Knowing very well that the bulldog had tried to previously kill them, Blaze had been gentle when she brought their prisoner of war into the manor, allowing him to take a seat before disarming him of his gun and any other weapon, "Okay, listen now. We could have you arrested right now as we got the chief of police on speed dial, but we will let you have a chance to earn yourself a lighter sentence. Mostly due to the fact that I can pull up an entire courtroom case on just half of the charges you could be sentenced to. Now, who sent you?"

The bulldog watched everyone taking a seat, a sense of intimidation filling him at the thought of how they had dispatched all of his colleagues previously. With all the courage he could muster, he began to speak, "I don't know who they are, but he is calling himself Sir Itrus T. Noone. We never got to know his real name. He even sent out payments to us by a private bank account."

Raganzi suddenly stood up before stepping closer to the bulldog, suddenly wrapping both hands around the bulldog's throat, "So ye are one of that sunnavabitch's lackeys! Ye better tell us what ye hidin' or I put a bullet through ye gullet!" The bulldog took a hold of Raganzi's arms, but couldn't pry them away as the rage was making Raganzi stronger than his fragile form could tell.

It took Rebecca's lupine arms to release the bulldog before she wrapped the arms around Raganzi to keep him in place, pulling the fox back before the bulldog could continue, "I only know that whoever he is, he is not a person who has an issue with money. And the money is seeming rather fresh from the press. You can smell the chemicals from it."

Midnight had listened to it all and was thinking before looking at the bulldog, "Okay, lets switch topic here. Why does this Noone want Starlah dead?" The bulldog looked at Midnight before looking away, "He is one of those people that want women to be slaves to men. I used to be the same, but then I changed, but I had to hide it since I would otherwise be executed by him."

One of Midnight's eyes opened up slightly more than the other from this, "And you didn't go to the police to tell them what was going on?" The bulldog shook his head, "No, I would have been found and executed for it. He knows how to get information. He is untouchable." Raganzi spitted out, "Untouchable my left bumcheek. He is only a coward! A coward buyin' muscles with toxic money!" Rebecca wrapped her hand around Raganzi's maw, but the bulldog didn't hold it back any longer, "Is that why he hired you then too?"

Rebecca couldn't stop him as Raganzi broke free and leaped at the bulldog, both of them ending up wrestling on the couch and onto the floor, both attempting to gain an upper hand on the other as Raganzi spitted out his anger, "Ye do not understand!" The bulldog barked out his anger loudly, "I understand. You were in it for the money." The bulldog felt his cheek hurting as Raganzi delivered a really hard punch to the right of his face, causing him to face everyone before Raganzi put pressure on his head, "Look at them, ye ugly mutt! I did it not for money. I did it for them. My friends, my family! I sacrificed everythin' for them." Calming down, Raganzi let go off the bulldog before standing up, "What have ye been doin' this for really and what have ye given?"

The room was silent at Raganzi's speech before the bulldog got up and began to laugh as he looked at Raganzi, "I swear, Itrus has no idea what a fool he is. He pissed off the wrong guy. Okay, you wanna know. I had to give up my family who lives in the slums of Dover. I send my paycheck back to them. He knows about them and keeps me working or he will kill them too."

Midnight had heard enough and looked at Starlah, "Think you can meet up with that bartender of yours to get more information? Maybe a trace?" Starlah nodded, "I am on it. But that will wait until morning. We haven't slept well." Starlah had made a good point as Midnight felt sleep getting to her and she knew she had to call the cops to report the massive slaughter that had taken place, and she did call the police and within the span of one hour, the entire Rose Hill estate was locked down tightly with security and the bulldog, idenitified as Marcus MacCormack, was brought in for questioning. The chief of police had only needed to greet before Midnight spilled everything to him and fixed Sergal Tails another case.

After the remaining night of sleep, both Blaze and Midnight, accompanied by Farline, travelled to Walter Cannery Inc, the leading source of canned meat in the UK, and from what the chief of police had told them, the scene of a gruesome mass murder. Blaze and Midnight had not thought of it as anything less than just a normal day at work, but Farline had taken precaution of bringing his crossbow with him.

Arriving at the cannery, Blaze, Midnight and Farline was welcomed by the investigation team, as well as the cannery's owner Angus Walter, "You must be the detectives that got hired." Midnight nodded, "Yes, we are. Name's Midnight Rose and these are Blaze Burn and Farline Iscariot." Blaze and Farline bowed and Angus nodded, "A pleasure to meet you three. I have already fixed you all access to every room in my cannery. Investigate as much as you want." Midnight bowed politely to Angus, "Thank you, sir."

Upon entering through the first set of doors, the trio already got welcomed by the stench of death as the door leading to the production line of the cannery was open and they could see mutiliated corpses lingering the floor. Farline had to hold back his need to vomit upon entering the room as every single corpse had the same incisions over their bodies, mostly to pull out lungs, heart and livers, "Whoever they are, they knew what they wanted."

Blaze put on a set of rubber gloves before rolling one of the bodies over to look under them, but her heart sank when she noticed that the body belonged to a woman, and not only that but all the victims of this mass murder were all women, "And they are not liking women." Farline looked around in the cannery and watched how the machines had been turned off and cans of Walter's Canned Meat stood still on the conveyor belts leading into the canning machine and over to the freezer.

Suddenly an officer came into the room and saluted to Midnight, "Ma'am. We will pull back. We have already gathered evidence. You are free to keep your investigation." Midnight nodded in response, "Thank you, officer. Keep two guards outside the door to the facility, please." The officer did as he was told and assigned two guards to duty of protecting the door.

This was the bad decision as the machines soon started up and a soft laughter could be heard as Angus came from the machinery room and headed over to the mincing machine, not noticing Blaze, Midnight or Farline as he grabbed onto one of the bodies and began to pull it up the stairs towards the giant mincer.

Farline couldn't hold back and leaned over a trash bin to throw up, alerting Angus who looked down at Blaze, Midnight and also over at Farline, his eyes of menace turning into pure hatred, "Why are you still here?! Didn't you leave with the rest?! I thought they all left!" Blaze looked in horror before growling out, "What are you doing?! You are killing women and turn them into canned meat?!"

Angus looked at them before throwing the body into the mincer, the sound of bones crushing making Farline throw up more as Angus began to run down the stairs, "You won't live to tell!" Blaze knew that Angus could overpower her and Midnight, forcing them to run as Angus finally came down the stairs and suddenly the sound of Farline's vomiting stopped when Angus knocked him over the back of the head before continuing to hunt Blaze and Midnight.

Midnight was clearly gonna be the one who would get away easily from him, as Blaze's body only hindered her from being as fast. And this wasn't more apparent when Angus almost got his hands on her, only for Blaze to deliver a well placed kick into his gut, causing him to stumble backwards before taking up the hunt.

Midnight was hiding behind the control panel to a winch for meat hooks, panting as she watched how Blaze once again got away from Angus by kicking his gut and how they soon entered the kitchen. Blaze looked around her and noticed that the kitchen had only one way out and he was blocking it with his body.

Angus smirked as he realized he had caught Blaze and from a nearby knife block, he pulled out what Blaze saw was a cleaver but also saw him pulling out a meat knife before charging right at her. Blaze dodged the swing with the cleaver, but the meat knife was unavoidable and she growled out in pain when it was buried in her right arm, her crimson blood pouring out of the wound, making Midnight scream out in fear, "No. Blaze!"

The sound alerted Angus of her location and he was smirking when he pulled the knife out and attempted to swing the cleaver, once again missing Blaze, but finding the knife buried in her side before he laughed at his luck, "You will make a nice portion of meat after I chop you up! Reminds me of the days as a chef. I could carve the meat from the pieces that I bought at the butcher's. Best parts became served for customers, and then the bad ones became canned meat. The best ones came from my female colleagues. Now die!"

As the cleaver came swinging, Blaze suddenly grabbed Angus by the arm and managed to kick his face hard, "You dare to call yourself a chef and use our holy work tools for murder?! I cannot accept this!" Angus felt the kick before the knife and cleaver came flying out of his hands and how suddenly claws tore across his face, one going through his eyes, cutting them open under a loud yell of pain from him as Blaze took a hold of his waist and almost shoved him out of the kitchen and over to the nearby platform before her right hand grabbed him by the face, fueling her anger with the pain in her arm when she shoved him towards a hook, "Order up!" The last Angus could feel was the hook going through his brain, just aimed perfectly enough to leave him alive for the police to arrive and witness his demise.

Blaze had been brought in for questioning about what had happened, with Midnight giving her side of the story too. Farline didn't fair well as he was knocked out from the hit in the back of the head, but filled in his knowledge about what happened before it went black. As it turned out with further investigation, Angus had been taking money from someone to silence anyone who spoke up for women's rights and also women who didn't listen to orders. The name to which the bank account was written to, was Nicholas Theodore Isaac, a well-respected man running his own bank in some of Britain's more luxurious locations. But what they else found was a memory stick with only one file existing on it, Piece1of9.exe. The police had not found what this file was, but to know what it would do, they needed the other apparent eight of them.

However, in a dark alleyway near the cannery, a beagle stood with his phone to the ear, "Yes, sir Itrus. They got Angus." The voice on the other end sighed, "Well, that is a pain to my plans. Did they get the memory stick?" The beagle grunted, "Yes, with it all on lockdown, I couldn't reach it in time." The voice answered calmly, "You did inform me. Good job. Now, sleep and enjoy it." The call was cut before the trigger of a gun was pulled and the beagle fell to the ground, "I cannot have any lackeys of mine leaking information."

The End.
