Part 3 -

The next morning, Alison awoke to the smell of bacon drifting into her room. She opened her eyes with a yawn, and slipped out of bed. She almost forgot she was nude and grabbed her large robe before making a stop in the bathroom. The bear quickly finished her business and hurried down the stairs, the wonderful smells stirring her hunger.

The corgi was busy in front of the stove, managing several pans at once. He saw the large white bear step into the kitchen and his face lit up in a smile.

"Good morning, Ali-bear. Hope you're hungry!"

"Hey 'worgi," she said, still shaking off sleepiness. She did notice that he wore nothing but an apron and she smiled admiring his backside.

"Famished! Everything smells amazing," she said, and pulled up a chair to the table where Liam had already laid out some of the spread. Scrambled eggs, biscuits, pancakes, bacon, skillet potatoes, and cheese blintz all waited for consumption.

He laughed and said, "Excellent. Go ahead, don't wait on me, dig in while it's still hot."

She nodded and immediately loaded her plate with some of everything, eager to sample Liam's handywork. He just finished another skillet full of bacon, and another serving of scrambled eggs. Liam pulled out a container of orange juice from Alison's refrigerator and poured her a large glass, and another for himself. He finished at the stove and brought everything to the table, including more potatoes and blintzes.

Liam was true to his word, and as far as Alison was concerned it was the best breakfast she ever had. She continuously made sounds of enjoyment as she ate, much to the corgi's delight. He ate along with her, and encouraged her to eat her fill. After a third full plate and a second glass of juice, Alison pushed her plate away.

"Ooh, I'm stuffed," she said happily.

Liam slowly picked at a biscuit and smiled. "I'm glad everything was to your liking."

"If this is what I can look forward to after a night with you, I need to have you over more often."

Alison helped Liam clean up the kitchen, then she put his clothes in the wash. The two cuddled on the couch, lightly touching and caressing, enjoying just being close. The day wore on as they spent time together watching a movie, chatting, and a make out session or two. By the time the sun began to set, Liam frowned and sighed.

"I guess I need to be getting back home. Mom will probably be expecting me when she gets off work."

"Aw, okay," Alison said with a bit of disappointment, "I'll drop you off then."

While Alison drove Liam to his house, she asked about his home life which he rarely ever mentioned. He told her about his mom, who currently worked two jobs in order to pay rent. Liam had an agreement to keep up with the house chores, including cooking, so his mom could take a break after she got home. When Alison asked about his father, Liam was quiet for a moment.

"Sorry, you don't have to talk about it if you don't want to," she said and tried to change the subject.

"No, it's fine. I just haven't thought about him in a while. They got divorced when I was still just a pup, I think I was 3? Anyways, dad moved to Australia, and I think he's only been back one time a few years ago. It was a very...awkward visit."

"Well, one of these days I'd like to meet your mom. She sounds like a badass."

Liam smiled and said, "Yeah, mom is pretty cool."

Alison arrived and once again said farewell to the corgi. "See you at school, 'worgi."

"See you soon, Ali-bear," he said and leaned up to give her a kiss.

Much to Liam, and Alison's, relief there was little to no talk of the incident at the prom. Alison was not sure if it was because Liam was frequently seen with her, or if people simply did not care; either way Liam was happy to never discuss it again. The last month of school approached, bringing the dread of finals as well as the cooking competition. Liam found himself spending more time with Alison, even going home with her after school on occasion.

She was happy for the company, and did not mind in the least giving him a ride home. Liam and Alison still did not manage to work out meeting each other's parents yet given that their respective work schedules widely varied. The corgi did his best to make sure the house was well kept to relieve stress on his mother, and polar bear kept up with her studies to make sure she had free time for Liam.

One day during home ec, Mrs. Thrindy approached Liam and Alison's workstation. "Liam, can I have a moment?"

"Of course," he said and dried his hands on a towel. The pair just finished washing their cooking dishes.

"As you may know, since the cooking competition is a school district event, it requires a parent or guardian to be your escort since you are under 18. Unfortunately, I will not be able to attend. I realize this changes the plan we made weeks ago, but I know you are a capable cook. You hardly need any coaching from me. However, since I am unable to be your guardian, would your mother be able to attend?"

Liam's face scrunched in disappointment and his ears laid flat. "No," he said with a sigh, "my mom can't get time off work."

"Oh, I see," Mrs. Thrindy said. The silence grew as they contemplated the situation.

"Does it have to be his parent's?" Alison asked.

"It can be any adult, as long as they sign the permission waiver," said the teacher.

Alison turned to Liam and said, "I can ask my parents? That way I can still come with you."

"Really? Do you think they would want to go?" he asked unsure.

"I'll convince them," she said with a smirk.

"You'd do that for me?"

"Of course I would," she said and gave his shoulder an affectionate squeeze, "that is, of course, if it's okay with you Mrs. Thrindy?"

"Yes, Alison, thank you, that would be most helpful."

"Thanks, Ali-bear, you're the best," Liam said with a smile.

Alison took home the permission forms from Mrs. Thrindy, and managed to convince her parent's to be guardian's for Liam at the competition. Just as finals were wrapping up for the students, the weekend of the cooking competition arrived. Liam had prepared as much as he could, but found he was more nervous to finally meet Alison's parents.

Liam stood on his front doorstep with his backpack full of notes, various pieces of clothing, his prize cookbook, and a little knick-knack polar bear Alison had given him around Valentine's day. He watched the minivan pull into the driveway, eyed the two polar bear adults, and waved when he saw Alison waving excitedly from the back seat. She pulled the side door open and hopped out even before the vehicle came to a stop.

"Hey corgi-worgi," she said and bent over to give him a quick hug.

"Hey Ali-bear," he said. Before he could say anything else, the two adults joined them.

"So you're the famous chef Ally's been telling us so much about," the father said. "Hi, I'm Marcus, it's nice to meet you." He held out his massive paw and Liam shook it as best he could. The corgi found he was unconsciously intimidated by the immense father polar bear, who stood at least a few inches taller than his daughter.

"And this is my wife, Janet," he said motioning to Alison's mother. Liam smiled wide and noticed that Alison looked like a younger version of Janet.

"Hello, Mr. and Mrs. McKenzie, it's very nice to meet you."

"Liam, we've heard so much about your cooking, I might have to be jealous," Janet teased as she came over and gave him a quick hug.

"Where's your mother, Liam? Thought we'd at least say hi while we have a chance," Marcus asked.

"Oh, yeah, she's at work. Thank you, by the way," he said, "for giving me a ride and everything." Liam looked up at Alison, and she beamed at him.

"Hey, no problem," Marcus said. "Well, what do you say we get going? The location is just across town, but it will still take us about an hour."

"Ally, be a dear and grab his bag, would you?" her mother asked. "After you, Liam," Janet said and ushered him to the van. Alison stowed his bag in the back and joined Liam in the back seat.

"Everyone ready? Okay, let's get this show on the road," Marcus said and departed the driveway.

The trip to the convention hall was filled with questions from Alison's parents. It was a mix between cooking topics and school, and Alison helped things move along when Liam felt a little reserved. He was not sure how much Alison spoke with her parents about the periodic incidents at school, but if they did know about any of it they did not bring it up.

Liam quickly grew to like her parents, and saw how Alison had been raised in a supportive household. It gave him insight into why she had such empathy for him, and once again he was grateful to have her as a part of his life. Before long they arrived, got parked and walked with Liam to get checked in. Since the competition was expected to take most of Saturday and part of Sunday, every student was given a room at the hotel next door for lodging. The party made their way to the room, everyone with bags in hand, and lounged for a few minutes.

"Oh, Mark look, they have a hot tub," Janet commented as she looked out at the courtyard from their third story window.

"Nice! I think this old bear could use a soak. You guys interested?" he said, indicating Alison and Liam.

"Sorry, I can't," Liam apologized, "I need to get prepared for the competition. It doesn't officially start for another 2 hours, but I'd like to get there early and check out the work area."

"So professional," Janet said and winked at Alison.

"Yeah, maybe we'll try it out later after the competition is done," Alison said. She turned and busied herself with putting her and Liam's bags in the closet.

"Suit yourself," Janet continued and pulled open her suitcase, digging out a one piece swimsuit. Within a few seconds, she had her top unbuttoned and started to disrobe. Liam nervously eyed the female and his glace shot over to Marcus, who was too busy playing with his phone to notice. The corgi was too shocked to do anything but stand there. Alison came back just in time to see her mother, now nude, start to step into her suit.

"MOM!" Alison cried and Liam jumped from fright. He quickly turned away and faced the wall, his ears burning with embarrassment.

Janet looked up and said, "What?" She quickly tugged the suit into place and grabbed her long-sleeve shirt to use as a shawl.

Alison gave her mother a significant look at Liam.

"Oh, he's fine," she said with a dismissive wave of her hand.

"Moooom," Alison said through clenched teeth.

The exchange was enough that Marcus pulled his attention from his phone, noticed Janet's change of wardrobe, and rolled his eyes. "Janey, honey, please don't traumatize the poor kid." She gave the big male another dismissive wave, and rifled through her bag to look for her sunglasses. Marcus gave a small 'sorry' shrug to his daughter and made a quick shoo motion for the pair to go ahead without them.

Alison shook her head and grabbed Liam's arm, guiding him to the door. "C'mon, I'll walk with you to the arena." She grabbed his bag and a spare room key on the way out.

The door shut behind them and Marcus stood, listening for a moment. When he was sure they had departed, he shuffled over to the door and quickly put out the 'Do not Disturb' sign. When he turned around, Janet stood with hands on hips looking at him. She grinned and curled her finger toward him.

The large male shed his shirt, walked over to his wife, and scooped her up. Janet was nearly as big as Marcus, but he did not show the slightest sign of exertion as he carried her over to the bed and lay her in the center. He quickly slipped out of his shorts and crawled onto the bed as Janet slipped out of her suit.

"How long do you think we have," he asked, running a hand down his wife's bare hip.

"At least two hours. Plenty of time," she said and ran a hand down his chest towards his sheath.

Alison pulled Liam along at a quick pace to the elevator. She waited until they got in, and the doors closed. "Sorry about that," she said with a sigh. "I forgot mom tends to be a bit too open at times."

"Eh, no big deal," he replied with a nervous laugh. After a few seconds, he put his arm around Alison's waist. "Besides," he said, "she is kinda hot. Now I see where you get your looks from."

Alison giggled and wiggled her hips. "You know it!"

She escorted Liam to the work arena where there were 30 kitchen workstations set up. Across from the large work area, there was a raised platform with a set of tables were the judges overlooked the floor, and bleachers for the audience behind that. They found a roster which gave students their assigned station, and Liam noted that there were only 20 entrants; he was the only one from their school.

He located his station, made a mental note of how to get there, and joined Alison in the bleachers as she found a suitable spot. The two chatted quietly, watching other students and families trickle in. Liam was anxious for the competition to begin and mentally went over the recipes he submitted.

Each student was required to submit recipes for each of the rounds of competition, and Liam had taken care of that when he registered weeks ago. There was the primary round consisting of a three course meal, a specialty round which was a single dish of the cooks choice (entree or dessert), and then an alternate in the event of a tie.

Alison sat next to him holding his hand, and listened as he muttered out the steps of food preparation, his foot nervously tapping on the step. She had never seen him in this state, and wondered if she could help him relax.

She squeezed his hand gently and said, "I know you'll do great. You're very talented."

Liam looked up at her and smirked, "Thanks Ali-bear." He took a deep breath and let it out. "I just want to say, before I forget, that it means a lot to me...that you...you know...you..."

Alison saved him from his struggle to articulate his feelings, and bent down to nuzzle his ear. "Well, you mean a lot to me. I wouldn't have missed this for the world."

He held up her hand and kissed it. "Thanks."

"Attention students, your attention please. Can we have all the participants report to the staging area? Cooks, please report to the staging area for a brief meeting."

Liam stood up and said, "That's my cue."

"Go get 'em, corgi-worgi! I'll be here cheering you on," Alison said, standing with him.

He smiled and motioned for her to bend down, planted a kiss on her muzzle, and turned to depart the stands. Alison stood watching as he disappeared behind the partition, and nearly jumped when her father spoke from behind.

"Aw, I was going to wish him luck," he said. "Plus I didn't get a chance to give him a goodbye kiss." Alison turned crimson she blushed so hard, but her father quickly put his arm around her and gave an affectionate hug. "Relax," he said with a soft laugh, "I think it was cute when he kissed you. Obviously, you two have a thing, and I think it's great that you have someone that appreciates you."

"Thanks, Dad," she said and returned the hug.

The bleachers began to fill up as the minutes passed, and Marcus waved Janet over when she appeared. Just as she sat down, the PA came to life again.

"Thank you everyone for coming out to support our cooks. We'll be getting things underway in a few minutes, so please find your seats."

A moment later, an official looking emcee strode out to center stage and he addressed the crowd.

"Hello, and welcome to the 54th annual Kansas City regional cooking competition! I'm your host, Bruce Long." There was a brief round of applause before he continued. "Now, it's time to present your cooks for this afternoon's competition. Let's give them a warm round of applause before things heat up!"

The cooking students filed into the arena single file from behind the partition, all wearing similar traditional double-breasted white jackets, black pants and poofy toques atop their heads. Alison stood up and yelled a "woohoo!" when Liam came out, the rest of the crowd cheering for their own particular cook.

The host introduced the four judges from various different parts of the food industry, and then briefly explained the rules of the competition. During round one, the students had two hours to prepare their chosen three-course meals for presentation and judging. Then everyone would get a one hour break, followed by the second round to prepare a specialty dish. The judges scores would then be tabulated and announced.

"If everyone is ready to get underway," Bruce said looking down the line of participants, "let's have two hours on the master clock!" Suddenly, a giant digital clock flickered to life floating above the work area. "Good luck to you all," he said with a slight bow, "cooks, you may begin!"

In an instant the cooks dispersed amongst the stations and pulled out all manner of bowls, pans, utensils and gathered, combined, and prepped their ingredients. Some worked on one part of the three-course plan, while others prepared everything at once. Liam focused on his main course first, chicken cordon bleu.

The corgi quickly filled a tray with breadcrumbs, spritzed them with oil and put it in the oven to bake. Then he cut the chicken breasts open, pounded them flat, and laid them out for the next ingredients. Liam made sure to take out the baked breadcrumbs, and made a bowl of broth to dip the prepared cutlets into. He carefully assembled the prosciutto and swiss cheese, stuffed it into the chicken, and held everything together with toothpicks. Then he dipped the chicken in broth, dredged it through the breadcrumb mix, and laid them out for baking. For added flavor, he drizzled melted butter over the top and sprinkled a mix of garlic powder and thyme on each cutlet. Once that was prepared and ready for baking, he popped the dish in the oven and moved on to the appetizer.

For this dish, Liam chose to make bacon wrapped jalapeno poppers. He quickly donned some gloves to protect his hands from the peppers, sliced them up and scooped out the core and seeds. When he finished laying out the pepper halves, he moved on to the cheddar-cream cheese filling. After the filling was mixed, he carefully scooped the mixture into the halves, put them back together and wrapped each one with a slice of bacon. He set them aside to queue for baking and glanced at the clock. Forty minutes had elapsed already, and he knew that he would need to be careful to get everything timed just right.

Liam moved on to preparation of one of his favorite desserts, sweet lemon bars. He quickly did the prep for the crust, blending a whole package of graham crackers to get fine crumbs which he tightly pressed into the dessert pan. He swapped out the chicken for the dessert crust, put the appetizer in to broil in his second oven, and started on the lemon filling. When the timer for the appetizer went off, he set that aside and also pulled out the crust. Liam poured in the filling and put the treat back in to finish baking.

He plated his appetizer and entrees and looked at the clock; twenty minutes left. The timer went off and Liam pulled the tray and placed it on the cooling rack. He estimated that the dessert would be cooled but still warm by the time the judges got to it.

Throughout the meal preparation, Alison and her parents watched intently as Liam worked his magic. They commented on the way he went about his tasks, and Alison relayed what little she had learned from him. She secretly hoped he would give her a wave or sign, but knew that it was difficult to break his focus once he got into the zone. Alison felt proud of him regardless.

With five minutes left on the clock, Liam quickly popped his finished dishes onto a sheet and put it into the still warm oven. He eyed the clock as he deftly sliced the dessert up and served up four portions for the judges. When the host, and the crowd, did a countdown of the last ten seconds, Liam quickly slid the tray out of the oven and spread the warmed meal out on the counter.

As the buzzer rang, the host took over the PA once more. "Okay cooks, that is time! Please step away from your stations, and make your way back to the assembly area."

Finally, to Alison's relief, Liam turned towards the stands and gave her a smile and the briefest wave before he disappeared behind the partition curtain. A few minutes later, he made his way up to the stands to join the family. They all congratulated him on the performance and Liam seemed to be in very good spirits. Alison shared stories about some of their assignments in class, and Liam added his own commentary. The group enjoyed the camaraderie and time flew by.

The PA announced the next round was about to start and Liam once again went to prepare. After things got underway, the round seemed to pass very quickly as each student focused on their singular dish. This time Liam chose to make a Shepherds Pie, and he finished cooking with ten minutes on the clock. He took his time preparing the servings for the judges, and even found a few seconds to look up and smile at Alison, much to her delight.

When the buzzer sounded for time in the round, all the cooks were asked to stand off to the side of the arena. The four judges made their way around to each of the stations, recorded their notes, and reconvened at the stage. All the while the audience murmured and speculated who was going to advance to the next round.

A few minutes passed before one of the judges handed the host a slip of paper. He took it, scanned it quickly, and turned to address the waiting cooks. "Attention please, if I call your name please come to stand before the stage. Can I have: Tracy Grant, Lucas Fillon, Meredith Acoste, Joshua Pulaski, and Liam Torrick." There were individual cheers from the crowd and again Alison's family cheered for Liam when his name was announced.

"Ladies and gentlemen, these are your finalists for tomorrow." There was a loud chorus of applause for a moment, then the host continued, "And let's give a thanks for all the students who participated. Great job everyone!" The cheering and clapping continued for a minute.

"That concludes the competition for today. Please check the schedule for tomorrow. I'm Bruce Long, see you then!" the host said and ended the ceremony. The crowd got to their feet and made their way down to greet the students. Liam spent a few moments congratulating the fellow finalists before Alison got his attention. She barely contained her excitement as he walked up to her and her parents.

"Congratulations, Liam," said Marcus.

"Job well done, Liam," said Janet.

"Thank you, I appreciate tha-"

"Oh 'worgi, you were awesome!" Alison swept him up into a crushing hug and spun him around. She was so excited for his victory she planted a firm kiss on his lips, and the two were lost in the moment...until her father politely coughed. Alison grinned but could not hide her blush as she let Liam down. He just grinned at her and squeezed her hand in affection.

"So, what d'you saw we go out to dinner? My treat," Marcus asked.

"That would be great," Liam said in thanks. "Just give me a moment to change back to my normal clothes and then we're good to go."

Liam disappeared behind the curtain one more time, and returned a moment later carrying his bag, wearing the same shirt and shorts he arrived in and. Alison shouldered the bag and grabbed his hand as they all made their way to the car and on to the restaurant. Marcus drove down the main boulevard to the closest chain establishment, and before long the group was seated and enjoying their meal together.

The three bears asked a constant stream of questions for Liam concerning the competition, how he chose his dishes, and how he learned everything. The corgi was happy to answer them all, and felt his bond grow with the McKenzie's. Once dinner had finished, Alison brought up the topic of what to do after the school year finished.

"I thought it would be fun to take a road trip, maybe visit back home? I wanted to see if I could take Liam along." Alison looked hopefully at her parents.

"I see," Marcus said noncommittally, "let me have a chance to talk it over with your mom. And you're cool with that, Liam? Did you ask your mother already?"

"I've brought it up, but we were going to wait and see what you said," Liam replied.

Marcus turned to Janet and shrugged as if asking what she thought. She just smiled back at Marcus, then asked, "How long, Ally?"

"Probably at least a week? I did not plan the logistics yet," she said.

"Okay. Well, we're not saying no...but we'll let you know soon."

"Thanks, Dad," Alison said.

Marcus ordered a giant ice cream sundae for them all to share. Marcus and Janet were amused to see Alison and Liam give each other bites of the dessert. The sun was setting as they made their way back to the hotel room, and once there everyone sat around feeling content from the meal.

Marcus was the first to break the comfortable silence and said, "I think I could use an after dinner drink. Janey, want to check out the hotel bar?" He raised his eyebrows suggestively at his wife.

"Sure," she said, "that sounds nice. What about you two?"

Alison said, "I think we're going to check out the hot tub," and Liam nodded enthusiastically to confirm.

Marcus had already walked over to the door and said, "Alrighty, have fun! We'll be back later."

Janet was close behind and called over her shoulder, "Love you, Ally! Bye Liam!"

"Bye," Liam called just as the door shut. The two waited for a moment staring at the door, then looked at each other. A soft giggle mingled between them for a moment as Alison put her arm around Liam.

She bent close to his ear and said, "Let's get changed and go get in the 'tub!"

"You read my mind," he said and patted her leg.

They hopped up, quickly shed their clothes and got changed, eyeing each other with a sultry look. Alison took Liam by the hand, grabbed their room key, and led him downstairs to the pool area. They each grabbed a towel from the stack by the gate, and walked over to the mid-sized hot tub steaming in the cool night air. Liam found the button to turn on the jets and they both waded into the soothing water.

Both made sounds of enjoyment as the warmth enveloped their bodies. Liam's long red and black surfer shorts clung to his legs as he jumped down to the bottom of the pool. The water was only three feet deep, but for the corgi it came up to his shoulders. Alison found that when she stood in the middle of the pool the water was barely above her waist. Her purple one-piece suit was a striking contrast to her snowy white fur, which billowed out in the water. She slowly sunk down into the water, submerging more and more of her until she was at the same level as Liam. The two lightly held onto each other to keep from floating around in the strong jets, and Alison pressed her nose to his.

"You were amazing today, 'worgi," she said affectionately.

"Thanks, Ali-bear. I'm glad you were here." He kissed her nose.

Perhaps it was just the mood, or the fact that they were the only ones in the pool area, but Alison let her hands roam down the corgi's side, her fingers traced around the fur on his back and she eventually groped his behind. Liam giggled softly and saw Alison smirk at him. She pulled him a few inches closer and hooked a finger into his waistband, and the rest of her hand quickly disappeared into his shorts.

Liam closed his eyes for a moment and let the polar bear grope his crotch. In the hot swirling water, it was easy for Alison to reach down and fondle his balls, rolling the orbs around with her fingers. Her hand also slid up and down his sheath, lightly grasping his hardening member. Liam moaned softly from the attention and Alison squeezed his butt again.

He opened his eyes and kissed her face, his hips bucked every time her large paw squeezed around his sheath. Alison watched his expression intently, getting turned on as she saw his mouth twitch or his eyes close in bliss for a few seconds. She kept a firm grip on the corgi below the water, but her free hand grabbed one of his and guided it down to her abdomen. At this point she pressed his fingers into her belly and pushed them further down to her crotch. Liam's eyes opened wide and locked onto hers.

The two made soft sounds of pleasure as they mutually fondled each other. After another moment, Alison took a quick look around to make sure they were still alone and pulled them both to the edge of the pool where she could sit on the seat in front of a jet. Liam happily moved in close to her body, her paw still clutching his sheath and occasionally cupping his balls. The corgi rubbed at the bear's crotch through the suit, feeling the outline of her pliable sex.

"Oh, Liam..." she whispered and rolled her hips forward into his fingers. She began to firmly stroke Liam, pulling his sheath back a bit. Liam was spurred on by her actions and reached down to pull the crotch of her suit aside, exposing her sex to the hot water.

Alison gasped and ran her finger pads up and down Liam's length. Liam's fingers rubbed and danced over the bear's outer lips, and occasionally brushed against her clit. The two continued to pleasure each other, making soft ohs and gasps when a partner would produce a strong sensation for the other.

Liam slipped two fingers into Alison's pussy, which surprisingly was hotter than the surrounding water. She bit her lip to keep from crying out, and gripped his shaft more firmly. Liam was more turned on from fingering Alison and humped against her palm, his shaft now fully hardened and free of his sheath. Alison's hips squirmed in time with Liam's exploring, and he quickly slipped in four fingers, grasping and wiggling them within her vagina.

They both kept at the love touch for a few more minutes. Liam was on the verge of panting and reluctantly slipped his fingers free of the polar bear. Her lustful haze seemed to lift and she looked into his face.

"Everything okay?" she asked as she released her grip on him.

"Definitely," he said with a smile, "but I don't think it'd be a good idea to blow my wad in the hot tub." This produced a giggle from them both and Alison agreed.

"You got a point, 'worgi. How about we get dried off and snuggle in bed?"

"That sounds wonderful."

The two towelled off, made their way back the room and got changed for bed. They slid under the covers and snuggled up close to each other, much the same way they had on a few previous occasions. They whispered small-talk and randomly traced a finger here and there, sharing a giggle or a kiss. They imagined what the road trip would be like, the different places Alison wanted to show him, and of course how they would spend their nights alone with each other.

Sometime later during a quiet bout of kissing, they heard the door latch open and the parents stumble into the room. The older bears were trying not to make noise and were not quite successful. Alison and Liam silently snickered as they listened to her parents laugh and shush each other. The two teenagers made startled faces as they also heard sounds of kissing, and subtly pulled the covers up over their heads.

Marcus and Janet were slightly drunk, and did not bother being modest. The two adults stripped off their clothes and crawled into their own bed, quietly laughing at each other. Allison and Liam were thankful that her parents settled down a few minutes later, and the telltale signs of relaxed breathing came from the other side of the room.

Alison rolled her eyes and smirked at Liam.

She whispered so softly he almost didn't hear. "Goodnight, corgi-worgi, sweet dreams."

"You too, Ali-bear," he said and kissed her one more time.

The two drifted to sleep looking forward to more time together tomorrow.

When everyone awoke the next morning, they went through their routine of sharing the bathroom and getting dressed. Marcus took the group to breakfast and by the time they finished Liam needed to get prepared for the day's competition. Alison accompanied him to the staging area ahead of her parents.

They saw that the arena had been consolidated to just five stations for the finalists. Alison wished Liam luck, gave him a crushing hug and a passionate kiss, then found a good spot in the stands. Liam went to the back area and got dressed for the event.

Soon the stands were filled and Alison's parents joined her for the excitement. The host appeared and announced today's format where the participants would have 90 minutes to prepare a single dish. Then they brought out the judges, and finally introduced the students again. The crowd cheered for their favorites, and the McKenzie's showed their support for Liam.

"Ninety minutes on the clock, please," Bruce Long said. "Cooks to your stations. Good luck, you may begin!"

Liam got to work on his chosen dish: molten chocolate souffle cakes. He set out a dozen ramekins, prepared them for baking then set his chocolate to melt. He prepared the main souffle mixture with the eggs until it was the right consistency, then slowly combined the chocolate while beating it. Once it was the proper thickness, he added the flour to the pan to make the final mixture.

The corgi finished his mixture with quite a bit of time on the clock, but that was intentional. Due to the nature of the dish, he wanted it to come out perfectly and used one of the ramekins as a test before baking the entire batch. He set the single dish to cook for around 10 minutes, keeping a close eye on its progress.

The crowd thought that Liam had already finished when he pulled the single dessert from the oven. The other participants were making their own progress, but no one else had completed their dish. Liam heard Alison cheer loudly above the general din of the kitchen and the stands.

"Woohoo! Corgi-worgi you rock!"

Liam looked up and flashed her a smile before he went back to work. He inverted the ramekin onto a small plate, and slid the cake out. He took a test scoop out of the dessert with a spoon, and was rewarded with a spill of liquid chocolate from the center of the cake. Liam sampled the treat and gave himself a thumbs up.

The clock still had 28 minute left, and Liam took his time getting the trays loaded into the oven. After another 10 minutes of cooking time and a few extra for cooling, he extracted the small cakes and went about plating them all. He finished and stood by his workstation looking relaxed and confident.

The minutes ticked by, and Liam watched as the other students wrapped up their endeavors. This left him some free time to give the occasional wave to Alison, who gave him a heart sign with her hands in return. The buzzar finally sounded and the host called all the cooks to the side of the judges stand.

"Okay, judges it's your turn," Bruce said. "In the meantime, how about we give these chefs a round of applause for their hard work?"

The crowd obliged and each student bowed in thanks. Bruce went down the line of cooks and asked each of them how they thought the competition was going. Some were thankful that they made it to the second round, others were looking forward to the state finals. Liam said regardless of the outcome, he enjoyed the chance to cook at a professional level.

The judges returned to their seats, took a few moments to tabulate their notes, then motioned for the host. The lead judge handed him a sheet, and he returned to the center floor.

"Now ladies and gentlemen, the moment you've all been waiting for. The winner of the 54th annual Kansas City regional cooking competition is...Liam Torrick!"

Liam bore a startled expression as his name was called. The other students offered their congratulations and a round of handshakes. The judges all applauded and he eventually shook hands with them as well. The crowd was on their feet cheering, none louder than Alison and her parents.

"Congratulation, Chef Torrick," Bruce said, "you will be advancing to the state finals in St. Louis. The very best of luck to you as you compete for the prize, a 6 week internship with one of the country's finest 4 star chefs. Thank you everyone for coming out to show your support for our students! On behalf of the judges and myself, have a good evening and safe travels!"

The crowd dispersed as the cooks returned to their back area, and moments later Liam emerged to find the polar bears waiting for him. Alison knelt down and wrapped her arms around the corgi, and he returned her strong hug.

"I'm so proud of you, Liam, we all are!"

"Thank you, all," he said in gratitude. "Wow! I can hardly believe it. I guess now I'll have to plan for the next competition."

"Man, you don't mess around huh," Marcus said with a hearty laugh. "You've only been announced as winner for about 5 minutes and already thinking about the next competition." He walked over to Liam after Alison released her hold, and put a fatherly paw on his shoulder. "Take a moment and enjoy the victory."

"He's right, Liam," Janet said. "When we close a major sale, we usually celebrate with a bottle of champagne. What do you think, Mark?"

Marcus snapped his fingers and said, "Excellent idea, Janey!"

The parent's escorted the teenagers to the hotel bar, procured a bottle of brut champagne, and everyone returned to the room. Janet pulled out the coffee mugs in the room while Marcus popped the cork and poured everyone a portion. They all stood in the room and raised their cups together.

"To Liam," Alison said. They all clinked glass and took sips of the bubbly drink. As they finished their cups, the parents chatted about the times they celebrated closing deals. Liam made frequent glances at Alison, and enjoyed hearing the tales from her parents. After another hour or so, Janet started to clean up the room stating that they should pack their things for the trip home.

Liam and Alison joked with each other about what they were going to do for the last week of school as they packed up. The group made their way to the front counter, checked out and were soon on their way back home. During the ride, Janet asked Liam about the next competition.

"Liam, do you have travel arrangements yet?"

"Oh, uh, I'm not sure, Mrs. McKenzie. I'll need to talk to my mom. It's in two weeks so hopefully she will be able to get time off."

"Mom, can I go with him?" Alison asked.

"I don't see why not, as long as Liam's mother is okay with that," Janet said.

"Just let us know what she says, Liam," Marcus chimed in.

A short while later, the McKenzie van pulled out of the driveway and Liam waved as they drove off. He made his way inside and noticed his mother taking a nap on the couch, so he went to his room and unpacked his bag. Liam occupied the rest of the evening flipping through his cookbooks to get ideas for the state competition.

A bit later, he made dinner for his mother and told her about the competition. She was quite proud of her son, and apologized for not being able to attend. Liam recounted how Alison's parents were a great cheering squad, and suggested that she should invite them over for dinner soon. His mother promised she would try to arrange it.

Before Liam turned in for the night, he reminded his mother that it was the last week of school, so he would likely be spending his free time with Alison. She also reminded him of their agreement to keep up with the chores, but conceded that she would give him some leeway.

In the morning, Liam went through his usual routine noting that his mother already left for work. He packed his lunch and departed the house glad that there were just a few days left of school. He looked forward to the afternoon with Alison.

Since finals were done, much of the remaining classes in the school year were spent with students socializing and checking what classes they had next year. It was common for students to pass around yearbooks, but no one ever asked Liam to sign theirs. He spent much of that free class time pouring over his cookbook.

When it came around to home ec, Mrs. Thrindy announced Liam's victory. She was excited to have one of her students proceed to state, and informed him that he was the first from their school to make such an accomplishment. The rest of the class was polite about the situation, but almost everyone had their minds on summer vacation and did not pay too much attention.

Liam did not mind, it meant more time for him to talk with Alison. As the pair chatted in the corner of the room, Martin approached apprehensively.

"Uh, hey Liam," he said trying to get their attention. "Hey, A-Alison."

Liam stared at the tabby for a moment before he replied, "Martin."

"Congratulations for making it to state."

"Thank you," Liam said with a smile.

Martin nodded his head, but the pair could tell he had more to say, even though his tail curled around his leg and his ears lay flat. "Listen, Liam...," he began, "I'm sorry about...you know, earlier..."

Alison fixed the tabby with a glare and Martin instinctively flinched, but did not turn away. "I'm sorry if I hurt you, I didn't intend for things to get out of hand."

Alison's glare softened and she looked to Liam. The corgi nodded and extended his hand. "Apology accepted, Martin. No hard feelings?"

Martin relaxed visibly and shook the offered hand. He stood in awkward silence for a moment before he said, "Hey, Liam, do you think you could...you know, show me some...cooking stuff? I got a D this year and have to take home ec again next year."

Liam smiled and glanced at Alison, then turned back to Martin. "Of course! You said you're taking this class again? When you get your schedule just let me know, and I can give you a few cooking lessons."

"Thanks, man!" The tabby shuffled off leaving the pair to chat about the unexpected turn of events.

"See what I mean," Alison said to Liam, "I keep saying you have such a strong character. If that'd been me in your place I would've told Martin to go boil his head."

"Nah, it's cool," Liam said.

Alison grinned and shook her head, then reached over to stroke his cheek. "You are amazing, Liam. Don't ever change."

When school let out, Alison gave Liam a ride home and they hung out at the house watching TV. Sometimes they laughed at the sitcom reruns, other times they made out. Alison left to go back home in the evening and Liam cleaned the house before making dinner. When Vivian got home, she tiredly ate dinner with Liam and went right to bed after. He cleaned the kitchen and went to his room, texting Alison before he turned in.

Much of the rest of the week passed in similar fashion. On the final day of school, everyone was let out mid afternoon, and Liam and Alison got an early start on the weekend. Alison drove them to her house, and the door had scarcely shut before the two were kissing and fondling each other. They were not at it long before Liam's phone rang.

It was Liam's mom calling, and he answered quickly. "Hey mom, is everything...oh, okay...yeah, I can check. Yes, I can manage. No, nothing else. Okay, thanks for letting me know. Love you, bye."

Alison eyed him from the one sided conversation and said, "Is everything okay?"

Liam sighed and pocketed his phone dejectedly. "Mom won't be able to go to the competition. Think your parents would be willing to fill in again?"

"Of course they will! But just to make sure, how about you stay and cook dinner for us?"

Liam played coy, put a finger to his chin and said, "I dunno...feeding 3 polar bears? Could be challenging."

She lay her head in his lap as they sat on the couch, and looked up at him with her best puppy-dog eyes look. "Pleeeeeeeease?"

"Well, okay," he said and kissed her nose, "since you asked so nice."

"Yay!" she said and hopped off the couch. "Let's go see what we have to work with."

Liam followed her into the kitchen and helped her decide on a meal. While they worked, Liam related the news that his mother got called in to work extra shifts at her main job since they had someone leave. She had called to let him know that she would be out until late in the evening, so he would be on his own for dinner so making dinner for Alison's family was perfect timing.

When Alison's parents arrived home, they were pleasantly surprised to have dinner waiting on the table with Liam as guest. They all got settled and ate as the parents caught Alison up on the clients they saw that day. During a pause in the conversation, Alison decided to ask them to take Liam to St. Louis for the state competition. Liam added the extra information about his mother being tied up with work.

"So it would be pretty much like last time, only it's in St. Louis. It's next weekend, so we should have time to plan," he said.

"Shouldn't be a problem," said Marcus, "I can move our appointments for next weekend around."

"Sorry to hear your mother can't make it again," Janet said. "Sounds to me like she is working way too hard. I'll make it a point to have a talk with her when we get back. I think we could probably find a spot for her to work at our agency."

"Thank you again, Mr. and Mrs. McKenzie! I really appreciate the help," Liam said.

Once dinner was finished, everyone pitched in to clean the kitchen and Alison drove Liam back to his place. Over the weekend, Alison helped Liam plan out his cooking strategies and recipes for the state competition. They also spent time on Alison's computer to plan some activities to do while visiting St. Louis.

The pair spent much of their time at either house for the next few days, depending on who was the first to wake and text or call. As plans were finalized, Alison let Liam know that her parents wanted to leave Thursday evening when they got home to allow them an extra day for sight seeing in the city.

Wednesday afternoon found the pair in Liam's room; he sat on his bed against the headboard, and Alison laid down the length of the bed with her head resting in his lap. She smiled contentedly with her eyes closed as Liam idly played with her short stubby ears.

"You know," he said quietly, "this is the longest I've ever been in a relationship."

Alison opened her eyes and looked up at his smiling face. "Me too."

"It was something I never really thought about, but these past few months with you have been...well, amazing." He cradled her cheeks in his hands and kissed her upside down. "Ali-bear, I love you."

Alison gasped softly, rolled over and sat up on her knees. "Oh, Liam!" she said and wrapped her arms around his neck. "I love you, too!" She pressed her lips to his and the two shared an intimate kiss. He broke their kiss and stared into her blue eyes.

"I'm pretty sure you already had an idea, but I wanted to make sure you knew." The two shared a giggle and he continued, "I can't believe that is the first time either of us actually said it."

"Guess we were too busy showing it," she said with a sly grin. "Speaking of which, why don't you cuddle me? I know I'm always the big spoon, but you are the perfect size for me to squeeze you."

She slid down the bed and laid on her side, the corge sliding into place with his back to her chest. He draped her arm under his and across his chest and said, "I don't mind. Your fur is warm and soft and you smell like strawberries."

Alison's nose nuzzled around his ear and she whispered, "So you like my scented body wash?" Liam nodded and she ran her hand under his shirt, her fingers combing through the fur on his chest and stomach. She continued to caress the corgi, silently daydreaming about all the things they could do together. She barely noticed that Liam dozed in her embrace, and continued to run her fingers up and down his fur. Alison yawned and closed her eyes, feeling completely relaxed.

When Liam opened his eyes again it was dark. A glance at his clock told him it was after 7, and he heard the soft snore of Alison behind him.

"Ali," he said tugging at her arm, "its dinner time. C'mon we need to get up."

A snort and a yawn came from the bear's muzzle and she replied, "Oh man, guess we fell asleep."

Alison texted her mother that she would have dinner with Liam before she went home. Liam fixed them grilled cheese sandwiches and carrot sticks. They ate together at the kitchen table.

"So tomorrow is the big trip. Looking at the map, it's going to be almost a 4 hour drive so you might want to make sure you have a book or something," Alison said.

"Okay," Liam replied, "I should be packed early tomorrow, so I figure it would be easier if I came over to your place. That way we're ready to go when your parents get home."

"Sounds like a plan, 'worgi. It'll also give us some pre-trip together time," she said with a wink. Liam grinned at her and crunched on a carrot. Soon after they finished the meal, Alison left with the promise to pick him up early tomorrow.

The following morning Liam got up with his mother, and had breakfast with her. He let her know the planned trip, and helped her get ready for work. She left and Liam once again was alone in the house. He did his chores and packed his bag for the trip. He looked at the clock and sighed; it was barely 8:30 and he wondered if Alison was up yet.

He texted her, and she texted back which told him she was up and active. She let him know that her parents had not left for work yet, and she would be over when they were gone. They exchanged messages back and forth for a bit, then she let him know she was on the way.

A short time later found the pair lounging on Alison's couch, and it did not take long before they were making out again. Although their clothes stayed on, it did not hinder the intimate caressing they gave each other.

They passed the rest of the afternoon either watching TV, chatting about random topics, or more making out. Alison eyed the clock when it got to be around 5pm and let Liam know that her parents would likely be home any time. Liam helped Alison do some of her chores, and they were putting away dishes when her parents walked in.

They all exchanged greetings, then the parents went upstairs to pack. They returned a short bit later wearing casual clothes and each carried a small suitcase. Marcus ushered everyone out to the van, letting them know they would just stop at a drive through on the way out of town.

The trip to St. Louis was fairly quiet, and they stopped about half way for a restroom break. Janet and Marcus sat up front listening to the radio, while the teenagers in the back each listened to their own music through headphones. Janet glanced over her shoulder at the pair, saw they were lost in their own thoughts, and quietly spoke to her husband.

"So what do you think about those two?"

Marcus glanced in the rearview before replying, "I think they're cute. Ally obviously likes him a lot, and I think Liam is a great kid."

"Yeah, I like him too. I wasn't all that sure when Ally told me about the stuff that happened at school, but he seems to be handling it well. Kids can develop some bad personality traits at this age, but Liam is kind and caring."

"Which is good for Ally too, since she was having self-esteem issues not long ago," Marcus said. "I think they are very supportive of each other, just like us."

Janet smiled at Marcus and blew him a kiss. They sat in silence for another moment.

"Have you decided what to tell them for the road trip?" she asked.

"Well, I honestly don't have any objections, but..."

"But what?"

"I was just thinking, you know how teenagers are...and I want to let Ally make her own choices, but I just don't want to end up with something...unplanned..."

"As soon as Ally told me she was dating, I got her on a prescription for birth control," Janet stated and saw Marcus relax visibly. "We've had the mom and daughter talk, so as long as we're supportive I think everything will be fine.

"Ah, okay," Marcus said. "Thanks, Janey. I was wondering when that would come up, but you already took care of it."

"Got you covered, papa-bear," she said and reached over to squeeze his hand.

"You're the best, mama-bear," he said with a smile and focused on driving.

A while later the group arrived at the hotel next to the convention center, got checked in and made their way to the room. They took a few minutes to go over plans for their free day before the competition, the parents had their own itinerary and left the teenagers to take care of themselves. Marcus gave Alison money and asked that they be back by dinner time. They all got settled and into bed, and drifted off to sleep thinking of the activities to come.

The next morning, Marcus and Janet woke the other two on their way out of the room. Once they were gone, the pair got up and dressed and started their own activities. Alison led Liam down to the riverside for a long walk. They ate snacks from cart vendors as they strolled through a small park, Liam commenting on the different ways the treats could be prepared. When they got tired, Liam suggested they go to a movie to cool off and rest.

The pair hopped on a bus and stopped off at a large mall not far from the hotel. They wandered past the shops to the second floor theater. Alison paid for two tickets for the next available show. They went into the assigned theater and sat through the previews. Liam looked around and saw there were only a handful of people in the large theater, then motioned Alison to follow him. He walked down the row and up the stairs to the very back corner seat in the room, and she followed close behind.

Liam grinned at her and subtly unzipped his shorts. She grinned back and reached over to slip her hand into his underwear. After a moment, she leaned over and stuck her nose in his crotch, her hand pulling back the waistband so her tongue could reach his sheath. Liam gripped the armrests as she pulled his sheath back just enough to lick the tip of his dog cock.

Alison teased his throbbing member for a moment before she pressed her lips to his tip and slid her muzzle down his tool. Liam whimpered in pleasure and did his best to not make any sounds. The bear's maw enveloped his shaft and she started to suck on him, her paw fondling his balls.

Liam's hips twitched every time her broad tongue swirled around his length, and he knew he would not last long. His hands moved to squeeze Alison's ears and he whimpered out, "ohh...close..."

Alison buried her nose in his fur and slurped at his length, and she managed to wrap her thin lips around his bulging knot. Liam sucked in a shuddering breath and his hands clenched at handfuls of her head fur as he came. Squirt after squirt disappeared down Alison's throat as she gulped. The corgi seemed to be frozen in a full body spasm for several seconds as he rode out the pleasure.

Finally, Liam relaxed back into his seat releasing his hold on Alison, and she gave one last long suck to his softening cock. She pulled his underwear back into place and sat back in her chair, a devilish smile on her face. It took Liam a few moments to regain his composure before he rearranged his junk in his shorts and zipped up.

He reached over and squeezed her hand, and they watched the movie for a minute. Alison tugged on his hand to get his attention and gave a significant glance down at her lap. Liam obliged her suggestion and slipped off his seat to kneel between her legs. He thought it quite fortunate that she chose to wear a long skirt, and quickly ducked under the fabric completely hidden.

In the dim light, Liam saw Alison spread her thighs and slouch down in her seat, revealing her light blue panties framing her mons. He ran his hands up the inside of her thighs combing through the soft thick fur there as he found a comfortable position. His fingers tickled the outside bulge of her panties, and he felt the fabric already damp with her arousal. He hooked a finger along the edge and pulled the fabric to the side revealing her moistened vulva.

His nose came closer and he nuzzled into her crotch, taking a lungful of her earthy scent which quickly overpowered everything else around. He felt her body give a small quiver and his tongue gave her a light swipe. Alison let out a quiet gasp and her hips rocked forward. Liam slowly licked her glistening sex from bottom to top, taking his time to tease her the same as she had done.

After a last swipe across her clit, Liam opened his jaws and pressed his lips against hers giving the most intimate kiss. Alison wiggled her hips in the seat, and Liam firmly pressed his tongue past the slight resistance of her outer labia. She gasped again and almost had to put a paw across her muzzle to muffle her noises.

Liam forced his tongue in as far as he could manage, flicking the tip back and forth in her depths. The bear above him squirmed and he felt her walls clench around his invading tongue. She was practically dripping at this point which also turned Liam on more. He alternated slipping his tongue in and lapping at her leaking juices.

Alison's breathing became heavy and she barely stifled a moan. Liam knew she was close and he slipped in a finger from his free hand as he concentrated on her swollen clit. His fingertip curled up and just managed to brush against her g-spot, which was all it took to push her over the edge. Her thighs clamped around his head and she bit her lip to keep from crying out.

Liam continued to lap at her pussy as her juice leaked out, and she rode the wave of her orgasm. Another minute passed before she relaxed her grip on his head and Liam reluctantly let her now soaking panties fall back into place. He quietly crawled out from under her skirt and resumed his seat beside her. The two wore smiles of affection and basked in the afterglow, the movie somewhat forgotten.

After fooling around and the movie ended, the pair decided to head back to the hotel a little early, maybe even go for a swim in the pool. They made their way back to the room only to find the do not disturb sign on the door. Alison quietly keyed the door and ushered Liam inside, and they figured maybe her parents were taking a nap.

They were both surprised to find Marcus and Janet in the middle of having sex, both so wrapped up in their activities they did not hear the door open. Liam and Alison stood stunned for a few seconds, the sight of Janet on all fours and Marcus pounding his large cock into her backside. They quickly snapped out of their shock and quietly snuck back out of the room.

Liam held his hand to his muzzle to keep from laughing out loud, Alison's face burned crimson after seeing her parents like that. She took him by the hand and led them back down to the lobby. Sometime later, they were still joking about walking in on her parents.

"I would've never expected your parents to be so frisky," Liam said.

"Well, like I said...my mom tends to be a little open. I guess she persuaded dad to have a little romp while we were gone."

"Holy hell, your dad is...huge," he said with a laugh.

"Ugh, please don't remind me, I still have that vision in my head," she said closing her eyes. "I guess I'll just have to think of you instead."

Liam laughed and replied, "That sounds much better! I promise I won't be offended if you fantasize about me."

"Maybe I already have been," she said with a sly grin.

"And I'd be lying if I said I didn't think about you often," he said with a small blush.

"I would expect nothing less," she said and ran a hand up Liam's thigh.

Before the pair continued their conversation, Alison got a text from her mother asking if they were going to be around for dinner. She replied back and the pair returned to the room to find the adults dressed and watching TV. The teenagers gave no hint of what they saw earlier, and the group went out for a simple dinner.

Sometime later they all returned to the room ready for sleep after the day's activities. Liam quickly reminded them that the competition began early in the day and would last through to the afternoon. They all wished him luck, and everyone settled down to sleep. Liam's thoughts drifted to the competition, but those were soon replaced by the lingering sight of Alison in the many intimate encounters they shared.

Liam went through much the same routine as the previous competition. After he got checked in and found his assigned workstation, he waited with Alison in the stands. There were about the same number of entrants in this competition, and Liam was again nervous as he waited. Alison gave him a small pep talk, and just as she finished her parents joined them. They too wished him luck and words of encouragement.

Once the cooks were called to assemble in the side stage, the emcee called everyone to attention. They introduced the panel of judges and announced the grand prize for the spectators. The host called for the cooks to line up in front of the work area and turned to them for an announcement.

"We've decided to give you a bit of a challenge today, just like what you'd experience in running your own restaurant. Instead of making the planned recipes you all submitted, you will need to come up with a meal using only what's available. You will be judged on your creativity as well as the quality of your meal. In the first round, everyone has an assortment of ingredients with which to complete your task. In round two, everyone will be given the exact same ingredients, and it will be up to your creativity to make your dishes stand out. In the third and final round, everyone will be given a simple traditional recipe and again it will be up to your skill to enhance the dish."

The crowd murmured at the turn of events, and several of the cooks looked downcast. Alison saw a determined smile on Liam's face, and she knew he was in his element. The host called everyone's attention again.

"For the first round, let's have two hours on the clock. Cooks you may begin, good luck!"

The first round was a bit chaotic as cooks scurried around their stations to use the unexpected ingredients and finish their meals. Liam seemed no different as he went about his tasks, finishing his meal with ease. He finished the presentation with a few minutes left on the clock, and looked for Alison in the crowd. She called out above the other shouts of encouragement, "That's my corgi-worgi!" Liam grinned and gave her a wave as the crowd counted down the last seconds of the round.

The cooks were given a 30 minute break as judging took place and the workstations were prepared for the next round. Liam was able to visit the McKenzies before the participants were called back to the staging area.

As round two began, Liam discovered this was more of an Iron Chef type round when his basket of ingredients was full of Alaskan salmon. He quickly put together a plan to make salmon cakes for appetizers, seared salmon steak on a bed of rice for the entree, and salmon mousse for dessert. Liam shut out all the other distractions as he went to work.

He finished the appetizers in a short amount of time, letting them drain from the deep fryer as he began prepping the fillets for the main dish. As the rice finished, he laid the pan seared steaks out making a nice presentation. He spent the remainder of the time making the mousse and barely finished the presentation as time ended.

Again, the cooks were given a 30 minute break.

"Wow, that last round was hard," he said as Alison sat next to him rubbing his shoulders. "I wasn't sure if I would finish."

"Well, you had us fooled," Marcus said. "It looked like you had it all planned out right from the start."

"Yes, your dishes looked lovely, Liam! I think we may have to recruit you to do it again for us sometime. Salmon is my favorite, I had it all the time when I was growing up in Alaska!"

"Cooks please report to the staging area for the final round."

"Here we go," Liam said as he stood up.

"Go get 'em, Liam!" Alison said.

He grinned and winked at her before making his way down to the floor.

Minutes later, the final round began, and all the cooks were given the simple recipe of preparing meatloaf and mashed potatoes. They were given leeway to modify the meal any way they wanted as long as the final presentation included the meatloaf and some form of mashed potatoes. Liam went to work and seemed relaxed as he prepared the meal.

Alison spoke with her parents when she saw what he was doing. "Liam has this one in the bag! See how he's mixing eggs in with the meat? Next I bet he's going to use breadcrumbs...yep. We did meatloaf once in home ec, and he is using a similar recipe. We used bar-b-que sauce to give it a little extra flavor. The trick is not to over cook the meat or it will dry out."

Liam finished the meat and set it to bake while he worked on the mashed potatoes. He drained the boiled potatoes and mashed them by hand to give them a 'home cooked' consistency. He then started mixing in grated cheddar cheese and bacon bits for a 'loaded' version of the dish. He scooped the mixture out into a pan and popped it in the oven to bake for a few minutes.

As time wound down, Liam also included some fresh corn kernels to round out the meal. He plated everything and stood next to his station, tired but confident. The final buzzer sounded and the crowd applauded. The host announced that once again everyone had a 30 minute break.

Liam climbed the stands and sat down tired but happy. Alison excitedly shared her story of how she recognized what he was making, and he felt proud of what she had learned. He leaned against her as the parents speculated who would be Liam's strongest competition.

Alison leaned against his ear and whispered, "Regardless of what happens, I love you, and I'm so proud of you!"

"Thanks Ali-bear, that means a lot. I love you too."

The host called the cooks to the arena once more, and once they were lined up he approached the judges table. The crowd saw them converse for a moment before the host made the announcement.

"Ladies and gentlemen, seems we have an unexpected outcome. We actually have a tie for first place!"

The crowd oohed at the news before the host continued.

"Can I please have, Jason Merrell and Liam Torrick?"

The crowd roared as the names were called, and the two cooks approached the judges table. The remaining cooks were dismissed with a round of applause and thanks, while the judges conversed amongst themselves. Minutes went by as they went back and forth, and meanwhile the host explained about the internship for the benefit of the spectators. Finally, one of the judges called the host over to have a quick conversation.

He nodded his head and then took center stage again. "It seems once again we have an unexpected outcome. The judges decision is..." the announcer paused for dramatic effect, "to award the internship to both of the finalists! Congratulations, Jason and Liam, good job to both of you!"

Liam turned and extended his hand to Jason who shook it excitedly. They exchanged a quick hug and congratulations and Liam held up his hands in a victory pose. Alison cheered her heart out and was one of the first ones out of the stands as the ceremony concluded. She picked up Liam and threatened to crack his ribs from the hug she gave him. Liam laughed and enjoyed the praise and affection.

Marcus called to his daughter in good humor, "Ally, take it easy, you don't want to hurt the poor guy."

She reluctantly let him down but held his hand firmly. Marcus continued, "What do you guys say we all head over to the pool and relax?"

"Sounds good to me," Janet said and the kids agreed.

After returning to the room and getting changed, the group proceeded to the pool. There were a fair amount of people there, and Liam recognized a few students from the competition. He chatted with them for a few moments and eventually joined Alison to splash and swim in the shallow end of the pool. The polar bears stood out against all the other swimmers mainly from the fact that they were taller than anyone else.

The McKenzie adults took a leisurely swim but spent most of the time lounging in the sun. Alison and Liam had a good time playing with some of the other swimmers who bounced around a large beach ball. After a while a few groups departed the pool, and the polar bear adults made their way over to the hot tub.

Alison and Liam got out of the pool, but declined when her parents asked if they wanted to join. The pair dripped and toweled off for a few minutes before letting the adults know they were going back to the room to get cleaned up. Liam followed Alison a pace behind and could not take his eyes off her shapely hips rocking back and forth. He found the way her stubby tail twitched from side to side extremely sexy.

She eyed him over her shoulder but did not break her stride. When they arrived back at the room, they immediately went into the bathroom and helped each other out of their suits. The wet clothing lay forgotten on the floor when they came together and pressed their lips together in a passionate kiss. They continued for a few minutes, adding a wandering hand or two to their embrace before Alison broke the kiss.

She started the shower making the water hot and soon had the room filled with steam. The bear guided Liam under the spray and the two resumed their embrace. She squatted against the shower wall to allow Liam within easier reach of her prizes. Liam latched his muzzle onto the bears left nipple, the black nub protruding from her wet fur. Alison reached down to stroke Liam and his growing erection.

She started to guide his tip down between her legs, but Liam hesitated. "Oh no," he said, "I didn't bring any condoms."

"No worries, 'worgi," she said and rubbed the tip of his cock against her outer lips, "I've been on birth control ever since prom."

"Ooohhh," he said both in understanding and in pleasure.

She nodded and pressed his tip into her pussy, both gasping as they felt each other. Liam rocked his hips forward and hilted his cock in her, savoring the sensation of his knot bumping against her entrance. She pulled his hips into her and encouraged him to pick up his pace.

"Oh Liam, I want to feel your knot," she gasped as he continued to tease her.

"God you're so hot, Ali," he said and shoved his hips forward, his knot popping into place.

"Oh, yes!" Alison cried

Liam resumed sucking on the bear's nipples as his hips plunged forward. Alison squeezed his rump every time he pressed his knot into her.

She let her passions out and said, "Fuck me, Liam! Fuck that knot into my pussy!"

"Oh, Ali, you feel so amazing," he replied.

"Oh...ohhh....yes, right there...OOooohh," she moaned.

The corgi slapped his pelvis against her and felt his knot bulge, his orgasm fast approaching. Alison pressed him firmly against her when he made contact, her pussy squelching with the efforts.

"Ali, I'm cumming! I'm...Ooohhhgaawd!"

Liam tensed up and shoved his hips hard against her body. Alison squealed as she felt his hot jet of dog jism paint her insides, and her quivering pussy clamped down on him as her orgasm crashed over her. Alison's body shook as her sex clenched over and over, and Liam hugged her tight.

The two rode out the fading sensations as the hot water flowed over them. Liam, still buried in his lover, looked up into her deep blue eyes. Alison stared at Liam's brown eyes and the two touched noses.

"I love you, Alison," Liam said softly.

"I love you, Liam," she replied.

After a moment, Liam slipped his knot free and his softening member returned to his sheath. Alison gasped as her nerves were plucked one last time. The two continued to fondle each other in a tender embrace, before they actually moved on to finish the shower.

When they finished scrubbing and rinsing, Alison finally turned off the water. They helped each other towel off as much as they could and opened the bathroom door. They forgot to get a fresh change of clothes prior to the shower, so had to use the towels to cover up.

Liam stepped out with the towel around his waist and immediately noticed the TV on and the volume turned up. He stopped in his tracks, and Alison bumped into him wearing her own towel around her torso.

"Hey, what the-"

She also took note of the situation, and saw her parents cuddled up on their bed watching the TV. Her face immediately turned red and she said, "Oh shit."

Alison stepped around Liam, quickly grabbed some clothes out of her bag and jumped back into the bathroom. She practically slammed the door in Liam's face, which left him standing awkwardly in the room. The parents acted like they did not notice, even though Liam saw Marcus glance his way. He also grabbed a change of clothes and waited the long couple of minutes until Alison emerged from the bathroom once more.

She glanced nervously at Liam and then her parents. Liam watched her walk past, and proceeded to use the bathroom to put on his clothes. Once he was done he came out and sat next to Alison on the bed; she avoided making eye contact. Just then Janet 'finally' noticed they were there and sat up.

"Who's in the mood for some ice cream, hm?" she said. "Ally, how about we go get something?"

Janet took her daughter's hand and led her out of the room, Alison's face bright red and her eyes glistening. Liam looked after her in concern, but the two females disappeared out of the room before he could say anything. Alone with Marcus, Liam sat still looking down at his lap.

Marcus cleared his throat and said, "So...sounds like you two were enjoying yourselves?"

Liam found it difficult to speak. He had no answer for the large polar bear.

Marcus came over and sat next to him, and surprised the corgi when he put his arm around his shoulder. "Relax, Liam," he said with a light chuckle, "I'm not angry at you."

"Y-you're not?" he replied incredulously.

"Hey, I was once young like you. I remember what it was like, blood pumping, hormones racing." He smiled and shook his head, "I would just suggest using a little discretion next time. I mean, these walls are pretty thin."

Liam's face burned, but he looked up at Marcus. "I think Alison was pretty upset, probably thought you two were going to make us break up or something."

"What? Nah," Marcus said dismissively. "You two are pretty much adults, you can make your own decisions. Janet and I know you are a good fellow, and believe me if Alison didn't want something to happen...it wouldn't! So I trust her...and I'm trusting you."

"Thanks," Liam said quietly.

"I want you to think of me as an older friend, not the 'mean father type who thinks no one is good enough for his daughter' type. I already know you mean a lot to Ally, and I'm pretty sure you feel the same about her."

"Yes, I do. She means the world to me. I love her," Liam said sincerely.

"Okay then," Marcus said and patted Liam on the back, "glad we had this talk. Seriously though," he said with another chuckle, "timing. Think about it." The two shared a quiet laugh, and Marcus changed the subject to what he planned to do after graduation. They conversed and waited for the ladies to return.

Janet waited until they both were in the car. She started the engine but let the car run and turned to Alison. The daughter looked at her with red eyes, tears leaking down her cheeks.

"Mom, I'm really really sorry, I didn't know that you and dad were...I should have waited...please don't make me break up with Liam."

"Ally, don't worry, I'm not upset with you."

"Really?"

"Of course not, sweetie. Why do you think I got you that prescription? So you would be prepared for situations like this."

Alison sniffled and wiped her eyes. Her cheeks still burned from embarrassment, but she regained a bit of composure.

"Honey, I know you like this boy. It's plain from the way you hug him and kiss him...and cheer for him," she chuckled. "I just want to make sure this is something real and not just a fling."

"It is real, mom." She sniffed again and smiled. "He is so caring and supportive. He makes me feel all warm and tingly when I look in his eyes. I love Liam with all my heart."

"Your father and I support you then," Janet said, "we're happy that you have someone to share your feelings with. We were worried a bit last year when you started the new school and were not making any friends."

"Now I have Liam," she said and her face brightened.

"Yeah, he's pretty cute," her mother said, "those big pointy ears and his little nose."

"And his soft brown eyes, and his firm little butt..." Alison caught herself before going on.

Her mother laughed and drove the car on to a nearby grocery store.

When the ladies returned with pints of ice cream, the four had a laugh about the situation over dessert even though it was a little embarrassing for the teenagers. The adults asked that the lovers be more discreet and of course take precautions even though Alison was on birth control. The pair promised that they would be more responsible in the future.

Everyone got cleaned up, packed their bags and turned in for the night. In the morning, Marcus drove everyone to breakfast before they got back on the road. The return trip was quiet and uneventful. Before the McKenzies dropped Liam off and headed home, they let the couple have a moment to say goodbye. Afterwards, Liam waited for his mother to get home so he could relay the news of the weekend.

When Alison got home, she had a talk with her parents and they gave her permission to go on the road trip with Liam. She could not wait, and texted Liam the announcement. He was happy for the decision and suggested that they spend the next few days planning the trip. She agreed and promised that she would come over as soon as she got up the next morning.

The next week had the lovers fall into a familiar routine of spending their days together. One day, Liam's mother Vivian managed to get the afternoon off and spent the time getting to visit with Alison. They caught up on all the events over the last few weeks, and Vivian took an instant liking to the female polar bear. Alison asked for her number to pass along to Janet, and told Vivan about the idea to have her come work with her parents.

Later, the teenagers went off to Liam's room for more planning and left Vivan to answer the phone when it rang.

"Torrick residence," she said.

"Hello, Vivian? This is Janet McKenzie, Alison's mother."

"Hello, Janet, it's nice to finally speak to you!"

"You as well," Janet said. "I'm not sure if they kids told you yet, but Alison has a road trip planned to visit our old hometown. She also wanted to take Liam. Marcus and I already gave her permission, I just wanted to check with you if that's okay?"

"Oh, yes, they told me. And yes, it's fine with me," Vivian replied.

"Oh good! Now that we have that taken care of, I wanted to see how you are doing? Liam tells me that you work two jobs? That must be hard."

"Yeah, it can be challenging at times," Vivian said wearily.

"I have a proposition for you," Janet said. "I think you should come work for our firm. The pay is good and you would not have to work so many hours. Can I make you an appointment with HR?"

"Sure," Vivian said, "that sounds like a great opportunity."

"Excellent! I'll call you tomorrow with the details," Janet said.

"Thank you, Janet!"

The two mother chatted about a few more things before ending the call.

Soon after, the teenagers emerged from Liam's room. Alison gathered her bag and made for the door. She stopped by the kitchen again.

"It was really nice to meet you, Ms. Torrick," Alison said and hugged the mother.

"You too, Alison. Have a good night," Vivian said.

"I'm just going to walk her out," Liam said and smile at his mom, "then I'll fix us some dinner."

Vivian nodded and slowly walked after them. She watched Alison bend over and hug Liam, give him a warm kiss, and then hop in her car. He stood on the steps and waved as she drove off, a smile still on his face as he turned around.

Liam came back inside and joined his mother in the kitchen as they started to make dinner. She turned to her son and ran her hand over his ears affectionately.

"I like her," she said.

"Me too," he said and gave his mom a hug, "she's great."

The mother and son finished dinner and chatted about the competition. Vivian apologized that she missed it, but still expressed her sense of pride for his accomplishment. Liam looked forward to the trip with Alison, but was also excited for the internship which presented a big opportunity for him. The internship would begin when he got back from the trip.

Vivian excused Liam from the evenings chores so he could spend time talking with Alison. Liam sat on his bed and dialed her number as he looked out the window and the starry sky.

"Hey 'worgi," Alison said.

"Hi Ali-bear," he replied, "so when did you want to get on the road?"

"I was thinking Saturday morning would be good. The weather should be great for travelling and I have tons of mp3s on my phone. Also, my dad dug out an old tent we had lying around so we could even go camping a couple of nights."

"Oh, that would be cool," he said. A moment of silence passed before he continued. "I'm really looking forward to the trip."

"Me too," she said happily. "And this time it will be just the two of us, so no more 'interruptions' if you know what I mean."

They laughed and teased each other about the kinds of mischief they could get into.

"I'll come by tomorrow and help you get everything packed, then you can help me pick out the right clothes," Liam said.

"Sounds like a plan," Alison replied. "Have a good night, my sweet corgi-worgi. I look forward to seeing you tomorrow."

"You too, Ali-bear, sweet dreams. I love you," he said.

"I love you, too," she said.
