You know who you are... I hate that you use this as an excuse of sorts... so this is for you...

It seems distant now, but I tend to think of him;

And the times where he changed his excuses at a whim;

And I was foolish enough to let him steal me and my heart;

As through my cloudiness of emotions, I thought saw a light within.

A light in the darkness, a light that soon was gone;

Back to the void of nothingness, where it in fact belonged;

I never saw it coming, but I knew that the love couldn't be prolonged;

For when I found out where he was coming from, I knew that there wasn't ever a rose, there were only thorns.

Cold to the touch, cold in the eyes;

As he stares into my empty soul, and my broken heart as I cry;

But in fact it stares into a source code, full of deception and lies;

A person I loved was a robot I began to despise.
