Rider spent the night in Daphne's care, resting in a bed in her hut to recover from what she had put him through the previous evening. Slowly, Rider opened his green eyes a short time later, stirring to the aroma of food coming from Daphne's kitchen as he at first freaked out about not being in his own bedroom...until he realized that he had been taken in by a colony of meerkats the previous day. The smell of food made Rider's stomach growl, he hadn't eaten anything since the previous day and he was still recovering after being 'milked' by Daphne. Fortunately for him, the meerkat family treated him like a guest of honor and Daphne soon presented Rider with breakfast in bed.

"Here you go, honey...eat as much as you'd like. You'll need your strength for later", Daphne coaxed in a soft tone as Rider looked at the food that had been prepared, with his eyes glancing at it eagerly. Before him was a tall stack of pancakes (with strawberry syrup), some freshly prepared hash browns, some toast, orange juice, and a glass of milk. There were also a few strips of bacon on his place, which got Rider's attention right away.

"I appreciate the thought, but I can't eat this stuff. I'm a rabbit, my body can't handle red meat", Rider mentioned about the bacon.

"Relax sweetie, I didn't forget about that. This is 'I Can't Believe It's Not Bacon", you should be fine", Daphne told Rider in response to his comment. The product "I Can't Believe It's Not Bacon" was developed primarily for Kapernian races that were predominately herbivorous, but were ability to eat some meat (namely fish and poultry products). Although the product tasted like real bacon, there was no pork in the meat. Instead, it was made from a combination of soy protein, mixed with a little bit of ground turkey, and flavoring to mimic the taste of real bacon.

Rider trusted Daphne and took a bite of the bacon, tasting it and swallowing it. He didn't become violently ill seconds after he swallowed the bite, so he felt as if Daphne was telling him the truth, and he happily ate the breakfast that he was provided with. While he ate, Daphne stayed close by, watching him polish off the bacon and the pancakes within a matter of minutes. "By the way, when you're done eating my mother wants to speak with you. I shall summon her to come see you when you're ready", Daphne explained, following the instructions she was given by her mother as she had suggested that she'd meet him at the medical hut, rather than bringing him directly to the palace. Carla figured that if she had him meet her at the palace, Carissa and Delcia would likely pounce on the male before he had a chance to choose to serve as their stud.

While Rider was eating, Daphne made her way from the medical hut to the palace to get her mother, who was at the throne along with Carissa and Delcia. Carla saw Daphne approach and spoke to her older daughter. "I have done what you have asked me to do. He should be finished eating soon", Daphne explained to her mom.

Carla stood up from her throne after hearing Daphne's report, ready to move onto the next step in the succession process. "Excellent...I shall meet with him shortly", Carla answered Daphne as both Carissa and Delcia became interested in seeing their potential stud once again.

"Mom, can we PLEASE see what he looks like now?", Delcia begged her mom, tugging on one of Carla's arms while Carissa came over to the other side of her mother with the same amount of eagerness as her sister.

"Yeah, if he's going to be our mate, we want to know what he's like!", Carissa added as Carla grumbled and shook free from her daughters' grip.

"Enough! I already told you two that you'll get to meet him when I feel confident enough to let him be your stud!", Carla exclaimed, growing irritated at Carissa and Delcia, making the two younger females back away from their mother with their tails tucked in between their legs and their ears drooping low. When she noticed this, Carla felt bad for her daughters, thinking back to when she first met their father and remembering how eager she was to breed with him.

"Listen, I know you two want to play with him, but you have to remember that he's not one of us. We only know a little bit about him right now and we need to let him decide whether or not he wants to stay", Carla explained in a calmer tone. "Let me talk with him for a while and see how he feels about living in the colony. If things go well, you two can have him tonight", Carla added. When Carissa and Delcia heard their mother speak to them, they reluctantly agreed to calm down and allowed their mother to follow through with the traditional protocol that came along with bringing in a potential stud male for the colony.

Once her daughters settled down, Carla went over to Daphne and walked beside her older daughter. They got far enough away from the throne room so that Carissa and Delcia couldn't hear their mother tell Daphne the other reason why she didn't want to introduce Rider to them yet. "Besides, I want to try him out for myself. I want to see if he really is as potent as you claim he is", Carla explained to Daphne, intending to have sex with Rider if he approved of living in the colony. It was tradition in meerkat colonies that the current matriarch would mate with any potential stud male for her daughter (or, in this case, daughters) before accepting him as the stud.

"I'm sure you won't be disappointed, Mom", Daphne answered back while the two females walked from the palace to the medical hut where Rider had just finished eating breakfast. Females of my kind usually stay behind in the colony to continue the work that my sisters and I started a long time ago. They all moved on years ago, but I stayed behind since I'm the matriarch of the family and I need to make sure my successors have a mate who is capable of carrying on the legacy that I leave behind", Carla explained to Rider. Rider listened to what Carla explained to him and got a little curious. "First of all, if you were to agree to become the colony's stud, you would have to remain inside the colony at all times. "While I don't have any doubt that you'd be able to satisfy their needs, especially given what Daphne told me, I am aware that you're not from the desert and you probably have your own life. So, before I tell you what the second condition, I need to know if you would be willing to leave your past life behind to serve my daughters", Carla continued, giving Rider a big question to think about.

On one hand, Rider liked having the freedom to go wherever he chose. He had a decent job back in Concordia and it probably wouldn't be hard to find a mate if he wanted to pursue one. Rider took a few minutes to think it over, also looking back towards the naked female meerkat as she relaxed at the edge of the pool. Along the way back to the palace, Rider walked by a couple more of Carla's daughters, all of them seeming as eager to see him as the rest were. They seemed friendly and it made him feel as if living with a bunch of females that wanted him was better than possibly getting to have a one-night stand with a mousette who has received the penises of multiple different males in her, and already had a boyfriend who her heart was set on. The interior of the matriarch's bedroom was bright and inviting, with a large skylight that spanned the entirety of the bedroom, complete with retractable blind for when the sun was directly overhead. The walls were painted gold with red trimming, the king-sized bed had gold-colored sheets and pillowcases, and in one corner of the bedroom an indoor waterfall brought the soothing sound of rushing water to the room, which served to calm Carla after busy days. The bedroom had its own attached bathroom, with a large tub built for two, a shower, and a ceiling light that would simulate natural sunlight, complete with a "sky" that would turn blue whenever the light was turned on. The room was one that was fit for a queen and her king, which Rider would soon become to Carissa and Delcia. That is, once he won Carla's final approval. "Now, before I let you become my daughters' stud male, there is one more thing you need to do first", Carla mentioned.

Rider was a bit curious and promptly asked Carla what he needed to do, willing to prove that he was serious about being the stud for her daughters. "Oooh...if I were about 30 years younger, I'd want to keep you all to myself", Carla told Rider, admitting that she would've been willing to have him impregnate her if she was still able to reproduce.

Rider seemed to take her words as a compliment, with his seed continuing to rush into Carla. He did everything he could to make sure as much got into her womb as possible, just like he would if he were trying to impregnate her. He knew that once he had pulled out, the semen that was in her cervix would harden and form a plug to keep any additional seed out of Carla's uterus. This was done to make sure any bunnies that a female would have would be his. It wouldn't really matter in this case though, since Carla's reproductive years were behind her anyway, and if she were able to breed she'd want to get pregnant from him. In the case of Carissa and Delcia, on the other hand, this trait might prove to be rather useful.

His seed flowed freely into Carla for about a minute, leaving a large pool of it deep inside her, causing a slight belly bulge in the female meerkat. On the inside, Carla felt very sticky and warm, with an intense tingling sensation from the billions of tadpoles that swam around in her uterus. "Mmm...it feels so good to be full of life once again!", Carla happily told Rider just as it seemed as the stream of his cream came to a stop and Rider felt satisfied. Although he was finished inseminating Carla, his shaft remained inside her and even kept twitching a little, showing that there was still more in the tank for the horny male rabbit. He didn't want to pull out of Carla yet. Her folds felt too warm and inviting for him to remove it, plus it would also give the plug more time to form in her cervix. Once the plug formed, it would stay in place for about 48 hours, keeping all the seed he injected into Carla's womb there until (in this case) it was no longer viable.

After being inseminated, Carla placed her hands-on Rider's cheeks and rubbed them gently. "You'll serve my daughters well", Carla told him in a soft and satisfied tone, happy with what she had received from the male rabbit, still feeling his rabbithood against her insides, sensing it twitch. "However, I'm not quite ready to hand you over to Carissa and Delcia yet. Before you can officially become their stud, we must prepare for the traditional 'passing of leadership' ceremony. Plus, I'll need to find a place of my own to live the remainder of my life", Carla mentioned, knowing that once she left the colony she would be 'on her own'. She would still be allowed to visit her daughters, but once Carissa and Delcia took her place, they would oversee running the colony until it was time for the next generation to take over.

When Carla mentioned that she'd need a place to stay, Rider had a suggestion. "You could stay at my old place if you'd like. Although I would have to move my stuff out of there before you could move in...and it's not exactly as elegant as your place is", Rider offered, thinking that he could find a use for his old residence.

Carla gave Rider's offer a bit of thought, thinking that a simpler life after raising a large family and running the family businesses would be more preferable to her. Besides, once she was free of her responsibilities as matriarch, Carla would be free to date any male she chose, and after what Rider did to her, Carla was in the mood to find a nice male rabbit to pleasure her. "I'll have Ike and Mateo accompany you back to your place and help get your stuff out of there. Then, once I'm ready to move in, we'll do the ceremony and you'll officially be named stud male of the colony", Carla answered before giving Rider a friendly nuzzle.

"Until that day happens though, you'll be considered my 'guest of honor'. You shall sleep with me here in my bed and service me the same way my previous stud did when he was alive. My daughters cannot have you until the evening of the ceremony", Carla explained to Rider in a more serious tone as his boner finally started to soften while it was still inside the female meerkat. "I promise that I won't milk you too much. After all, I want you to remain strong for when you must perform the ceremonial breeding with my daughters. Plus, I'll have Daphne bring you plenty of food to help build up your sperm count. You'll be expected to impregnate both Carissa and Delcia the first time you mate with each of them", Carla continued, citing family tradition once again.

Rider seemed to understand and promised Carla that he would be ready for them when the time came. For now, the male rabbit felt a little drowsy after inseminating Carla, winning her approval as her daughters' future stud, and Rider felt like he needed to take a nap. He pulled out of Carla completely, leaving all the seed he planted in her womb there as the plug hardened and kept it from leaking out.

Carla noticed that Rider was a bit sleepy and let him relax on her bed for a while. Besides, she had business that she need to tend to involving her daughters. So, while Rider took a nap, Carla put her skirt back on and left the master bedroom, first going to talk to Carissa and Delcia.
