"The Letter"
My dear mother,
I am writing you this letter to allay your fears of my well being. It would be difficult to describe in writing where I am, but I am about 60 light years away from earth on a planet roughly the size of the earths moon with pleasant conditions, and I'm not alone. My company is quite pleasant as is the reading material. Due to the physical distance between us and red tape, I won't be able to write you for quite some time, which brings me to the next reason I'm writing this letter. I was never very close to you, and fathers death certainly didn't help. Even my solitary manner is no excuse for how cold I've acted towards you. So many missed opportunities that I only see now that we may never see each other again. In any case I leave you with my deepest regrets, and hope that one day we may yet see each other again.

Having finished, I gave the letter to my Master and asked how it would be sent. He explained that it would be delivered by those who brought me to this place. As luck had it, they were operating near my home. When ever they got a chance, one of them would dead drop the letter in the mail box. Of course with this method I would not get a response, but this method was the only way to get around the laws regarding contact with less advanced cultures. In any case I trusted master Entei would see to it's delivery, settling what unfinished business I had left on earth.
