Not sure Allen's really thinking all of this through, but at least he's happy that there's someone around who brings him joy. :)

Got the chance to catch up with Hannah today at lunch. She was understanding of me bailing on the movie, but said that I owed her in the future. She smiled with a chuckle after saying that so I'm not sure how serious she was about keeping me to it, but it was nice seeing her looking happy for a change. I'm glad she couldn't see what I had left of my tail wiggling against my pants after it slipped out of its brace. Being with her just makes me feel that good I guess. It hadn't finished going completely away, but I didn't want to miss another day of school over it. Sometimes Hannah looks so sad though that I wonder what's going on with her. Maybe it's the move or Terry and Norman getting her down. They've started being real scumbags to her now too. After class they tell her things like them getting extra credit for her in exchange for kisses or asking about her weekend plans. I don't want to pry into her business, but if I ask her what's going on I know she's going to get defensive and I don't want to mess things up. I mean, I'm one to talk about secrets though right? I still don't know how I'm going to bring up the whole wolf thing to her or if I should. Anywho, it's getting late. Tomorrow's another day.

Had a weird chat with mom tonight after dinner. She came to my room while I was taking care of my homework and started talking to me about how important it was that I set boundaries for myself when it came to people that meant a lot to me. She said if you get too close to someone too fast it's only going to end up hurting everyone. Then she had to add for me not to forget who and what I was. When I asked if that's something she also told dad because he's a wolf too she got furious. She told me I was to remember that I was her son first before anything else, and then slammed the door behind her. I know what I'm doing, and she doesn't have to baby me like I'm a pup still. I messed up one time before. Everyone messes up with something so that doesn't make me anything special. I wish she'd trust me more to figure these things out on my own.

Hannah and I came up with a plan to get back at T&N next week during the football game. Apparently her father works as a doctor in an allergen immunotherapy department. She says they have this huge wall of different vials containing concentrated samples of allergens they use for patient diagnosis. She's hoping to grab some over the weekend when she goes into her dad's office. Both of their allergies are mild: shellfish and almonds. The homeroom teacher never locks the closet that has all of that information in it so it wasn't hard to get a peak. We'd only use a little bit in their drinks. Enough to get them loopy and uncoordinated, but not hurt them. All of the football players have their own water bottles that gets filled by Tony, the waterboy before the game. It'll be as easy as distracting Tony, getting to the bottles, and then getting out. The rest will take care of itself. I'm starting to like the way Hannah thinks. There's a lot more there than meets the eye.

Didn't write the past two nights. I was exhausted Friday trying to finish up that English paper and submit it by midnight, and fell asleep yesterday on the couch with some anime on in the background. Today's been awesome though! I got to go on a day hike thing with Hannah for a little while on some of the trails just out of town. She was impressed by how much I knew about the woods. She said that it was almost like I was a part of them. That's not exactly too far from the truth. We were back before sunset like mom had asked and she was reasonably happy with that.

Dad came home early tonight and said that he's being transferred to another department to help work on the case. When I asked him if he liked getting to catch the bad guys at the end of all of it he gave me a real stern look and said it's not always that simple. He said he'd rather be boring than be a good guy because when you're good guy bad things can happen. He followed that up by saying that he was glad that he had at least two good things he could count on coming back home to every night.

Oh, and Hannah pulled through! She got the vials and is keeping them at her place for now. I can't wait. Friday's going to be awesome!
