Blitzar walked slowly along the streets of New York, he was just another person in the crowd. Falstrol was gone mapping the city so he was left alone to do anything. People bumped into him without any regard for him. Blitzar sighed and smiled to him self "if only they knew that I could kill any one of them." He walked by an electronics store with a huge T.V. displaying the news. "The police still have no idea what happed, but it appears that this murder was planned and who ever he was, he was a professional." Blitzar smiled to himself, "the police still haven't released any pictures on the victim, but from what we know he was brutally stabbed in the chest. They are working at full capacity in order to find who did this." Blitzar turned and continued walking "they have no clue."

"Lieutenant, we found out what the hair was!" Herman turned around in his swivel chair "what is it?" The officer handed him the report "we think it was planted, it was animal hair. More specifically wolf fur." The lieutenant flipped through the report looking at the pictures and papers of the murder, "what could of done this, any weapon?" The policeman shook his head "not that I know of, the only type of thing that I can think of is a 50. Caliber rifle, and believe me someone would of heard the shot. Plus no ballistics evidence was found." Herman twirled around to look out the window that was on the back wall. "I want all officers on full alert, no slacking!" He sighed and looked at the birds that flew across the window "officer do me a favor look into this wolf thing why would he plant that type of evidence it doesn't make sense." The officer grabbed the folder from him, "yes sir."

Falstrol flew past a large building labeled NYPD, he scanned for any useful information that he could see. From one window a tall man about in his 40's staring at him, he looked past him and saw on his desk, "case file 3341, Stylus, Jonathan." Falstrol flew to the ledge of the floor and perched so he could see in. The man on the inside handed the other man that was in the room the file. "Remember...ull...al...t." From that Falstrol knew what it meant, he took off and headed for where him and Blitzar were supposed to meet.

Blitzar slowly walked into central park and sat at a pre determined bench. He pulled out some bread that he had bought. Birds started to congregate around the bench wanting some of it. One of them had a distinctive red tipped wing, "wow that was fast." Falstrol hopped around and pecked at the scattered bread with the other birds "do you know how degrading this is?" Blitzar rolled his eyes "grow up, anyway what did you find." Falstrol picked up a piece of bread, "Well I flew around the city and found one building labeled NYPD, I perched on one of the ledges and peaked inside. I saw two men and one of them had a folder labeled 'case file 3341 Stylus, Jonathan.' The one closest to the window said 'remember full alert', we have to hide now, I mean look." He sort of motioned his head to the right. Three police officers drove up in their cruisers and slowly scanned the park. Blitzar nodded "I got just the place." He got up and slowly walked away, a few minutes later Falstrol took off and followed Blitzar.

Blitzar walked into the lobby of the Autumn Apartments and walked up to the front desk, a chirpy woman with an annoying smile greeted him "hi there, welcome to Autumn Apartments, how can I help you? Blitzar forced a smile, "hi um... do you have any vacancies?" The secretary made some clicks on her computer, "um... yes! Rooms 102, 324, 616, and, 824 are all free." Blitzar thought, "what's the cheapest?" The secretary looked up from her computer, "the higher you go the more expensive, rates start at $93 a week. That is for 102, 824 is $325 a week." "What about room 324?" The secretary searched it up on the computer, "$145 a week and that is a two bedroom one bath, not that bad." Blitzar weighed his options "I'll think about it, thanks!" The secretary smiled "anytime hope to see you here soon."

He walked out of the revolving doors and headed to an ally. Behind a dumpster Blitzar sat while Falstrol landed next to him, "Blitzar are you crazy, Autumn Apartments that's where you killed Stylus." Blitzar sighed, "don't you remember anything they taught you about humans in training." Falstrol smiled, he took pride in his knowledge, "I remember almost anything." He raised one of his wings and pointed to his eyes, "Whatever these see I remember!" Blitzar looked at him, "you fail to remember one thing though, humans always assume that the culprit runs but, if you stay put they run from you instead of for you." Falstrol mocked him, "yeah, yeah whatever." "I'm trying to get a room on the third floor, so you can fly right through the window." The bird nodded, "good idea, let's go."

The cheery receptionist looked up from her computer, "you're good to go." She handed Blitzar some keys, "your room is 324 on the third floor, hope you like your stay." Blitzar smiled "thank you, I'm sure I'll enjoy it." He walked to the elevator and pressed the button for third floor. "Now, we're getting somewhere." The door's closed and the elevator went up.
