This a Sequel of sorts to "Tracking The Huntress" Which I collaborated on wih Desert_Mutt, and explains how The Huntress met lapinia Bunn, who wold later become the protagonist in JArak PAnther's "FWA" Story Series."

The 5'9" 150 pound golden eyed tawny furred Lioness stands on a snow covered rooftop over looking Sursu City at night. She is wearing her Superheroine costume, which consists of a longsleeve footed mock turtleneck backzip pink catsuit, knee high purple boots, elbow length purple gloves, and a purple cape, . Her purple bandana mask is clutched in her gloved left paw, her ears are splayed back. The costumed crime fighter sighs, and a puff of air is seen.

"Why do I bother?" she wonders aloud. "They all hate me anyway. Now I know how Batman feels, but he does it, because no one else will stand up to the crime, the evil, and corruption. With me, even though I do it for the same reason, they still hate me, and scream for me to be executed publicly by being hung, stretched, drawn, and quartered, disemboweled, and beheaded with my body scattered to the four corners of the world, and my head placed on a pike on the R. Crumb Bridge. As of tonight, The Huntress no longer exists. From now on, I'll just be plain boring Lillian Amara Lioness. One of the countless millions stepped on, and walked all over by the corrupt elected officials, and police, the criminals, and the wealthy upper class,!"

"No, you can't!" a female voice says a bit too loudly from a hiding place across the roof.

"Who's there?" demands the costumed crime fighter rather forcefully. She turns to face the direction that the exposing her whole face to whomever was on the rooftop with her. It is then that fur who had cried out canthe see the sad weary look in her eyes, and that she has obviously been crying, because her cheek fur is wet, and her eyes are red, and puffy.

"Please Huntress...Lillian," a white furred female Bunny with blue eyes says steppiing out of the shadows wearing a pair of footed frontzip Christmas print pajamas that have a zipper going from the inside right ankle, up to the top of the outfit, "The city needs you."

"No, they don't," she replies turning away again. The Bunny walks over to her, place a comforting paw on The Huntress' shoulder.

"Then I need you," The Bunny her softly. "I know that sounds selfish of me, but if they're going to treat you badly, because of who you are, and what you to to keep them safe from those who would try to harm them, then forget those idiots, I'll keep you all to myself. You too good for them, and this festering sleaze pit of a town anyway."

The spandex clad Lioness turns to face the Bunny again..

"Why?" asks Lillian.

"Why what?" the Bunny asks.

"Why would you be so kind to me, when you could be just as heartless, cruel, and mean as everyone else?" The Huntress asks.

"My parents taught me better than that, so I was raised not to be a jerk to others, even if they do deserve it."

The Bunny puts one arm across The Huntress' back, and one arm around her waist, hugging, and nuzzling The Huntress, who hugs the back, and lowers her arms to her sides after a minute that to the Bunny, felt like an eternity.

"So how old are you?" she asks, smiling. " Shouldn't you have been in bed hours ago?"

" I'm 28, silly kitty," the Bunny tells her "We're the same age then," she casually remarks.

"You look like you're still a cub, though. Even though we're the same age, and from the look of it, same height."

"Yep," says the Bunny. "It's a bit cold to be up here on the roof wearing only a footed sleeper in late December," says The Huntress.

"Why don't you head back inside?"

"You're one to talk, 'Miss tights'," the Bunny says teasing her.

"Don't worry about, me. Just get yourself back inside where it's warm, and I'll come back to check on you later."

The Bunny suddenly feels warmth on her cheeks, and she realizes that she's blushing

"Are you sure?" The Bunny asks.

The HUntress smiles and nods, giving the bun a loving pat on, the butt.

"I'm sure." "By the way, I'm Lapinia Bun." the Bunny says.

"Cute name," replies Lillian. I'll knock on your window when I come back, so you can let me in."

"Thanks, " Lapinia says. " I'll leave a light on. That way you'll know which apartment is mine." Lapinia starts to head back inside, but out of concern, looks over her shoulder at The Huntress.

"Don't worry, I'll be fine. I'm not going to quit being a Superheroine."

You're not?" Lapinia asks.

Lillian shakes her head "You've given me a lot to think about."

Lapinia continues on, and when she gets to the door that leads down into the building, The Huntress calls out.

"Hey, Lapinia." Lapinia turns to face her. "You look adorable in those jammies," The HUntress says winking at Lapinia.

Lapinia giggles, and blushes again, wiggling her butt at The Huntress

"Thanks. I got them for Christmas this year," Lapinia tells The Huntress before going inside, and closing the door behind he
