Old war buddies meet up with Huttser while Suel and Sapphire hide getting to know one another better.

Suel wasn't too pleased to see that there were Night Elves just ahead. He slowed his motorbike and waited for the other two, Huttser and Xenrigocia, to be stopped by the group. It wasn't a friendly site as they had weapons held by the Blood Elf. Before the Rangers could turn their attention up to the road the Wolvar sped off into the underbrush. He was going to have to do something to help them, but he was going to have to wait until nightfall. Sapphire was a little confused.

"Why didn't you follow them?" She asked hopping out of the bike and moving back to the edge of the road for another look. They were no longer there.

"If we had gone we would also have been prisoners," Suel replied. "The alliance has issues with creatures that can talk, and they really have issues with Blood Elves."

"Well then what are we supposed to do?" She asked moving away from the road and following the Wolvar as he shifted into his feline form. Suel stopped at the edge of a lake and watched across the way at the encampment. He had to think of something, but he didn't know what. Sapphire moved up beside him and nuzzled him softly.

"You're quite the fighter." She said trying to get his attention.

Suel smiled and looked at her noticing a twinkle in her eye. It had been some time since they could spend time alone together and he felt he could make the best of it.

"You're quite the fighter yourself." He said nuzzling her.

Sapphire purred deeply and then kissed him flicking her tail. He returned the kiss deepening it placing his paw on her muzzle caressing it gently. She pulled away from the kiss and turned away from him lifting her tail away and exposing her y shaped opening which was flowing with fluid. Suel licked his muzzle then stepped forward sniffing her heat and licked the free-flowing juices making her shutter and purr even more. She drooped to the ground making him lean over and work for the taste of her. His own shaft was protruding from its sheath and dripping with pre. He didn't know how much longer he could hold himself. He straddled her and repositioned himself to take her. Suel shivered as he slowly slid deep with her wetness his barbs grinding at her insides making her growl in both pleasure and pain. He thrust slowly at first then started to speed up finding his rhythm making her body rock with every thrust. She clawed at the ground and tried pushing herself back on him more despite the barbs rubbing her insides raw. He bit into the scruff of her neck making sure she wasn't going to go anywhere as he pressed deeper and deeper pounding her hard. Sapphire was panting hard and waited for the moment when he would fill her with his creamy goodness. Despite already being with his cubs she couldn't help but feel she wanted more from him. He let go of her neck and growled as his seed burst forth filling her hole and spilling out the back. He pulled out of her dripping on the ground as she turned and playfully swatted his nose.

"That was fun," Sapphire said as she curled up by his side.

Suel smiled then turned his attention to her backside once more licking up the mess he left before curling up around her to wait till darkness came.

Huttser and Xenrigocia sat sharing stories with the Night Elf rangers. They knew Xenrigocia from past campaigns and welcomed him with open arms. Some had even known Huttser from the battle of Gilneas.

"Sorry for the trouble earlier." the Elf known as Shindel said taking a pull from her stein.

"It's no problem. You were just doing your duty." Xenrigocia said holding Huttser close to him.

"I'm glad you were able to find someone. I remember how you had been upset that you might never find someone." Shindel said again.

"Well, things are different from the point of view of a dragon aspect."

"Well, you have me now," Huttser said turning to kiss his newfound lover.

A ranger came over to the campfire and offered a report. "we still haven't found their companions. It doesn't seem they want to be found right now."

"They'll turn up," Shindel said taking another pull from her stein. "So, what happened after Gilneas?"

"I got pressed into the service of the king." Huttser sighed. "He wasn't very welcoming at first. He was still a bit sore about King Genn Greymane walling off Gilneas off from the rest of Lordaeron. He told me about the war in Outlands and the victory of the battle from Northrend. I had to have a history lesson about what happened to Lordaeron and Prince Arthas. The world had totally changed while we were walled up and Deathwing didn't make things any better. By the time I came into the service as a hero, the world was in shambles. The Twilight's Hammer and their ilk were inciting panic and fear recruiting people from Stormwind. It was total Chaos."

"I remember the raids trying to rid Stormwind of the Twilight's

Hammer." Shindel said placing her hands on her knees.

"It was just one war after the next and the Horde didn't make it any easier." Huttser went on. "The battle for Vashj'ir was the worse. Having to learn to breathe underwater facing Azshara's naga. Sure, we drove them off, but we lost a valuable ally in the process. Neptulon was carried off and we don't know what happened to him. We couldn't even go after him we had to go fight the battle of Mt. Hyjal against the fire lord Ragnaros. An ally to Deathwing we had to defeat him with the help of Malfurion Stormrage."

"I do recall that battle. I also remember a time when we had to face Ragnaros another time before in the depths of Blackrock Mountain which had been created when he had been called forth by the Dark Iron Dwarves to beat the Dwarves of Ironforge."

"I never knew about that war," Huttser said taking a pull from his own stein.

"I remember that incident," Xenrigocia said petting his mate's forearm.

"Now he lies dead in his own realm," Huttser said with a smile. "He was quite an opponent. Nothing compared to Deathwing though. We faced Al'akir in Uldum during the war in the sands with the Ramkahen. Though I can't forget the misadventures with Harrison Jones. That was like something out of a fiction novel. Deepholm found us in a battle to restore the pillar of Azeroth which Deathwing destroyed. Twilight cultists everywhere. The Twilight Highlands, not far from here, set us against the leader of the Twilight Cultists with the help of the dragon flight. I'm surprised you weren't there helping."

"Me?" Xenrigocia asked surprised.

"Where were you when all this was going on?" Huttser asked.

"I was in the mountain pass with the rest of the Dragonmaw clan."

"I thought the Dragonmaw clan were members of the Horde or at least for the Blackhand," Shindel said.

"Well, they were until I showed up and killed their leader," Xenrigocia explained. "I needed to get away from the world after many battles helping the Alliance and the Horde out. Anyway, you were saying, hun?"

"Well, with the help of the keeper of time, Chromie, a few of us went back in time and got the Dragon Soul then went forward in time to where Deathwing lay dead on the tower in Dragonblight in Northrend. It wasn't long before I found myself in Northrend fighting alongside Horde Chief Thrall as he and the other Dragon aspects focused the power of the Dragon Soul to use against Deathwing. We had to pursue him from Northrend to the great vortex in the middle of the ocean. The battle was intense as we took the world breaker one part of his being at a time. When his head remained, he was barely living what kept him moving was beyond me, but I watched as the light in his eyes faded away."

Without warning, there came a growl from the bushes as Suel and sapphire burst into the camp. They hissed and growled at Shindel.

"Guy's chill out," Huttser said grabbing their tail and pulling. The camp erupted in chaos as the Rangers pulled out their bows and took aim.

"You know you guys are more than welcome to join us," Xenrigocia said stepping in front of them.

Suel was confused but Sapphire backed off and back up slowly.

"What's going on here?" Suel asked in confusion.

"We're here swapping stories about battles we've been in," Huttser said letting go of their tails. "Surely you'd like to join us."

Suel looked at Sapphire who sighed and sat down where she was right next to Xenrigocia. The Wolvar still ion his feline form sat down on the other side of Xenrigocia. Xenrigocia sat back down on the makeshift chair while Huttser sat down between his legs then leaned back against him. The Rangers backed off and set their weapons aside.

"So, you must be the Wolvar Druid Huttser was telling me about."

Shindel said looking from Suel to Sapphire and back. "Suel was it?" "Yes, I am," Suel said politely.

"Curious, how did you get here from Northrend?"

"There were a few of us taken from our village." Suel began. "We were different from the rest of our species. We showed promise with our intelligence and our abilities. We could speak fluent common and I was single out by a druid as having a certain ability for changing forms. We were each taken to different places to receive training. I trained in Moonglade with the best of the Druids. But I didn't want to fight so I've been just going from place to place. I can fight I just choose not to. Except now I feel I need to help Huttser since he saved my life."

"I'm here to help as well," Sapphire interjected.

"My god, it talks," Shindel said in surprise.

"I can talk in common thanks to Suel."

"How did you manage to end up with this group?" Shindel asked curiously.

"I'm not sure you want to know everything, so I'll make this as simple as possible. I was following Suel since he was so gracious enough to give me his cubs and leave and came across Huttser and his companion. After settling our differences, we followed Huttser to help him in his quest. Next thing I know I wake up in a dungeon fighting off Orcs with Suel."

"Sounds like fun." Shindel laughed. "Wish I could have been there. So where are you all headed exactly?"

"We're heading to Gilneas to take it back from the undead."

Huttser said defiantly.

"I see. Well, I have a couple rangers going that direction who can go with you as far as, Refuge Point in the Arathi Highlands But I must let you know the Hillsbrad Foothills has been overtaken by the Undead. So, you may have a hard time getting through there."

"Don't worry about us," Huttser said with a grin. "The undead won't know what hit them. For now, we're going to turn in. Do you have a tent big enough for the two of us?"

"Sorry, but you'll have to sleep under the stars," Shindel said taking another pull of ale from her mug.

"Alright then," Huttser said heading away from the camp. "See you in the morning."

The group was up and all ready to go before the sun even crested the hills. They each mounted up and followed closely behind the caravan. It was a long way to get through the Wetlands but with Huttser's music playing on the hog's radio he wasn't too bored. He was listening to "Level 90 Elite Tauren Chieftain's Power of the Horde." Sambas just yawned he had heard the song many times before and grew to loathe it.

"How many times are you going to listen to that song?" The lion growled at Huttser.

"Relax my old friend," Huttser said turning down the radio. "It's almost over then I'll turn off the radio."

Sambas was panting unable to cool himself off with all the humidity in the air. Huttser sighed feeling the same. Unable to cool himself with what wind was brushing past him on the hog. His fur was starting to get matted in some places where his armor rubbed against him.

"I hope we can get out of here soon or I won't be able to get this armor off," Huttser called over to Xenrigocia. "The padding under the main is starting to puff up."

"Don't worry," Xenrigocia said revving his hog. "You know I'll help you get it off."

"Of course, you will." Huttser sighed. The caravan halted at the edge of a bridge overlooking a gorge. Have I been here before? Huttser thought to himself. He remembered being in both the Eastern and Western Plague Lands further north of their current location, but he couldn't remember if he had flown over this place. It dawned on him where he was now. He had never seen the place but knew from other travelers what the place was. It was the Thandol Span. It had been a set of two bridges, but one looked half destroyed and half stuck out of the waters below. The Dwarves of Ironforge had built them during the Third War when it had been attacked by Scourge forces. Still one of the bridges remained remarkably intact.

"What's the holdup?" Huttser growled getting off his hog. He moved to the front of the caravan and looked across the bridge. Standing on the other side was a Dark Iron Dwarf. Where there was one there was bound to be more. Huttser drew his bow and knocked an arrow. He doubted he could reach from this distance, so he moved forward with some grace and let the arrow loose striking the dwarf in the neck. He fell over where he stood but soon was beset by a group of Dwarves.

"Looks like we're fighting our way through," Huttser said looking back at the driver of the cart. "Stay close to us and when you get a chance flee from this place we'll catch up later. The rest of you grab your gear and follow me."

The group dismounted and grabbed their weapons unsheathing swords, staffs, polearms, and the like. They walked slowly across the bridge closely followed by the cart. Each person took different sides of the road and waited for the cart to pass. As soon as the cart was past it took off like a shot and didn't look back. When everyone relaxed and started to follow a group of Dwarves jumped out of hiding and attacked the group. Huttser stabbed at one with an arrow then knocked it to fire it off while Sambas mauled an attacker. Xenrigocia put his hand to his mouth and took a deep breath releasing a breath of fire lighting the dark Dwarves on fire. Suel and Sapphire double teamed a few Dwarves sending them running. The group roared with cheers as the remaining Dwarves fled across a smaller bridge a few yards away. Huttser didn't watch he made his way to the bodies and rummaged through their pockets.

"What are you doing?" Suel asked curiously half in surprise half in disbelief.

"I'm looking for money and any items that might fetch me a decent price," Huttser said moving to another body.

"That's wrong," Suel said in revulsion.

"How do you think a hero makes his money?" Huttser said looking up from a body.

Huttser stood up and put the items in a small bag he carried then tied it back to his waist. He nodded to the others and they all followed the main contingent back to the mounts. Everyone mounted up and took off for the cart waiting up the road. As soon as they met back up they each fell into position and took off for Refuge Point which wasn't too far off.

"Thanks for the escort," Huttser said to the leader of the caravan. "We must be going we have some ways to go before we're out of the Highlands."

With final farewells, the groups turned to the west and followed along the main road. It was nightfall by the time they reached Thoradin's Wall. They weren't much further from Gilneas. Only time would tell if their journey would be in vain.
