#15 of Mesozoic Park

I took this opportunity to catch my breath as the team aimed their guns down the trail I just ran down, but I didn't get very long to breath before the runt came running down the trail full speed, snapping trees as thick as my arm like they where nothing, as the team started firing darts, the Indominus runt roared and drew close enough that we had to run again.

We ran until we came to the Indominus exhibit, pressing our backs to the cement wall and aiming our guns, one man who just started work today was crying and started to pray. I gave him a little pat on the back, i knew it meant nothing, but It came natural to me.

I realized the runt was toying with us, she would let us run ahead and tire ourselves out and she'd just jog along and finish us off and thats the only reason why we aren't dead... Yet.

The runt stepped out of the trail and roared again, spit and blood plastered up as we trembled in fear.

Which is when I realized, that if we can't stop it, it could head into the park and find Gena and Matt. I at least had to stall it. I spoke into my radio "be ready for emergency evacuation"

Terrified, my mind racing as I took a step closer, my teeth bared and with a growl I shouted "Get the hell out of here!"

The runt was surprised by such an act but was ultimately unconcerned as she began to stand up with a hiss, ready to attack, when it looked around and became very uneasy, staggered and jogged back down the trail.

The team ran up to me and started cheering and patting me on the back. After enjoying the praise and a moment to breath, I brought myself to say "Guys, she wasn't afraid of me, I just made her realize she's too close to the others territory"

The team was obviously still ecstatic to be alive, but one man said "theres no way we can put her in with the other Indominus Rex, what do we do now?"

We started to think, eventually, the ideas of letting the drug kick in, a truck and new enclosure got thrown into the discussion. I turned to face the runt trail "Alright, heres the plan" I said "We wait for the drug to take effect and knock it out, tie her up and transport it back to the outside of the enclosure where we will construct a temporary structure to house the animal while we build a new exhibit for her"

"that will never work!" shouted a man

I asked with a slight growl in my voice "Got any better ideas?"

"well" he said "we could kill her!"

"sadly... We cant" I stated "We cant use live ammunition or euthanize an animal until it threatens a guest's life or it's badly injured enough to not survive"

I picked-up my radio and said "we need to start construction on a temporary enclosure for an Indominus Rex... And a truck"

The voice that came back was from a male "very well sir... anything else?"

"nope... thats it, Jake out" I said and the radio turned off.

"gentlemen" I said "we have a hunt on our hands"

"Alright men!" I said as I looked over the bunch "The drug should have the Indominus Rex feeling pretty high or drunk, whatever this thing does to them"

The men stood at attention as I looked over there badges... One number caught my eye, the number was 007. "James bond" I mimbled

The seal said "excuse me sir?"

"double-o-seven" I said "James bond"

"but my name is Gorge, sir" he said

I shook my head "never mind, you stay here and wait for the truck" and I started down the trail "the rest of you, come along. This is going to be... Fun..."

The runt only got as far as the clearing that I first found her in, this time she was staggering around, swatting and nipping at things that weren't there. After a few minutes, she fell to the ground and we all let out a sigh before closing in on the drugged dinosaur.

She tried to stand again, but remaining on all fours to keep steady, being so stoned, trying to take a step resulted in her falling to the ground, sound asleep.

We bound her mouth shut, tossed a blanket over her eyes and tied her up, which is when the truck was just getting here, it took a while, but we where able to get the runt on the flatbed trailer before we started the long, slow ride to the enclosure.

Arriving there, we found that construction on both the temporary and permeate enclosure was started, the temporary one just being welded metal bars to make a cage.

As the sun started to set, the runt woke up, still dazed, I took the opportunity to take the blanket off and cut the ropes. Before leaving her for the night, I pat her on the head and said "finally woke up I see, well we got you a new enclosure in the making where you'll be nice and safe"
