Dog In His Place
#2 of Other Stories
Decided to give a little teaser to a short story I'm working on. After seeing a certain picture (which I have permission to use as a thumbnail once the story is complete) I decided to give a story behind it to follow.
I heard this Inuyasha fellow is a bit hot headed and deserves to be taken down a peg or two. Happy to abus- *ahem* assist.

"Do you both understand what you need to do?" Said the business cat, swaying his tail with his hand out in front of Shippo and Koga, holding the sacred jewel.
"Yes, we do," both of them replied absentmindedly as they stared into the hypnotic power of the jewel. Both of their eyes glowed and they stood in attention.
"Excellent," Wisper replied. After setting the commands he wanted Wisper pressed a button on his wristband. Out popped a few small recording device, camouflaging with the environment. He reached into his suit and took out a pocket watch, smirking. "I must be going now. You two have fun now."
Shippo and Koga nodded. Wisper handed over the jewel to Shippo and turned around. Pressing another button on his wrist band, a portal opened. He dusted his blue suit, fixed his tie and hat, and walked in, leaving his spy cams with the two.
When he vanished, Shippo and Koga shook their heads, their eyes stopped glowing.
"Wait... What were we doing?" Shippo asked, looking around.
"Beats me, how did we..." Koga looked down at Shippo and gasped. "Where did you get that?!"
"Get what?" Shippo looked down, seeing a large portion of the sacred jewel in his palm and screamed in surprised. "How did this get here?!"
"Like hell if I know!" Koga rubbed his head. "All I remember is seeing some weird demon cat with a weird hat..."
Shippo nodded. "Yeah, same here." He looked back down at the jewel, a slow grin coming over his face. "Hey Koga, are you busy?"
Koga raised an eyebrow. "Naw, I was just running to blow off steam and get some exercise."
Shippo grinned. "Wanna mess with Inuyasha?"
Koga looked at him surprised for a moment before the magic from Wisper's command came into his thoughts. Koga grinned as well. "You read my mind."
Both of them shared a small chuckle and talk to each other about ways to mess with the mangy mutt.
Some time later, Shippo walked into kaede's village, the jewel in his pocket. "Inuyasha! Inuyasha!" The little fox called out.
Kaede came out of her hut after hearing shippo. "If you're looking for Inuyasha, Shippo, he's in the hut."
