The current state of things and why
A brief explanation of why my stories are gone and what happened to me.
Hello,
If you don't know me I go by the name Muse and for years I have had an on and off again relationship with this site. I came here a very long time ago when it was known as yiffstar and have been here since I was sixteen or fourteen years old I can't accurately remember. In that time I have spent countless hours writing and honing my skills as an author. To that end nothing I have ever made was good enough to garner moderate attention so I would always walk away and forget about the site despite making promises that I frankly had no intention of keeping. I first want to apologize to anyone who did have an interest in my work and its incarnations throughout the years. It was wrong of me to abandon projects and delete them at my will but I have a very persistent mental problem that constantly makes me doubt my previous work and seek to remake or erase it. To that end I have purged all my previous stories and will be starting fresh. Will I resume the series I once had started? I can not answer that I will be using this account to just dump ideas I'm not committed to turning into a novel or just to stretch my writing muscles. Does that mean I won't ever do another series or start a new project? No I'll just do so when my mood suits me presently I am technically unemployed and doing contract work for a software company which leaves me plenty of downtime to work on my novel (which I won't put up here) and other passion projects.
