Personality: Very sociable with everyone but serious and even cold to strangers. Very delicate, intelligent, smart and proud of her culinary talents but sometimes exaggerates the latest, also very helpful and careful when she's cooking for others. In combat is a great strategist. Learns from her mistakes when she does something wrong. She hates if you leave her food but if you take it, nothing will happen. She's quite amorous and feels the love offering food to the Pokémon with a huge weight gain.

Appearance: She's a furry, gray chinchilla-like Pokémon. She has large ears located to the sides of her head, with dark green-ish insides partly covered by tufts of fur. Her eyes are large and light blue, with a small, rounded nose. Her limbs are somewhat rounded and small, and her tail is long, fluffy and incredibly light blue in color. She also has two large long fluffs on her head that wrap around herback. She uses her long fur as a scarf. Her fur is coated in a special oil that repels enemy attacks, and can also be used as skin treatment. Herfur feels amazing to touch, and she repels dust and prevents static electricity from building up.

Brief History:

Born in a big forest near of Limecross Town, a small island famous for their water shows on the island and also for his huge volcano. A winter month, the island volcano erupted in a very violent manner, creating a pyroclastic flow that moved at high speed on the island. Many people and Pokemon were reacher and others escaped in their small fishing boats from the fury of the volcano but after a few days at sea, a storm hit the small boats with huge waves and causing all boats were shipwrecked. Some were rescued by their Water-type Pokemon while others don'tt have the same luck. Lily lost the consciousness and was saved by a Lapras that took her to another island to be saved. The Cinccino woke up in a bedroom. She did not remember what happened after the sinking of the ship and a man with a gray beard with a French accent like a Abomasnow accompanied by a Slurpuff gave him a small tray with poképuffs of different colors. She sniffed and with a first bite liked it a lot. Thanks to these human poképuffs, he granted the ability to communicate with humans and the island where she lived was Twowaves Town. He trained her and taught her the art of cooking and cakes. 10 years later, the old man, a few months before dying of an incurable illness, he gave a very special spices in little jars and put them in a small Leavanny's bag made of leaves. She left the house and was attacked by unknown people but Slurpuff of the old man protected her from the attacks. Finally, she arrived at a small airport on the island and go into a small plane undetected until where his trainer was born, Lumiose City.

Skills:

• Expert chef in food Pokemon and human food, able to use knives or any kitchen utensil with her little paws and tails.
• Her special spices can give different effects to one may eat, some examples: Increase speed, size decrease or weight gain.
• A special part of the oil that is in her body to clean herself, she has a second special oil (only in battle) if she's been hit by a physical attack the pokémon increases his weight a bit decreasing his speed and physical attack. It can be neutralized with Bulk Up, Aqua ring, Recover, Pain Split or Rest. Increase more the rival weight if statistics go up.
• In double battle is more defensive and individual is more offensive.

Relationships:

• Thierry: Best human who treated her like a little innocent human child is treated. She will never forget his kindness and affection.

Curiosities:

• Only of her specie with the Fairy type as the second type.
• The digestion of her food is really slow for Pokemon while for human has no effect.
• She likes cooking and sometimes that until she sees his client as a Snorlax. She's not a bad Cinccino.
• She doesn't like muscular pokémon but loves hug big and chubby pokémon, reminding her to a pillow.
• Sometimes her mate is just to charm his victim with her food, feed him and fatten until he can't move, but loves berries. She has very dangerous predatory instincts if she are alone with her "new and temporary partner." Only acts at night and this behavior is unknown.
