After a few passing moments for the judges to discuss silently over what they had both seen and heard, the human turns to face the feline. "So, you say that you aren't responsible, yet the only name you have cleared here tonight was that of your sister, Kaodina."

Damian nods with a smile. "And by the time I'm done, you will know who the true culprit to your crime was." He answered.

The human turns to discuss with the judges before the youngest of the judges, a bovine, spoke up. "Please continue."

Damian presses a few prompts on his control panel and the image changed to that of his brother Maldavious, a middle aged panda. "This is the second oldest of my siblings. Unlike the rest of us, he was not born or created in a lab. During the beginning of the space age, alien gene splicing during invasions became a common thing and as a result, a new breed of beings where born on earth. They later took on the title 'mutation' or 'altered' ."

"Maldavious was one of these beings. Though he was raised in our family after he developed his gifts." Damian paused for dramatic effect, which the judges used to talk amongst themselves till the feline continued. "He was born with the gift of Elemancey. Or the ability to control the elements. Fire, water, earth, and air."

"So, these 'mutants'. They all posses the same gift, or are we talking comic book level here?" The bovine asked politely.

"Like the comic books, your honor." Damian replied before continuing. "Maldavious belonged to a slightly secretive scientific division called 'Advanced Mutantions and Genetic Enhancements'. A company that sells powers to the highest bidders." He looked up and smiled as he caught the first glimpse of metal flash off in the far corners of this room. He knew that his time was limited yet also knew he had enough to tell the whole story. He clears his throat and begins speaking once more

"Though this may sound like a bad Idea, it wasn't. Those selected to be sold powers where vigorously tested and screened so that only those both worth and capable of handling the gift where selected. A process I can't exactly go into detail on cause I don't know much of it myself." He sighs as he shakes his head, being rather good at getting off topic.

"What's That got to do with this case?" Asked the human, ever the one to point out the obvious.

"Nothing. Just some random knowledge. Anyway..." he let out a soft sigh and began telling the story of his second oldest sibling
