance." Fang sniffs the crying Lynx and replies, "It doesn't matter. Look at him. He's blackout drunk anyway." Nobody sniffs at the squirming Lynx in his grip.

Looking across the park, Fang's glowing blue eyes see the employee dorms. Fang orders, "Bring him along, it will save us the hassle of gaining entrance." Nobody leans down to whisper in the Lynx's ear, "Shut up and just go limp, it will be easier for all of us." Howard holds back his whimpering as Nobody releases the neck and grabs a handful of skin on the nape. Nobody roughly drags Howard across the grass as he follows behind Fang.

When the trio reach the building, Nobody pulls the Lynx against the scanner and the lock pops open. Releasing the Lynx, Nobody snarls, "Run along now little kitty." Howard's drunken legs refuse to work and Nobody picks up the feline to throw him several feet away into some bushes under a window.

Fang asks, "Is violence the only way you know how to do things?" Nobody holds the door open and gestures with a long arm for Fang to enter. Fang walks into the empty common room cautiously and looks at a chart to find Flappy's room. He spots the name on the chart and heads down a hall . Fang whispers, "If anyone else was still awake at this hour, would you attack them too?" Nobody answers, "Yes, the mission always comes first."

Pushing open the door to Flappy's room, Fang spots the sleeping Griffin laying in an oversized nest of blankets. His eyes glow brighter in the dark as he examines the Griffin. Fang presses a paw to the light switch and orders, "Wake up Flappy." Flappy's eyes shoot open and he spots the unsettling blue sabre tooth tiger sitting in front of him. Flappy asks, "Fang? What are you doing here?" Fang replies, "Doc wanted me to check up on you. Having any problems with that new body?" Flappy shakes his head no.

Nobody pokes his head out from behind Fang and says, "Then I will just get the samples and we will be on our way." Flappy is unsettled by the Chimpanzee as he pulls a kit from his backpack. Nobody says, "I just need a blood sample from each half." Without asking permission, Nobody grabs Flappy's front leg and starts examining it. Finding a good spot, Nobody jams the needle in and the tube fills with blood. He pulls out a clean needle and brushes back the fur on Flappy's back half to repeat the process.

Flappy asks, "Why are you here in the middle of the night?" Fang answers, "Doc is in the middle of something and needed this sample for comparison right away." Nobody holds up the two tubes of blood and tucks everything back into the bag. Nobody says, "We have the samples. Let's get to extraction." Fang's eyes glow brightly as he sings to Flappy, "Go to sleep, go to sleep." Flappy's eyes grow heavy and he falls asleep.

Fang walks out the door and whispers to Nobody, "That's how you do subtle, he won't even know if we were just a dream." Walking back toward the pond, Fang looks up at the tree next to it. Nobody uses his chimp hands and feet to hold onto Fang's back tightly as the tiger climbs up the tree. At the top of the tree, the teenage equivalent half-breed possum, Taco Supreme, sees the duo. Fang says, "On the count of three." Taco is excited when he sees the tiger is about to jump in the pond. He uses his tail to lower himself down onto the chimps backpack and holds on. With all the branches poking him, Nobody doesn't feel the little possum attach to his pack.

Jumping off the tree, the pond bubbles as Fang plummets towards the water. Colors and sounds assault Taco as they travel through the portal. He holds his breath tight and they finally emerge from a swimming pool. Fang makes a graceful landing pool side and Taco exclaims, "Wow, that was fun! Can we do it again?" Fang and Nobody look dumbfounded at the little possum clinging to the bag.

Nobody reaches his hand back to grab at the possum but Taco plays keep away from the hand. Nobody gets angry and takes off the backpack. Fang orders, "Take the samples to the doctor. I'll take care of this." Nobody glares at the possum as he reaches in the bag for the waterproof kit. He wraps a towel around himself as he walks off with the samples. Fang is left with the possum to try to figure out the situation.

Fang asks, "What's your name little one?" Taco answers, "Taco Supreme!" Fang says, "My name is Fang and where..." Taco interrupts, "Is that because of your huge teeth?" Fang answers, "Yes. So where did you come from Taco?" Taco replies, "I woke up in my tree and heard splashing from the pond. I saw you carry Howard off to bed. Mom says he's sad a lot, so he drinks too much." Fang breathes a big sigh of relief that Taco wasn't something they picked up while inside the portal. Fang lies to Taco, "Howard was very happy we tucked him in." Taco continues excitedly, "When I saw you come back and climb the tree, I wanted to play in the pond with you!" Taco looks around the indoor pool and asks, "How did you swim all the way here? Is there a tunnel under the water?" Fang answers "Yes, all bodies of water connect if you have the key to the tunnels."

Taco easily accepts this explanation and asks, "Can you do that in the bathtub too?" Fang smiles around his sabre teeth and answers, "Sure, but it helps if you get a running start. You don't want to pass out from having to hold your breath for too long in the tunnel." Fang shakes his fur dry and the little possum laughs. Fang grabs a towel in his mouth and throws it over Taco.

Fang remembers Taco mentioned a mom and says, "Your mom is going to get worried when she finds you missing." Taco pokes his head out from the towel and says, "Nah, I'm a big boy. That's why I sleep in my tree. Mom still thinks I'm a child but I'm old enough to live on my own." Fang asks, "How old are you?" Taco replies, "I dunno, my first mom abandoned me so nobody knows when I was born. My second mom says I'm a teenager."

A door opens across the room and in walks a living skeleton. It's a mismatch mess of a canine's skull, human arms, a torso of unknown species and digitigrade legs of a hooved animal. It walks upright towards them and Taco quickly climbs on Fang's leg to hug him. The skull's green glowing eyes look at Taco and the mouth doesn't move when it says, "Fang, Nobody told me you picked up a hitchhiker." Fang replies to the skeleton, "He's harmless." He looks at the possum clinging to his front leg and says, "Don't be afraid little one. She won't hurt you."

Looking up at the skeleton, Fang says, "I was just about to send him home." Taco says, "I don't want to go home." Fang sighs, "Of course you wouldn't, after what you've already seen."

The skeleton gets down on one knee and holds a hand out towards Taco. She says, "My name is Lunate after this bone." She uses her other arm to point a finger at a bone on her wrist. She continues, "You can call me Luna. What's your name?" The possum cautiously replies, "Taco Supreme." Luna tilts her wolf skull and asks, "Were your parents hungry when they named you?" Taco tells the story he always does when people ask about his stupid name, "My new mom forgot to name me when I was adopted. So her boss wrote that on my registration."

The talking has relaxed Taco enough that he walks towards the offered hand. He reaches a front paw up to touch a finger bone and he asks, "Are you dead?" Luna laughs and replies, "Oh no, not anymore. It didn't take." Fang asks, "Are you really sure you don't want to go home?" Taco replies, "Yeah, you two are cool." Luna says, "Looks like we have a new recruit." Fang furrows his brow and asks, "Can you at least call your Mom to tell her you are running away to join the circus?"

Luna scoops up the little possum in her hand and hugs him to her bare rib cage. Taco touches the ribs with his paw and then curiously touches his tongue to it. He feels a tingle like electricity in his tongue and quickly pulls it back. Standing back up straight, Luna uses a towel to dry off Taco. She holds the towel out to Fang and he replies, "I prefer air drying."

Luna carries Taco as Fang follows behind. They walk along the empty hallways and come to a door. Luna says, "This is Doctor Z's room. If you want to stay with us, you need to talk to him." Fang presses his back to a scanner and the door pops open. Luna sets Taco down inside the second hallway and says, "You'll have to talk to him alone. I'll be right here when you're done." Luna sits down on her knee bones to wait patiently.

Taco looks around the empty white hallway. He sees a door at the end slightly ajar. Fang pushes the door closed as Taco scurries down the hallway. Reaching the ajar door, Taco pokes his head through to look around. The room is filled with tables full of open books and there is a transformation booth in the corner. Taco takes another step in and pauses when he sees an impossibly black humanoid figure standing over a dead griffin on the floor. Taco can't see any details of the figure. He just sees a depthless shadow of black. Taco hopes this isn't the Dr Z he was supposed to talk to.

Dr Z holds a vile of blood up and pours a few drops into his mouth. He loudly smacks his tongue around as he tastes it. He spits the blood on the griffin and the feline half flops around a little. Taco is startled and makes a noise as he jumps back against the door. Dr Z hears the noise and twists his head around unnaturally to set his glowing purple eyes on the possum. The Doctors large mouth opens to smile bright white teeth at Taco.

Taco is very scared since the only thing he can see of the doctor are his eyes and teeth. The doctor says, "Hello, don't mind the mess. She was already dead when they dumped her outside my door." Taco tries to put on a brave face, "Luna said I have to ask you if I can stay." Dr Z asks, "Who are you?"

With pride Taco says, "Taco Supreme!" Walking across the room, Dr Z plucks Taco up from the floor by his tail. He dangles the Possum in front of him as he studies him. Dr Z says, "I can see some potential in you. I will give you a test to see what manifests." Dr Z drops Taco on top of the dead griffin. Taco is a little freaked out as the griffin is very warm to the touch. Taco dances on his feet as he starts to warm up. The doctor places a hand on the griffin and asks, "What do you feel?" Taco says, "It's so hot!" The doctor gives an unsettling smile and explains, "To most, it would just be a cold dead thing, but you are able to feel the release of magic as it decays. You half-breeds are very special. You cross the line of chance and probability to be born anyway."

Dr Z grabs a purple glowing potion from the shelf. He unscrews the top and pours a few drops onto Taco's head. Taco hisses as the potion burns where it touched him. The griffin really starts to heat up and Taco can't stand it anymore. He jumps up into the air and the Doctor watches as he doesn't come back down. Dr Z grabs Taco out of the air and says, "You passed the test. Drink this to unlock your powers." Taco takes the offered bottle to his mouth and drinks eagerly to get superpowers like the blue tiger.

The purple liquid burns as it goes down. Taco's body feels warm as the magic within him activates. Taco's grey fur waves as he feels lighter. Dr Z slowly lowers his hand as the possum floats in front of him. Taco waves his legs in a panic and rotates in the air. The Doctor says, "Use your tail to swim through the air." It takes some getting used to, but Taco starts gliding through the air. The Doctor turns to the dead griffin and says, "I really must get back to work now. See yourself out would you?" Taco asks, "I can stay?" Dr Z waves a hand dismissively and answers, "Yes, yes. Tell whomever sent you in here, to get you set up."

Taco floats towards the door and grabs the edge to push himself back down the hallway. Seeing a button by the door, he bashes his body into it. The door swings open and Luna's smiling wolf skull greets him. The world looks very different for Taco as he floats at eye level with Luna. Fang looks up at Taco and says, "Cripes, that's a new one." Luna says, "You probably shouldn't go outside without a leash. Well, at least until you're sure you're not going to float off." Taco exclaims, "He gave me superpowers and said I could stay!"

Luna pushes Taco through the air gently and asks, "Is it psychokinesis or gravity manipulation?" Taco thinks heavy thoughts and lowers to sit on Luna's palm. He thinks heavier thoughts and Luna's skeleton strains to hold him up. He jumps off her palm and glides through the air to land on Fang's large head. Fang's head gets heavy as he lowers it to touch the ground. Fang says, "Okay kid, knock it off!" Taco returns to his normal weight and Fang carries him down the hall.

They reach another room and Fang says, "The doctor doesn't actually sleep. So try to nap when ever you can. We are his to command at his slightest whim." Inside the room are a few sleeping animals. Luna waves goodbye and continues down the hall. Fang ignores the possum on his head and lays down on a bed to finish his sleep that was interrupted by a mission.

Taco is too charged up from gaining superpowers. He gives a devious smile and floats up to the dark ceiling to walk around upside down. He looks up to the floor at the other sleeping animals. He has trouble identifying them. The second bed is a deer of some sort, but it's antlers are tree branches with little leaves. He looks over the next bed and sees something that looks like a cross between a cat and a porcupine. The third bed is Nobody the Chimpanzee. He even looks angry while he sleeps. The fourth bed is something large completely covered in a white sheet. The sheet moves as it breathes so Taco knows it's alive.

Curiosity is too great for Taco and he floats down to hover over the sheet covered shape. He gives a sniff. It smells like a bear. The smell makes Taco suddenly very sleepy and he lays on the lumpy sheet to drift off to sleep.

Taco wakes up alone in a field of white flowers. He tries to fly but his powers don't work. He stands up on his back legs and looks around. Off in the distance is a light purple bear pushing a little human girl on a swing set. Not seeing anything else in the field, Taco pushes through the flowers towards them.

Entering the clearing, Taco walks across the short grass towards the purple bear and says, "Hello! I'm lost. Where am I?" The girl ignores him and the bear uses one paw to continue to push her as he turns towards Taco. With a friendly smile the bear says, "You're in my happy place. Where did you come from?" Taco can't remember where he was before and replies, "I... don't know." The bear says, "That's to be expected the first few times. My name is Sleepy the Dreammaster. Did the doctor send you in here?"

A memory sparks in Taco and he exclaims, "I met the doctor and he did something to make me fly." Sleepy stops pushing the girl and she fades away with the swingset. Sleepy asks, "Flying? Where are your wings?" Taco says, "I don't use wings to fly. I just float in the air like a balloon." Angel wings grow from Sleepy's back and he gives them a few flaps. Sleepy says, "Let me show you real flying."

Reaching a paw under Taco, the bear throws him on his shoulders and starts running through the field of white flowers. Taco grabs handfuls of the soft fur with his paws and watches the ground get further away. The flowers start to thin out and disappear and Taco asks, "Where are we going?" Sleepy answers, "Nowhere in particular."

In the morning, Fang and Nobody stand around the sheet covered bear with Cactus, the barb covered housecat, and Ishi the Sika Deer. Nobody asks, "What is he still doing here?" Fang answers, "He said he didn't want to go home. Might as well let him stay here instead of being exploited at a Petting Zoo." Nobody exclaims, "He's going to be missed. We can't just abduct children." Cactus exclaims "You abducted him?" Fang quickly says, "Taco Supreme is actually a stow away and he shows great potential to be useful to our team."

Looking at Ishi, Fang orders, "Peel him off Sleepy bear." Ishi nods and takes a deep breath. He twists his head sideways to use a fork in the tree branch to pick up Taco. Ishi sets the sleeping possum on Fangs back and smiles happily at his dexterous performance. Ishi lets go of the breath he was holding and asks, "You going to be his new dad?" Fang replies, "More like Uncle."

Fang carefully walks with the sleeping Taco on his back. He pauses to check on him and thinks, 'He should wake up after a few minutes of not being in contact with Sleepy.' They reach a conference room and Fang purrs to rumble the possum awake. He feels the possum roll around and start to climb up his fur. Fang says, "It's time for you to call your mom. You wouldn't want her to worry." Taco glumly replies, "okay."

Taco jumps through the air in slow motion and lands on the desk beside a video phone. Fang coaches him, "Don't tell her about your powers. Just tell her you want to spend some time away from the petting zoo." Taco looks at the phone and says, "I never used one of these before. Mom always made the calls when we talked to our family." Fang asks, "Did she at least teach you your phone number?" Taco answers, "She said to ask someone to dial 911 in emergencies."

Running a paw across his face Fang sighs. He extends a claw tip and hits a few buttons. A woman's face pops up on the screen and she says, "Hello there. What can I do for you?" Fang pokes his head into the frame and the woman's smile fades. She flatly says, "Hello Fang." Fang smile around his large sabre teeth and says, "Janet, I need another favor. This little fella doesn't know the phone number to call his mom. Can you look it up for him?"

At the Petting Zoo on the bad side of town, Tasha the Snow Leopard has been sniffing around try to find her adopted son Taco. He has been unruly lately and insisted he was too old to cuddle with his mom at night. Tasha lets Taco have his independence but was constantly checking up on him. Taco wasn't in his tree and she has been looking everywhere for him.

Over the speaker system, an announcement is made, "Attention employees, Tasha Kain, you have a call on line one." Tasha hears the announcement and starts to panic. Her mind quickly thinks, 'They are calling me to tell me Taco is dead! He left the park like I told him not to and something happened to him. They don't even come down in person to deliver bad news to non-humans.' She sprints across the park with tears in her eyes. She reaches the video phones in the dorm and slams a paw down on the large answer button.

Tasha breathes a sigh of relief when she sees her son on the other end of the call. Taco waves and exclaims, "Hi Mom!" Tasha asks "Sweetie, where are you?" Taco looks off screen and Fang shakes his head no. Taco says, "I ran away from home. I am tired of being exploited for human entertainment." Tasha crys, "Taco, I love you! You need to come home so we can discuss this." Taco shakes his head and replies, "I found a new home." Tears stream down Tasha's whiskers as she looks around the background for clues where he is at so she could come get him. Taco looks at his distraught mother and says, "I'll try to call you every week. I love you Mom. I have to go." Tasha roars at the screen as the video call ends. Laying on the floor crying is all Tasha can do.

Back at the Lab, Taco asks, "Are you sure I should have said all those mean things to her?" Fang nods, "It is for the best that she doesn't know any details. It's hard for a parent to accept that their child has become a grown up." Taco smiles at the first time anyone has called him a grown up.

Fang turns to leave and says, "Come along Taco, we need to explore the extent of your new powers." Taco lazily floats above Fang as they walk through the hall. In the midmorning lab there are several people walking along the halls. Taco feels weird as the people they pass in the hall look at him float by but don't try to reach out and pet him. Fang looks up at Taco as the possum turns to watch the human they passed and says, "First rule around here is: Don't touch shit you don't completely understand. We do a lot of grey area science and they don't know if you're going to rip their arm off."

Taco slowly veers into the path of a man in a lab coat and the man quickly presses himself against the wall as Taco passes. Taco smiles, people at the petting zoo were self absorbed in their phones and Taco had to be extra sure they saw him if he approached or else he had to risk getting stepped on.

The duo stop by a small break room. Fang opens a fridge and carefully flips up the lid to a container labeled FANG. He pulls out a thick slice of raw meat and says with his mouth full. "Did you want a bite?" With Taco's mom being a former human, she always made Taco eat cooked food. Taco shakes his head no.

Fang flips the container closed and holds the meat in his claws. He says, "Just grab whatever then. I'm sure you don't eat enough for anyone to notice it missing. Taco looks at the several clear plastic containers in the fridge. He spots a hard boiled egg and glides over to pull the lid open. He looks at the dozen peeled hard boiled eggs sitting on a bed of rice and grabs one. Taco holds the egg in his front paws as he presses his back paws against the lid to close it. Taco lays on his back in the air and happily eats the egg for breakfast. Fang chews loudly as he rips at his breakfast. They quickly finish breakfast and head out.

When they reach the gym, Taco floats around the high ceiling. Fang says, "Let's run the obstacle course." Taco laughs and sets down beside the starting line. Fang says, "Go!" Taco has fun gliding around the obstacles. Fang frowns as Taco crosses the finish line and asks, "Is that as fast as you can go?" Taco replies, "I think I can go faster." Taco thinks of the far wall as the floor and starts plummeting sideways through the air. Quickly shifting to a different direction is hard for Taco as he avoids hitting things during the fall.

Fang is impressed and says, "Well done. Now let's see how much you can carry while you fly." Fang walks over to the weight rack and places a paw on a small two pound dumbell. Taco floats over to it and wraps all his legs around it. Taco doesn't strain to hold onto it as he floats up in the air with it. Fang says, "Continue down the line." Taco goes down the line picking up weights one by one. Fang's eyes go wide when the little possum grabs the 50 pound dumbell. Fang asks, "You're not straining yourself are you?"

Taco smiles and says, "These don't feel heavy at all!" He drops the weight and it clatters on the rack loudly. Looking around for something heavier, Fang asks, "How do you do that?" Taco answers, "I when I grab them they don't feel heavy." Fang narrows his eyes in annoyance, "Okay then, what looks heavy around here?" Taco answers, "You look heavy." Fang looks questioningly at Taco and asks, "You think you can pick me up?"

Taco floats down from the weight rack and circles around the 650 pound blue sabre tooth tiger sizing him up. Crawling up Fang's fur, Taco sits on the nape of his neck. Taco grabs onto Fang's fur and asks. "Jump in the air please?" Fang gives a few test hops and starts to feel lighter. He jumps up in the air and is very startled as he goes 15 feet up. Taco says, "Let's go through the obstacle course." Fang quickly adjust to being very light as he springs through the course.

Not being the most athletic tiger, Fang enjoys being so light on his paws. Taco laughs as they cross the finish line, "I used to do that with my mom all the time." Fang says, "She seems like she was really going to miss you. Are you really sure you want me to train you to join our team?" Taco says with enthusiasm, "Yes!"

Fang works with Taco to hone his powers for a few hours. The training is interrupted when something large with a white sheet draped over it, comes walking into the room. Taco whispers, "Who's that?" Fang replies "That's Sleepy. He's a bit shy since the accident." The four legged ghost looks over towards Taco and asks in a grumbly voice, "What kind of balloon is that?" Taco yells, "I'm not a balloon!"

Sleepy raises his head and a light purple muzzle pokes out from under the improvised cloak. He walks towards Fang and the giant tiger stands his ground. Sleepy taunts, "Floaty and grey, with a little pink string to hold onto. That sounds like a balloon to me." Taco gets annoyed and flies lower to look into Sleepy's eyes. The bear's yellow eyes look back at him from under the sheet. Taco tries to remember a dream he had about a purple bear. It keeps slipping away from his mind.

Taco states, "My mother said everyone was made a certain way and you shouldn't make fun of them." Sleepy says, "I'm sorry. Things just don't seem as clear when I'm awake. We are awake, right?" Taco looks confused and slowly answers, "Yesssss?" Sleepy states cautiously, "If we were dreaming, you would still say that." Fang reaches a paw out and slaps Sleepy across the muzzle with it.

Recoiling from the slap, Sleepy grabs his nose with his paws. Sleepy's calm demeanor is shattered and Fang says, "Time for some combat practice! Grab on to me Taco." Taco falls onto Fang's neck and the tiger backflips high into the air. Sleepy looks up at them with rage as he follows under them. Fang says, "We better change directions." Taco looks at the nearest wall and Fang starts to curve in the air towards it.

Sleepy charges towards them and starts knocking over equipment to get at the wall. The sheet flutters away as Sleepy chases them. Fang runs down the wall and jumps at the corner. Taco changes gravity and Fang continues down the next wall. The rack of weights gets knocked over and Sleepy grabs one with his paw to hurl at Fang. Taco looks up at Sleepy with panic as Fang jumps around to dodge the projectiles.

Taco gets a good look at Sleepy for the first time. His light purple fur is burned away in several spots and very patchy. The scar tissue reminds Taco of his uncle, Philthy the polar bear. Taco suddenly remembers the purple bear in his dream, it had a perfectly groomed coat.

Sleepy works his way through the dumbells as the heavier ones crash against the brick wall. Fang asks, "What's your plan of attack? We need to take him down." Taco panics and yells, "He's trying to kill us!" Fang laughs, "Wouldn't be much of a fight if he wasn't." Fang runs towards the floor and Taco adjusts gravity again. Fang jumps over the mess of equipment and circles around Sleepy.

The bear is out of things to throw. Fang whispers, "Jump on his back and throw him across the room." Taco flies up into the air and Sleepy says, "Good choice abandoning him. You'll just get hurt." With a battle roar, Sleepy charges at Fang. The tiger smiles and falls backwards to dissolve into a puddle of water. Sleepy slaps his paws at the water in rage.

Taco doesn't wait to ponder what Fang just did. He lands on one of the few spots on the burned body that still has fur on it. Using all his power, Taco flips the bear backwards and sends him tumbling across the floor. The door to the gym flings open and a man in a lab coat yells, "Fucking cut it out!" Taco hides behind the fallen equipment and the puddle slowly creeps under another door.

The man looks around at the mess and says, "You can't just go on rampages every week!" Sleepy yells, "It was Fang! He provoked me." The man throws his hands up and says, "I don't see Fang anywhere. Were you sleep walking again?" Fang waves to Taco from outside the open door. Taco scurries away as the scientist continues to point and yell.

Floating down the hall, Taco exclaims, "You almost got me killed!" Fang replies, "And you've never felt so alive in your whole life." Adrenaline pumps through Taco as he decides that he's probably going to enjoy his stay with Doctor Z's magical miscreants.

To be continued...
