Theodore Paso, or is it Laramie? or Vulps? isn't your normal citizen of the solar system, for one thing, he doesn't belong to any of the corporations, Or to SolGov for that matter. And yet, he can prove that he's a citizen of all of them, depending on which name he used.

Theodore is a spy for a group that has been hiding for about as long as SolGov has existed. His job? To ensure that they are not discovered, that they obtain information and technology they need, or sometimes it's as boring as shuffling finances around so other spies can do their job.

On his way back home after a successful mission, he is diverted to transport an agent to mars, where a conference is underway as to how SolGov will populate the generation ship that it, along with the corporation's help built.

Theo's people aren't interested in the conference. What they want is the terraforming technology the corporation have been hoarding. Now that it has finally left the protection of Earth Theo will help get it for them.

It's an easy job, get himself in, drop off his passenger, and head back home. the worse thing about it? the fact he won't be able to throw his parents an anniversary celebration, for yet another year.

Chapter-1 The room was large. Possibly the largest one on all of Titan Station, not counting the Park, at the center of the ring. Theodore looked around at the mingling station elite; the people in charge. Those were the representative of the five corporation, as well as SolGov, who officially owned Titan Station. Of course, With it orbiting Saturn's moon of the same name, so far away from Luna, it didn't feel much like a SolGov operation.

This gathering certainly didn't. The metal gray walls had been painted in red and gold, with garish green accenting it. You'd never see so bright colors in a public space on Luna, or Earth Station. Banners hung at regular intervals, with the emblems of each Corporations. The green and gold of Vanguard, with the large 'V' and an orbiting shuttle, or was that meant to be a stylized ring? Theo could never tell. Orr was represented in Red and Orange, with black stripes, to identify the tiger family who ran it. Halibury was in gray and black, a grid of streets and building. Utterly sterile and boring, just like the corporation itself, as far as Theodore was concerned. Soromis was in greens and brown with a stylized family in white. Two parents holding two children. The corporation for families, they called themselves. And finally, Ameritech, in blue and white, with thin black lines. He'd been told by his history teacher they represented a 'printed circuit' an ancient technology used in computers, centuries before the corporate war.

Of course, his own people weren't represented on the flags. None of the corporations recognized the Independents. Theodore couldn't blame them, as far as they were concerned, the Independents weren't organized, a bunch of small island nations back on earth, who refused to work with anyone, even each other and a few ships mining rocks in the solar system. That wasn't the reality of things, but it wasn't entirely wrong either. Those still back on earth were mostly disorganized groups more interested in destabilizing the corporations then advancing anything. Of those no longer on earth, most were happy to live nomadic lives mining ore and gasses throughout the solar system, and those left were happy to let both of those groups distract the corporations so they could do the important work.

A tall wolf wearing a red and gold military jacket flashed in Theodor's vision as he entered the room. 'Target acquired' appeared next to him.

"I see him." The wolf's gray fur was well groomed, and he had a sword at his belt. It flashed, 'decorative' appeared next to that. Good. Theo wasn't planning on fighting, but if he had to resort to that, it was good to know the Captain wouldn't have a range advantage on him.

"Excuse me?" a woman said behind him. "Who are you?"

Theodore spun gracefully, making the tail of his jacket fly at the motion. It was a bright green and blue affair he'd never wear if not for the job. He had to blend in with this group, and they didn't go for muted colors.

A white ermine stood before him, wearing a silver dress with a bustier pushing her already ample breasts up. She wore an easy air of authority as she looked down on him. Theo bowed deeply, arms on each side and lifted back, as the high executives of Ameritech he was passing himself off as preferred.

"I am honored to lay eyes on you again Lady Olifant, and as always, I am your humble servant." He gave her his most charming smile as he straightened. Information appeared next to her.

"That's very nice, but who are you. I don't remember seeing you before, or inviting you."

He placed a hand to his breast. "I'm hurt that you don't remember me, my Lady. We had such an engaging discussion at Master Fredik's gathering last year."

She frowned. "There aren't any recordings of you being there."

Theodore smiled. "It was one of Fredik's affairs, when does he ever allow recordings of them. If it helps, I got there rather late, I was held up by some bothersome underling who just had to impress me with how she completed her work. Utterly boring, but I had to listen to her, it wouldn't do to let them think we don't care, would it? It was our first-time meeting, my Lady, and you regaled me with how you went about improving labor relation between the station's workers and the administrators." He tapped the side of his head. And lowered his voice to a conspiratorial tone. "I backed it up before it was erased from my buffer, I don't mind telling you that I've started adapting some of your ideas for my own workers."

Her gaze was still searching, but her expression was softening. The information running next to her presented him something else he could use, this time in the form of a playback. Seemed that someone had kept a recording, even against Master Fredik's instructions.

"I'm not surprised you don't remember how I complemented you. I was somewhat interrupted in the middle of my praise when-" he looked around. "-yours husband was accidentally exposed." The video showed someone bumping a decorative divider and making it fall, revealing a brown ermine between the legs of a vixen. He was so focused on his love making that he didn't notice the stares until after he climaxed. He'd blushed a little, then bowed as he pulled up his pants. The playback didn't have sound, but Theo read the man's lips. He complimented the vixen and hoped the attendance enjoyed the show.

"I don't mean to pry, but is your husband from Orr corp? He seemed rather at ease with having sex in public."

She chuckled, acting completely at ease now. "No, believe it or not, he's SolGov, just like me. But as soon as we arrived here, he completely let go of his common sense."

"You have my sincere condolences, my Lady."

She looked him up and down and Theo puffed his chest slightly. He was good looking, he kept in shaped with regular exercises and his jacket was tight enough to show some of his muscles, if none of his orange and black stripped fur.

She smiled in appreciation. "Oh, I have paid him back, if not in quite such a public way."

He smiled back.

"Well, I hope you enjoy this party, and if you are interested in helping me humiliate him a little more, why don't you come by my rooms later?"

Theodore bowed again. "My lady honors me."

'She sent you her contact information.' Appeared in his vision.

With almost imperceptible motions of the fingers of his right hand he coded. 'Erase it.'

She ran a finger along the underside of Theodore's white muzzle when he straightened. "I haven't yet." She turned and started talking to someone wearing Vanguard colors.

"Thanks for the info, Cass," Theo whispered, looked around to find his target again.

"That's what I'm here for."

He found the wolf, started to step closer and stopped. "Is Captain Gold left or right handed?"

"Left handed, why?"

Theo watched the Captain drink while he talked.

"Oh," Cass said, "I see."

The wolf was holding a glass in his right hand. His left was in his jacket's pocket. Theo watched him for five minutes, and the hand never left the pocket.

"That is going to be a problem," Cass commented.

"Only if I can't get him to take his hand out." Theo nodded to some of the party goers as he moved among them.

"You can always start making out with him."

"Soromis citizens might not be as inhibited as SolGov, but making out in public isn't something that's going to go over very well"

"It didn't seem to be a problem for Lord Olifant. That was kind of hot."

Theo smiled at his partner's reaction. "Use it for one of your movies then."

"I made a copy specifically to that effect."

"Give me a list of the Captain's interest."

Theo read the list as he kept watching the wolf. He still hadn't taken his left hand out of his pocket. "He shapes glass? What's that about?"

"Glass shaping is a form of sculpture using glass and a heat torch to achieve the shape desired without loosing any of the glass or breaking it." Cass showed him a few pictures.

"Weird." He kept reading. "Wait, he dances?"

"Yes, he has won a few competitions."

"What style?"

"Romeogrind."

Theo almost chocked on his drink. He took another look at the wolf, in his conservative uniform and stiff attitude. The tiger smiled, the things people did in private. Well, not so private, in the Captain's case, if he'd competed.

"You have an idea?"

"I'm a decent dancer, and that style will require him to use both hands."

"There's no way you are going to get him to agree to dance with you."

"He's male compatible."

"Theo, dancing the Romeogrind in this crowd?"

"What? It isn't like we're going to have sex in public."

"Only because you'll be keeping your clothes on."

"It'll be fun. Has he won any of those competitions?"

Cass sighed. "Yes. Twice, the most recent one two years ago."

"Give me a list of the competitions he took part of, and how he ranked." The list appeared. The wolf was quite good, in the last six years of competing, the lowest he'd ranked was fifth.

Theo approached the Captain, staying out of reach and fidgeting while the wolf talked with an Orr admiral. The wolf noticed him, glancing his way during the conversation, as did the fox in the admiral's uniform, but they ignored him.

When they were done and the admiral waked away Theo took a step forward, wrung his hands nervously and stuttered, "Excuse me?"

"Yes?" The wolf said, turning to face him.

"Are you...by the Process, you are him. You're Captain Tyberius Gold."

The wolf raised an eyebrow and tilted an ear. "What if I am?"

Theo looked down. "I'm sorry. I-I guess you get guys like me approaching you all the time." He looked up, a nervous smile on his face. "I'm a big fan of yours. I've been following your dancing for four years now. I've seen all your competitions." He lowered his voice. "I sort of took up Romeogrind after seeing you the first time. I'm rambling, I'm sorry."

The wolf smiled and offered him his right hand. "You have nothing to apologize about. As you said, I'm Tyberius, and you are?"

"Oh, right." He shook the hand with a little too much enthusiasm. "I'm Theo Vulps."

The captain smiled. "A tiger with a fox family name, that's unusual."

Theo looked down in embarrassment. "It's a long story."

"Well, I'm happy to have met a fan."

"It's been a great honor to meet you. I hope you have a great party." Theo turned, took two steps away then stopped.

"He's still watching you," Cass said. Theo didn't reply. He set his shoulders and turned around.

"I-I know this is forward of me, but could I get a dance with you? I'm nowhere near competition level, but I'm not too bad, I don't think."

The wolf chuckled. "I don't think the musicians are going to want to play for that."

Theo looked at the stage with the eight musicians. "If I can convince them, would you dance with me?"

The wolf considered him. "I probably shouldn't, but I do have some time. If you do manage to get them to play, I'll give you one dance."

Theo ran for three steps, then regained control of himself. He pulled on his jacket and slowed to a more appropriate walk. "Cass, tell me we have an account on the station with enough funds."

"To get classical musicians to play Romeogrind? I don't think there's enough money in the entire solar system."

"Romeogrind is over two centuries old, there's plenty of classical pieces for it."

"We have access to two accounts on the stations. A total of twenty-eight thousand SolGov dollars. I can't wait to see you explain this to Anderson."

"Let me worry about that. Just make sure the fabricator is powered up." Theo ran a finger over the palm of his right hand, feeling the lines of compartment under his fur.

"It's ready. Depending on the complexity of the case, I shouldn't need more than four minutes to copy it."

"Then I'll get a five-minute piece to be sure."

"It's a good thing we already have passage off the station taken care of."

Theo stepped to the closest musician and waited for them to finish their piece. When they did, he smiled up at them. "How would you guy like to make some extra money?" It took Theo five minutes to negotiate with the lead musicians, while the others played a relaxed piece, and cost him half the operating budget for this mission. Cass was right, Anderson was going to want justification for this expenditure. He'd better not fail.

He returned to the wolf with a wide smile. "They're going to play Orlando's Rush after this one."

The wolf looked impressed. "How did you manage that?"

"I promised him my first born. But I'm male exclusive, so I'm not too worried about it."

"Rush is a fairly long dance, are you going to be able to keep it up?"

Theo grinned. "Dancing with you, I don't think I'll go soft for the rest of the day."

The Captain placed his glass on a nearby table, unhooked his sword belt and laid that next to it. "Then let's get ready."

Theo followed the wolf to the sparsely occupied dance space.

As the music died down, the wolf took his left hand out of the pocket. They stood facing each other, both hands on the other's chest. The music started again, slow and languid.

Romeogrind called for a period of foreplay, hands roaming the bodies as they moved. Most of the pieces for it kept that to a minimum since people who danced it wanted to move on to the good stuff as quickly as possible, but Theo wanted to take his time. Orlando's Rush, unlike what the title implied, was slow to build, giving him forty-five seconds of foreplay.

There were no set ways to explore your partner's body, a way the skills of the dancers showed was in how they were able to follow the rhythm of the music, moving on the dance floor, and moving their hands without getting tangled up. It called for being able to quickly read your partners intentions, and adapting. The only rule of the foreplay period was that the groin was off limit.

Tyberius's hands moved over Theo's chest, his sides, down his legs and up the inside, almost brushing his groin. The tiger managed to run his hands along the wolf's chest, neck, sides and legs with almost no problems. Only once did he have to make a quick adjustment to avoid knocking his arm against the wolf's, sending his right hand across the side to the back instead of down like his previous movement had indicated. He pulled the wolf close, their groin almost touching as he opened his hand and ran it down the ass.

If this had been a competition, he would have lost points for that move, depending on how long his hand lingered, but this was for the fun of it, and he was playing the amateur.

A timer appeared in the upper left; three minutes thirty-four seconds.

The wolf's hands moved up his side, to his face, to cup his cheeks, bringing their muzzles close, almost touching, but pulling away at the last moment, as the music's tempo picked up speed. Now the fun started.

The wolf slapped a hand on his ass, squeezed and brought their bodies together. They ground for a few beats, the wolf pushed Theo away, holding his hand, then pulled him back. He knew the move, the wolf intended to roll him so his back was against him, but Theo surprised him, raising the arm and spinning under it, to end up behind the wolf.

Theo placed both hands on the wolf's chest, as he ground against his ass. If Tyberius had been surprised by the change in control, he didn't show it, he ground back as the tiger's hands moved down to his stomach, then each side of his groin, to cup it with both, massage it for two beats, the wolf responding with a deep moan as prescribed, and then letting go, taking a step back, arms wide.

The wolf spun, grabbed his hand before he moved to far and pulled him back. Their bodies collided, and melted against each other. Theo was surprised when the wolf contorted his body around his, getting to his knees, his muzzle rubbing his crotch. Theo had taken him to only play the dominant part of the dance, but this was the most submissive move in it.

The wolf looked up at him as he licked the cloth, from his balls to the tip of his hard cock, then he stood. Theo lost the rhythm for a moment, and only both of the wolf's hands on his ass, pulling him close and up prevented him from faltering completely. He was in the air for a moment, then he wrapped his legs around the wolf's waist as he was raised and lowered, their crotches rubbing together.

With a loud moan Theo let himself fall back, then Tyberius lowered him to the floor, where they writhed together for more bars than was normally accepted, or comfortable on such a hard surface. The wolf moved to his knees between the tiger's legs, thrust once and grabbed his hands.

Theo wrapped his legs around the wolf's waist again, so that as he stood, he was pulled along. He let go at the last moment, their momentum sending him up, then down, guided between Tyberius' legs, to stand behind him and draped himself over his body as they pulsed together.

In the quiet moment as they slowly moved up and down, Theo noticed the timer was at zero and flashing red. He couldn't say anything or even finger type to let Cass know he'd seen it, so he'd have to ignore it until he had his opportunity.

The wolf slowly straightened, stretching., while Theo slowly ground against him. He paid attention to the music, trying to determine how long he had left. Less than a minute he thought, since the rhythm was slowing. Romeogrind wasn't a dance that ended on the climax.

Theo moved around the wolf until they were facing each other again. They rubbed together, a mix of foreplay and grinding. Their hands were all over each other's bodies, their hard cocks against each other when they were facing, or in the cleft of their ass when they were front to back, and then facing again.

When the music came to a final stop, they were looking into each other's eyes, panting, hands on each other's asses, and continuing to move against each other, almost imperceptibly.

The sound of applause pulled them out of the moment.

Theo looked around, his ears turning red. He'd completely forgotten he was in public. The wolf straightened himself, pulling the wrinkles out of his jacket. With a smile he bowed to their audience. Theo joined him, then they moved out of the dance space.

Theo grabbed two glasses of water form a server and handed one to Tyberius.

"You aren't bad at all," the wolf said after draining his glass.

Theo drained his, smiled and then kissed the wolf passionately. "That was so hot!"

The wolf smiled. "That is the point of this dance."

"I know, but dancing with someone who really knows what he's doing is so different than doing it in class."

"Like everything, practice makes perfect."

Theo looked down at his crotch. "Fuck, now I really want to take you to bed."

Tyberius laughed. "My wife would kill me if you did that. I'm afraid you'll have to find yourself someone else to cool down from the dance."

Theo nodded and smoothed his jacket. "Thank you for the honor of dancing with you. I will never forget about this."

The wolf gave Theo a small bow. "It was my pleasure, and if you decide to compete, we might end up doing this again."

Theo bowed back and stepped away, grabbing another glass of water and draining it. As he reached the other side of the room, near one of the entrances he looked over his shoulder. His intention had been to take in the wolf's form at a distance, but he froze as he saw him shake hand with a badger; using his left hand.

"Cass, didn't the Intel say the exchange was tomorrow?"

"It did."

The badger looked down at his hand with a smile, manipulated what he was holding, then frowned.

"I think it was wrong."
