This commission (which was made by scp illustrated by the way) is a special nod to SCP 2000. It has the same characteristics as the in the wiki but the location and design Is different with a twist! Exactly one year after the war with the three citadels ended, an unknown object appeared off the coast of the Lynn Sea. It was some sort of mega structure in the shape of an dome that seemed to span over one hundred thousand kilometers in diameter. What's most troubling is the fact we can't go anywhere near the damn thing without getting burn to a crisp. Reason being is that the structure is constantly pouring out high concentrations of gamma radiation that stretches a few hundred meters beyond the dome before suddenly stopping, without causing the surrounding waters to boil..
We discovered that the dome is also receiving signals from a unknown source of origin that is continuously sending single encoded messages which, through code-breaking and translation efforts, appeared to be a command to warm up and activate. We are unsure what exactly this thing is trying to do but it was more than enough to scare the 10 heads of state to quickly vote for the funding of project sentinel which was basically a bunch high tech frequency jammers set up around the structure to prevent it from obtaining any more intrusions until we can find a means of breaking through protective shield.
we discovered a message being sent out from within the structure! it seem to be directed to the outside world, being transmitted through all languages, including our own, although it is a little rough around the edges.

My children, so young, so fragile. I given you chance to continue on without my guidance, to carve through the unforgiving darkness with the tools bestowed upon you. Yet you fall again and again as if you didn't learn a single thing from your past mistakes. Fret not my children, as your beloved queen shall lead you once again! The seals will soon be broken and a new kingdom will rise from the ashes.
