My new story! Constructive criticism welcomed! No yiff yet. Just give me a chapter or two to start things off before i can get to the yiff.

Disclamer: I do not own the Star Trek franchise, or any of the TV or movie characters. But i do own my fictional characters i create, do not use unless i give you permission.

Legal Stuff: Don't read if you are under 18. Or just don't get caught.

BLAM BLAM BLAM!!!

Disruptor bolts hit the hovering police car. The bolts were absorbed by the car's shielding, the green dispersing into the shield.

"James! He is trying to flank us! I hold them off while you take him out!" The vixen yelled in her Russian accent at her Husky partner as she crouched down behind the hovering cop car.

James pulled the trigger of his gun, sending a hyper energized 9mm round at the thug trying to flank his position. The bullet smacked the pitbull in the head, killing him instantly.

"Got him! How many left? I can't see the others, i need to move!" Jams said, running from the cover of a civilian hover car that had been abandoned by the frightened motorist at the onset of the gunfight. He fired a few more rounds as he ran, seeing a furry head duck behind the black Town Car.

"Two left! Both have disrupter rifles." The vixen yelled.

James didn't have time to answer when Tanya screamed. He ran to his slumped partner who was squirming in pain. A disruptor bolt had hit her in the shoulder joint, right where the white and silver police armor was at its weakest. He called into his radio, screaming for backup and a medic.

Just then, James heard a horrible noise and looked up at its source. About 300 yards away a transport truck was swerving, hitting the abandoned cars on the road. The truck was about to tip over, despite the hover pads trying valiantly to turn it right side up. The truck had a melted hole on the driver's window. A stray bolt from the thugs must have hit and killed the driver. When the truck swerved, James saw the writing on the side.

"Danger! Megamonium Crystals on board! Highly Dangerous!"

"Shit!" James said, as he looked around for cover. If that truck rolled over they would all be vaporized. None of the cover was adequate to protect them from that kind of blast. He slapped a paw over the silver bar on the cop car, opening the rear door. He wrestled his partner onto the back seat. He upped the strength of the cars shield, and laid on top of his now unconscious partner, praying they would live. They was a huge crashing and screeching sound, than a blue flash. Than darkness.

James regained his consciousness quickly, opening his eyes. Was he dead? He heard a quiet moan and looked down at his partner. Their white and silver armor was smeared with Tanya's blood. The wound had been opened even more when James wrestled her into the car. She was losing blood fast. He opened the car door, dragging Tanya into the open. He called on his radio for a medic again, but got only static. Confused, he looked up. He, his partner and their hovering police cruiser were in some sort of massive open air market. People had clustered around them, but kept their distance. The red and blue flashing light of the cop car reflected on confused, worried, scared, and curious faces. But the faces were alien. THe people weren't furs. They were green, blue, red, hairy, smooth, anything you could think of. James only recognized one species. Human. But they had died out years ago on his planet.

"Freeze! Hands behind your head!"

James whipped around, reaching for his sidearm, but got kicked in his head. A human hand grabbed his sidearm, and Tanya's. He looked up from the ground, spotting the source of the kick. She was human, or at least looked human. Her nose had weird ridges. She wore a yellow and black uniform, the same as the other 3 armed people circled around him and Tanya, but she had some strange ear decorations that the others did not wear. All of the uniformed, and armed people had badges on their left breasts. They must be cops James figured.

"Who are you?" The woman barked, obviously the one in charge.

"I am police Lieutenant James Matrix. Badge number 0307."

"Fascinating," THe woman said. "Check the vehicle for more weapons or intruders, than beam it to the compund shuttle bay to be analyzed."

"Yes ma'am." A green man said. He walked cautiously to the vehicle, and put a hand on what he thought to be the handle. The door popped open. Then he searched the trunk.

"Commander! Looks like we have two more sets of their armor, two more pistols of the same kind, and two rifles, or rifle looking guns."

"Beam it all back to base in a few minutes." The woman said.

"Wait!" James spoke up, earning three weapons pointed at him. The weapons looked like pistols, but they had a weird handle, looked boxy, and had not trigger. "My partner is injured. I don't know who you are, but please get her help before she bleeds out."

The woman in charge, the commander, tapped the badge on her breast.

"This is Commander Neven. We need a medical team."

James heard a weird sound, and saw two uniformed people run up, a female human, and a male human, but with the weird nose.

"That was quick." James said, his comment ignored by Neven.

The medics wore identical uniform to the cops, same badges, same design, but the yellow part on the cops was blue on the medics. They quickly checked over Tanya. THe woman hit her bdge and said something,

"Three to beam directly to sick bay. One of the intruders is injured. Have security meet us there."

"Roger". A disembodied voice said. Seconds later a blue, almost sparkly color washed over Tanya and the medics. Then they disappeared.

"WHERE DID YOU TAKE HER?!" James yelled as he got up. He reached for the commander's throat, but she calmly raised her weapon. A yellow beam struck the Husky. He felt a harsh sting before blacking out.

"THis is Commander Neven. Beam the prisoner to the brig. Beam the rest of us and the vehicle to the shuttle bay."

"Roger."

To be continued...

So how was it? I hoped you liked it. Constrictive criticism appreciated!
