#4 of Vulpine Series

The Vulpine series was the winner of the immediate story sequel contest I ran at the beginning of the month and, though I gotta say I expected a shorter story to win, I did as I promised and got right to writing it! I promised I'd finish before the end of the month and, though it was a rough run, here it is!

We follow king Theo's plans to find a way to deal with his steward, Cadwin. He does have a plan, but how well will it work?

Usual warning: this story contains rough themes and non-consensual elements, so check the tags and read at your own risk! It does follow roughly the same line of kinks as the rest of the series. Reading the other chapters is not 100% required, but recommended!

Finally, as always, comments with thoughts and hopes are always appreciated! I kept the ones in the last story to heart and while I couldn't appease to all of them in this story, some of them are taken care of this time!

The wolf grew more and more anxious. He turned around a corner and into an alley to cut through to the next street. The sun was almost set, giving the sky nothing but the last remnants of an orange tint. The streets weren't very busy anymore, left only with whatever canines were left scurrying past in their way somewhere or settling down to leave and go home after another day.

Theo adjusted the hood of his gray cloak over his head to make sure it covered as much of it as possible. To what levels had he sunken to as a king? Having to skulk around the streets of his own kingdom, get past his own guards unrecognized... The thought the proud wolf let out a little growl. He reached the next street and hurried his steps, keeping his head down. He was close.

All of this was his fault. Cadwin. The damned fox. His steward. If it weren't for him...

Theo found his growl getting louder. Enough to draw a stare from a wolfess that walked past him holding a pup's paw, so he toned it down and controlled himself. That night, he would see justice done. Or so he hoped.

It was rare for Cadwin to get out of the castle and, by default, his side. On such occasions, the fox was never gone for more than a week, but when he suddenly heard that Cadwin was leaving again, Theo knew he had to act. He had been thinking and planning for so long and he couldn't wait to jump at the opportunity.

The wolf didn't know where the fox went. As far as he knew, Cadwin didn't have a family. At least not anymore. Being the king, one would think he could just ask, but the... unique nature of his relationship with his steward did not leave much room for such idle pleasantries. Nor did he really care, honestly. Theo had had more than enough of Cadwin as it was.

As per instructed, the wolf turned into yet another alley where he finally found the door leading to the place he was heading to. When he reached it, he stopped for a moment. The building was large, but its purpose was unclear. The door was made of plain wood and looked worn and ragged as if it was a side entrance to some kind of abandoned building, yet he could see the shining metal around the handle which indicated that the door had more than one lock to it.

Theo took a deep breath and knocked on it. Why was he so nervous? He was the king of wolves. They should be nervous about meeting him! The wolf told that to himself in his head, but even he knew he didn't really believe that for his anxiety did not lower at all.

The sound of locks being opened came. The wolf stood up straight. The door opened just enough for a head to peek through. The man also wore a hood, but unlike Theo's, the fox's cloak and hood were black and with holes for the ears to go through which helped it stay in place. His red, elongated muzzle, long ears and, most of all, height and frame, made it pretty clear he was a fox.

"Yes?" the fox asked. Theo's straight expression hardened. Could he not recognize him? Was he not expecting the king?

"I've come for the meeting," Theo explained.

He couldn't see the fox's eyes, but he knew the vulpine was staring at him. Finally, the fox leaned out of the building to look and sniff around instead.

"You've come alone as instructed?"

Theo's frown deepened. "Yes."

"And you're unarmed?" the fox asked again. Theo used an arm to throw his cloak to the side enough to show his body. The wolf king wore simple clothing: a linen shirt and plain, brown pants. The clothing of a commoner, though his were pristinely clean and looked brand new. The wolf motioned at his belt to highlight the lack of sword or dagger alike hanging from it.

"Very well," the fox nodded. He undid one more chain from the door before opening it and stepping away for Theo to go inside.

The building was dark. The side door led to some kind of simple living room with plain, simple furniture, but from outside the wolf hadn't noticed the complete lack of windows. Illuminated by nothing but a few faint candles, it felt as if he had stepped through dusk and into the night, especially when the fox shut the wooden door behind him and started working all the locks in place again.

Theo pulled his hood down. It felt good to leave his gray-furred ears free again. The wolf studied the place, giving it a few sniffs here and there, but the building smelled of old wood. It did feel abandoned for all of its purposes.

The fox, done with the door, stepped up to him.

"They are waiting for you," the fox said. Theo noticed the fox didn't use the proper titles to address a king. It felt a little strange to him, being so used to it. It also reminded him of Cadwin. Theo went as far as suspiciously yet subtly sniff towards the fox, but it wasn't him. Different scent, size, voice... No, he was being stupid. It couldn't be him.

"Lead the way," Theo said in his usual kingly voice. Being commanding was one of his specialities. The wolf turned towards the only door leading out of the room, but the fox didn't move.

"Not yet," the fox said again. "There are conditions..."

Theo narrowed his eyes towards the fox.

"You must not be wearing any clothes," the fox said, pointing at his garments. His tone was casual, too, as if his request was normal.

Theo took a second to let it sink in before his muzzle curled into a snarl.

"What?"

"You heard me," the fox said with audacity. "You must take off all of your clothes before going in."

The wolf let his growling come out in full height. The taller male snarled right towards the fox, but the damned vulpine did not even flinch. He just kept his hooded head lowered.

"That's preposterous! I'm not going to attend to a meeting bare naked!" The wolf kept the volume of his voice at bay, for he did not want anyone to hear that. Yet, he also kept it aggressive enough to express how ridiculous that thought was.

"You must. If you don't, there will be no meeting and you may leave," the fox stated.

"Do you have any idea ofwho I am?!" the wolf king finally asked. He stomped a foot on the ground as he asked the question. The fox, again, did not flinch at it.

"You are king Theodar, son of king Thorden, current ruler of the high throne of Veredia ruling over the five canine provinces." The fox's answer sounded like it came straight from a book, his tone monotonous as if what he was saying was obvious. And it was! It meant the little brat did know of his identity and title, yet continued to treat him with disrespect. Theo's hand curled into a fist.

"And you dare to ask the king to take his clothes off?" The wolf's answer was more of a growl than a question. The fox looked up at him for the first time. Theo saw that, even beneath the hood, the red-furred fox wore a small silver mask that started from the bridge of his muzzle and went up all the way to his ears under the hood, concealing the fox's eyes and features. It was... startling. The mask fit the fox's face perfectly as if it was crafted for him individually.

"Do you have any idea of who we are, king Theodar?" the fox asked in return. Theo frowned all over again, staring at that faceless mask, and found himself having little knowledge of how to answer that question. How much did he know about those foxes?

They were the name behind the fox rebellion. The group of foxes that had started their war and almost won. Theo himself had only met with their organization twice and the second time was when he was forced to resign and abide by that awful contract. The contract that kept him as the king of the canine provinces, ruling as a wolf and as his family had always ruled, but under the hidden tutelage of the foxes.

His lack of an answer drew a smirk from the fox, who nodded. "That's what I thought," he said with a condescending, twisted type of pleasure that angered the wolf further. "Take off your clothes or leave. It's your choice."

The frustrated wolf growled again. It was always like that. Him, a wolf, the king of wolves, twice the size of any fox and taking orders from them. Theo looked down at the mysterious vulpine and took notice of how his slender frame compared to his own. The wolf was the king, but he had been trained. He could use sword, shield and spear. He had muscles that he took care of in the form of a broad chest, arms that were thick even under the fur and not an ounce of fat in his body. Most importantly, he was a wolf and that bastard of a runt was just a fox.

"And if I don't, who's going to stop me?" the wolf snarled at the fox, turning away from him and taking a step towards the door. The fox could have been small, but he was fast. Just as Theo took two steps towards the door, the fox had stepped around him to block his way. Theo would have just brushed the small vulpine aside if it weren't for the fact that he felt and saw the glint of steel as a shiny dagger was pressed against his abdomen. The wolf froze and tensed up, but his growling did not relent.

"You would not hurt the king," the wolf said, eyes fixated on the fox and his dagger in front of him.

"If it were up to me, you would have been hurt years ago and we would have a fox on the throne," the fox said in a matter-of-factly way.

Theo's fists tightened. He had half a mind to fight. His battle-trained eyes calculated what kind of moves he would have time to do before the fox stabbed his belly, but he came to the conclusion that, if the damned vulpine was really willing to hurt him, he would. Plus, fighting the gatekeeper might not be the best way to get those foxes in there on his side.

The alternative, though...

The wolf took a step back, grunting with distaste. The fox remained still, but with the dagger in hand still pointing towards him. Theo glared at him but said nothing. Instead, he unbuttoned his cloak around his neck and let it fall down behind him.

"This is outrageous," the wolf grumbled in complaint. He couldn't believe he was doing it. The sting in his dignity burned within him and fueled his anger and frustration. Theo reached down and pulled his shirt up, then took it off. With spring coming to an end, the hotter weather was usually uncomfortable for a thick-furred wolf, but with the night falling the air was chilly enough for Theo to feel over his bare neck, shoulders and back. "This is a diplomacy meeting. This is far from appropriate," the wolf continued to complain, but the fox said nothing.

The wolf king could see the fox staring at his chest even from under the mask. If he were a meek little fox, he would probably be impressed to see the frame of a true wolf too, he thought. Still, it was with hesitation that Theo reached to the waist of his pants. He undid his belt, threw that away as well, and looked at the fox.

"Everything," the vulpine said as if reading his thoughts.

Theo felt a mix of anger, frustration and embarrassment filling him. It was enough for the wolf to fold his ears back and feel them burn. The wolf considered picking his clothes up and walking away. So much so that he even glanced back at the door. But... no. He had come this far, after all his effort, and he needed to see what he had come to do be done. For his own sake. This outrageous humiliation would pay off.

Angrily, the wolf shoved his pants down and stepped out of them. He did not say anything, but he caught another smirk from the masked fox when the vulpine laid eyes on what was between his legs. Around the wolf's sheath, Cadwin's cursed chastity device sat. The unyielding metal was a little stained from the prolonged use, but his sheath was still surrounded by shiny steel, aided by the ring that circled the base of his balls and pulled them forward ever so slightly. After wearing the thing for so long, Theo was very used to the feeling of it, but the thought of someone else seeing his shame filled him with embarrassment.

He knew what they were doing, though. Theo had been a king for a long time. The wolf was a politician, a noble, a negotiator. They wanted to strip him from the power of his position by stressing theirs over him. They wanted him to feel small so that he would yield to their whims.

Theo was going to show him that those pesky fox tricks would not work on a true wolf.

The king made every effort to stand as straight as he had been before, even if he was now naked.

"Let's go," Theo pretty much ordered, but the fox did not move yet.

The masked vulpine reached into his clothes to pull yet another metal device. "Not quite yet. You must also let me put these on you."

The fox lifted up the set of heavy manacles. Theo's throaty growling rose again as he stared at it.

"I'm a king, not some kind of prisoner!" he protested.

"It's a matter of safety," the fox explained. "After all, it is only natural that a bunch of foxes such as ourselves would be scared of a big wolf like you."

Theo noticed the heavy tone of mockery the fox used. The wolf couldn't help but show his teeth at him and it took a lot of self-control not to raise his fists and punch him right there, with or without dagger or meeting to consider.

Ultimately, the wolf had little choice. "Bastards," the king muttered before presenting his wrists for the fox. With more obnoxious smirking, the fox approached him, but roughly took hold of his arm and directed it behind his back instead. Reluctantly, Theo complied, putting his wrists together behind his back so that the fox could lock the heavy set of manacles around them, keeping his powerful arms stuck behind him and useless.

Then, Theo felt the fox's paw over his lower back, giving him a small push. "Let's go," the vulpine said, and Theo stepped forth deeper into the building with the fox guiding him.

Theo did feel like a prisoner. He walked feeling the air on his bare fur and very aware of it. They went past two hallways and half a dozen closed doors, but the wolf had no idea if there was anything inside any of them or not. The building as a whole was uncomfortably silent. That, added to the fact that there were still no windows, gave the hallways a grim-looking, eerie feel as the candles attached to the walls slowly burned to provide them with light.

Finally, the fox behind him tugged at his arm to signal him to stop. Theo turned towards the door the fox had stopped at, seeing no difference between it and any other doors. The fox knocked on it, and they waited.

The wolf chose to remain quiet. He had no desire to dialogue with that fox in particular no matter how much he wanted to know what was going to happen. Suddenly, setting up this meeting to come alone did not seem like such a good idea... but the number of people that even knew about the treaty between wolves and fox was small and it was best that it was kept to a minimum. Best for Theo and his family's dignity, too. If the foxes wanted to hurt him, however, Theo figured they would have done so through other means already. He was sure he was safe, but that didn't stop his heart from beating a little faster as he waited for whoever was on the other side of that door.

The wolf's ears twitched when he heard steps. A key was turned and the door opened. The masked fox that had led him there simply bowed, stepped back and turned away to walk back down the hallway, leaving Theo alone there. He was not very surprised to see another hooded, masked fox there to greet him at the door.

"Your majesty," the fox said in a greeting, nodding. At least someone showed some semblance of respect. Theo was suddenly more aware of his naked, sorry state with the chastity device hanging between his legs to make matters worse, but he was determined to keep his shoulders steady and head high. He nodded in return. The fox stepped aside for him to walk in and he did.

Even despite how dark it was out in the hallways, the wolf still had to squint to see anything regarding the room he had just walked into. It was large, that much he could tell, but it was also very... empty. There was nothing but one single candle burning and sitting on the floor at what seemed to be maybe the middle of the large room. When the fox behind him shut and locked the door he had come through, Theo had to blink a few times to make out the rest of the features of the room.

It helped when the fox behind him touched his arm and gave him a little push to signal him to walk forward. The wolf was led towards the candle until he was standing right in front of it. Then, from the middle of the room, he looked around and his eyes started to adjust.

He saw nothing but chairs. Theo counted six chairs: two by each of his sides and one directly ahead of me with an extra one also in front of him, but off to the side. The wolf's eyes could see the faint traces of the legs and cloaks of people sitting in each of those chairs, but he couldn't see past that due to the darkness. The ominous feeling had the wolf straining to keep his posture. He could barely see them, but he was sure that all of them could see his naked form clearly with him being right in front of the only flickering light source of the room.

The figure sitting in the chair ahead of him stood up. Theo saw him take a few steps forward, which brought him into the light at least enough for the wolf to make out more of him. Not that it helped very much. Like the two other foxes he had met, this one, also obviously a fox, wore the same black, hooded cloak with a silver mask covering his face. Theo noticed that the mask seemed more ornate than the ones of the two previous foxes. This fox wasn't as lean as the others. He had a thicker frame, that might indicate some muscle or a big belly. The fox was still short, at least for wolf standards.

"Your majesty, King Theodar," the fox said, addressing him. His voice was rough. Gruff. It sounded strong, but Theo thought that perhaps he was straining it a little either to administer extra authority or to keep himself from being recognized. Maybe both. The fox, however, continued. "You are in the presence of the Caster council. You will kneel before us, as is your place."

The fox's words were a statement. One that Theo didn't like very much. Bad enough that he was naked and with his hands bounds. The wolf simply narrowed his eyes.

"Your means and methods show a lack of respect for my position," the wolf answered. He kept a hint of a growl in his tone, let a bit of fang show from his muzzle as his father had taught him when dealing with aggressive negotiation. It was the wolf way.

What Theo did not expect, however, was to get a kick on the back of his knees alongside a hard shove on his back. The wolf, without being able to use his hands for balance, fell forward on his knees, then grunted heavily as a hand grabbed hold of his scruff to keep him from falling on his face over the candle. The wolf ended up on his knees but snarled aggressively. He tried to turn back, but the hold on his scruff twisted it in a painful way that made him wince. Enough for him to regain his senses and just glare at the masked fox that had subdued him instead. His glare was then turned towards the obviously more powerful figure ahead of him.

"I always find it amusing when wolves demand respect, for they seldom ever give any in the first place," the masked fox ahead of him spoke again. His tone was still slow and controlled. Theo controlled his snarling for the sake of keeping up his demeanor, but being naked, manacled and on his knees before them made it hard to even force his ears to stay upright.

"What is the meaning of this, fox? Can you not show your faces? Meet me as equals?" Theo demanded. He noticed that it drew a chuckle from one of the assumed foxes sitting by his left, but though he glanced that way, he still couldn't see them. He could, however, see that the leader speaking was also smiling.

"Equals?" he asked with a chuckle. "When have wolves and foxes ever been equals?"

Theo growled. "The law states us as so now as you demanded," the king replied.

"Indeed it does, and yet... Yet the foxes still sow for the wolves to reap. The cities' brothels are still filled with foxes and frequented by wolves. Wolves, jackals and coyotes alike laugh at the prospect of hiring foxes to do what they call 'real man work'..."

The king narrowed his eyes towards the speaking fox. "Big changes like this take time to sink in."

The fox shook his head. "We are aware of that," he explained. The fox took a few more steps forward and, coming closer to the light, Theo could get a better look at him. There were a few visible features on his muzzle that indicated that he might be a bit older. On his knees, as the wolf was, the fox was slightly taller than him, which meant he had to look up to see those yellow eyes staring at him. Studying him. They met his own, then trailed down towards his body, and then further down still...

Theo felt his tail trying to curl, but he fought against it. The metal cage felt a little heavier over his sheath, but the wolf king kept his chin high and back straight.

"You called for this meeting, king Theo, and I admit I was surprised. We decided to abide to it just because we too think it is about time that things... change. Your progress has been unsatisfactory."

At that, Theo couldn't hold back from looking surprised. His brow furred and his growling returned right away. "What are you talking about?"

"When we decided to let you stay sitting on the throne in our stead, that was not a kindness, wolf. It was a strategic decision. Yet, if you cannot manage to achieve the changes we want, I'm afraid we will have to take more drastic measures to bring them about," the fox explained. His tone was still dry as if he was talking about peddling wares rather than his fate as a king.

Theo's growling grew, even if ever so slightly. "I am doing everything I can! If I act too harshly, other wolves and nobles will suspect something is afoot! My claim on the throne can weaken!"

The fox scoffed at that and turned away. "That is your problem, not ours," the fox said in a condescending way. "I think you just lack incentive. You wolves, if left alone, will go back to your dirty ways of thinking you are superior."

The masked fox, however, turned his head to look back at him. "You are not."

Theo showed his teeth to him. His hands curled themselves into fists, but cuffed together behind his back, they were completely useless. He had a hundred different fox-related insults at the tip of his tongue to throw back at the smug vulpine, but he knew better than that. He had to keep himself together or he'd be playing into their hands, he was aware.

"I think your state in this room is a clear indication of your position before us, King Theo. I urge you not to forget that. And yet... to talk about your failures as a king is not the reason you called us and came all the way here, is it?"

"No," Theo immediately said, glad to steer towards the subject he had gone all the way there to address. He wanted nothing more than to get it done and get out of there back to his castle. "I came here because of-"

"Cadwin," the fox completed, cutting him off before he could finish. Theo was surprised for a moment but quickly nodded.

"Yes, Cadwin. I understand your reasoning in keeping a fox close to me to relay your intentions in this deal of secrecy, but Cadwin has been overstepping his place! His deeds are unforgivable! I demand that he abstains from his place as my steward!" The wolf put all the authority he could muster in his voice. At first, the foxes around him were silent, so he dared hope it had worked. He saw the fox standing behind him still smiling beneath the mask, however, and frowned.

"And you would have us leave you without supervision?" the fox asked, his tone as if amused. It brought more growling from the wolf.

"I am the king. I have been the king for a long time and I do not need any help or 'supervision' to be one," the wolf stated. "...However, compromise is the essence of negotiation. I can understand that you want to make sure your will is also being taken into account. I will accept a suitable replacement for Cadwin if you must."

Theo had rehearsed his words over and over. He felt like he did a good job of delivering them, so he watched the smiling fox very closely.

"Very well," the fox said. "I can accept these terms."

Theo felt his heart beat a little faster. If he wasn't a king, he might have allowed his tail to wag in excitement. He had prepared arguments, pleas and threats to make in order to convince them to remove Cadwin from his side, but now he wouldn't need any of them. He thought that perhaps he had overestimated those foxes. Theo recomposed himself, however, giving no visible indication of how delighted he was. He kept his face straight and serious in the spirit of negotiation.

"Very good. I also demand that Cadwin is removed effective immediately, as well as every instrument of deceit and... restraint... that he has placed." It took some effort for Theo not to look down at the metal cage between his legs. He knew it was obvious enough for all of the foxes.

"We will accept that as well," the fox stated, much to his surprise. Theo couldn't help but smile at least a little. All the foxes around him that he couldn't see were still quiet as he glanced at them. The one in front of him still smiled, though.

"Good. Then my matters here are settled." Theo moved to get up from his knees, a task that wasn't so easy with his hands shackled behind him, but just as he started to get up, the fox behind him gave him a hard shove that had the wolf falling back down with a grunt. Theo growled back the vulpine but looked to the masked one ahead of him.

"Are you in such a hurry to leave, king Theodar? No, I think you should stay. I want you to meet Cadwin's replacement, your new steward, right away." Theo looked at him with a puzzled expression. He narrowed his eyes towards the fox.

"What?"

The masked fox lifted his hand and made a waving motion. "Alistair," he called in a calm tone, ignoring Theo's question. From the shadows behind him, stepped in a new fox he hadn't been aware was in the room yet.

"Yes, Watcher," the fox said with a small bow towards the leader. The new fox wore a dark cloak, much like all of his peers, but unlike the others, he wore no mask. As the fox's yellow eyes met Theo's, he saw him smiling. The fox's fur was red, much like Cadwin's and most foxes' was, but his features were different. He looked younger than Cadwin was and had a whitened fur pattern underneath his muzzle that led down. His hands and feet, the only parts not covered by his cloak, were also black as was common with foxes. Theo didn't like the way the fox looked at him. It was the same look all of those foxes had given him. Not the look one should give to their king. The wolf let out a small snarl.

"You had him prepared? How could you have known if I hadn't requested him yet? What's happening here?" The wolf's voice grew with each of his questions. The fox leader, the 'Watcher', just chuckled.

"Your very presence here is a testament of Cadwin's failure in keeping you leashed, your majesty." Theo's eyes narrowed towards the fox. The rumble in his throat that was his growling grew due to the fox's wording. The fox, however, continued. "Cadwin will be demoted. I am a benevolent leader and believe that one can learn with his mistakes, so Cadwin will still be by your side as your servant. Alistair here will take the role of your steward and will aid Cadwin in making sure your reign is long, prosper and suitable to the will of the foxes since he is not competent enough to do it alone."

"What? No, I want Cadwin gone!" Theo responded. The fox, however, just shook his head.

"I'm afraid that you signed away your 'wants' when you agreed to the contract we have placed upon you at our treaty, your majesty. However, as I said, I am a benevolent leader. We have also prepared a gift for you so that your relationship with your new steward can start off well. We believe that everyone's place must be well understood right from the start." The fox made another sign with his hand, this time towards the other side, and Alistair, the new fox, nodded to obey.

He walked off to the side to the other chair that had been ahead of Theo. The wolf saw Alistair messing with the chair, then grabbing the person who had been sitting on it and dragging them forward to the light.

Theo's eyes went wide. The canine wore a full, black leather hood that covered the canine's whole face with nothing but a little hole for the nostrils at the front. Even before they removed it, however, Theo already knew who it was. He recognized Cadwin's naked form from all the times the fox had been there just like that, naked, in his room, tormenting him in a thousand different ways. When the hood was pulled out from Cadwin's head, the fox gasped for proper air. The wolf noticed his hands too seemed to be tied behind back, for Alistair held him by the arm.

"You FOOL!" Cadwin yelled directly at the kneeling wolf. It echoed through the empty room. "You have no idea what you've done!"

Theo saw anger in Cadwin's eyes as the fox growled towards him. It was quite the leap from the usually cold and controlled look his steward had. Even in all the times he had angered or defied Cadwin, he had never seen the fox quite that worked up.

"Silence," the Watcher said, lifting a hand. Theo saw how Cadwin's long ears fell back. Despite his anger, he lowered his head towards the fox leader and even his growling faded.

"What is the meaning of this?!" Theo asked with a growl of his own. "I thought Cadwin was o-"

Before Theo could finish, it was Alistair who let go of Cadwin to take two large steps forward and slap the wolf's muzzle. He hit him so hard that the large wolf almost fell to the side, grunting with pain as the side of his muzzle started stinging from the hit. He growled up at the fox, shocked.

"The Watcher ordered silence," the new fox hissed at him. The masked leader looked nothing but pleased with the fox's actions, smiling again.

Theo was outraged. How dare this fox strike the king? The leader, however, started speaking again, but in the same calm tone from before as if nothing had happened.

"As I explained, your presence here is proof of Cadwin's incompetence as your steward. When we informed him of your sudden request for a meeting he said it was 'impossible'. Well, now here all of us stand."

Theo looked at Cadwin, who still kept his head down and eyes towards the ground. He could see the fox gritting his teeth in anger and frustration. The wolf, on the other hand, felt betrayed. He regretted not turning away and walking back to his castle when the first fox had demanded he take his clothes off.

"Alistair will take the reins now and though his set of skills is quite... unique, he has proven many times that he is a great asset to the Caster society. Cadwin, on the other hands, will be punished for his failure so that he might learn and serve us better in the future." The masked leader nodded towards the bound steward. Alistair nodded, but Cadwin also caught the gesture. As Alistair approached, he took a frightful step back from the other fox.

"Please, Great Watcher, I will do better!" Cadwin pleaded. Theo had never seen him pleading or, in fact, even afraid before. When Alistair got to him, he shoved Cadwin forward, which made him stumble and fall forward on his knees just as Theo was. "Please! I did everything I could for the sake of the foxes! I got Highprince Osyren and the felines on our side as you requested!"

Alistair held Cadwin on his knees as he pleaded towards the leader, who in turn, just shook his head.

"You did, I acknowledge that," the fox said, but his smile faded. "But still, the Highprince has refused to provide us with the military aid we requested as of yet. His loyalty is fleeting. We expected his full cooperation, Cadwin, it doesn't matter if you had to make the wolf king lustrate the damned cat's balls with his tongue for two days straight. It doesn't matter if you had to make him do it to Osyren's entire fleet of feline guards. We expected his full cooperation."

Theo growled from his place hearing that. That had been one of the main reasons he had come to complain about Cadwin in the first place! Before he could voice any of his complaints, Cadwin did.

"But Great Watcher, Highprince Osyren assured me th-"

The masked fox lifted a hand. "Enough! I will not suffer through excuses for mistakes. The Caster society achieves its goal through results, Cadwin. I expected you of all people to know that."

Cadwin grit his teeth. Theo could see the fox's struggle to keep himself from snarling. With another small hand sign from the Watcher, however, Alistair quickly pulled the hood over Cadwin's face again, covering it before the fox could even begin to resist. The plain black leather hood fit Cadwin's head perfectly well, encompassing the whole of his muzzle with no holes for his eyes and only the nostril opening to keep him breathing. The hood also had holes for the fox's large ears, which Alistair adjusted them through, presumably so that he could still hear what was going on around him. Cadwin simply lowered his head when the hood was put upon it, seemingly resigning to his 'punishment'. Theo wasn't so weak-willed, though.

"This is insane!" the wolf complained. "You are all insane! You never intended to hear me out, did you?" The wolf's furious eyes were fixated on the 'Watcher'. The masked fox opened up a toothy smile again.

"We did hear you out, wolf king. I said I'd grant your requests, didn't I? Well, I am granting them." The fox's tone was one of near mockery, which only enraged Theo further. He was ready to snarl an insult towards the daring fox when the Watcher reached into his robes and pulled out something Theo did not expect to see.

A tiny metal key.

It caught the wolf off-guard. He stared at it with his heart starting to beat a little faster but quickly wiped the surprise from his face so that he could continue growling.

"Is that...?" he dared ask, and the fox shook his head.

"Yes. I did agree to undo Cadwin's 'restraints', didn't I? We both know what you meant by that." The fox nodded down towards Theo's crotch. The wolf's ears fell back just a little.

"Alistair," the fox called, and the new fox was ready to obey. He went to the Watcher, took hold of the key, then Theo held his breath, barely believing he would be rid of it, but it happened. Theo was wary of the fox approaching and kneeling in front of him. He tensed up when the fox took hold of his balls in a casual way to pull them forward so he could reach the lock. Yet, the wolf closed his eyes for a moment as his ears heard the familiar 'click' of the small lock turning and suddenly, the whole cage felt looser around his sheath. When the wolf looked down, he saw his own gray-furred sheath again alongside the tip of his member.

Over the last few months, Theo had been wearing the damned device pretty much constantly. His need and desire had grown too great and Cadwin could sense that, so he allowed no opportunity for the wolf to get himself any sort of relief. Now, for the first time in such a long time, he would be able to touch himself. Feel himself. His balls ached at the very possibility and the simple breeze around his sheath felt wonderful on his member. The wolf had to control himself, though, shifting his thoughts. He was still naked in the midst of his enemies. His hands twitched in their cuffs behind his back, lounging to at least feel himself, but it could wait.

When the wolf looked up at the smirking, masked fox again, at least some of his anger had dissipated.

"Not even a 'thank you', king Theo?" the fox asked, making the wolf frown.

"You have held up to your end of the agreement and for that, I commend you. I'd like to leave now," the king stated watching the fox. His smile didn't fade. Theo didn't like that.

"Almost, your grace, almost. We still have your new steward's introduction in order." The masked leader waved a paw towards the fox standing next to the wolf. "Show us what you can do."

Saying that the leader finally retreated back to the darkness towards his chair. Theo could swear he saw the fox reaching into his cloak to open his pants before he retreated from the light, though. The fox clearly sat back down, but then Alistair stepped up in front of Theo, blocking his sight of the leader and demanding his attention.

"What does this mean?" Theo asked, scowling.

"It means, my lord, that I am to give you a glimpse of how our relationship together is going to be." The fox smiled down at him. It looked like a sincere, genuine smile. Theo even saw his fluffy tail wagging back and forth behind him as if he was excited, a crude expression of the body that Cadwin was usually controlled enough to hold back. The fox stepped around the kneeling wolf and placed both hands on his shoulders, which made Theo immediately grow stiff.

Those hands started a light massage on the back of his shoulders that, while pleasant, felt very inappropriate. The wolf held himself still, back straight and head held high but glancing back at the fox.

"You see," the fox started just as rubbing hands trailed closer to the wolf's neck, "I'm not like Cadwin at all". The fox's deft fingers massaged it in a way that felt exceedingly pleasant. So much so that Theo felt a bit of an impulse to just groan, going as far as letting himself relax some. He was clearly experienced in doing what he was doing, for his fingers seemed to know exactly where to press to bring out tiny surges of pleasure through the large wolf's body.

The fox, however, continued. "I haven't had my family torn from me because of the wolves. I didn't end up in some cheap, low-key brothel because I had nowhere else to go. No, nothing quite so tragic." The vulpine kept going. Theo remained tense, but the massage felt so pleasurable that, were he not naked and bound in a dark room full of mysterious foxes, he swore he could just lie down and fall asleep while having it.

"I never had a family," the fox continued saying in a rather casual tone. "I didn't move into a brothel because I was born in one. I served my betters all my life. When I was just a little pup, I was serving wolves their ale. When I grew up, I learned how to shine their shoes, cook their food, make them laugh. If it weren't for the select kindness of a few foxes, I wouldn't even know how to read and write. Why does a little fox need to know these things, after all, right?"

Though the fox's tone was still... casual, Theo didn't like where his story was going. Despite the pleasure of Alistair's skilled hands, the wolf gave the fox a wary glance. He found Alistair smiling down at him. A simple, friendly smile that looked misplaced.

"Then, of course, as soon as I was old enough and not a moment after, my work changed so that I could please wolves in... other ways." Theo noticed that the massage on his shoulders started growing a little harder. Enough to make him let out little grunts. "Were it not for the kindness of the Watcher and the Caster society, I'm sure that this evening I would be getting prepared for the dozen of wolves lining up to take me. Treaty or no treaty, that is what I would be doing. And that is what you and I are going to work to fix, aren't we?"

The fox leaned forward to look at Theo. He kept that same happy, overly friendly smile despite the wolf's serious expression.

Theo felt compelled to explain. "The treaty of equality doesn't mean there won't be foxes working as whores in brothels, it just means that perhaps there might be wolves wh- Argh!"

The wolf's explanation was cut short by a sudden hard press right at the back of his neck by the fox's massaging paws. One that hurt like hell.

"Don't talk back to me," the fox said in a dry tone so very different from the friendly one he had a moment ago. Theo let out a small growl towards the fox, but Alistair's dark expression was quickly replaced with another smile, however. He continued.

"I apologize, my lord. I didn't mean to dwell on dark topics. My point is that, unlike Cadwin who has learned what he knows out of necessity, I am a professional. Pleasing wolves has been my whole life and I look forward to applying all of my experience in order to serve you to the best of my ability."

The fox's massaging hands returned to his shoulders, but this time they slid down. First, to feel the kneeling wolf's back, kneading the muscles there, then, slowly, they trailed by his sides going under his bound arms to reach the wolf's abdomen in a strange embrace from behind. It left Alistair's muzzle right against the back of his neck. Theo had to make an effort to stand still, but he couldn't keep himself from growling, at least in a soft way, as a warning that he didn't like the touching. He felt exposed. Vulnerable. He was, after all, completely naked. The presence of the other foxes around him was not forgotten to the king, either, even if he couldn't see them.

Theo kept his face straight, doing his best to ignore the way the fox's hands were feeling his chest through the fur. "That hardly seems like the kind of experience that would qualify one to be a king's steward." The wolf's voice betrayed some of his anxiety. The more he heard about this fox, the less he wanted him around.

"Oh, but it is," Alistair said. Theo felt a warm lick come to the back of his neck, to which he let out a small snarl as another warning. "I have served royalty. Noble wolves of all kinds. Only the best to the best paying customers. Yet, I must admit that rarely any noble has compared to the masculine form your majesty possesses..."

Standing still was starting to become harder and harder. The fox's embrace and his paws started trailing down to Theo's abdomen, feeling every inch of his frame while Alistair's warm breathing was still felt on the back of his neck. The king glanced around towards the foxes, but he could still see nothing more than their feet and cloaks, perhaps up to their knees when the candle's fire happened to flick a little more to one side or the other. The fox's touching grew more and more invasive and, while Theo hated it, he couldn't help but look down at his sheath as well. The tingle of his pent-up arousal was still there. He could see the fox's hands, feeling up his abdomen, and how sometimes those sly fingers would trail down a little too low. Every time they did, Theo held his breath for a moment. The wolf couldn't tell if he wanted the fox to touch him or not.

No! He didn't want that. He didn't want some fox, some male, to touch him. In front of the other foxes! No, he just wanted the fox to stop so he could go back to the castle and enjoy himself alone. Yet, when the fox's hands started to feel up his waist, Theo started growing afraid of how much choice he was going to have. He didn't want the touch. He didn't want anything from that damned fox, but yet still he stared down at those hands as intently as he could.

Alistair's hands trailed through his abdomen one last time before the fox pulled back and away. Theo realized he had been holding his breath for longer than he thought, so when he let it go he was a little short of it. The king looked back at the fox as he stood up and followed the fox walking around him to stand in front of the kneeling king.

Alistair's hand came to caress the wolf's cheek. "We are going to have fun, my handsome wolf king. I will not be as lenient and soft as Cadwin was. We are going to have you walking in line and working hard for the right of every fox out there."

Theo pulled away from the fox's touch immediately. The king growled at the vulpine. "Cadwin was not lenient! If you have any intention of employing anything even remotely similar to the twisted methods Cadwin chose to employ, then I can let you know right now that before the next moon rises you will be in the same position Cadwin is in right now."

The wolf king nodded towards the pitiful sight of the bound, hooded fox kneeling at the corner. He saw Cadwin's long ears up and pointed towards him, certainly hearing everything. That Alistair bothered to look at the other fox pleased him. He would not be stepped on. Theo was the king and the fox was not going to have his way with him like that. The wolf eyed the other foxes in the 'council' as well, but he couldn't see if they were pleased or displeased with his response to take action.

Alistair, however, only smiled again. "Is that so? Well, then it is a pity. I looked forward to looking you in the eyes as we got through this, but you leave me little choice, your majesty."

Theo looked up at Alistair slightly confused. Before he could even inquire about what the fox meant, his warrior reflexes had the wolf's hackles spiking up behind his neck as he noticed that Alistair had his hand inside his cloak. When he pulled something out, Theo's reflex was to pull away and bring his hands up to counter it but bound as he was, his arms could not obey and before he realized what was happening, Alistair was upon him.

It wasn't a dagger or any kind of weapon that the fox had pulled on him, though. Theo's eyes went wide when he saw the shiny black coming towards them, then in one swoop it covered them completely as the black hood was pulled over his muzzle, then his whole head. The king growled and shook his shoulders as best as he could to struggle away from the fox, but Alistair had him in a tight grip. The fox had obviously done that before because it was a matter of seconds before Theo felt the straps tightening behind his head and the whole black leather hood suddenly got a lot tighter. Theo shook his head as much as he could in an attempt to dislodge the thing, but it was futile.

He could feel it was the same type of hood they had put on Cadwin. It was made of plain, thick black leather and it covered the wolf's whole head with no openings for his eyes, but with a tiny one for his nostrils right in front of his muzzle so he could at least breathe. He felt the fox's hand coming through small holes at the top just to pull out the wolf's gray ears through them so that he could hear better again.

"Hmmmghf!" Theo complained. The tight leather hood wouldn't let him open his muzzle at all. Theo tried to pull against the steel manacles keeping his wrists behind his back, but it was hopeless. He would never break free of them and he couldn't reach the back of the hood to open it and pull it out. The wolf decided to try to move to stand up, but a rough shove from the side brought him back down to his knees with ease. He looked around with his ears up, but it was disorienting not knowing where anything might come from.

"Hmmfgh!" Theo huffed through his hood. They couldn't do that to the king!

"You will get well acquainted with that hood over time, your majesty," Alistair's voice said from his side. "It is a shame you had to be so ill-behaved. Your reward might be a little lacking now, but I trust you will still enjoy it."

Theo turned his muzzle towards where he judged the fox's voice was coming from. The wolf king did not like it when he felt the fox's hand was placed on his shoulder, then the other came to his chest to caress and feel it just as he had done before. Now without being able to see what Alistair was doing, the touching felt ten times worse for Theo.

He had no idea what the fox had planned. The wolf didn't want to let on how anxious he was, but it was hard to continue just kneeling there while that hand felt the muscles of his chest all over again, then slowly trailed down to his stomach. What could he do, though? Fight against them? Theo knew that was no longer an option. It had ceased to be an option a long time ago...

The fox's hand left his abdomen and then Theo jumped in place when he felt it grabbing his sheath.

Immediately he growled through his hood, but from within it he could tell it was a muffled rumble at best. The wolf huffed through his nose again, shook his head and pulled against his restraints again, but the fox ignored all of that. He felt Alistair's fingers enveloping his sheath in a caress, then sliding down to cup the wolf's heavy set of balls.

"The king of wolves is such a big, strong wolf. It is fitting..." the fox teased. Theo looked down when he felt Alistair's muzzle nuzzling at his neck. It surprised him. The fox must have gotten on his knees in front of him. Again, Theo growled as best as he could, but all he felt was a warm lick coming under his chin.

"And the state you're in is also fitting. What kind of king would grow aroused over being bound and helpless before a group of foxes?"

Alistair's question made Theo frown heavily under his hood. He tried to hold himself back with all of his might, but he could feel his cock growing. The vulpine pulled his sheath back to expose his member, then teased it with just two fingers to coax it and force it to grow. As the wolf's cock grew against his will, that tease became a light stroking. At one point, they left his sheath, only to come back wet with what Theo supposed must be saliva.

If the wolf's balls weren't churning with unspent seed, he would be able to hold himself back. At least, that's what Theo told himself in his head as he felt his ears falling back in shame. Within a few short minutes, Alistair had the whole of the wolf's cock standing hard and aroused against his gray-furred stomach to play with. The dark red, tapered length pulsed with need.

For Theo, inside that hood, it was a whirlwind of different feelings. He felt shame and humiliation over being put on display like that, but at the same time, it had been weeks, months, since the last time he had even been allowed to grow hard. To feel a set of soft fingers stroking his length was as if he had found an oasis brimming with water after spending all that time in a dry desert.

The wolf's breathing started quickening up. The fox started with slow strokes over his length, but after it was fully grown. Alistair evolved into a full grip on the wolf's cock. He held it firmly, letting the whole of his paw make contact with the smooth surface of the king's member as he stroked it up and down. All while keeping it nice and tight, bringing Theo back memories of when he had all of his freedom. It felt as if he was fucking something tight. It made every basic instinct the wolf had flare up, including the growth of his knot that was already starting to feel uncomfortable inside his sheath.

"You like it, don't you? To be pleasured sexually here before the eyes of the council. As if you weren't a king, but some whore we brought here for our entertainment." Alistair's voice was soft, perhaps meant for him alone. Theo couldn't be sure. Through the blackness of the hood, the long-awaited pleasure assaulting his cock felt even more intense, making it all the harder to resist giving in to it fully. Another lick came to his neck.

"During our time together, you'll find that I have no reservations about pleasing you." Theo felt the fox's chest pressing against his own in an intimate, sexual way. He could hear Alistair sniffing at his neck as a lover would, then giving his chin the softest of licks before trailing his muzzle down the wolf's neck. The fox nuzzled at his powerful chest, then gave it a few warm licks as well. "This is merely a taste of all the rewards you might just get if you work hard to do everything as you should."

The fox's words angered the wolf. Alistair was implying he was some kind of horndog that would work for sex? Theo was the king and his kingly duties were so much more than himself or his own needs. The wolf wished he could voice those thoughts against the damned fox, but instead Theo found himself surprised once again when his cock was enveloped not by the fox's hand, but by a warm muzzle instead.

"Hmmgh..." the wolf couldn't help but groan through the hood. Alistair's muzzle enveloped a good half of the wolf's engorged cock, then slowly started to go down, taking more and more in. In an almost glacial pace, the fox continued to go down so that Theo could feel how the tip of his member poked at the fox's throat, then was forced to curve slightly so that it could slide in. Without a hint of gagging, Alistair went down all the way until he had the wolf's whole cock into his muzzle.

Theo hadn't felt a single finger touching his sensitive length in months, and now he was feeling a muzzle on it. A throat. The bound wolf could barely move. To enhance his pleasure even further, Theo felt the fox's fingers coming to the engorged base of his cock: the knot enveloped by the sheath. Playfully, Alistair played with the wolf's sheath, rubbing his fingers against it and using the furry pouch itself to rub the very engorged knot hidden within for a few moments before finally, much to the wolf's relief, pulling it back behind the big bulb and exposing the wolf's sensitive knot. Theo let out another groan of sheer pleasure through his hood as it happened.

Alistair started retreating from his cock. The damned fox made sure his tongue ground through the underside of the wolf's throbbing member all the way as he carefully slid it out of his throat, then the fox still kept his lips sealed in a suckling motion the whole time as it came up until only the thin tip of Theo's cock was still inside his muzzle. The wolf was sure he must have been leaking precum, but no comments, complaints or reactions from Alistair showed that he cared about tasting it.

"Such a beautiful display of masculinity..." the fox said, finally retreating from the wolf's cock. Theo found himself breathing heavily through his nose with his cock there, throbbing and wet in the air. "Yet, I must admit, I've seen bigger..."

The wolf frowned under his hood. The light insult made him remember where he was. Who he was with. Yet, at the same time, Theo didn't remember the last time he had felt this horny. Or, well, maybe he did, but this time there was no merciless steel cage to keep his erection trapped and useless.

Perhaps the fox could read his thoughts because Alistair quickly indulged him again. This time, the fox kept a hold of the base of his knot, which meant he had a tight grip right on the wolf's sensitive bulb of flesh. The gave it a few playful squeezes while he directed the wolf's cock to the side so that he could drag his tongue through the whole of the wolf's length, turning his muzzle sideways. From the base to the tip, Alistair was slow and steady but kept a good lot of his long, canine tongue in contact with the wolf's member as he dragged it up the smooth red surface. Theo had to stifle a whine of pure need.

Alistair directed his cock to the other side, then repeated the motion with his tongue on the other side of the wolf's member. In a vagarious way did that tongue travel through the sensitive surface of the king's length. When it reached the tip, Theo had to grit his teeth when he suddenly felt Alistair enveloping it with his lips again with the tongue pressing right against the tip to take in whatever precum was there. Then, the fox started sinking down on the wolf's cock again.

"Hnnnnghhhhh..."

Theo's groan was louder this time. The fox went all the way down until his lips were kissing the wolf's fully engorged knot again, but this time Alistair was faster. Then, the fox retreated just enough so that the tip of the wolf's cock left his throat before pulling back down again. Theo didn't remember the last time he had gotten to fuck anyone's throat, but this fox was doing all the work for him.

And it felt wonderful.

While Alistair worked on bobbing up and down deep onto the wolf's cock, the fox's hands grabbed hold of his thighs in the most sensual of ways. The fox massaged them, then one of the hands trailed up to grab at the wolf's full balls instead. Alistair continued to suck the wolf's cock while his gentle fingers applied just the right amount of pressure to the wolf's ballsack to make it pleasurable. He rolled the furry orbs through his fingers, paying special attention to each one, all while steadily increasing the pace at which he bobbed up and down the wolf's length.

It was when the paw massaging his balls came up to the knot that Theo let out his first loud moan through the hood. A simple squeeze on the wolf's engorged knot was enough to make the pleasure he was feeling rise tenfold. It hadn't been that long since the whole act began, but after months of denial, the wolf was desperate. Theo thrust his hips up in an instinctual urge to knot the tight throat and warm mouth his cock thought it was fucking. Alistair didn't gag even when he did that, but the knot didn't go past the fox's teeth. Instead, it was with desperation that Theo felt that muzzle slowly starting to retreat from his length again. The wolf tried to hump forward as best as he could from his kneeling position to keep his cock in there. He just needed a little more! But without any trouble, Alistair kept him back until the whole of his muzzle had left the wolf's cock.

The air felt cold around his wet, throbbing length.

"Hmmgh..." Theo complained, breathing heavily through his nose.

"What's that, your majesty? Are you trying to say something?" The fox's tone was one of teasing. Theo felt Alistair's fingers coming to his cock, just two little ones teasing along the length, circling it just above his oversensitive knot.

"Hmmgghh..." Theo repeated. He wanted to growl at the damned fox, but he was having a hard time even catching his breath without being able to use his muzzle.

"Do you want to order me? Or do you want to beg me?" The fox's words were joined by a third finger. They trailed up the underside of the wolf's cock, from the base of the knot to the tip, then down again through the upper side. The wolf groaned with more needy pleasure, then those soft fingers left his cock and instead it was just the tip of a claw that came to tease and play with his knot. Theo couldn't help it. He humped forward, his hips turning to one side or the other and making his rock hard cock bounce in the air as he tried to follow the tease of those fingers to feel... well, he just needed to feel more.

He was so close to cumming! His mind was set on nothing but the trigger of that pleasure, at least until he heard a small laugh coming from one of his sides. Theo turned his head towards it, ears perking up, and though the fingers returned to tease his knot, the wolf had another reminder of just where he was. A sudden sense of shame and humiliation washed over him.

The fox might have sensed that too. Despite how close he was, Alistair's hand gripped his cock again to give it a few full-fledged strokes. Pleasure overcame the wolf again, but the damned fox retreated his hand when his cock started to pulse seeking its final release. This time, when the fox's hand left his cock, Theo felt the warmth of his own precum sliding down the length of his cock.

Theo was left huffing for breath again, drowning in his frustration. The king tried to growl through the hood again. He had spent countless nights with either Cadwin playing with his cock just like that or with the damned fox forcing him to play with it himself. It always, however, ended up with it being left alone and locked back in the cage. Was that the fox's intention? It was becoming clearer and clearer to the wolf that it might be, but it filled him with fear. He had a genuine hope of achieving the release he needed so badly and just the thought of not getting it...

That hand returned to his cock. It held it up, gripping the base steadily so that Alistair's tongue could glide under it, following the trail that droplet of precum had left all the way to the tip. Theo moaned through the hood, feeling his arousal returning in full strength. That lick alone was all that he needed to feel like he was about to cum, he just needed one more! Yet the fox seemed to know that because it didn't come. The fox slowly released the grip on his cock, then those fingers went back to that very, very light tickle, trailing over the wolf's throbbing member just to keep him on the agonizing edge of orgasm.

"You want to cum, your majesty?" the fox asked, close to his ear. Theo had no idea the fox was that close, but he turned his head towards him.

"Hmmmfgh!" the wolf said, nodding a little too eagerly. He still cared that the foxes were watching, but he needed it! It had been far, far too long.

Alistair chuckled and so did some of the foxes around him. Theo's ears did lower, but he had only one thing in mind. The finger teasing his cock went up to his stomach, feeling his muscles, but the wolf didn't care about the touching anymore.

"Very well. I told you that I'm not like Cadwin, didn't I?" Theo felt Alistair leaning close to him. The fox nuzzled his neck, caressed his chest, then gave his hooded muzzle a lick. The fox's hand returned to his cock to stroke it. Full strokes this time, kneading from the knot to the tip. Theo let out a new moan through the hood. Each stroke was like heaven. Strong, decided, really intent on making him cum! The wolf resisted the urge to hump forward into them as to not make that much of a fool of himself, but he could feel it coming...

Theo felt his climax approaching again when a voice raised up from the side.

"Stop! Do you know how long it took me to build him up to what he is?! You're going to ruin everything!"

The wolf let out a small whimper when the hand did stop around his cock. This time he did hump forward against it, longing for those last strokes, but when he did it opened, loosening the grip and going away. Theo growled in frustration, then let his anger be directed towards the owner of that damn voice. Cadwin.

When had they even removed his hood? Had he been watching the whole time? Somehow the thought of that made Theo feel even more ashamed of himself.

"Is that so?" Alistair sounded amused. "Well, dear Cadwin, your methods have brought us here with you being punished for unsatisfactory work and me taking up your place."

Theo could hear Cadwin's growl. "Regardless, you can't throw away everything I took so long to build!"

"You speak out of turn, Cadwin," the voice of the Watcher said from afar.

"But Great Watcher, I-!" Cadwin started, but he stopped mid-sentence. Theo's head went back and forth hearing the voices, but the wolf's frustrated cock was still there, hard and erect, pulsing against his stomach.

"If you may, great one, I think I might have a solution that will solve this issue," Alistair said. Theo heard the fox standing up and stepping away towards the Watcher, then the room became silent.

The wolf heard nothing more than whispers for a while until finally, the masked leader spoke again. "Very well. I will accept this."

"Thank you, wise one," Alistair said.

"No! You can't!" Cadwin complained. He sounded more desperate. Theo could still hear him growling.

"You will do this, Cadwin, and you will take your punishment. In silence." The Watcher's voice was commanding.

"But-"

"In silence," the watcher repeated. "You should feel yourself what happens to other foxes when one of us fails to do our duties properly."

The room grew silent after the Watcher's harsh words save for the sound of steps and movement around him. The wolf felt confused. What were they talking about? Suddenly, Alistair returned to his side, the fox placed a hand back on his chest.

"You know, I remember it, clear as day. My very first night spent with a wolf. He was a large, strong gray wolf much like yourself, your majesty, yet his fur was ragged. His chest was scarred and he stunk of cheap ale and sweat. A mere city guard. I was, after all, fresh meat and therefore cheap."

The fox kept his voice low. Theo listened with attention, feeling the fox's breath right against his ear. "That night, the first night, he taught me something I never forgot. He said 'a wolf can't properly get off if it's not stuffing some fox with knot'."

Theo frowned under the hood. His cock was still there, rock hard but cooling off, yet his heart was racing. What did the fox want?

"Do you know how big a wolf's knot can get, your majesty? I heard you do know. It hardly seems fair, but that's how the world is. If that's the case, then I suppose your little reward wouldn't be whole if you didn't get off... properly." Theo felt another little lick coming to his muzzle, then heard the hustling of Alistair getting up by his side. The wolf's ears shot up, listening to his surroundings, but no matter where he turned his head, he couldn't see. He heard steps, then he heard movement which was faint at first, but grew closer. Theo grew uneasy having no idea what was happening.

He felt the brush of something soft against his cock. Just one brush, then the sound of grunting and struggling right in front of him. The wolf tried to speak himself, growing afraid of whatever twisted plan the fox might have had for him.

It surprised him when he felt a sudden grab at his scruff, pushing him forward and down. Theo, on his knees and with his hands shackled behind him, fell forth, but when he did he felt his chest pressing against something soft. Something... furry. His cock too brushed against something. A rump. He could feel a furry tail moving between his body and whoever was underneath him.

Alistair's voice came from his side. "A fox for you. You've been wanting to do this for so long, haven't you? Well, the Caster society is here to make sure you're getting what you came here for."

As Alistair shoved Theo further down, his muzzle met what felt like the back of the fox's neck. He didn't even need to feel the leather hood with his nose before he managed to pick up his scent. It was a scent he was all too familiar with. One he had felt nearly every day for the past year. A scent that he always dreaded smelling. Cadwin let out a muffled complaint from under the wolf while at the same time struggling a little, but he seemed to have his hands shackled as well, if not more.

"This will be his punishment. Here, I'll help you, big guy," Alistair said and then Theo felt a hand grabbing his cock again. The fox pulled him back, then Theo felt as he lined the tip of his cock up with Cadwin's tailhole. His eyes went wide under the hood.

"You'll pay for this," Cadwin hissed from under him in nothing more than a faint whisper.

Theo needed no further encouragement. He thought back about all the nights sitting in his room with Cadwin stroking his cock with one hand and holding icy water in the other. All the evenings they spent with the fox making him jerk off for hours on end knowing it would end with his cock back in its cage.

Theo thought about every single time he had thought about grabbing that damn, lithe fox by the neck, shoving him down and fucking him right there and then. The wolf king had no taste for males, that much was true, but when he shoved his cock forward and Cadwin's tight tailhole enveloped his cock, Theo found that there was nothing to complain about.

The wolf pretty much howled through his hood. Cadwin let out a loud grunt beneath him, but Theo, even without the use of his hands, drove his hips forward to unload all of his frustration into the damned fox that had spent the last year torturing him.

Theo fucked the fox with all of his might. Screw that he was bound, blindfolded and at the mercy of a council of them. Screw it that they were all watching and controlling the whole thing. Theo had only one goal in mind. The goal that every primal instinct in his being was screaming at him to achieve.

And each time he pressed his grown knot against Cadwin's entrance, he grew closer to achieving it. Theo had almost forgotten how good it felt to fuck something. Though he had never fucked a male before, he could see the appeal of it. Cadwin grunted with each of his thrusts. The fox's voice that so many times had laughed, mocked and humiliated him now grunting and growling while Cadwin's rear clenched down on his length. The wolf's cock pounded the fox, hilting on each thrust. Without his arms for support, Theo's legs soon grew tired, but he didn't care if they burned with exhaustion. All the wolf could feel was the much, much needed pleasure radiating from his cock, his release so close. Almost imminent. The only thing he needed was...

With one hard push and a last effort, it popped in. Cadwin let out a drawn-out grunt beneath him, but the sheer feeling of those warm, tight walls enveloping and squeezing at his knot was all that he needed.

Theo howled through the hood as he felt the pleasure of orgasm enveloping after over a year of denial.

It was heavenly. The waves of relief that washed over Theo's body made each fiber of his being tremble, then burst with pleasure. It coursed through him in a manner that he had almost forgotten after all that time. The rush of deep pleasure every male craves by instinct but had been denied the wolf for so long. Each pulse of his cock, each squeeze around the sensitive flesh translated to jolts, bursts of genuine delight that surrounded him. For those few precious seconds, nothing else existed, just the mind-numbing, overwhelming feeling overcoming his body and flesh. All of that in anticipation of the main event, when the wolf's cock started to cum. Theo could feel his balls churning, how the cum went through his cock while he continued to fuck the fox to deposit his whole year of pent up seed deep into the very fox that had built it up.

The wolf felt his cock throb, jet after jet of thick, heavy wolf spunk deposited into the fox and held in place by his knot, which grew larger and locked them together. The wolf felt tired and out of breath, but he didn't care. He kept humping forward, thrusting and milking every single second of his long, drawn-out orgasm until it was nothing but a small dribble of cum pouring into the flooded fox. Until the wolf fell forward over Cadwin completely out of breath, huffing through the small hole for his nose in the hood and completely out of strength. Even after cumming, his cock still spasmed in twitches of pleasure. He barely remembered how great the afterglow of an orgasm felt.

Theo heard Alistair clapping by his side. "Bravo! A true display of what a wolf can do to a fox, your majesty!" The fox grabbed him by the scruff to lift him up from over Cadwin. Theo tried to support himself with his knees again, but it was awkward without his hands and with his knot still locked to Cadwin's ass. He heard Cadwin grunting beneath him as he moved, too.

"You put up quite the show. The crowd is... pleased."

Theo didn't know what Alistair meant. He did, however, hear the sound of chairs being pulled back and then, steps. Steps from all sides. The wolf's ears perked up as they grew close, accompanied by the sound of squelching. Of rubbing. Theo had little notion of what was happening, but when his nose caught the hint of musk in the air, and not only his own, he started to grow worried.

Before the wolf king could puzzle out what it meant, however, he heard the first moan. It was subtle, controlled, and came from his side. It was quickly followed by a jet of warm, sticky fluid that landed on his shoulder, then another landed on his chest, followed by a third, and finally, Theo heard Cadwin groaning in disgust beneath him as well.

"Hmmfgh!" the wolf tried to say in complaint. He attempted to move, but Alistair's hand was quick to grab and twist his scruff to keep him still. Another moan came, and this time the jets of what was clearly cum came from his other side. This one was strong enough to hit him in the muzzle, which he was thankful was covered by the hood, but the following jets also hit his arm, his side, his stomach...

All five of the foxes that had been attending the council cummed over him and Cadwin. The Watcher, or at least who he assumed was the Watcher since it came from his front, was the worst one. He smelled the fox's musk from up close but had no time to turn his muzzle away before the first jet of the older fox's orgasm hit him straight on the uncovered nostrils, filling his sensitive canine nose with the heavy musk of fox cum. The Watcher painted his chest and stomach with his cum before letting the rest of it fall over Cadwin, who just whimpered beneath him.

Theo felt completely humiliated. Now with his mind clear from the thoughts of lust, the wolf could dwell on what he had done. What he had subjected himself to and what he had been reduced into. He felt fox cum drying all over his fur and even his cock, spent, relieved and lodged into Cadwin's tailhole, felt hollow of any pleasure over what he had finally achieved.

It wasn't long before Alistair pulled on him. The wolf still complained and struggled, but the fox wasn't gentle with either him or Cadwin in forcing the wolf's knot out of the fox beneath him. Cadwin took the worst of it, grunting and groaning as the knot was wedged out of his tailhole. Theo heard no further complaints or threats from Cadwin himself, but he dreaded what the fox would do when they met again.

"You may take him back to the castle," a voice finally said. The Watcher, as Theo recognized. "Take him as he is. No one will recognize the king with the hood on and, if the treaty of equality is in place, surely not too many of the night dwellers will frown upon a wolf walking around naked and covered in seed, yes?"

Theo's eyes went wide. The Watcher's words brought laughter from all around them.

"We will... 'handle' Cadwin. Give him his clothes back and release him when you're close enough to the royal castle."

"Yes, wise one," Alistair confirmed in his polite tone. Theo felt a hand grabbing his scruff and forcing him to stand up. The wolf wouldn't have it, however. He struggled against it, but there was little he could do to keep the fox, even as weak as he was, from dragging the blind, bound wolf out of the door.

It wasn't until Theo had his tail between his legs from the feeling of the cold air of the night outside against his fur that the king had settled down and resigned to his humiliating fate. Worse yet, his cock was still hard because of his inflated knot, bouncing between his legs with each step, but at least retreating fast due to the cold air.

As the king was led and paraded through the streets, even quiet as they were at night, every step, whisper or noise around him was caught by the wolf. He didn't think the night could get much worse until Alistair, who had been quiet while leading him, flickered his hard cock, making the wolf wince, then finally decided to speak up.

"Don't take tonight as a full premise of how our relationship is going to be, king Theodar," the fox said. "Trust me, when you're with me, you'll wish Cadwin's cage was still what was locked over your dirty lupine sheath."

All Theo could do was whimper through his hood. Maybe Cadwin had been right after all. He had no idea what he had done.
