Without a Shadow Of A Doubt- Chapter One

The Beginning

She was the one.

The husky sighed, shoving his hands deeper into his pockets, trying to block out the winter cold in the warm jacket he was wearing, though it only seemed to make the cold drill deeper. If shes the one, He said to himself, Then why cant I just talk to her... The husky, though hardly visible in his current getup, was a slightly muscularly toned guy in his teens, looking to be around 5"7. His fur pattern was.. well.. unique. His belly had a diamond patch of white, and then two lines running up to his neck, spiralling around to the back, then running up the back of his head and ending at his snout. The rest of his fur was a dark grey, although he's tried to dye his fur many times.

A clap of thunder erupted, and a flash of light. If this day gets any worse, I swear I'll.. A cough comes from in front of him, and the husky looked up. "Alone at this time of day, In this weather, Matty? And please stop sniffing my boobs." Matty blushed, and took a step back, realizing his nose was buried in between the other fur's breasts. "Um... h-hey, Dee.." The fur's real name was Diera, but he tended to call her Dee. It also suited her, because first, she had a white D marking on the right side of her neck, And also that she liked to make a point of saying she was a D cup. The female fur towered half a foot above him, making him have to look up whenever he spoke to the older fur, whom was also a husky. She was a slim build, although looks shouldnt fool you. She was fiesty as any pro fighter. Her fur pattern was much alike Matty's, but instead of white she had red, and instead of the grey fur surrounding the markings, she had a brown-ish colour.

"I just went out for a walk.. for some peace.." Matty mumbled, looking down. Diera sighed, and gave the fur a quick hug. "I'm guessing your parents were giving you hell again." There were around only 100 furs in this town of humans- and most were children or teens, adopted into families of humans. This was an experimental program put by humans and furs, and freaked some of the citizens of the towns that had some of the furry population in. Matty was put into a human family, and was regularly abused, beaten, raged at. Life for a fur in a human family wasnt a happy affair, basically. Diera gave another long sigh, and started to walk off, Matty following in her wake.

The younger husky just looked down at his feet, thinking. "Something on your mind, Matty?" Diera stopped, and turned, noticing the silent disposition of Matty. "Oh.. uhmm," He replied, "Theres just.. someone.." He trailed off, gulping down a large amount of air. "That you've got your mind on? I know exactly what you mean, Matty." The older husky finished for him. "And you're looking for advice on how to get that girl, hmm?" She tipped his chin up to look into her eyes, dark pools of hazel, and whispered into his ear. "Come to my place, in 2 hours.. I'll show you something.. a girl likes." She winked at him, and straightened up, padding away with her swaying walk cycle. The male husky just stared, as a crimson blush spread across his cheeks.
