Danica woke up in the middle of the pile of girls. They had been at the cabin for a week now, Joe had stopped by and dropped off some food and gave Danica some good news concerning her mother. Today she'd get to meet her mother for the first time since they were first changed. She was up before any of the others, but when she looked back to check on her son, she noticed Steph wasn't there. Danica just shrugged and went to leave the bed room and went to start breakfast. She heard some giggling from somewhere and looked around thinking Steph was around, but she saw no one so she simply dismissed it and went back to cooking. Once again she heard Steph. "Guess where I am."

Danica smiled. "I don't know, but knowing you, maybe you are behind me." She said before turning around quickly, only to see no one. "If not there, above me?" She said before looking up. She just heard Steph giggle in response. "Alright, if you aren't above me or behind me, and not visible in the room despite the fact that you sound right next to me... what did you do?"

Steph giggled again before Danica's night gown tightened up, showing off her curves even better then the silk nightie did before. "You... you're my night gown?"

The night gown started to shift, Steph starting to reform with her arms wrapped around Danica's mid section. "Yep, I thought it might come in handy today."

"I guess, I mean dad and mom just want to see me after all. I doubt they'd let you in." Danica said as she remembered the terms. No Launi, no Joe, no Anita, just Danica was to be there she couldn't even bring her son to meet them. At least not yet. Danica sighed, "Thanks, I could use some one there with me who I trust."

"You don't trust your parents?" Steph asked as she released the hug.

"My dad is the one who has me worried, he is even more devout then Launi's dad was... Mom I don't think is like him at all in that respect."

"If your worried, why go?" Steph asked as she went to help Danica cook on the wood stove.

"Because if I don't I'll just have the what if's running around in my head." Danica said as she turned from her cooking to hug Steph. "I don't want to run away from here and not know how my parents feel about me..."

Steph sighed and lifted the tigress's head and kissed her on the lips. "Don't worry, no matter what, you'll always have us." Danica just smiled and went limp. "Now, finish cooking breakfast, and then once dad gets here we are all going to my place to get cleaned up before you get to meet your parents. Then we are all going to go to wherever dad has found a spot for us."

Danica smiled as she regained herself. "Thanks." Steph let go of Danica and turned back to the stove and finished cooking the eggs and bacon.

Launi came out at the smell of eggs and bacon. Claus was at her heels. Nicole wasn't too far behind. After they all sat ate the table, Danica served the food. It wasn't long before Steph's father knocked on the door before opening it. "Hey girls, just about ready to go?"

Danica nodded. "Yeah, let us just clean up from breakfast first if that is okay." She said as she started to clear the plates of her and Nicole who had finished already.

Joe smiled. "No need, I'll come back later and clean up after you are all safely away. After all, you need to see your parents first, right Dani?"

Danica nodded. "Yeah... Though Steph is going with me, even if they don't realize it..."

Joe shook his head. "Don't worry, it sounded like your mother was happy to hear she could see you."

Danica shook her head before Steph hugged her. "Don't worry Dani, as long as I am with you, they won't hurt you."

Danica nodded and Launi came up and hugged her as well. "We both know your mom, she won't let anything happen to you as well."

Danica nodded. "I hope so..."

Joe smiled. "Well if you are all ready, shall we go?"

The girls and Claus grabbed what little they had and headed for Joe's and Anita's place. Once there they took turns showering, Danica and Steph were first since they were going to Danica's Parents. before meeting back up with the others.

Danica walked out to the old suburban with Joe. "Wasn't Steph going to come along?" He asked not seeing her.

Danica smiled. "She's with me." She said before Steph's head popped up on her shoulder nearly causing Joe to fall over.

"Yeah, you can't separate us easily." Steph said.

Joe looked at them after regaining his footing. "Are you two..."

Steph shook her head. "No, just her underwear." She said smiling before disappearing back into Danica's clothes. Danica had chosen to go as a neko, her ears and tail the only reminders of her being a tigress normally, other then her ears and tail, she looked exactly like she did before she was changed. Once in the old suburban the they quickly headed to Danica's parents. The trip took an hour, but once there Danica had started to look nervous, but she felt a tightening around her chest and smiled as Steph said. "It'll be alright." in her ear.

Danica got out and thanked Joe for the ride. "I'll be back in a few hours with the others, we'll head for our destination once we have picked you up." He said before taking off.

Danica walked up to the door and was about to knock on it, when she heard a crash inside the house followed by a man yelling, "You dumb broad! Why would you think I wanted to see that harlot!"

Danica pressed her ear against the door and heard the muffled response from a woman inside. "She's our daughter... its been years since we last saw her..." It was then that Danica heard the distinctive noise of a person being slapped and then followed by another crash.

"I tried to make things right with the lord for you. I gained you forgiveness for your past transgressions with another woman, and when you produced that mark of a harlot, I removed it for you and once again gained you forgiveness, but here you are again, you go against your husbands wishes and invite that whore into this house." He said just loud enough for Danica to hear on the other side of the door. Danica's fur on her tail was bristling.

Steph whispered "Danica, you want me to go in there?"

Danica didn't respond, instead a light appeared around them and they were inside the house, right behind her father who was standing over her mothers limp body. "You, you say believe in the lord, in his ways, and yet you harm an innocent?" Danica said, her voice having a deep reverberance.

Her father turned. "And how did you get in... to.... Danica?" his voice faltered as he realized that around her a faint light glowed.

"Don't speak, you little rat. You speak, but nothing you say means anything. Nothing you do means anything. All you do is spread disease." she said calmly.

He regained himself. "Listen you heathen, you have no right to talk you have been marked as a harlot by the lord." He said as he went to raise his hand. Steph appearing beside her, but Danica motioned for her not to move. He quickly went to slap her, but part way through his swing his hand stopped, just as it reached the edge of the light that surrounded Danica.

"Marked as a harlot? I doubt the goddess would think of me as such. Not after granting me the things she has." Danica said before reaching out and touching his hand, grey fur sprouting along his arm where she touched it. "I doubt she would like you, attacking one of the many she had chosen to save." She said as he started to grow shorter.

"What... what are you doing to me?" He asked terrified as his view on the world changed.

"Just bringing out your true form. I find it fitting." She said as a furless tail sprouted from his spine. "A rat." She smiled, "A disease ridden, rat." She said as his face started to push out into a muzzle.

It wasn't long before a second light appeared behind Danica. "Stop this." A familiar voice said.

Danica looked behind her to Hariti, her fathers transformation stopping. "I am sorry goddess..."

"Don't be, I would of done the same thing. You need to stop though because you need your strength for your mother. If you don't mind, I do believe Kaliash has a place for man like him." Hariti said smiling as she approached Danica's father who had fallen to the floor.

"God save me..." He said quietly as the goddess approached him.

"Oh, god, I see." She said smiling. "Sorry, but the one you believe in doesn't exist." She said before leaning down and grabbing him. "But I do believe you'll find me to be forgiving, in a few hundred years." She said smiling before making off with him.

Danica leaned down and touched her mother's head gently, blood was running down a gash in her forehead and her breathing was labored, Danica shook her head and put her left hand over the gash and the other over her mothers heart, a light started to glow from her palms, the wound on her mothers head closed up and she started to breath easier. Danica smiled and stood up, feeling lightheaded she started to fall over, Steph caught her.

"What did you just do Dani?" She asked as she held her to her chest.

"I... don't know..." She said before looking at her mother, "Lets get her to the couch..."

Steph smiled and let go of Dani who was standing on her own, Steph gently picked up Mrs. Rogers and took her to the couch before gently laying her down. Danica went to the couch and smiled as she sat down on the floor by it. Her hands gently running through her mothers hair. Steph looked at the two and smiled. "Anything I can do?" She asked.

Danica nodded. "Yeah... get my moms clothes, and anything else you think we should take together..."

"She's coming with us?"

Danica nodded. "I can't leave her here, I want to help her..."

Steph nodded and after being told where to look she did so, gathering a few things to wear and Danielle's laptop.

Danica smiled as she looked at her mom, smiling as she watched a pair of ears appear on top of her head, covered in orange fur, a tail started to grow from her spine as well, matching Danica's own. Danica smiled and decided that would be enough. It was a couple of hours before Joe knocked on the door, Danica's mother was still unconscious when they loaded her and her things into the Suburban. "So where are we going?" Danica asked as Claus sat on her lap looking at his grandmother.

"The port. You are all going out of here on a rather nice ship." He said smiling as he got onto the highway.

It wasn't long before they started to approach one of the many ports in Jersey City. A man armed with an Accuracy International Arctic warfare Super Magnum watched the suburban. "Baseplate, this is Eyes, we have the target in sight. The man said from his position on top of a crane.

"Baseplate copies, make sure no one follows them." A short squat man said from the bridge of what looked to be an old Tramp Steamer that should have been sent to the salvage yard over a century ago. He put down his radio and smiled. "This package you have me delivering is pretty important if you think you are going to be followed.

A mile behind the suburban a Crown Victoria turned off the highway and into the port. The man on the crane smiled. "Baseplate, we have a tail, what do you want me to do."

"You know what to do." The man said shaking his head. "Follow the ROE, if they enter the 20 yard line, disable, if they make it to the endzone, knock them back before they get the extra point."

"Will do." He said smiling to himself, from his view he had a clear line of sight down the road to the set points of where his actions would change from just stopping them, to shooting with intent.

Joe noticed the Crown Vic but also knew the plan, he stayed the course and drove straight towards the crane.

From the mans concealed point in the winch room of the crane, he took one last look at his markers along the bullets flight path, he smiled, no wind, his shot was tricky enough, he didn't need any wind to make it harder. Shooting a moving vehicle meant anticipating where the bullet would be at what time and where the car would be at the same time. A slight error and he'd miss the vital points.

Danica was ignorant to all that was going on around her, the only thing she had concerned herself with was why her mother hadn't woken up yet, she had started to scratch her mothers new ears hoping it would help bring her around.

The man cursed silently, the crown Vic hadn't stopped. "Taking the shot baseplate." He lined up the shot, his years in the special forces as a designated marksman helped him, he lead the Crown Vic and gently squeezed the trigger on his rifle, his shot was true, just as the bullet was about to impact the ground, the Crown Vic's hood appeared right in its path. The .338 Lapua Magnum cartridge had done its job pushing the 300 grain full metal jacket bullet to 2865 feet per second, the round smashed through the large V-8's radiator before smashing through its oil pan, the holes in the radiator cause the pressurized coolant to squirt onto the hot engine block releasing a large cloud of smoke obscuring the damage for a while. The large engine quickly seized as its life preserving fluids were drained rather quickly.

The man smiled, he slowly worked the bolt, before the spent brass was forcefully ejected he grabbed it and fed another cartridge into the chamber, he looked back through the scope and smiled, the two in the Crown Vic were looking at the front of their car waving away the smoke.

Joe smiled as he watched the front of the Crown Vic disappear into the smoke. He turned off before his followers could spot his move and made his way to a dock. "We're here girls." He said smiling as he got out. There was just a small motor boat at the dock, nothing more then twenty feet. Danica looked at it. "Where are we going in this boat?"

"To another one, but we must hurry, we've been followed so all of you out now." He said as he started to offload their things.

The boats driver walked up to them, she was a stunningly beautiful lady, barely into her thirties, her high cheeks and sharp jaw line made her look like she should have been in a fashion magazine, not some greasy coveralls driving a runabout, She smiled as she approached the girls, helping them with their bags. "Nice to meet you all, my names Lindsey, if you'd quickly follow me." She said as she grabbed a pair of bags and lead them to the runabout.

Danica was carrying her mother, Steph was carrying both hers and Danica's things.

Once to the little motorboat Danica handed her mother over to Lindsey who laid her down in the front of the little boat, "Now girls, can you all please lay down." They all followed her directions and did so. "Sorry about the rush, but Joe needs to keep moving, you were followed." She said before walking over to the radio. "Baseplate, your pizza is ready, delivery in twenty minutes." She said smiling. A man with a duffel bag was walking towards the boat, he hopped on board and kissed Lindsey. "Ready to go?" He asked, her reply was to quickly cast off the lines and push the throttles, the 100 horsepower outboard easily pushed the boat away from the dock and towards the open water.

Once out away from the shore a ways Lindsey turned to the girls. "You can sit up now." She said smiling, Nicole looked at her and nodded and slowly sat up, Danica didn't move from her spot near her mother though, little Claus had moved to the front of the boat and smiled as he felt the wind whip through his fur.

Steph smiled and looked at Launi, they both sat up. "Lindsey, it is nice to meet you. I heard about you from dad." Steph said as she looked at the man who brought the duffel with him. "He's Shaun, right?"

The man smiled. "Yeah, so Steph, I guess dad couldn't help but tell you a few things?"

Steph nodded. "He never said what you two did, but said you were good people." She said as she looked at Launi and the others.

"I take it you know our names already." Steph said smiling.

Lindsey nodded. "Yeah, Joe gave us all the details, but we count you plus one. Who's the woman with Danica?"

"Her mother. Danica went to say goodbye today... Her father didn't treat her mom too well..."

"I see..." Lindsey said looking at her. "I take it that is why she is coming with us."

Steph nodded. "Yeah. I take it we aren't going across the ocean in this boat." She said looking at the other girls.

"No need to worry, we are just going to meet up with Mother Goose in a bit. Don't worry about how she looks, she's a good sturdy ship."

Henrietta looked at Lindsey and then Shaun. "Looks? We aren't going on some trash scow, are we?"

Shaun laughed. "You'd think that by looking at her, wait until you get on board and get a good look before you make any conclusions."

It was a half hour as they went out to sea, but eventually they could see a smoke pillar coming from what indeed looked like an old ship that should have been in a scrap yard, approaching them. Lindsey steered them towards the ship and quickly brought them alongside, a cable was dropped and Lindsey and Shaun quickly attached the boat to the cable and they were quickly plucked from the water. Danica and the others simply watched as they were lifted up. The ship's paint was non existent, there was grease and rust everywhere.

The girls were quickly helped off the boat and it was soon moved under what appeared to be a false container.

Steph smiled. "More then she appears to be isn't she?" She said to Lindsey who smiled.

"You have yet to see her true beauty. But for now, lets get you to your cabins." An elderly woman and a pair of men came up to them with a stretcher. "We'll take care of her." She said smiling. Danica placed her mother onto the stretcher and smiled. "Can I stay with her."

The elderly lady smiled. "Sure, Danica is it? Your file's picture doesn't quite match up..."

Danica shook her head. "I guess I don't know what picture you have... But that is me... Is my mom going to be alright?"

The elderly woman smiled. "She seems to be in good shape from what I can tell just by looking, once we get her to the med bay we'll have a better idea."

Danica nodded and followed her. "So what is your name?"

"Julia." She said simply, "Its been a while since I had someone other then the crew to patch up. Think you can tell me if she's allergic to anything and things like that?"

Danica nodded and did so while Julia wrote it all down, once in the med bay she started to go over Danielle to make sure nothing was wrong.

Julia smiled, "She's just fine, just resting. It looked like she had a concussion recently, but that has already healed up, and a good gash, but that too has healed. Give her time and she'll wake up."

Danica nodded. "Can we take her to where I am staying?"

Julia nodded. "I see no problem, just make sure she gets a chance to rest."

Danica smiled and they moved her to a room that was set up like their bed room was in the cottage. A large pile of cushions were piled on the floor in lieu of a bed. Danica looked at it and smiled. "I take it you did this for us?" She said looking at Julia.

Julia nodded. "The captain wanted you to all to be comfortable, since Claus was sleeping in his own room he'll have his own here as well, unless you want him to be with you."

Danica shook her head. "As long as he is fine with it I am, he's a smart kid." She looked at her mom who was laying rather comfortably in the pile of soft cushions. "You ever want to be something different?" She asked before looking at Julia.

Julia smiled. "Sure, at times I wish I had gone to veterinary school..."

Danica shook her head. "Not like that, I mean have a different body..."

Julia laughed. "I'd love a body that didn't creak when I moved." She said before looking at Danica. "Why do you ask?"

"What if I could do that for you sometime?" Danica said smiling.

Julia shook her head. "I know what you can do, you and your wife are amazing, but not now, your mother needs your help more then I do." She said before excusing herself.

Danica just nodded as Julia closed the door, Danica stripped down to the underwear Steph made for her, the tangas and bra a black latex with red high lights. She grabbed a blanket and curled up against her mother before drawing it over them both, she quickly passed out with her head on her mother's chest.

While Danica and Danielle rested, Launi and the others were enjoying a tour of the ship by the Captain they were entering the mess when Claus sniffed something. "Momma Launi... I'm hungry... "He said as he tugged at her shirt. The tigress smiled and looked at the Captain. "Think we can have some lunch? We kind of were in a hurry today."

The captain smiled. "Sure, Maurice think you can make something for our guests?"

A man wearing your stereotypical chef's hat smiled from behind a counter in the galley. "Sure thing, can I interest you girls and young sir with some chicken cordon bleu? I was just finishing it for this nights meal. The side dishes aren't quite ready but maybe some smoked Gouda and crackers can hold your stomachs over until those are ready?" He said smiling.

The girls just smiled. "That sounds wonderful." Steph said smiling.

The captain sat them down at a table and left. "I'll let you eat in peace, when your done, let Maurice know and someone will escort you to your rooms."

Launi nodded. "Thank you for doing all of this for us." She said as Maurice brought out their appetizer.

Danielle had started to wake up, she moaned and opened her eyes, trying to figure out where she was when she looked down and saw her daughters face, just like it had been the last time she saw her. Though her daughter had cat ears and a tail.

"Amazing, isn't she?" A voice said from Danielle's right side. She looked over and shook her head.

"Are you glowing?" Danielle asked as she looked at the woman.

"Maybe." Hariti said smiling. "Or maybe your just seeing things and I am not really here, and you are just a fish?"

Danielle looked confused. "What does that mean."

"You aren't seeing things." She said as the glow subsided. "It was just me entering your world.

Danielle nodded before asking "Who are you?"

Hariti smiled. "Just your daughters mother, and yours as well, the same goes for everyone on this world."

Danielle sighed. "I'm sorry... I don't quite follow..."

"I'm a goddess..." Hariti sighed. "Let's see... The Greeks called me Hera.... the Armenians Anahit, the Hindus Sashti, yeah, that is what it was... I am all of them, and none of them. I prefer the name Hariti though."

Danielle shook her head. "If your a goddess, then why are you here?"

"Because I am. Your daughter was my Avatar until earlier today, when she heard what your husband was doing, she ascended..."

"What do you mean? Avatar, ascended?" Danielle asked before Hariti silenced her with a kiss. Danielle mmm'd into it. Hariti smiled and broke the kiss.

"I gave her my powers, a portion at least. The same goes for her wife, though Danica Ascended from avatar. She became a Demigod."

Danielle shook her head. "Avatar's, ascended, demigod's? What are you talking about?"

Hariti sighed. "There are three levels to gods... The Higher gods, the lower gods, and the Demigods. There are only two higher gods, me and father, we created the world and all that is in it. The lower gods help to maintain the world and the souls of the departed. Demigods help the higher and lower gods in their duties. Though normally Demigods take years to go from being Avatars to Demigods." She said looking at Danica. "Your daughter there, she is special. She pushed past the Avatar stage in just a few days... Though it has taken a toll... She'll sleep for a while, her body needs to recover, the fact she didn't fall asleep before she did is still amazing me..."

Danielle looked at Danica. "You mean..."

"She's my servant in a way. Though no more a servant then she wishes. I don't force my will on anyone..."

Danielle shook her head. "You are the one responsible for us changing..." Hariti nodded. "Yes, though your current form is due to your daughter."

Danielle looked at Hariti and shook her head, "What do you mean?"

Hariti smiled and touched the ears on top of Danielle's head. "Your daughter gave you some cute ears, and a nice tail..." She said before scratching those ears.

Danielle mewled quietly before putting her hand to her mouth. "What... was that..."

"You mewled like the little kitten you are." She said smiling before standing up. "Pay attention to your daughter, it'll help her recover." She said as the light appeared and she disappeared into it.

What was that? She thought before looking at her daughters innocent face, she started to scratch her daughters ears causing her to purr in her sleep.

Launi and the others finished their dinner, after thanking Maurice profusely they were lead back to their room, Claus went into his room where he passed out. Launi and the others looked at Danica and her mother. "Not bad." Launi said smiling as she sat down next to Danica. "You make a nice looking Neko." She said as she looked at Danielle, her hand though scratching Danica's ears.

Danielle shook her head. "I am just a wrinkled old lady..."

Launi shook her head. "Not yet..." She said smiling, and reached out for Danielle's face, her hand resting on Danielle's cheek, the wrinkles in her face slowly disappearing, her skin returning to its young milky white. Her body was losing its age related sagging, her skin firmed up and the blemish's and scars brought on by life disappeared. "There you go. Just like new." Launi said before curling up with her mate. "I think our new Demigod will like your new look... Anything else you'd like?" Launi said smiling before removing her hand.

Danielle just shook her head, "That was amazing... So, that is what an Avatar can do..."

Launi nodded. "Yeah, amazing isn't it..."

Henrietta smiled. "I'd have to agree, these two girls are quite amazing... Sometime after you are feeling better I'd like to talk to you."

Danielle nodded. "I'd like that... But for now, I just want to see my daughter wake up..."

Launi nodded, "me too..." She said looking at her mates sleeping form.

Henrietta motioned for Steph and Nicole. They both nodded and Henrietta walked out of the room followed by Nicole and Steph.

Launi curled up against her mate smiling as she looked at her form. "Its been a long time she she's looked like this... well without the ears and tail..."

Danielle nodded. "I saw some picture of you two a few years back... I can't believe that Danica looked like that... She made a very pretty tigress. Though I have to say, you two are probably the prettiest girls I'd ever seen..."

Launi smiled. "Thanks... We tried to stay good looking, but when we help people... well you heard how we did it, right?"

Danielle nodded, "That must be an amazing feeling, having a full grown person in you... Knowing that because of Hariti you can help them."

Launi looked at her. "You know of her?"

Danielle nodded. "She left just before you all came in... She confused me, but it kind of helped me as well, even though I still don't understand why you two, at least I know that you two help people. More then the church has lately."

Launi nodded. "We've been working for the last eight years to help others. Made some great friends as well."

Danielle nodded. "I take it those three are some of them."

Launi nodded. "Yeah, the girl in the black catsuit is that Steph, she is a great girl, it was her father that got us on board this ship... he saved us from those corporate people who wanted to use us."

Danielle looked at her. "What happened?"

"The government sold the compound we were living on, and part of the deal was the contract we signed when we started to help with the research."

Danielle nodded. "I take it the corporation was going to throw that out, right? Make you do what they wanted?"

Launi nodded, "they wanted Steph... She is our guardian, her and Henrietta, the fox. They are quite strong... I've seen Steph take hits that would kill a normal person... If they found out how to make soldiers like her... well, it wouldn't of been good."

"But your safe now, by the way, where are we going?" Danielle asked as she started to scratch Launi's ears.

Launi mmm'd before answering her. "I don't know..."

Danielle sighed. "Figures... at least I am with Dani know, no longer dealing with him..."

Launi nodded. "I heard what he did... Good thing Danica was there..."

Steph and Henrietta looked at the Gymnasium they were shown earlier. "Think you can spot me Steph? I want to see what I can do..."

"Sure thing." Steph said smiling as they walked over to a leg press machine. "Shall we put you through what you did to me?"

Henrietta smiled. "Sure why not." Shi had changed into a pair of bike shorts and a tight white t-shirt, hir maleness wasn't even showing through the tight shorts which made hir thankful since the gym was in use by a couple of the shipmates.

Steph loaded the machine with a light weight and Henrietta started, but it wasn't long before Steph was scrounging for more weights, one of the guys noticed the lithe girl lifting a fifty pound weight like it was nothing and putting it on the machine. He looked at the machine and noticed the weights on it and tapped his friend on the shoulder. "Hey, check that out..."

"I heard they were strong... but that... That's nearly a thousand pounds on there..."

Henrietta started to do hir reps with the maximum weight on the machine as if it was nothing.

"I don't think I'd want to make her mad at me..."

"I agree. That kid was moving those weights like they were nothing before..."

Nicole walked up behind them in a sports bra and short shorts. "I guess I'm lucky their my friends." She said smiling. "So what do you two boys think of them other then that? Cute aren't they?"

They guys nodded. "I wouldn't mind getting into bed with them..." One said.

Nicole laughed, "You'd be surprised by Henri, shi has one hell of a surprise for any guy who wants to get in bed with hir. Not that shi'd be interested in either of you, shi only cares for us." Nicole said smiling before going over to a treadmill and starting on it.

"Geez, that is a shame..." The second guy said before going back to his bench and the two started to do some reps.

Henrietta smiled as shi got off the machine and moved to the next. "That was fun." Shi said smiling as shi got ready, Steph once again loaded up the machine to its max and Henrietta was off on her reps.
