"The United World Space Authority has reported that an alien force identical to the one which attacked the planet Earth in 2120 and 2163 has returned and is currently bombarding the planets Venus, Earth, and Mars, the moons Luna, Io and Europa, Titan, and Tethys, and the consolidated scientific outpost in the Oort asteroid belt.
"After the aliens did not respond to peaceful communication, the President of the Earth declared formal war on the intruders and instituted martial law system-wide. At 5:15 pm GMT, countermeasures were launched from defensive stations around the system.
"If your home address is in a blue zone, please leave all pets and belongings behind and move to your designated shelter without delay to await further instruction.
"If your home address is in an orange zone, please bring all pets indoors, cover all windows with tarps and blankets, and do not go outside under any circumstances.
"If you are in a green zone, please stay indoors and do not go outside, except for what is absolutely necessary to maintain the lives of your stock.
'If you are in transit and more than twenty kilometers from your home zone, do not go home. Consult your comm for the location of the nearest shelter and go there immediately. Unauthorized air or ground traffic may be eliminated without further warning.
"Regardless of your shelter, remain there until informed by this radio or by a designated safety Marshall that it is safe to leave. Any person caught out of their assigned shelter is subject to prosecution under military protocol.
