The four bats sitting around the table stood up from their seats and noticed Maria, all of them seeming disappointed before they saw Elvira moving forward, causing one of the males to slam his palms into the table, "What?! She cannot be a vampire! She is a winged horse!" Violetta looked at Elvira who walked over towards them and at the first bat, who happened to be a male, she was looking them over before disrespectfully moving to the next, whom she did take the arm of and bit down on, who gave a cute coo from how good it felt.

Then she stood in front of the third bat, who was also a male and the one who had questioned her being a vampire, making her point clear she did bite him by the arm. But once she let go, she spit out the blood in a nearby cup before walking to the last bat, who was seeming very regal in her way of dressing and as a sign of respect, Elvira did break courtesy by bowing to her before very delicately moving the bat's head to the side before biting down and feeding on her blood, making her coo loudly at how well she was greeted.

With the greetings completed, Elvira moved to the empty seat and cleared her throat, "I guess the Blood Council has no objections to her Majesty's decision of letting me join you four?" They were all shaking their heads, "Our objections are non-existent." They all nodded in agreement, before taking a seat as Violetta turned away, "I will let you all be in peace now. Any formal decisions will be handed in to me as usual by a certified scribe." One of the council members stood up, "In respect, my queen. The scribe has not here today. They were thrown out by your order to leave a seat open."

Violetta remembered that decision and nodded before turning to face them before pointing at the first male bat, "You are today's scribe." The old male bat was about to object, but Maria was quickly speaking up, "My queen, if I may offer to write?" Violetta looked at her sister just as the questioning male bat stood up again, "My queen, you cannot allow her! She is a..." Violetta looked at him, "What? A taint blood? No, she is not. She is a vampire thanks to your newest member of the council." The male bat was looking shocked, "Your majesty! This is an outrage! You are violating the sacred rules of the past!"

Elvira looked at him, "And I think you are violating your right to question the queen's authority." The male bat looked at Elvira and got red in the face from embarrassment before taking a seat, "I rest my case. She may, but I don't condone this." Maria smiled before taking out a parchment and a quill, having to get used to having hands again, crying a bit from the joy and the council members could see it. As the quill touched the parchment, the council began to talk, "So now back to the topic about the gift to the Wyvern Queen. The materials for the gift will be enough to show support to our continued alliance to her. Last time we had a voting to pass if we should question this decision or not."

Elvira felt that she was already getting a chance to prove that she could make changes, but there was already an issue coming up, "Now that the council has been changed, we need to vote yet again. So Baron Bloodteeth of Zora, what is your vote?" The regal-dressed bat lady asked before the male bat nodded, "I vote for that we follow up on the plan to prepare the gift as our queen knows the best." The bat lady nodded before looking at the next, "And you, Viscountess Bloodwing of Reicy?" A slightly younger bat lady, but still an elder looked up as she spoke, "I follow the Baron's example and vote for making the gift as a sign of our appreciation of her hard work."

The bat lady nodded before looking past Elvira for now, "And you, Margrave Bloodfang of Harwa?" The proper bat male looked at them, "I vote for that we do not follow the queen's example as the so-called Goddess of Justice has not done us any favors. In fact, she has only done disfavors for us like inspiring the queen to take the side of breaking our holy traditions. If anything, we should question the queen's leadership and decisions." He looked at Elvira with a smile, "I think a sophisticated lady like you can understand. You are looking like quite like a catch and can surely find a wonderful man that can treat you right. Maybe he is closer than you think."

Elvira slowly stood up before looking at the bat and roundhouse kicked him in anger, "I am objecting to this statement and question the loyalty..." Elvira didn't get to speak more as she was completely shocked when the kick had hit the bat straight on the chin and with an unnatural force dislodged his head and sent it through one of the stained glass windows, or in the case of him, the one depicting the crescent moon of Harwa.

This stunned the council and Maria finished writing with the quill before looking up, "We ask the honorable council members not to lose their heads." She smirked before the doors to the room opened and Violetta walked in to witness the headless bat and all the council members sitting shocked, except for Elvira who was in pure shock from how powerful her kick was.

The elderly lady stood up, "Vampire Queen Violetta, what is the meaning of this reaction?" Violetta sighed and looked at them all, "Elvira here was hated by her father and brothers, ran away from home and was kidnapped by a stallion who did many horrible things to her. She has a hatred for men and doesn't like when they approach. It is her own reaction to all she has gone through." Violetta had left out the details of it, but the council would get to hear the story from Elvira's point of view as well, leading to them understanding the situation.

With the cause explained, Violetta looked at Maria and then at the elderly lady, "I guess a seat has opened up. Grand Duchess Bloodheart, I hope you are okay that I am making you the new Harwa." The elderly lady nodded before moving down to throw the headless corpse aside and taking the seat near Elvira's as Violetta turned to face Maria with a soft smile, "Well, today is the day, sister. I hereby declare you Archduchess Maria Redfeather of the Fifth Crescent Moon of Ebolema."

Maria bowed politely, "It will be my honor, my queen." With those words, Maria took the seat meant for the highest in the Blood Council and continued the meeting as planned, and with Maria and Elvira spearheading most decisions like an unstoppable team of knowledge and spunkiness, the Blood Council had adjourned their meeting after three hours of talking, just in time for the night to come in, but Violetta had something for Elvira to know, "Hey, Countess Bloodmane. I have a request from the Wyvern Queen herself and the Goddess of Justice."

Elvira turned to face Violetta with a questioning expression on her face, "She has? What is it?" Violetta smiled, "Well, one of her daughters, the ambassador in Ht'Mak, has been part of a raid on a smuggling gang selling slaves to the highest bidder and she managed to save many, including an old mare whom she fears would only get captured and risk being sold as a slave by another gang if she was returned back home. The goddess has heard your passionate speech of equal treatment and the booming authority in your voice. She wants you to take care of her."

Elvira wasn't sure about it until Violetta handed her a photo depicting a naked mare. Her body was blue and dark blue in a harmonious mixture, she had wings like Elvira and for the photo she must been brushed and preened carefully and fitted up well as she had wristband of pink pearls and a golden collar, not to mention the blue nipples of hers made it easy to spot the red pearl nipple piercings she had. What made it more enticing for Elvira was the view of the white pubes, white tail, and white hair. The breasts didn't seem to be affected at all by age, but the thing that made Elvira blush was the lipstick and those gorgeous amethysts looking at her, or at least the camera that took the photo. Elvira merely looked at Violetta and spoke softly to her, "I want her now!" That was the necessary words that a certain goddess needed to hear before talking to their daughter, "Ainohi, arrange an escort for Miss Lazuli. Posthaste."

The End.
