This chapter is on the shorter side. Rose's pets sit down to eat lunch and some are overcome with animalistic gorging desires.

Rose had returned from wherever she had vanished. She started corralling all of her 'pets' to the eating tables. The other patrons were confused by Rose's crowd but didn't say anything since they got the hint that Rose was not to be fucked with. Some of Rose's pets were still on the john when she arrived and were forced to give up trying to go.

Some people intentionally sat together. The red foxes Paul and Rona were still connected at the hip. Myron the panda and Kelly the white cat sat in between Dexter the pig and Lauren the starling because both of them had soiled themselves and would probably be less offended if either Myron or Kelly had an accident. Rod and Emma sat together and continued to make jokes about animals and mating.

Rod chuckled and looked at the empty table in front of him, "I don't think I have an appetite right now."

Just then, a plate of hamburgers appeared in front of him in a glow of light.

He couldn't help himself. He took a hamburger in each hand and began stuffing them into his mouth like a mongrel. Emma laughed at Rod.

Food started suddenly appearing in front of people, starting from the benches closest to the food building and heading outward. For most people it was just a fast food combo meal that anyone could have found in the human world. Some of them, especially the large folks, had piles of food.

What else was there to do but eat? Some people were reluctant to chow down on this strange magic food, like Lauren.

Shirley and Debra sat together, eating their food. Shirley had a large salad in front of her, which she picked away at with a fork. Debra had a couple of burgers in front of her. She had thought about what exactly the burgers were made out of but didn't stop to check. She was a big woman and was quite hungry.

Shirley looked at her friend Debra and watched her just wolf down all those burgers. She chuckled, "Slow down there, beast!"

Debra kept food from her mouth for a second to talk to Shirley, "This is my only comfort, Shirley. At least give me this."

Shirley chuckled and then looked around the table to see who else was pigging out. It was funny to see some of the tamer looking animals like Rod the rabbit just inhaling food like a vicious beast. Bethany the rat, who Shirley had seen earlier and was feral the last time she checked, had her snout down into what looked like a full pan of lasagna. Meanwhile Nathan the lion, the big strong carnivore, was eating his burgers very slowly and civilly.

When Shirley looked up the table something caught her eye. It was Chuck the horse. Shirley couldn't take her eyes off the beast. He was as wild as ever, eating out of a trough without a care in the world. Shirley froze solid as she watched him sloppily eat from the trough, making all the breathiest horse noises he could.

Shirley's mind was invaded with the sound of horse whinnies. Her eyes went feral. She looked down at the salad in front of her and dug her head right into it. She was grunting like a cavewoman and occasionally giving a deep equine huff. She chomped through it like a pig.

Debra looked over and saw her horse friend almost inhaling her salad. She broke out into a fit of giggling, "Now who's the beast?"

Debra felt comfortable after seeing her friend lose her mind to feeding. She felt less shameless and her continued gorging went on for the rest of the lunch.

Amber the sheepdog was sandwiched between the large allosaurus Audrey and the feral-brained black cat lady. Amber and even the large Audrey were eating at a polite pace but the black cat was sucking up food like a vacuum, and for good reason: she had a lot to get through. While Amber only had a simple fast-food meal and Audrey had a couple burgers, understandable for her size, the cat- who was not any bigger than Amber- had a full lasagna in front of her stacked with a few burgers.

The cat had her face down in the lasagna pan and was eating through it like a mole through dirt. It was fascinating to watch.

Audrey looked at her go, "I can't help but feel a little impotent."

Amber chuckled, "She's going to burst!"

Audrey smiled toothily and looked at her figure, "Or get ridiculously fat!"

Amber looked over the cat. She was pretty slim, making her appetite even more alarming. Where was she packing it away? Amber worried that the cat would later vomit all over the table. She would have to eat her own meal before then.

George the duck had finished his meal and sat quietly, sipping his coffee. He looked out into space with a simmering discontent. He sat slightly slouched. Edna the rhino sat beside him, her meal was done as well and she sat quietly tasking herself with looking around at the world they were in-- what things there was to see. On the other side of George was Paul the fox, looking around at all the females.

As everyone sat rather quietly, a smell came from underneath George's duck tail. He didn't react, just kept sipping his coffee. The smell traveled up his back and wafted around. It wasn't long before Paul caught smell of it, and then Edna too. Paul wasn't happy about it but could manage. Edna slid away from George.

Everyone around the table quickly clued in on what George did. The smell made it's way over the table to the people on the other side. George remained apathetic. He sipped his coffee and stared into space.

"Sorry about the odor," said George.

The others tried their best to ignore it (after all no one was stranger to foul smells that morning) and continued finishing their lunch.
