As many of you know I have been incredibly busy as of late and now, I am happy to explain one of the prime reasons why: I have finally taken the plunge and moved into the realm of television screen writing. The past few months have left my schedule very tight as I worked between producers and a few interested television stations but now I am proud to announce the first Burb Dog sitcom coming to Walter Media Group!

WMG ordered a half season-- six episodes of Three and a Half Dog Night, which has been in production since the first part of February. We have a kick-ass production staff and we managed to recruit some awesome talent too; Jason's part is actually being recorded by Jason Campbell himself!

Due to production delays and cable scheduling we are expecting some test airing toward the fall and if it tests well it'll make its premier in June of 2019. For those of you who are interested in joining the focus groups WMG will be showing the pilot Oct through Nov at their offices in Los Angeles, Seattle, and New York. If you're in the area I hope you can get onto the panels and show your support!

As a special thanks for following my stories for so long I wanted to upload the teaser that got us a meeting with Mr. Howe and his execs. I hope you like it!

I also wish you all a fantastic Easter which, oddly, is on April 1st this year. Happy Bunny Day to all!

3P5D ROCK CONCERT MONTAGE

JASON (V.O.) Burb Dogs haven't always had a place in the spotlight. In fact, until the last few years very few of them have been comfortable coming out of the shadows. I've done my part to help, but sometimes social advancements just need, as my boyfriend puts it, "a little kick in the tail.".

LEATHER DUFFLE BAG LANDS ON AN ARMCHAIR

JASON (CONT'D) This is a story about my boyfriend's band-- the 'kick' in question.

INT. THE GANG'S LIVING ROOM - MORNING

An old but well-kept home, reminiscent of the 70s but with obvious updates. Rustic-chic style. Light filters through curtains. Meet TANNER (mid 20s), upbeat, well- meaning, gregarious and the band's singer. He is dressed in casual street clothes; neither high quality nor shabby.

JASON (CONT'D) Him? No, that's Tan Paw Jr-- his Green Name, anyway. He goes by Tanner. Although my boyfriend would never admit it, that German Shepherd is more or less the leader of the group, and definitely the brains behind it.

GUITTAR CASE SET BY DOOR AND HIKING BACKPACK SET BESIDE IT

Tanner looks back and nods to a Rottweiler, who just came in through the door. Meet CJ (mid 20s), outgoing, dedicated, hard-working and the band's guitar player. He is dressed in clothing that matches the style of the room: rustic but home-y.

JASON (CONT'D) Not him either. That Rottweiler's CJ-- as far as I know that's his Green Name and Common Name. If Tanner is the face of the band, then CJ would definitely be its heart.

COLLECTION OF LAUNDRY DUMPED ON FLOOR

An imposing Bull Terrier with a huge grin moves to both Dogs and gives them headlock hugs. Both take it well though they escape as soon as they can. Meet JD (late 20s) impulsive, irreverent, crass and the band's drummer. He is dressed in a simple t-shirt and cargo shorts.

JD Well guys, it looks like we finally did it. We effin' did it!

JASON (V.O.) Yeah... that's my Guard Dog. Jack Daniels, or 'JD' as everyone calls him. He may be a little rough around the edges, but I love him anyway. Oh, and if you've ever met JD in person you'll know that the network censors had us adjust dialogue to avoid fines.

Cast moves around room discussion going on in the background as they get settled.

JASON (CONT'D) Three and a Half Dog Night is probably the biggest Burb Dog thing that's hit mainstream media since Jae and KC did their SEXX tour. What most people don't know about is what it took to make that happen. This is a peek behind that curtain.

NUMEROUS SUITCASES, CARDBOARD BOXES, AND BASKETS FALL DOWN JUST INSIDE THE FRONT DOOR

A particularly fluffy Bull Terrier mix rises up from beneath them. He pulls a sock off the bridge of his muzzle. Meet SULLY (early 20s) careful, introverted, polite and the band's keyboardist. He is dressed in a button up shirt with a sweater vest over it and a pair of dress pants.

JASON (CONT'D) Oh, and that's Sullivan, JD's half brother. He's in the band too.

SULLY A little help here?

All three go over to help him. CJ and Tanner pick up items while JD picks up Sully by the back of his shirt.

JD Told ya you shoulda spent more time at the gym.

SULLY And I told you that you could have carried more than one trash bag of clothes which, I noticed, didn't even make it to the door.

JD Hey! You're the one who bought the off-brand, Sully.

CJ Tanner, why don't you and JD go get the rest of the stuff out of the truck?

Tanner and JD exit front door talking.

CJ Sully, go check out the rooms upstairs and figure out which one you want.

Sully run sup the stairs and CJ remains in the room cleaning up fallen items.

JD (O.C.) I get the one with its own crapper!

JASON (V.O.) The most Three and a Half Dog Night fans know that the four of them came from pretty diverse backgrounds but few know the whole story.

SOUND OF SOMETHING BREAKING UPSTAIRS

SULLY (O.C.) Do we have a spare toilet?

CJ puts a paw over his face.

Jason (V.O.) It's a complicated one.
