This is the start of a story that I'm putting aside for a while. I need to think up a new gimmick. This story revolves around selling organs, and I recently did a story (The Donation) that used the a similar gimmick.
So I'm thinking... maybe a return to Dolcett traditional but with sex roles reversed-- she kills him for his meat. Or maybe the Kali cult that sacrifices people -- often by the use of a strangling cord.

Tuesday Morning
The purring voice was sultry, seductive. Just hearing it sent an erotic thrill down Satchel's spine. "You've reached the most expensive courtesan in the world. If you want to book my services, leave only your handle or first name and a phone number. I'll get back to you."
There was a brief pause, then a beep.
"Satchel, 892-555-0479."
That Afternoon
Satchel's phone rang. He glanced at the screen: it was her: Valerie! "Hello."
"Hello, darling. Did you want to buy my services?"
"Yes, please!"
"I'll be available Thursday morning. Come to 8699 Anderson Avenue. Bring your ID and your luggage. You'll be living in my house for the duration of your contract."
Just listening to her was making Satchel's cock start to emerge from its sheath. "Yes. I'll be there."
"See you soon, Darling." The line went dead.
Thursday Morning
Satchel rang the doorbell.
"It's open, darling."
He went inside. There was a lean tigress seated at a table. She was every bit as sexy as her voice.
"Here's the contract. Read it, but don't sign it yet.
Contract For Courtesan Services
"I" or "me" means Valerie Woodward ("Valerie"), a licensed massage therapist and courtesan. I will sign this contract as "provider."
"You" means the person who signs this contract as "client".
"Sex," "sex act," and "sexual services" mean any activity that involves two or more people and that is intended to bring one or more of those people to orgasm -- whether or not that aim is achieved.
An "old form" of sex means any sex act that you and I have previously done together: the exact same body parts, same position.
A "new form" of sex means any sex act that you and I have not previously done together, even if one or both of us has previously done that act with other people. A "new form" can be new in the body parts involved, the position, or can be a combination of previously used sex acts.
SERVICES PROVIDED
For the duration of this contract, I will provide any form of sexual service you request, except for those in the "Limitations" section.
PAYMENT FOR SERVICES
The price of my services is your breath, your life, and your organs in addition to the initiation fee: 260 grams of gold, 999 fine or the equivalent in US currency based on the most recent LBMA Gold price at the time of payment.

As part of this contract, you agree to become my legal slave.
Satchel looked up from the contract. "Wait, I'm to be your slave?"
"Go back and read the previous paragraph -- out loud."
The marmot read it again. "The price of my services is your breath, your life, and your organs."
"That's right, Darling. After the contract ends I'm going to strangle you to death. The only legal way for me to kill you is if you are my slave. But don't worry: when it comes to sex, I'll be your slave. Now read the rest of the contract."
DURATION OF CONTRACT
The duration of this contract begins when the initiation fee has been paid and both you and I have signed the contract. It ends when you fail to request and perform a "new form" of sex for a period of fourteen consecutive days.
After the contract duration ends, you remain my slave. At a time of my choosing, I will strangle you to death and sell your organs.
LIMITATIONS
I will not provide any of the following services under any circumstances:
anything involving human or animal feces

I will provide the following services, but only in the presence of a safety monitor:
bondage involving me
any form of breath control applied to me
...
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any dispute about the meaning of the terms of this contract or whether a particular action breaches this contract, and the remedies to be applied in case of breach, will be resolved by a team of three arbitrators...
