For a while I felt bliss;

With an opportunity that I thought I couldn't miss;

The power of love, I couldn't resist;

When I knew all that was in front of me was mist...

...and through the mist I chose to be blind;

Leaving my greatest doubts and worries behind;

Travelling with a perfect fox I felt was hard to find;

To a land I thought was so divine.

But through all the thoughts of the land being serene;

It was actually, in fact, far from my dreams;

Where the journey the dense forest made me bleed;

Where the hurt from it all stemmed from his dishonesty.

I knew that I said to you that I'll never change;

But your 'truthful' nature brought me immense disdain;

And through all the revelations, through all the rain;

I'm certain that I can never look at you the same again.
