Of course on the other hand someone else was getting into some trouble. At the mansion back at 6:00 when Max and Veronica were first leaving in the car Bill was up talking a early jog.
"I wonder where they're off to!" the jaguar said. He continued for another ten minutes then ran back into the mansion. Then suddenly he heard "BILL! Come here for a second!" from the other room. By the voice he obviously knew it was Al.
He ran into the room and said "You called?" Al looked down at him and said "People have been saying there's a strange creature in the eastern part of the forest that's causing a lot of trouble. I want you to go see what it is." Bill wondered what this strange creature was but before asking about details Al handed him a pistol. "Take this just in case" Al said. Bill didn't like the fact that he would need a gun for this but he listened and ran out the door with the gun in his right hand.
A half hour later Bill is in the woods looking for the creature. "How hard can it be? It's strange and it's a creature!" Bill ranted on. Then he heard something in the bushes. "HEY! Who's there!" He yelled. Then suddenly out of nowhere a long green tentacle came out of the bushes. It wrapped itself around Bills legs and pulled him up in the air.
Bill was hanging by his feet when suddenly another tentacle comes at him. This time it rips off his clothing. Then he was just a naked jaguar hanging by his feet. Bill was so confused he barely noticed the blob the tentacles were connected to. It came out of the bushes and went right up to Bill. It was a clear green ball of slime.
Just as Bill was about to say something another tentacle grew from the blob and went right into his mouth. It went all the way into his stomach.
