Justicar: Damn, thought it took you long enough to write this part?

Necron402: Hey! I was busy!

*Cuts to Necron402 playing L4D2*

Justicar: ah..uh. So anyway this is the part where I get to kick Liken's ass right?

Necron402: Yea...bout that.

[UNSF VALOR Destroyer-class Cruiser. War and Peace, Armory 7-55, year 3,586, Saturday May 29th, 5:00 AM.]

Zhakaev slid his right hand gently into the opening of his plasma rifle, his fingers felt around for the closing mechanism until his index finger found it and with a click, his rifle was secured safely attached to his arm.

The human marines around him each carried their oversized projectile based weaponry complete with their signature blue and white power armor that sucked out the individuality out of every single VALOR warrior, he was among a sea of clones.

One of To'vash's men was putting on his boots as he sat alone on one of the many benches inside the armory, his orange and red metal plates shimmered brightly on the black rugged leather underneath from the ship's florescent lighting, the rebel rose up where he had grabbed his energy carbine sitting beside him and shoved Zhakaev away on the way out.

He didn't fit in with anyone, an outcast among the rebels because his clan didn't separate with them during the Great Civil War and an enemy to the humans who had been fighting his people before he was even born.

He didn't know who to fight for and why, he grew up learning how evil the rebels were with killing themselves to take out the enemy and destroying anyone who came in their way along with how humans were so capable of total war with their war machines including a never ending need for power, only to find his own religion uses his people as sacrifices to feed a god with terrible powers.

But he did know one thing for sure. He was going to find Carpender, and personally choke the bastard himself for what he did to his best and closest friend, Liken.

"All military personal report to your drop teams, green light is a go, this is not a drill." sounded the human cruiser's artificial intelligence

The flood of battle ready humans with the odd rebel among them rushed past Zhakaev towards the exit eager for battle, for blood. He followed the army of troops only to his designated part of the hanger bay where he saw commander To'vash and the silver armor wearing human beside him.

"Got your mega-man blaster ready ten-eyes?" said Arjun as he chuckled to himself

Zhakaev looked down towards his weapon which completely covered his right arm, he assumed this is what the Justicar was referring too.

"Well anyway, To'vash you have fun with butter-cup here, I got me some drop action to do."

The Justicar walked away, his hands poised ready to draw his blade at any moment in time.

"Come, Zhakaev, the human drop ship will take us down to the undead world where Carpender dwells"

The half- Darkspawn nodded. "Then where is the Justicar going?" Zhakaev whispered to himself, the rest of his race were quickly getting themselves into the much more massive planetary invasion deployers the hanger was carrying.

"Arjun prefers, a much more...direct approach, you will regroup with him in the field when we make landfall on Chru'ach."

He nodded once more and began to step into the human drop-ship but To'vash tugged at his arm. "The human may be difficult to work with but remember, both of you have a much greater threat than your past experiences."

[Planet; Chru'ach, year 3,586, Saturday May 29th, 7:37 AM. Genesis Labs]

Moloch fired his side arm blindly out of his make-shift cover of computers and shattered genesis pods as more of the VALOR troops fired on his position barking out orders in their alien tongues.

"Dammit I'm an engineer! Not a rifle grunt!" he yelled back at the humans, but they seemed to not care if he was a civilian or simply didn't understand him.

Moloch looked to his left to see the corpse of a previously alive legionnaire ordered to guard him as the humans quickly invaded this research labs. Some help he did Moloch thought.

Moloch crouched down and reached for the energy carbine near the body's open palm until a round punctured his hazmat suit and exited out his left shoulder in a spray of purple blood, Moloch immediately dropped to the ground in pain as the aliens approached him slowly with their rifles raised.

Bullets fired, but not on Moloch, in agony he turned around with his good arm to support his weight to find Liken was combating against the human warriors; the valgary ripped the gun away out of the lead marine's hand where she tossed it aside and with her other claw she pulled the human to her.

"No one. Hurts my friends." she said in a stone cold voice before severing the marine's head clean off his shoulders with one swift strike.

The other two marines were quick to react and shot at her as their sergeant dropped to the floor like a sack of hammers, bullets danced around harmlessly on her armored scales only succeeding in annoying the young valgary further.

Her tail whipped around violently before the three prong end impaled it's self through the left most marine, straight into his heart and tossed the corpse away without a second thought. The remaining marine swung the butt of his rifle at her head but she easily ducked under the slow attack and swung her claw at the marine's body armor tearing it away, leaving a mortal wound across his entire chest.

Moloch stood as he eyed the room for medical supplies for his injury.

"Thanks, Liken, I thought those humans had me for a second" he said gratefully

The valgary smelled the blood on her claws as her tail wiped off its own mess onto the armor of her most recent kill. "Red blood, how...unnatural." she thought.

Moloch snapped his fingers in front of her face. "Hey, wake up!"

She shook her head. "You have to get to a safer place Moloch, I'm sure Carpender could use you."

"Just where I was heading, until this legionnaire couldn't handle a few marines."

Liken looked down at the legionnaire, his corpse riddled with bullet fire.

"Stay safe, Liken." Moloch said sincerely before he took the energy carbine with him as protection and made his way to the command centre.

Liken sniffed the air and could easily hear more of the human warriors slowly progressing through the underground complex, she turned her attention upwards to find an opening in the air vent, a quick make-shift way to get around the base discretely she thought.

In one leap the valgary was inside the large vent, she caught her breath then began to crawl from one section of the base to the other finding, legionnaires complete with genesis creatures fighting off rebel and marine assaults through the various openings she came across.

An explosion from a premature grenade rocked the air vent greatly sending Liken forward into one of the many openings of the crawl space right into the large arena Liken was tested in from Carpender's 'training'.

Her head pounded but the hot sand broke her inelegant fall, she got up and dusted the sand off her natural armor when she heard the unlocking mechanism of the arena door unhinge, not wanting to take a chance it was a VALOR patrol she hid in the sand like a chameleon trying to blend in with their surroundings, she saw this tactic used by her race many times before when the humans had attacked her world.

[Planet; Chru'ach, year 3,586, Saturday May 29th, 7:29 AM. Genesis labs]

The Justicar gripped his sword fiercely and swung in a wide arc splitting several lasher genesis creatures in half, green embalming fluid splashed and stained his power armor.

"God dammed, can I have not one battle where I get soaked in gore!" Arjun complained

"Maybe if you..." paused Zhakaev as he fired a plasma pulse at an approaching fleshless one causing it to fall dead. "stopped killing by waving your sword around without any expertise"

A lasher, genesis creature, shattered it's storage pod and began swiping at the Justicar with it's bladed fore arms before Arjun parried it's attack with the wide part of his blade before splitting the monster into halves down the centre.

"But this is oh so much more fun"

"Nothing fun about war.." Zhakaev muttered

Arjun re-attached his sword back onto his suit's magnets and looked around the now ransacked corridor where all the previously dormant pods began to wake up one by one and attacked the two.

A massive reinforced bulkhead door stood at the end of the room which caught the Justicar's attention.

"Well lets see what lies before door number one, shall we?" Arjun asked

"For once I agree with you, human" nodded Zhakaev

"We should have a parade." sarcastically said the Justicar. "Now go open it ten-eyes" he ordered shortly after.

Zhakaev approached the door, no locks or any form of security measure kept the next room safe from the two. The half breed looked carefully at the large bulkhead just to make sure it wasn't rigged with any form of traps, he placed his left hand on the lever on the left side of the door and pulled it down causing the bulkhead to open slowly.

Zhakaev tapped his foot on the ground impatiently. "Hurry up you blasted machine!"

"You could try pushing it, would that make you feel better?" once again sarcastically said the Justicar

The reinforced door opened up into a circular room, sand covered the entire area and the metal walls where covered in some organic growth giving off a very intense heat. The Justicar looked around in side, his Heads Up Display scanning the area for any genesis creatures, he then flicked Zhakaev on the back of his head with his finger.

"Your expendable, you take point" Arjun ordered

Zhakaev mumbled in his own language as he wandered into the arena like room with his plasma rifle armed and ready. His eyes scanned the room looking for any legionnaire snipers lying in wait or genesis creatures playing dead, he crept into the middle of the sandy dungeon cautiously.

Before Zhakaev knew something was amidst he suddenly found himself on the ground in great pain as something sharp drove right into his back missing his spine by mere centimeters, he twisted his body and supported his weight on his plasma rifle to see the Justicar's blade sticking out of his back, the human slowly walked towards him.

"What is the meaning of this, human!" Zhakaev blurted out as he coughed up his purple blood onto the hot sand

Arjun casually kneeled in front of him, he reached over and pulled his blade free from Zhakaev sending more of his blood onto the sand. Arjun sheathed his sword onto his back, his right hand cupped around Zhakaev's chin.

"You see, Darkspawn." The Justicar practically spat out the words as if it had a bad taste in his mouth. "I never like your kind, never will to be honest."

Zhakaev swallowed down the remaining blood in his mouth. "What the hell are you going on about!"

"Did I ever tell you about how my father was killed by a Darkspawn pretending to be like you? You bastard zealots have ruined my life and now I'm going to make sure you will never carry out what you are really going to do to VALOR." Arjun claimed

"You idiot! I have nothing to gain by lying to your government!" Zhakaev yelled back

The Justicar stood up with his sword now ready in his hands. "Once a darkspawn, always a darkspawn" he stated and prepared to decapitate the wounded alien

A loud ear-piercing screech caught the Justicar's attention, his Heads-Up-Display opened up a window showing the image of a valgary leaping forth from the sands behind him. The Justicar quickly turned around on his heel.

"What the fu-" blurted the Justicar before Liken was on top of him slashing wildly at his helmet.

Arjun's blade was instantly knocked away in the collision sending it skidding into the side of the arena wall, he stretched out his arm to recall it back through his suit's powerful magnets but the valgary sunk her teeth into his wrist breaking through all the underlying armor plates and into his skin. In testosterone filled anger from the pain, Arjun slammed his mighty fist into the lower jaw of Liken sending her off of his body and into the sand, he rose and in seconds his blade flew back to his wounded arm.

"You must be that valgary To'vash told me, you little bitch" The Justicar stated while his suit quickly began repairing his skin and damaged armor.

Zhakaev took his face out of the sand to find Liken standing only a few meters from the Justicar, sweat soaked her natural black scale plating which shinned in the arena lights and although Liken had no visible eyes he knew she was completely focused on the human.

"After I kick your ass and send you back to what ever hole you crawled out of I'm going to finish off sand muncher over there." The Justicar pointed to Zhakaev with his sword who was struggling to support himself. "I may get into a bit of trouble but it will be so much worth it."

Arjun laughed to himself as he saw his comment only pissed off the valgary further.

"Maybe you just didn't get the memo that your species should be all pushing up daisies, but my father always taught me that nothing is a guarantee and should see all your handwork through the end."

The Justicar flicked his sword arm which caused the blade to shimmer with powerful energies. "I hope you brought your wallet, valgary, 'cause the rent in hell gets paid in advance!"

With sword in hand, Arjun Fiaz, ran towards his adversary as fast as his power armor would take him with his blade dragging across the sandy floor, the energy surrounding his blade completely disintegrating any matter that came in contact with it.

He swung his blade upwards in an uppercut motion, sparks flew off the blade as it left contact from the ground at Liken's midsection. With no time to spare she managed to leap backwards away from the would be kill shot, but the Justicar did not let up, again and again he swung at the Valgary with all his might only missing his reward of a dead Liken by a few inches each time.

"Just stand still you bitch!" The Justicar shouted. "You will only die tired!"

In a successful attempt to stop the human's mad assault the valgary ran towards him, she focused her weight around his waist and pinned the Justicar to the ground, her knees now on his breastplate. The Justicar lifted his blade into the air to bring down onto her head to quickly end this battle in his favor, Liken looked up then immediately brought her powerful teeth down again into the already wounded arm of the human.

Arjun cried in pain as bone, sinew and muscle were completely torn away from his arm. The Justicar's sword fell from his grip onto the sandy floor because of the tremendous damage to his suit's sword arm which allowed him to carry something that weighed so much.

"No one! Makes me bleed my own blood!" yelled Arjun

With his good arm the Justicar pulled Liken by the tail off of his body and threw her with all the might into the arena wall. The silver knight rose back onto his feet, his bitten and chewed up arm bled heavily onto the sands with sparks flying off of his arm from the damaged circuits that allowed the Justicar to recall, pick up, and use his weapon.

Liken shook her head and coughed up a small amount of sand from the impact but before she could get her bearings the Justicar had his armored grip around her neck. Arjun took great pleasure in smashing her head against the metal arena wall each time with his powerful thrusts.

A plasma round struck the Justicar in the back, the force of the impact caused the human to lose his grip on his foe. Liken scampered away from the Justicar trying her best to regain her breath, Arjun turned around to find Zhakaev clutching his wound with his rifle pointed at him.

"Well you have my attention, ten eyes." The Justicar laughed. "What are you going to do? Shoot me again? Your weapons are useless against my armor"

The Justicar took several steps closer towards Zhakaev as he picked up his sword awkwardly in his opposite hand. "Although not my good hand, I believe I can achieve the same res-."

"Alright children, you can stop fighting now. Some one could get hu- well some one already did get hurt but I still stand by my statement." ordered Carpender.

Both Zhakaev and the Justicar looked up at the view box that overlooked the entire arena.

"Zhakaev! It's good to finally meet you, and I trust this is the human warrior that I found so talked about in the combat reports."

Carpender turned around to meet his general. "Commander, order all genesis and security teams that they may focus their firepower on the legionnaires and aid the humans."

The beast of an alien nodded and walked away to inform To'vash of the news as Carpender turned his attention back down on the arena combatants.

"And Zhakaev, my most sincere apologies about keeping your friend Liken a secret, can't have worrying about stuff like that when we could use your battle experience."

Zhakaev pulled off his rebel colored helmet and tossed it away. "You have some nerve telling me what I can and cannot know, Carpender!"

"True... but look where we are now. There is logic to my madness, you know?" he chortled "But now is not the time to question my methods of tactics and secrecy, time is of the essence if we are to defeat the Forces of Lord Khaos."

"Ok now, does 'this' hurt?" asked the red armored VALOR medic before he pricked the Justicar's new synthetic arm with a pin.

Arjun nodded and shook his new arm in order to try and get used to the very odd feeling of his replacement arm.

" Yea, a bit. How is the suit doing?" Arjun asked, knowing that his flesh wasn't the only thing completely chewed apart

The medic turned around, his thoughts still focused on his electronic clip board. "No clue, sir. The lab geeks are properly still gawking at your suit instead of repairing the bloody thing."

With his new hand, Arjun, grabbed the device from the medic's busy hands and scanned the content with eyes not knowing what he was looking at.

"Hell is this?" he questioned.

"Ey! That's delicate! But, why do you care?"

"I asked first"

"It's the medi-report on a valgary patient a few rooms from here, now can I have it back?"

"Fine." Arjun answered, he released his grip on the report before the medic could reach it in time where it shattered on the ground into hundreds of silver shards.

"My-but-uh!" said the medic as he kneeled over his destroyed work.

Arjun Fiaz walked out of the medical bay still flexing the fingers on his new synthetic arm. "Thanks, doc, I appreciated your help and uh.. Sorry 'bout your report."

[VALOR Destroyer Class Cruiser; Earth's Pride , year 3,586, Saturday May 29th, 9:05 PM. Medical Ward. Medi-Bay J-73]

Commander To'vash shook his head in disapointment. "I knew the human was distrustful..." he took a long sigh. "But nothing this, extreme."

"Well it happens when you give a pre adult human near invurnablity" Zhakaev answered back, his midsection still heavily sore from the Justicar's blade.

Zhakaev winced has he rubbed the gauze bandages the human doctors had wrapped his entire chest in. "The human should b-" said Zhakaev before anther doctor in red medical armor injected the clear fluid of his syringe into his powerful arm.

"That should help take of some pain you might be experiencing...well in time at least" the human medic said politely, his helmet masking any personality the medic's voice might have.

"Pain medicine...such a 'human' idea" whispered Zhakaev to himself thinking taking any form of medication such as this would make him less of a warrior.

The red armored medic saluted To'vash before exiting the small medi-bay leaving his tools behind for later use.

"Now, Zhakaev. I'm going to get to the bottom of the Justicar's crime while you stay put." the older officer ordered.

"I should kill the human myself and not leave his own people to decide such a fate for their exalted puppet!" Yelled Zhakaev as he got up but chose to sit back down when the pain became to great

"You let me handle it comrad, and besides." To'vash laughed to himself "I think you will have something more important to do." then proceeded out of the medical ward.

Zhakaev scratched his bald head in confusion until the curtain of the next area of the two part medi-bay was pulled back to show Liken sitting peacefully of the examination table.

"Liken!" Zhakaev said with joy

The half darkspawn ignored his wounds and moved towards his best friend cluching his fresh stitches under the heavy band-aids. Liken met Zhakaev half way and supported the taller being before he could fall over on himself.

"Than-" Zhakaev said before Liken had thrown her arms around her friend's neck and held him close to her body.

"I missed you so much!" she cried, tears running down her face and staining her scales.

He accepted the sudden and powerful hug wrapping his own muscular arms around her midsection, pinning her tail against her back as well. Zhakaev's broken and chipped nails dug into his friend's back drawing small amounts of blood which were mixed with his own sweat and tears as his emotional floodgate poured forth.

"I'm sick of..." Zhakaev tried to catch his breath from his crying. "Of VALOR, sick of Khaos and this whole god damn war! I just want...

"Me?" she said blushfuly

The half darkspawn unwraped his arms and grabbed his friend's scarred claws, all of his ten eyes focusing on his potential mate.

"What happened between us on Sepress Prime...was the single most greatest thing that I have ever felt. I was... just scared that you wouldn't feel the same way with me as I do with you..." he cautiously

Liken retracted her left arm and hung her arm around his neck to push his head closer to her own. "I thought it was quite obvious." she giggled and kissed Zhakaev lovingly.

His face turned a bright red while he closed his eyes. Zhakaev's pointy and thin teeth pricked lightly against Liken's mouth, she didn't care or mind it. All that mattered was she was with Zhakaev even if it was within the confined hull of a VALOR warship. The half darkspawn's battle worn hands slowly moved away from her own and placed them on the sides of her waist feeling her own body heat, breath, and smooth scales.

Liken braced her arms and claws against his body, careful enough not to apply pressure on his wounded areas. She continued to make quiet noises and moans with Zhakaev passionately kissed Liken around he neck, her tail whipped around the ground cheerfully in anticipation of may to come.

Zhakaev was pushed up against the medi-bay's door his entire scarred backside covering up the human sized window. In a sudden push Zhakaev had separated himself from Liken, the young valgary was disoriented and shocked. Did I do something wrong? She thought, Did I hurt Zhakaev? Her mind slowly went into a vortex of paranoia.

"Damn doorknob is digging into my back..." Zhakaev said softly

Liken laughed. "We could move if you want..." she cooed

"Speaking of which." Zhakaev freed one of his arms and locked the door closed. Now, where were we?"

Liken looked up at her lover to see the most playful grin across his face, her whole body tingling with excitement. He grabbed her firmly by the waist pulling her body closer to his own. "I love you, Liken." he breathed to her.

"I know." her head nuzzled under his chin. She nodded to the same examining table she sat on previously. "Come." Liken ordered. The valgary's protective hard scales seemed to fade away to let her soft black skin come to surface.

Zhakaev became excited under his purple battle plate as he followed her close behind as the tip of the valgary's tail palmed the front of his plate leggings.

She reached the examining table and pushed out her backside towards Zhakaev. It didn't take long for the half breed to get the message. He took off his heavy protective leg guards , his erect manhood escaping its once dormant cell in a long time.

In delight Zhakaev slid into Liken, the valgary's warm soft body made it all the more inviting. She braced herself using the table as support as Zhakaev pounded her with powerful and repeated thrusts causing Liken let out feminine moans in pure ecstasy, as her claws dug into the human medical table for added balance.

He leaned over his friend and began to resume his affectionate kissing, the smell of Liken's sweat drove Zhakaev wild with passion giving the half breed more fuel to thrust harder than ever before. His teeth now playfully biting into his lover's neck.

The once quiet moans from the young valgary became louder and louder, and more frequent but Liken didn't care if she indirectly announced her love to Zhakaev to the whole starship! Soon Zhakaev's playful nips disapered as pleasure now took over his mind and body completely letting only primal instinct guide his every thrust as he continued to stroke into her.

Liken's arms began to grow weak from gripping the examining table with only sheer pleasure and passion causing her to continue to hold on, full complete breaths escaped the valgary. She panted and moaned as she neared climax, the end was near, Zhakaev knew it and she knew it too.

She wanted this moment to last forever, just to be with her only friend on her mind while being completely ignorant of the war on the outside but the warm idea was cut abruptly when her body thrusted back towards Zhakaev out of its own will, her roar of delight caused the half breed to climax as well.

Her arms gave away and Liken sat on the cold metal floor with Zhakaev laying ontop of her, their naked bodies heating the ship's cold metal floor panels. And for once in his lifetime Zhakaev competly forgot about the conflict on the outside, all that mattered was his new and beautiful realtionship with his friend Liken, and he was going to protect that bond no matter the cost.

[VALOR Destroyer Class Cruiser; Earth's Pride , year 3,586, Saturday May 29th, 9:25 PM. Hanger Sector 2. Hall Way GG-22]

The Justicar stood brilliantly in his full white power armor, his helmet held comfortably under his right under arm as he starred off from the destroyer crusier's port hole.

"So, Carpenter. Dis the end of the war?" Arjun asked

The floating doctor sighed at the attempt of his name. "With both your people and the rebellion sending its finest to the Darkspawn home world, we can only hope that we can stop the summoning of lord Khaos before its too late."

"Yea, but you know it would be far more interesting if I got to kick its ass, cause you know...I'm the ki-

"Kickassticar...yes I know human."

The Justicar equipped his silver helmet. "Damn right I am."
