#5 of Immorality

Chapter five is here in all its plot diminishing, colossal fail! Pharmacy didn't have my happy pill prescription this week so I'm not in the best of moods and so this chapter has an extremely long rant... Sorry about that

Gonna apologize, just one last time, for the time it took to get this abomination posted. This is its fourth write-up and I still hate it... With a vengeance. I honestly wish that I didn't have to force this catastrophe on the miracle which is Sofurry but alas, 'tis the only way to progress to chapter six. (And my favorite one of the series so far if it plans out like it does in my head and my notebook.)

Honestly... My advice is for anyone who actually enjoys my writing is to just completely skip this chapter... I'm posting it for the sake of consistency but it is god awful... I'm not even going to edit this one more than a couple of times so expect mistakes... It actually hurts my head to think how bad this chapter is... those who wish to leave me with my dignity intact just click the back button and wait for the sixth chapter... I promise it will be much better.

For those who might wonder, "Why are you posting it if you are so unhappy with it?" It's for a number of reasons. 1. it's been far too long since I updated Immorality. 2. Because I'm an absolute fuck-wit when I run out of pills. 3. I could proof read this a thousand times, I could edit it a million, and it STILL would be the worst thing I've ever written, and judging from the amount of faves and the like that I get I've written some pretty mind-numbingly shitty things already. I'm just not willing to spend any more time or effort on something which WILL turn out shit anyway. *Exasperated sigh* Okay rant over.

Enjoy... If you can.

Temperance

Kaylen was the first to awaken, raising his back off the ground with his paws and looking around groggily. Kayla was back he noted; catching a glimpse of her orange back fur inside the tent that Ross had set up, that was good. Sitting up fully he stretched, accidentally waking Jay as he did.

"Ughh what time is it?" The Totodile remained lying down, his eyes closed tight as he asked the question.

Kaylen observed the sky, the sun had still not entirely risen, it was still on the horizon casting a brilliant red glow over the sky. "I'd say, early... maybe five o'clock if you were to go by human standards."

"Five? What the hell are you doing up then?"

"Just because you're lazy doesn't mean I have to be."

"Sleeping past five A.M. doesn't make you lazy... If anything it makes you sane." Jay yawned and began to sit up as he said this.

"Go back to sleep then, no one's stopping you."

"There's no way I can get back to sleep now." He sighed. "No I think I might as well get up, where are you going anyway?"

"I'm going to find where Alba went... And when I find him I'm going to slit his throat while he sleeps."

Jay shook his head chuckling "Dude you really need to work on your anger management, I swear your rage is gonna destroy you."

"You can't expect me just to let this go?"

"Of course not. But you could... Talk to him, work out why he did it, and maybe even get him to apologize. I'm not saying that that's anywhere near enough, but it's a start at least."

"I already asked him and he did it for the same self-serving, prickish reason that he does everything else, because he's a dickhead. He always has been a dickhead ever since... a couple of months after he evolved."

"Look, I may have known Alba before you, but you've spent much more time with him than me, you should know as well as I do that he's not going to give you a straight answer first time around, you're going to have to keep pressing him, eventually he'll spill."

"What difference does it make?" Jay could hear the rising anger in Kaylen's voice "The point is he took advantage of Kayla and he's not getting away with it!"

"You see? That's exactly what I'm talking about, you can't control yourself and you end up getting hurt. Look Elice is with him now, she'll teach him a lesson if he tries anything, but if you provoke him there's nothing we can do... I don't want to see you hurt again sweetie, that's all."

Kaylen attempted to calm himself, it seemed to work. "Then what do you propose I do?"

"Just promise me that you'll stay out of trouble, don't aggravate him, yet, and I'll see what I can get Elice to probe out of him, promise?"

"I can't promise anything."

"Well that's not good enough." Jay sighed shaking his head. "Come on lets go get some berries, I'm starving." Kaylen followed the Totodile toward a small forest of nanab berry bushes, angrily muttering to himself the whole way.

Ross grunted as the memory of his dream faded as it always did. A dim light streaming in through the open tent door, nullifying his attempts at resuming sleep. A smile crept across his face as he felt the furry mass that was Kayla leaning against his lower body. He had been really worried last night but he had known that she would come back.

He finally succumbed to the intrusive light and opened his eyes looking down at the sleeping head of his Buizel. He groaned uncomfortably as he realized that he had removed his jeans before going to sleep last night and as such his morning wood was pressing into Kayla's back. His face burned in a deep blush as he realized the only thing separating him from his love was his boxer shorts.

He supposed he'd have to get used to things like that soon but it just didn't feel comfortable to be pressing against her like that while she slept. He turned his attention to Kayla once more; she wore an expression of discomfort in her sleep. Hardly surprising he supposed. Still she was not the heaviest sleeper and it would be difficult to slip away without waking her, still he had to attempt it.

Making a sudden slide away from the Buizel he instantly realized that the move had been too quick, Kayla woke with a soft, questioning "Bui?" blinking the sleep from her eyes before turning towards Ross with a dreamy smile.

Despite his awkwardness Ross couldn't help but smile back, still lying on his side he leaned back towards the Buizel pulling her into a kiss in the hope of distracting her. She pushed forward both with her body and her tongue placing a furred paw on his chest as she explored his mouth.

The kiss broke after a few minutes, "Good morning babe." he whispered, earning him another smile.

Flipping quickly onto his other side Ross began scanning the tent for his jeans, figuring he could wear yesterdays to avoid any embarrassment until he could reach his bag, no such luck. Kayla wasn't finished with him, she pulled him onto his back and hopped onto his chest leaning to kiss him again.

He broke the kiss once more to a whine of annoyance from Kayla. "I just want you to know I didn't kiss Jade last night, I stopped her I promi-" He was interrupted by Kayla forcing her tongue into his mouth again.

"I'll take it that means I'm forgiven?" He asked once his mouth was free.

"Bui!" Kayla confirmed with a nod. She turned and hopped off him onto the floor of the tent to let him get back to whatever he was doing. Ross attempted to get up before she could turn around, once again he was unsuccessful. "Bui, bui-bui, bui?" Kayla pointed at the all too noticeable bulge in Ross's boxers with an accusing smirk on her face.

Ross entertained the idea of denying it for a little while before eventually caving. "I promise you this just happens in the mornings, okay? Although I'm sure if it didn't it would after all of that." He scratched her behind the ear the way she liked and got up. Deciding just to head out in his underwear.

No one came around here anyway and even if someone did see him Jade would likely spread the story of him and Kayla around the whole of Sinnoh, so what did it matter? His reputation was ruined anyway.

What amazed him was that he didn't even care. If he denied it, it would be his word against hers and Jade being the more reputable by far, he could kiss his fan base goodbye.

But it didn't matter, as long as Kayla was his none of it mattered. He ducked through the large tents entrance squinting at the sunlight before heading to his bag and pulling out a new set of jeans and a black t-shirt with white stripes running across the shoulder leaving his coat next to his bag.

He pulled out a new pair of boxer shorts and socks and looked back at the slumbering group of pokémon. Jade's Mightyena lay sleeping next to his own pokémon, though there was no sign of Alba, Elice, Kaylen or Jay they would probably return soon.

That meant that Jade would have to come back too, that would be awkward. He returned to his tent ushering Kayla out, to her displeasure, before zipping the tent door closed while he changed.

Kayla sat impatiently outside wishing that he would have let her stay, suddenly nothing interested her more than what he was hiding under all those clothes all the time. 'Why do humans have to be so secretive about everything?'

If he was a pokémon they probably would have already had sex. It wasn't that she minded the wait, and she loved the thrill of this new romance, but she hadn't been feeling right since they left Solaceon town.

Alba had been telling the truth, sex was only a temporary reprieve from her heat and once again that want, that desperate need began to make itself known in her. She wasn't stupid, making her move too early could spoil what she had spent so long building with Ross; she would just have to wait.

Ross emerged once more from the tent, the bulge at his crotch much less noticeable now that it was covered by denim. He reached down throwing on his coat before turning to address the disgruntled looking Buizel, something was different about her.

"Kayla, where's the necklace I gave you?" He knelt down beside her so that he was nearer to eye level. Remembering the plan she had thrown together last night in her envy fit she began to feign panic. "Hey, don't worry, we'll have a look for it later and if we can't find it, well we'll just have to make you a better one."

He reached under her chin and gave her a second reassuring scritch to which she murred happily and seemed to calm down. Seeing that she was apparently reassured Ross turned to the problem of the taking down of the two tents that had been set up by him and Jade last night. He sighed "Long day ahead."

Alba yawned as he emerged from the most peaceful sleep he'd had in a long time, smiling widely at the still sleeping form of Elice beside him. It seemed pathetic but this was the best he'd felt for a long while, he was apparently in the clear for the Kayla ordeal and even better Elice was giving him the chance to restore their friendship, and maybe more if he worked hard he reminded himself.

They hadn't had to walk too far to get away from the group in last night's darkness, in the morning sunlight however he could still see the outline of the two tents in the distance as well as some indistinct movement. Ross wasn't usually a particularly early riser but today it appeared that he was already up and moving around.

Alba turned back to the sleeping Vixen nosing her awake successfully after a couple of failed attempts. Eventually she acknowledged his attentions with a whimper, clearly displeased at being woken up so early.

"C'mon we gotta go, Ross and Jade are up already."

"So? Can't we just make them wait for us?" Elice protested.

"No! Get up."

Elice opened one eye and flashed a good natured scowl in his direction, swiping a feeble paw at him and missing by a couple of inches.

"You know you still owe me for the night before last?"

"By which you mean I owe you for making you bleed or leaving you at the edge?" She grinned innocently while she asked.

"Both." He replied, apparently not amused by her playfulness

"Fine then." She got up, walking away swaying her rear provocatively. Alba followed cautiously feeling that this was once again, far too easy.

Nevertheless the Vulpix stretched out raising her rump into the air and seemingly willing him on. This confused Alba, but being the headstrong 'Eon that he was she knew he'd take the bait. Sure enough he came closer to inspect her, noting that her heat was indeed over, and that her sex was now much less noticeable. He decided to play dirty and began to move forward, readying his tongue to show her just how submissive he could be.

He tasted the dirt in his mouth before he felt the throbbing pain in his head. "Gah! What the hell?" Spitting to displace the soil he looked up to see Elice, now sitting down before him, Suppress a giggle. Instead replacing it with a smug smile as the bright white glow emanating from her tails began to dissipate.

He repressed the urge to jump on her and teach her for messing with him once again. Opting instead to simply shake his head clear of the dull ring that the impact from her iron tail, connecting with the top of his head, had imposed upon him. "Why?" He asked sullenly.

"You need to learn how to deal with your problem Alba. I told you your training began today, and now it has."

"And what exactly is my problem?"

Elice sighed shaking her head at him condescendingly "It should be obvious by now Alba. Your problem is that you have no self-control, no temperance, so you compensate by controlling others. You have neither the will nor the drive to control your lust and you..."

"I get the picture." He interrupted. "Just explain to me how bludgeoning me upside the head whenever I take the offer of sex helps?"

"You need to learn that just because you are offered sex doesn't mean you should take that person up on the offer," She shrugged. "Besides, it couldn't hurt to teach you not to associate mating as much with pleasure."

Alba, completely foreign to the very idea of rejecting a mating where it was offered, simply sighed in defeat. "I already have a problem with control according to you, now you want me to associate sex with pain? I'm already enough of a freak, I don't need your help."

Elice only shrugged again before getting up and beginning to walk back to camp. "Well that's certainly true, now come on freak, heel-toe."

Alba rolled his eyes at her but fell into line none the less following behind her and bowing his head submissively. This is it Alba, He thought to himself, you're well and truly whipped now.

Not too far away, in a small group of trees Jade sat on the ground leaning against one of the smaller birch trees. She was tired and hadn't been to sleep yet, the red stains on her cheeks making it all too clear that she had been crying, but she was all sobbed out now.

She still couldn't believe it, Ross, the guy she had waited for, two years of her life that she could have spent with anyone she wanted, anywhere she wanted, doing anything she wanted, and it was wasted, all for what? Some freaking pokephile?

Yet somehow it made sense. All the time he spent with his pokémon, the fact that he couldn't form any kind of real relationship with most humans. Didn't it just make perfect sense that this outcast from society, who was proud of being an outcast, to the point where one could call it hubris, would eventually fall for someone so... different?

She shook her head. Now she was making excuses for him. She had thought briefly about telling someone, anyone, spreading it to the world, but that just wasn't her, she couldn't bring herself to do it, in all honesty she couldn't even think why she was so horrified other than the fact that Kayla had stolen him from her.

She, tried, she tried as hard as she could, but she just couldn't bring herself to hate him. After all it wasn't his fault, "Love is blind." she reminded herself out loud, but even this simple cliché made her ache, with regret more than sorrow. Maybe if she hadn't gone to Kanto...

She shook off these depressing thoughts and made her decision. No matter how uncomfortable she was with the situation Ross was her friend, her best friend, she wouldn't let his choices or her reservations get in the way of that.

Feeling reassured by making her decision she rose to her feet rubbing her face to clear the tear stains. Assuming a weak smile she turned and headed back to where she and Ross had set up camp last night. She laughed meekly to herself, she wasn't looking forward to the ego stroking she'd have to do to make up for running off like that.

Ross had finished packing away all the equipment by the time Alba and Elice had returned and Jay and Kaylen had not been far behind. They were still waiting for Jade however and Ross was getting impatient. He had hoped to leave by seven A.M. but it was already nearing half seven and still there was no sign of her.

It was nearing eight by the time he saw her outline on the horizon, the sun's glare accentuating her outline and hiding her features until she was a stone's throw from the camp.

As he had expected the tension could have been cut with a knife. For awhile neither of them spoke. Jade simply walked past him avoiding eye contact at all costs. She began to reach for her bag but seemed to decide against it and turned back to face him. He could see the determination in her eyes. That was more like the Jade he knew, always sure of what she wanted and what she had to do. It was quite intimidating when she trained that diligence on you.

"I want to apologize." She said it quickly, trying to get any embarrassment out of the way as fast as possible.

"Wait... What?" Ross had expected jeers, maybe a threat or two... but an apology? It was unfathomable, he must have misheard.

"I want to say I'm sorry, it wasn't my place to judge you on whom... or what you choose to love." It sounded scripted but it was all she could come up with. She winced, awaiting his response.

"Umm... Apology accepted I guess, and thanks."

Jade smiled, happy that their friendship had not been ruined by her intolerance and that they could still be civil. "Great! I hope I didn't ruin anything between you two."

"No Kayla seems to have come around." Ross blushed as he said this and Jade attempted not to think of what that meant.

Kayla Humped and turned away, all the jealousy and anger of last night returning as soon as she saw them begin to talk like old friends again. She reminded herself of her plan and attempted to suppress the slight guilt that she felt at tricking Ross like this.

The two trainers continued to discuss their plans for the day as if last night was a distant memory. Ross had packed both tents away and was eager to go while Jade wanted to discuss the route they would take to get to Veilstone city.

Alba attempted to get Kaylen to talk to him deciding that the only way he could even begin to make things right was to apologize but the Buizel simply turned away from him, refusing to hear him out and heavily resisting the urge to turn and hit Alba with the strongest focus punch he'd ever feel

Meanwhile Jay ushered Elice over to him, making sure that they were out of earshot of the others.

"What's going on with those two? Jade looks tired."

"Listen, Elice, I need you to do me a huge favor."

"What? Are you so desperate for tail, you'll accept females now?" Elice teased, knowing that this would get a raise out of the Totodile.

"Ha-ha, you're so witty, ever thought of becoming a stand-up comedian" Jay countered with venom but Elice couldn't help but take another shot.

"No, I'm not that funny, the real joke's between your legs." She giggled slightly at Jay's confused look as he put the pieces of that statement together.

"Oh reeeal classy, a joke about my dick size. Look I really need your help here are you in or out?"

"Fine, spoil-sport. What do you need?"

"Kaylen, he... He really is despondent over this whole Kayla thing, understandable I know but he's letting his anger take over... and I worry about him. I just wondered, could you maybe... Convince Alba to let me and Kaylen tag along with you two tonight?"

"What? Why?"

"I think that if we can get them together, get them talking to each other again, then maybe, just maybe we can stop one of them getting hurt."

Elice thought about it for awhile, turning to look at Alba, It would mean a lot to him if she could get Kaylen talking to him again. "Okay, I'll see what I can do." She winked receiving a sigh of relief from Jay in return.

"Thanks 'Lice, you're a life saver."

"Oh don't worry," She said turning and heading back to the group. "You'll pay me back eventually."

The two trainers, it seemed, had resolved which route they would take and Ross was once again ready to head out. He reached for the two back packs. Kayla's heart leapt to her throat as his hand neared Jade's bag, she had balanced her necklace perfectly in the front pocket, and if her plan worked it should fall out whenever the bag was picked up. Still she couldn't help but feel slightly guilty.

Suddenly Ross's hand stopped inches from the two bags as he felt a hand on his shoulder. He turned to see Jade looking playfully into his eyes.

"There's something I've wanted to ask you ever since I came back to Sinnoh Ross, and I think now is the time... I want a battle!"

"Jade," He paused, swinging his bag onto his back as he broke free of her grip and pushed past her. "Now really isn't the time. We have to get going or we'll be late into Veilstone."

"Fine," Jade smiled evilly, pretending to inspect her nails. "I suppose if you're afraid of losing like last time... I mean, who could blame you?" She grinned at his back, she knew him too well.

Ross had stopped dead, damn they really needed to get going, but he couldn't just let her off with a comment like that either. He turned a smug look of disbelief on his face. "Is that the way you want it?"

"It's the way it is."

He dropped his bag to the ground. "Fine, rules?"

"No holds barred, I want to see some of these amazing strategies I've heard so much about."

Ross shrugged. "Your funeral."

"Bui-bui, bui, bui!" Kayla tugged once again at Ross's trouser leg, curling her paw into a fist and shaking it making her intentions clear. Alba translated none the less. "Come on, it's my turn I wanna show you what I can do!"

"I really don't think it's a good idea for you to go against Jade, you've only been in a couple of battles before." Kayla used her cutest pouting face, begging with her eyes while stropping with her body resulting in a brilliant impression of a spoiled child. Ross couldn't help but cave.

"Fine, but don't think I'm going to let you get too involved, the minute I see you getting hurt I'm calling you back."

Kayla gave a yip of excitement which Alba didn't bother translating and braced herself for whatever Jade threw at her.

"Okay Jay," Jade called having moved a safe distance from Ross for battling. "You're up."

The blue croc-like pokémon took his position across at the other side of the field, there was a tangible tension in the air as the first move was called.

Ross winced as Kayla was hit by a savage shadow claw attack. This battle had gone on for too long, surprisingly long in fact. He really had been coddling Kayla all this time. He hadn't realized how strong she had become. She had taken every hit that the Totodile had managed to land, which weren't many, and once again she got to her feet gracefully, albeit she was slowing. The battle was definitely taking its toll.

He considered throwing in the towel. "Wow that Buizel's got some speed on it!" He heard Jade say.

"Yeah," He replied. "I train my pokémon exclusively in speed and endurance, you can't hit what you can't touch, and if you do hit 'em you're still not going to do much damage."

"That doesn't sound much like strategy to me... that sounds like cowardice." Jade taunted.

That decided it, both for him and for Kayla, They were winning this battle. It wasn't as if the Jay was unaffected, He was panting and covered in bruises and scratches, both pokémon were substantially wounded.

"Okay Jay, finish this Aqua tail!"

"Agility then Iron tail!" Copying Alba's strategy against that houndoom a few days ago Kayla waited until the last moment before dodging and swiping her tails around, both connecting solidly with the back of Jay's head sending the Totodile to ground.

Standing up shakily the Totodile turned to face Kayla once more, He was on his last legs and everyone knew it. Ross was amazed, he had honestly expected to have to withdraw Kayla but she was doing so well.

"Jay this is it, you have to take her down, Crunch!"

"Kayla, dodge and finish with Focus punch!"

Jay charged, open-mouthed at his opponent, Kayla waited once more until Jay was just close enough before jumping backwards. She curled her paw into a fist once more as it began to glow white with energy.

"Now!"

Kayla charged forwards bringing her paw upwards at an angle, but the timing of her swing was off and the attack missed, she felt a sharp pain as the Totodile's Crunch attack, which had also missed, turned into a body slam and sent both pokémon sprawling.

Kayla attempted to push the heavy pokémon off but all the fight had been knocked out of her after that blow. "Okay! Okay, that's enough." She heard Ross say from the sideline

"Bui, bui-bui." She complained indignantly. She could still fight, he needed to give her a chance.

"Oh no, I already told you I'm not letting you get hurt," She felt the weight lift off of her as the Totodile got to his feet, helping Kayla up after him. "You're just gonna have to deal with it."

She dusted herself off before walking back to Ross sullenly. He picked her up and embraced her in a crushing hug. She broke free, hugging herself to his neck while he tucked his arms underneath her holding her to his chest. "You're amazing Kayla you know that?" Ross asked her, a smirk crossing his features at the pleased expression which she now wore.

"Bui-bui!" She nodded and once again no translation was needed "I know!" She forced a kiss making damn sure that Jade knew that he was hers and hers alone.

Jade looked away, embarrassed by the display of affection. She still couldn't figure out what most of society saw wrong with this kind of thing, they clearly loved each other, just like she loved her pokémon. What was the problem with taking it to the next level? Still this public display unnerved her slightly and she was sure she felt some degree of hostility between her and Kayla.

"Come on enough with the romance you two, Ross still has a battle to lose." Kayla broke the kiss to glare at Jade but climbed onto Ross's shoulders anyway, allowing him to continue with the battle.

"Well I think that's enough for now Jay. It'd be cruel to have you keep battling like this, return." A red beam of light announced the Totodile's retreat.

Ross nodded at her decision. "Fair enough, Kaylen you're up next."

"Alright," Jade shrugged "Deo It's your turn now."

Deo loped between the two trainers, setting his sights on Kayla with a knowing glare, Kayla felt uneasy with the Mightyena focusing on her like that.

Kaylen eagerly took to the field grinning at the Mightyena, this would be fun and it would give him a chance to work out some of that anger "Ready to go down mongrel?" He taunted the dark type.

Deo focused back on the battle, he could worry about his own problems later.

Jade watched as Deo was tossed aside by a powerful Water pulse landing with a thud at Jade's feet. Kaylen flexed his biceps by way of celebration "Bui-bui, bui, bui-bui!" Ross laughed as Alba translated.

"What did he say?"

"He told you to "Kiss the guns."

Jade returned Deo to his pokéball complementing him on his performance as she did and rolling her eyes at the taunt before turning to address Ross.

"Okay, so you got stronger while I was away, don't get too full of yourself, you still have Elice to deal with." The Vulpix had already taken her place opposite Ross on the field. "I haven't seen any all-trumping strategy yet Ross, I'm beginning to think you're full of hot air."

"You want to see strategy? Alba," The psychic type turned slowly to address his trainer. "Switch with Kaylen, we're gonna use the Espyswitch got it?" Alba nodded in response and turned back to face Elice wearing a smug smile. The "Espyswitch" as Ross called it was a daring technique but it could seriously pay off if it worked.

"Espyswitch?" Jade questioned.

"You wanted strategy, you're getting strategy. Alba, start us off with calm mind."

Alba closed his eyes, the gem in the centre of his brow beginning to glow a bright blue. He could feel the surge of psychic power enter him as he cleared his mind of all intrusive thoughts.

"Fine then, if that's the way you want to play it, Elice don't let him get any stronger, hit him with fire spin!"

The fire attack engulfed the Espeon for a second before clearing, Alba remained stationary despite wincing slightly at the pain. Ross seemed quite content to let Alba continue to use Calm mind.

"Ummm... Okay, Elice use flamethrower!"

Once again the more powerful fire attack connected with the stationary pokémon, the flame clearing after a few seconds to reveal a still sitting, though slightly more damaged Espeon.

"So this is your strategy, just let yourself get hit? This'll be over before you even know it!"

Ross just shrugged, smiling almost as smugly as Alba had been.

"Fine," Jade continued. "Elice, show'em what you've got."

Elice rushed forwards and began slamming Alba with every damaging attack she knew, being a fire type most attacks did little but slowly she saw him deteriorate. With one final Iron tail she sent him sprawling to the ground.

Alba finally allowed his concentration to break, outwardly he felt weak but he was charged with so much psychic power it was starting to give him a headache.

"Finish it, once more Iron tail!"

Elice's tails began to glow a brilliant white and she approached the fallen Espeon. "Any last words?"

Wincing from the pain Alba gave a slight smirk as he thought. "Just three... See you soon..."

"Alba, return!" both Jade and Elice looked to Ross who was holding Alba's pokéball high. A red beam emanated from the sphere as Alba was returned to its confines. Both trainer and pokémon both on high alert, Ross was clearly up to something.

"Hayley, get out there!" The Gardevoir gracefully danced onto the field taking her position opposite the Vulpix, knowing full well what was expected of her.

"What are you trying to pull? Whatever it is I don't intend to let it work, quick Elice, Will-O-wisp!"

"Hayley Healing wish!" A powerful blue aura surrounded the Gardevoir as she spread her arms to her sides. The light seemed to glow stronger and stronger until it was blinding, just as suddenly as it had started the move finished and the light dissipated with a noise like the chime of a bell.

Jade went white as she realized what he was up to. "No but you... Can't..."

Hayley fell to the ground unconscious, Ross returned her to her ball thanking her for her help. "And now... the Espyswitch!" Ross said, his natural showmanship taking over as he tossed Alba's ball releasing him once more.

Still hurt, Alba winced as he stood up to face Elice again, the Vixen had a look of confusion about her, she didn't understand, what did healing wish do?

She didn't need to wait long to find out as the same blue glow from before engulfed Alba, this time starting at its brightest and fading as its power was given to Alba. As the light dissipated once more Alba stood up straight, the pain gone completely, his vitality completely restored.

"...Real soon." He finished his sentence from earlier. With another smug smirk. "Miss me?"

"E-Elice," Jade stuttered, the usually decisive trainer, completely thrown off by the unexpectedness of the move. "Use Dark pulse, hurry!"

Elice opened her mouth and let the pure dark energy escape, confident that the super effective dark move would do substantial damage. Alba, however, sat and took the attack once more. Enduring without so much as a flinch. Alba felt so powerful, all that pain was worth this feeling, he was invincible.

"Alba, Psychic!"

Alba grinned, he summoned all the power that he had stored from his meditation and poured it into this attack, completely draining all but his reserves. The gem on his forehead began to glow a fierce dark blue as he charged the attack. Even the sky seemed to darken as if the sun itself was hiding from the upcoming carnage, the wind stopped, holding its breath for the moment that the attack came.

Finally he unleashed the great build up with a flick of his head, the force of the attack shook the ground and forced large trees to the side ripping smaller ones out of the ground completely and sending loose rocks flying. The very atmosphere seemed to fluctuate and flex as the unnatural energy burst forth in a wave unlike any psychic attack Elice had ever seen.

As it connected with the diminutive fire type she was hurled backwards into her trainer who in turn flew a couple of feet from the impact, a number of smaller stones pelted the pair as the aftermath of the attack subsided.

Jade looked down at the Vulpix she clutched in her arms. Elice lay close to unconscious with a grimace struck across her face. Unconscious or not that was the end of the battle for her.

Jade stood up, returning her Vulpix as she did and looking in disbelief at the Espeon and its still smug looking trainer. She was unsure on how to approach defeat. She opted for the condescending sore loser. "Okay, so maybe you're good, you still don't measure up to me, but you're getting there."

Ross was stunned into silence by her response to his victory and simply watched as she walked past him back to where their camp site had been to pick up her pack.

"Yea but I was going easy on you." Jade had been arguing with Ross all the way back to collect her bag. "If I'd wanted to I could have trashed you in seconds."

Ross continued to complain and moan at her about how he'd won with almost three knockouts to one and that she had been destroyed by that psychic attack at the end. Jade only smiled, it was all in good fun, no real spite to it and she was glad that their friendship could be set right so easily, it showed the strength of the relationship.

Still she could feel Kayla, who was still perched on top of Ross glaring at her and she shifted uneasily as she reached for her bag.

Ross had once again returned all but Alba, who was trailing behind slightly light headed from the use of so much energy, and Kayla. He was impatient to get moving but Jade was intent to heal her pokémon and released them again, searching potions out of her bag and applying them to each of her pokémons wounds.

Elice felt her strength return somewhat as the potion got to work, revitalizing her and taking some of the kick out of the pain. "Was that really necessary?" She asked Alba as she got up and approached him.

"I'm just doing my job; it's not my fault if I love it." He smirked at the unimpressed Vulpix.

"Yeah well try to love it less in future." She smiled slightly at him, for some reason his arrogance and self-absorption wasn't as irritating as she would have found it in any other pokémon.

"So when does my training," He rolled his eyes as he said the word. "Continue."

"Tonight of course, once we're in Veilstone we sneak out, simple as that."

Jade finished spraying Deo and Jay with the potions and turned to return them to her bag. The motion caused something to fall from the bag with a soft, dull thud. Ross was sure he recognized the item and lunged for it before Jade could pick it up.

"Jade... Is this?" He looked between Jade and Kayla confused. Kayla reached for the amulet which Ross held, giving various bui's of excitement to lend credence to her act.

"What?"

"Did... Did you steal this?"

"Of course not! How could you even..."

"Then explain how it ended up in your bag!" Ross cut her off mid-sentence angrily, his voice quickly rising to a shout.

"I... I can't, maybe Kayla..."

"What you think Kayla put it there? Are you paranoid or just stupid?" Ross was furious now. Kayla felt the familiar twinge of guilt and saw that the Mightyena was staring at her once more. "What I don't understand is why you'd even bother. It's not like it's worth much more than sentimental value... Did you do it just to spite her? Are you that pathetic?"

"No Ross, listen to me I didn't I... swear." Tears were threatening Jade's eyes again.

"Just... Just get the fuck out of here. Just go."

"But I didn't..."

"I don't want to hear it." Ross's voice lowered again. His words left no room for argument, and Jade turned with a defeated sigh as she shouldered her bag and turned to address her one-time friend.

"When did you become such an ass?" She sniped as she walked past him, there was no response. She motioned for her pokémon to fall into line and Deo and Jay did, instantly. Elice, however, gave a high pitched whine and turned back to Alba. Things were moving too fast for her to cope. Everything needed to just slow down.

But time waits for no one and her trainer was soon looking back at her questioningly. She'd have to make this quick. She nuzzled Alba hurriedly, "The plan stays the same, meet here whenever you can, bring Kaylen."

"Kaylen? Why? Besides he won't even talk to me, how do I get him to follow me here?"

"Find a way, I'll explain tonight." She stopped her nuzzling and looked into his eyes looking for acknowledgement. Finding it she turned, giving a last apologetic glance over her shoulder at him before racing to join her trainer.

Kayla watched them go with a mixture of raging emotions, mainly exhilaration. He had chosen her, over his best human friend he had believed her and not Jade. She also felt guilt, that undeniable hollow feeling eating at her from the inside. But she decided that the trust she now placed in Ross was well worth it.

The walk to Veilstone had been long and silent. Ross was completely unresponsive to anything Kayla did or said. She was starting to worry that what she had done might hinder her more than it helped. By the time the trio reached the city it was bathed in moonlight, the weak neon signs from the game corner lighting the crowded streets.

After reaching the pokémon centre Ross had immediately rented a room and slipped inside, saying barely more than a sentence to the Nurse Joy who greeted them. Once inside the small room Ross had slumped onto the bed, remaining silent as the Alba and Kayla simply stared.

Finally relenting Ross picked himself up and addressed the pair. "I'm sorry about that..." He said lamely. "I get... Too worked up over these things I know." He shot Kayla an apologetic glance. "Now listen, I'm going to shower and get ready for bed, we have a long way to go tomorrow and we wasted enough time today already." He sighed as he saw the worried look in his Buizel's eyes.

"But what about Jade?" Alba piped up instantly. "What about Elice?"

"You're just going to have to deal with it for now. I know you two like each other but Jade's just not something I can deal with now okay?" He would never usually snap at his pokémon the way he just had, Kayla became even more worried. 'What have I done?' She began to scheme, trying to think up ways out of the mess she had created for herself.

Without another word Ross lifted himself from the bed, removing his coat and allowing it to fall back to the bed. On his way into the bathroom he picked up a couple of the towels the centre supplied. The bathroom was a clinical white, what else could one expect from a pokémon centre? The shower was set against the far wall and he wandered over to it ignoring the lock. No one could get into the main room anyway.

He stripped off his clothes, and the belt with his pokéballs attached to it. Switching on the shower and stepping in, not bothering to check the temperature, his mind set on other things. He leaned his head under the stream of water allowing his hair to soak and drape in front of his face. He stayed like this for a long while, just thinking about what he had done.

He suddenly wished he had listened to Jade's plea. This journey would be so much more fun with a human to talk things out with, especially one who understood him and accepted him like Jade did. He sighed heavily through his teeth as the lukewarm water soaked his body, trying his best to ignore the erection he once again sported. He was not especially sex driven for a teenager, but he hadn't relieved himself in too long, and recent events with Kayla had sent his imagination into overdrive.

Alba was pacing outside of the door to the rented room, muttering something about needing to get to Kaylen who was still in his ball which Ross had left on his belt when he went to shower.

He stopped suddenly, knowing exactly how to get Kaylen out of there without getting into more trouble. He knew manipulating Kayla to get what he wanted probably wasn't the smartest idea but he needed to see Elice again and she'd be even worse if Kaylen wasn't with him.

He turned to the Buizel, a smirk working its way across his face as he perfected the plan in his head. "Kayla?" Her head snapped around, he had obviously broken her from some daydream. "I think we can help each other out again."

Kayla looked confused for a second but then she remembered the last time they had 'helped' each other. "No way Alba, You really think I'd let you do that again, after what happened?"

"No, no!" he replied swiftly, shaking his head vigorously. "I mean I can help you get closer to Ross and you can help me get closer to Elice, everybody wins see?"

Kayla eyed him suspiciously, there was just no trusting him, but at this point she was willing to try just about anything to achieve a better standing with Ross. "I'm listening."

"Well, you see I need to have a chat with your brother, in private, and Ross is really tense after that fight with Jade so I was thinking..."

"Yes?" Kayla was curious as to where this was going, it wasn't often that she saw Alba with a genuine desire to help anyone but himself.

"Maybe you could sneak in there and get Kaylen's pokéball for me, it wouldn't take minutes."

"No way! No, freaking, way! Understand? There's nothing in the world that will convince me otherwise." She turned away and crossed her arms to assert her defiance.

"Really?" Alba looked at her with a sly smirk, clearly not believing her charade.

"Really!" Kayla nodded to add weight to the statement.

"Your mind says differently," he mocked in a singsong voice. "Your mind has some dirty thoughts; you want to know what he keeps under those clothes. You could find out... And if you got caught you could just say you wanted to speak to your brother."

She turned slightly, her moral ground weakening and beginning to succumb to her desire. "Shut up," she whined at him. "You're just trying to ruin things between us because you can't see Elice."

"Oh, but I can. I can unlock that door and see Elice whenever I want, but first I want to speak to Kaylen. I have nothing to gain by splitting you and Ross up after I worked so hard getting you together."

Kayla turned fully to face him now, he knew he had nearly broken her, but she still had an air of suspicion about her. "You said help each other, how does this benefit me exactly?"

"Well like I said Ross is likely to be very tense with all that's happened. If you go in there not only could you help me out by getting me your brother's pokéball, you could also help him out. Satisfy your curiosity about his form, there's no danger in that surely, but if you felt brave enough you could even help him get rid of all the stress that's been eating him recently." He gave a grin at the confused look that crossed her face as she tried to work out what he meant.

It came to the small Buizel in an instant and she gasped at what he was proposing. "I couldn't..."

"Yes you could," he persuaded. "You could always try, and if he doesn't go for it you could always just feign innocence, you know he'd never find out your real intentions. And if he does go for it... Well you'd have to work out the kinks for yourself but I'm sure it would have a happy ending for at least one of you."

Kayla's resolve finally broke to the mental torture he was subjecting her to. "I... Fine, how do we do it?"

"Easy," Alba walked to the bathroom door, behind which running water could be heard. With a flick of his paw the door creaked open a crack. "He never locks it."

Kayla began to wring her paws nervously. "If it's so easy why don't you do it?"

"And deprive you of seeing what you've wanted to for so long? Now why would I do that?" He could almost see her resolve break, her heat driven mind giving in at long last.

Kayla slipped sideways through the tiny crack in the door averting her eyes from the shower in fear of getting caught looking. Seeing the belt on the tiled floor not too far in front of her she kept her eyes on the target and rushed towards it, hoping to get the initial mission over with as quickly as possible.

Reaching the belt she located her brother's ball, always the third one along from the right, after Alba's and her own. Pushing it out of the ring of leather which bound it to the belt was difficult but she managed it eventually and began rolling it back to the door remaining mindful of the release button.

Alba had versed her well in the knowledge that he wanted the pokéball, not her brother. Normally this would have made her suspicious, but her mind was addled by the burning itch caused by her heat.

As she reached the door she rolled the ball to Alba who stopped it with a paw, giving her a silent nod as thanks. As the Buizel turned back into the bathroom He lifted the ball telekinetically and began to stroll to the door, opening the lock with a quick psychic as he walked.

"Sorry Kaylen but I'm afraid we just don't have time to argue about this. You're coming with me to see Elice whether you like it or not."

He stopped briefly as he reached the door yet another grin streaking across his muzzle as he thought about announcing his exit. 'I suppose... It would be rude not to...'

Kayla finally allowed herself what she wanted. She raised her head allowing her eyes to rest on the shower, under which her crush stood basking in the water, separated from her only by a glass partition. Her eyes focused first on his head which was bent forward, allowing the water to simply run through his brown hair, which now hung over his eyes blocking his view.

Her eyes traveled downwards across his chest and to his stomach, once he had been quite flabby, back when he had first rescued her. Now though, after so much travelling he was much thinner. He was never going to be especially well toned but he was now quite thin. Forcing her eyes to stay there for a few minutes she began to feel that familiar excitement, that little electric shock of exhilaration as she willed herself to put it off until the last possible second.

She gulped as she finally couldn't wait any longer and she allowed her eyes to travel further. She let out the breath she had not realized she'd been holding slowly, as her eyes finally rested on their goal.

To another human it would have been nothing spectacular. But to a Buizel the fully erect six inches of human meat seemed beyond huge, surreal even. She admired the sight for a good few minutes before the excitement burning through her caused her to take a cautious step forward.

As she moved however the door behind her swung open, causing a slight bang as it hit the wall it was hinged to. Kayla nearly leapt out of her fur as the noise echoed around the room. She looked up slowly towards Ross, thankfully the loud drone of the water had drowned out the noise.

An evil cackle from behind her announced Alba's true departure and she cursed him mentally. She thought about continuing her exploration of Ross's body more... personally, but the shock of the door swinging open like that had her on edge, and instead she fled back to the main room, leaving the door ajar in her wake.

She clambered onto the single bed, set up by the wall awkwardly, and lay on her back panting from the thrill and her short sprint. Sitting up once she had regained her breath she looked to the open bathroom door, noticing that from here she could see the mirror above the sink, positioned just right so that she could see Ross cleaning himself slowly.

Ross stood in the shower, his eyes closed, listening to his own shallow breathing and the rush of the water as it ran from him onto the tiled floor of the walk-in shower. He gave a slight grunt of annoyance as his erection persisted. No matter what he thought of his mind always returned to an image of Kayla, in... Less than wholesome positions.

'Maybe... I mean, no one can see me in here...' Slowly his hand traveled southwards. 'Oh well, at least this proves that I have no moral issues with sleeping with Kayla.' he thought to himself. Although whether that was a good or a bad thing he couldn't decide.

Kayla watched with growing disbelief as the Ross in the mirror allowed his hand to lower and began to stroke himself. The burning heat at her crotch intensified tenfold and her paw traveled to her already wet slit as she watched the display.

She let out a number of soft exclamations as her paw traveled swiftly over the pink, sensitive flesh. Keeping her eyes focused on the image of her love caught in the mirror, she allowed herself to lean back slightly on her free paw.

Her soft exclamations turned into excited moans as her paw dipped between her folds slightly, a much louder gasp escaping her as she touched upon the hidden nub of her clit. Alba had not told her about this secret. She knew it had felt much better when he had rubbed against this spot but had assumed it was something he had done, as masturbation was not something she did frequently.

She allowed a smug smile to cross her muzzle as she acclimatized to this newfound secret. Finding a good tempo she continued her teasing, running her, now thoroughly soaked paw along her velvety lips again and again.

After a short while of this treatment she became bored with the slight stimulation and decided to venture deeper. Spreading her pussy lips wider as she pushed her paw further inside herself, attempting to increase the pleasure.

The cacophony of feelings which shot through her as she was spread open by her intruding paw made her head spin. The wetness from her slit began to coat the bed covers but at this point she couldn't care less, finding the bliss of ignorance in her fantasies of her and Ross together.

Eventually she couldn't push her paw any further and she sat, gasping as she became accustomed to something of this girth within herself. She had had to bend over uncomfortably to push herself this far, but it was well worth it, and she began to grind her hips against her paw which was lodged almost four inches inside herself.

Her stubby arms however were not made for this act and pushing any further would have been too uncomfortable so, with a whimper of defeat she allowed her paw to slip from her puffy folds once more, bringing with them a small flood of her juices.

Panting from the exertion and dizzy from the pleasure she allowed her other arm to join her first in supporting her body irritated that she couldn't finish what she started. Her soaking paw added to the wetness of the bedcovers below her and she blushed realizing that there was no way of cleaning the mess she had made up.

These guilty thoughts were cleared from her mind as a new idea crept into her mind. A Buizel's tails were extremely muscular. In the wild they were used to power the small pokémon through the water, and to cut through seaweed if the Buizel were to become entangled in it. This gave her an idea for a completely new use for it.

Continuing to gaze into the mirror at Ross she brought her tails to her crotch and began to use one to massage the small nub which she had found earlier. The other she eased, slowly into her slit. The combined feeling was incredible. Lights flashed in front of her eyes and she collapsed to the bed, her arms giving up as she experienced a new level of pleasure.

She let out an ecstatic "BUI!" at this new level of sensory pleasure. She brought the submerged tail out again and pounded it back in, biting her lip to keep herself from moaning out. Once again her penetration was only about four inches, looking back to the mirror and at Ross's six inch length she knew she would have to try harder if she wanted to please him. Her vulva clutched at her tail as if it didn't want the internal embrace to end.

With a slight yip of pain she forced her tail deeper into herself. The fifth inch sliding in without much trouble but the sixth causing slight pain as it attempted to push deeper than might seem possible from looking at the tiny pokémon.

She removed the tail once more, continuing to fiddle her clit with the other, before slamming it home once more with a yelp of combined pleasure and pain. Building her tempo once more she finally found herself accommodating five and a half inches of the muscular tail. Still not enough, but at this point she couldn't care. Her treatment was causing her to reach climax quickly and she began to grind her hips against the intrusive tail.

She was now moaning and gasping loudly and she put her head back, clutching at the bedcovers with her paws for extra purchase against the forceful pounding. Her juices literally soaked both her and the bed covers now but in her advanced state of mental incompetence she couldn't bring herself to care.

After only a short while of this intensive treatment she gave a final gasp of pleasure as her warm walls clenched tighter than ever before on her tail, sending a seemingly never ending torrent of her nectar over her tails and the bed below. She shuddered wildly as her orgasm left her speechless and mindless and in the grip of pure euphoria.

Her natural high lasted only a few fleeting minutes and left her burning for more, but her body was simply too tired to adhere to her mind's request. She panted savagely her tail, at long last sliding from within her with a lewd slurp. Her head remained firmly on the bed with her eyes clamped shut. Too tired to even move she simply lay there, recovering from the aftermath of her powerful orgasm.

Finishing his shower (as well as certain other actions.) Ross allowed himself extra time to think as he shut off the shower and began to dry himself. He thought of all the things he had put Kayla through, whether he could do the things he had fantasized about with a clear conscience. Although deep in his heart he knew that if it came to it, a clear conscience would be the last thing on his mind.

The fact that fantasizing over Kayla gave him the best experience he'd ever had wasn't helping. He had always known he was strange. He didn't know he was this strange until just a few days ago. Things were moving too fast.

After finishing drying himself he put on the spare set of boxers he had laid out for himself in the bathroom beside his towels. It was then that he noticed that the bathroom door was wide open.

He studied the door for a short while, as if it would suddenly reveal to him the reason for its being open. Although inside he felt he already knew. Emerging into the main room, a strange scent invaded his nostrils. It was not an entirely new scent. He had smelled it before, though he couldn't place it.

He barely noted Alba's absence as his eyes searched the room for Kayla. He blushed as he found her laying asleep in the dead-centre of the bed, her lower body coated in a pool of liquid. He was very aware of what the liquid was, painfully so, but still, he was not angry. Something in the way she laid, her legs splayed and her puffy lips in full display reminded him of his many fantasies in the shower.

He scolded himself for thoughts like this, especially when she was asleep. Still, his body allowed him to hide nothing and he groaned as he felt himself stiffen once more. There was nothing for it, no spare bed covers and no spare bed. His only choice was to move Kayla and attempt not to wake her up.

She was a light sleeper, but the exertion of her intense session had knocked her out for the count and moving her was a relatively simple task. Sliding under the covers and trying to avoid the large wet patch she had left wasn't as easy but still he managed it.

He didn't want to make the situation any more awkward than it was, but he wanted that closeness, that connection with her to continue, and he knew that if he distanced himself she might think he was annoyed with her when she woke up. So trying to avoid getting wet as best he could he slid beside her and pulled her into a light hug before falling asleep beside her.

Wow... I am SO glad that I'm finished with this shit, and I'm soooo looking forward to chapter six which I promise with all my heart will be a great improvement. It will also take much less time in coming out, I'm sure anyone who gives a shit is thankful to hear, as this one took so ridiculously long.

Usually I ask for harsh comments... this time around I'm going to ask you to be as un-scathing as possible... I hate this chapter, I hate it, I hate it, I HATE IT! Damn... I need to get my prescription or I swear I'm going to go in-fucking-sane... I'm sorry... I'd better finish there... I have nothing amiable left to say.
