After thinking a little bit about the time Nick invited me to lunch at his mother's place. I came to ask Nick's mother, "I think you might be right, forcing Nick and Bradon to talk might work. Though it will most likely turn into a yelling fest."
Nick's mother continued to look at an old photo of them. Then she spoke, "if your worried about Nick, he won't lash out. With Bradon, that's the goal, after he lashes out, he is good."
I thought for a moment than said, "it sounds like you have a plan. If there is anything, I can do to help, please let me know."
She thought for a moment, putting a plan together. She than answered "I believe that this Saturday could work. I will make a large breakfast and we will finally have this discussion. All I need you to do is convince Nick to show up, you know how he can be.
The next day at work, Nick came, stood at my desk, and said, "I don't know how, but I'm blaming you. My mother just sent me a text, inviting me to breakfast on Saturday. Now, I must find a reason, for not going."
I looked at him all innocently and said, "blame me if you must, but I'm not helping you out of this breakfast. In fact, I think you should go, it would do you a world of good."
Nick moaned, "great, I need you to give me some ideas on how to get out of it. Instead, you decided to be on my mother's side. Knowing my mom, she also probably invited Bradon,"
I looked at him and said, "I fail to see your point. Your mother just invited you to breakfast. Maybe you should do what normal mammals do and go to breakfast with your mom. Now if you excuse me, I have paperwork to do."
Nick answered, "fine if you want me to go, I'll go. But you are going with me, you seemed to like him."
I looked and said, "fine, I will go with you, to your mother's house."
That Saturday morning, while Nick and I were driving to his mom's house. Until Nick said, "well, we are almost there. I don't know why, you want me to visit my mom. Maybe it has to do with the fact that, you're too far away to bother your own parents?
I answered, "The simple reason is because, I don't need a friend to hold my paw, to my parent's house. Well it looks like where there." Has Nick parked the vehicle at the parking garage. We got to Nick's mom's house, where she answered her door. She invited us inside, while ushering Nick to the kitchen.

When I got to the kitchen, I saw Bradon sitting at the table. As I sat, my mother began to speak, "I am calling a family meeting, it is time for both of you to act like adults."
I answered, "if you are calling a family meeting, why is he here?" while looking at bradon. While my mom try to encourage Bradon to speak.
After a few minutes of Bradon remaining silent. Bradon finally begin to say, "the reason I quit scamming was simple, I wanted to have a normal job. The scams where great, but I just needed to grow up.
I answered, "Right now I don't care about you quitting those scams. What hurts me is the fact that you stopped using the name Wilde for the name Grayton."
He answered again in anger, "I only used that stupid name to get back at you. When you came to me telling me how I betray this family. I was hurt and I just wanted get back at you. I always hated the name Grayton and would love to let that name die. It was obvious that Bradon was holding back his tears.
When my mom finaly spoke, "I believe you guys finally solved the issue. Nick you want Bradon to accept he's part of the family, and Bradon you want to stop having the name Grayton."
Though I hate sappy stuff, I couldn't help but smile. As Bradon looked at mom and asked, "Can I be part of the family again?"
Their mom said, "Bradon no matter what happens you are my son. No matter how long you pretended to not be apart of this family, I love you Bradon Wilde."
