The manager tossed the script to Fredbear and Spring Bonnie, Fredbear opened his and started skimming through it.

"Whats this!?" Fredbear shouted "We are supposed to kiss!?"

Spring Bonnie almost jumped back, his eyes growing wide.

"You skimmed, didn't you Fred?" the manager questioned before explaining "We are taking your female counterparts out of storage for Valentines day"

Spring Bonnie started laughing at their misunderstanding, Fredbear soon laughing along.

"Actually" the manager added "they will be here at the end of the day for repairs and so you can rehearse for the big day"

"But that's tomorrow!" Fredbear said "there's no way we have enough time to rehearse"

Spring Bonnie chimed in "who would you rather kiss? A random girl bear or me?"

Fredbear rolled his eyes and walked backstage. "The bear" he shouted before shutting the door behind him.

"Your no fun!" Spring Bonnie shouted back teasingly.

The manager went back to his office, it was soon opening time. Spring Bonnie would have to entertain the kids until Fredbear cheered up.

In the backstage room, Fredbear happened to notice Spring Bonnie's bow-tie drawer was half open, he went over to shut it, noticing a multicolored tie mixed with all of the other purple ones. "Interesting" Fredbear said as he looked at the rainbow tie "I wonder where he got this?"

...

It took a long time for Fredbear to come out of the backstage room, he wasn't in any mood to make small talk with Spring Bonnie, but they are programed to after one was away for a little while.

"Hey Fredbear, where were you?" Spring Bonnie asked.

Fredbear, acting tired, said "I took a nap and my alarm didn't go off" and yawned with his fake excuse to make the kids laugh. "You know what?" he said "I don't like when that happens, do you know why?"

A few kids shook their heads, a few "no"s could be heard.

Fredbear smiled "Because I don't get to see all of my friends"

Spring Bonnie gave him a pat on the back with a smile as the children cheered. "lets hope that doesn't happen tomorrow, because that's Valentines day!"

"Don't remind me" Fredbear groaned.

"Whats wrong?" Spring Bonnie questioned "can't you get a girlfriend?"

Fredbear gave him a very mad glance as the kids laughed.

Spring Bonnie chuckled "don't be sore about it... C'mon kids, lets leave him alone, it's time for a song!"

The two preformed a quick song and the day was pretty normal until closing time.

They where about to say good bye to the last kids in the pizzeria when Spring Bonnie waved his hand to draw everyone's attention "hey, whos going to be here tomorrow for the Valentines day show?"

A few cheered, others raised their hands.

Spring Bonnie smiled, saying "Looks like there might be a fair few kids here tomorrow, Fredbear"

They said good bye and showed the kids to the door. Only a few minutes before a forklift brought two crates, one at a time, through the cargo door where a pair of palletforks had to take them the rest of the way in front of the stage.

The manager came out to personally open the crates, He looked at the taller of the two and drove a pry-bar into the side facing Spring Bonnie "I believe this is your counterpart, Spring Bonnie" The side popped off easily and a pile of packing peanuts flowed out to reveal a currently powered off light pink animatronic rabbit with rosy red cheeks and a bow tie sharing a similar build to him.

The manager looked down at his clipboard "her name is Bonnet" before stepping over to the shorter crate and driving the pry-bar in the side facing Fredbear "and this is your counterpart, Fredbear... We couldn't find a female bear that wasn't in use, so we got you a fox!"

The side popped off and out fell a jumble of metal limbs and a white plastic fox head with a pink muzzle.

"I think it's a fox" The manager added.

"Are you sure that's a girl?" Fredbear asked.

Suddenly the fox powered on with a awful radio static "Well, that's one way to look rude when making a first impression" it stood on it's three feet and looked to it's second head for support.

Fredbear gasped "Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry, Ms. fox"

The fox stood up, straightening it's back, neck and legs, now taller than Fredbear, who's onstage and it is on the main floor.

The manager said "the employees at the location she came from... _lovingly _ called her... It... Mangle"Mangle oddly didn't get mad at the manager calling it an it.

Fredbear said "Sorry Mangle... I don't want you mad at me!"

Mangle growled and snapped at Fredbear before relaxing back to her comfortable height of about four feet and retreating backstage.

The manager was walking back to his office, Fredbear tried to stop him, but he kept walking.

Bonnet powered up and looked confused, in a soft voice she asked "w-where am I?"

Spring Bonnie turned to face her "oh, hello there, welcome to Fredbear's Family Diner, I'm Spring Bonnie, and that's Fredbear"

She stepped out of her crate "alright, nice to meet you, I'm Bonnet"

Spring Bonnie nodded "that's a cute name... Would you like me to show you around before we rehearse our lines?"

"Certainly" she replied, taking a few steps to make sure all of her joints and servos where working "From what little I've seen, it looks to be a nice place here"

Spring Bonnie hopped off stage "see you in a little bit, Fredbear" he said and lead Bonnet to a different room.

Fredbear sat with his legs dangling over the stage to think.

After a while, he heard a speaker chime in, the deafening garbled static right behind his head, he didn't turn around, something about this made him freeze in place "how did you sneak up on me?"

"I didn't " Mangle replied "at least... Not on purpose"

Fredbear was still too nervous to turn "what do you mean?"

"I heard you mumbling to yourself" she said "I was trying to get past you"

Fredbear finally turned to find Mangles head only a foot from his and upside down, his eyes followed it's neck, than body, than legs to find it was crawling on the ceiling "What are you doing up there!" Fredbear jumped up, facing it.

Mangle slowly crawled down onto the stage "As I said, trying to get past you" the radio static was even louder now, it looked him over "I may have over reacted slightly, and I apologize for it" it held out the hand that still had plastic on it "as you know, I'm Mangle"

Fredbear shook her hand "And I'm Fredbear... I'm also sorry for what I said"

"So" Mangle said, tilting it's head "I understand theirs a script we need to read"

Fredbear nodded and waved the half a dozen papers in the air "right here"

The two sat down and read the script, they where up till late practicing their lines.

"Good morning boys and girls!" Fredbear said, the children cheered as the curtain opened. Fredbear gazed out into the tables, there where no kids to be seen. Fredbear looked harder, all he saw was a red liquid, that he didn't think to be punch, on the floor. "where are you?" he asked, there was a strange echo that he never noticed before.

"it's the kissing scene... Wouldn't you like to kiss me?" a soft voice asked. "No?" it replied to it's self "well, surely you'd kiss your biggest fan"

_A small child appeared in front of Fredbear, he was crying, but Fredbear didn't know why. _

He felt his jaw open and about to close, but there was too much resistance, he looked down, but couldn't see what was inside his muzzle.

A horrific version of Mangles head jumped in front of Fredbear's face with a scream, he jumped and he felt a crunch in his mouth.

Fredbear jolted, his power returning as he shook in fear, he was terrified of that... Nightmare Mangle... And he thought he would forget about his past, but he was sadly wrong.

Fredbear looked around the establishment, he could find no signs of a unsuited endoskeleton and couldn't seem to power off, the night felt long and the morning came slow.

The doors opened and the kids came pouring in, they where only going to be open for an hour today for the Valentines show, but Fredbear didn't want to do it.

"Hey, good morning kids!" Fredbear said.

"Good morning!" The crowd cheered back.

Spring Bonnie held Bonnet's hand and Fredbear held Mangles, Spring Bonnie smiled and said "we decided to invite our special friends over for the little Valentines party, so I'd like to introduce you all to Bonnet!"

The kids cheered, a few saying hi and nice to meet you.

Fredbear put his arm around Mangle "And this is Mangle"

There wasn't as big of a reaction, in fact Fredbear thought he heard a few kids laugh.

They went on to sing a song, Fredbear kept looking at the time, he was not looking forward to the kiss, but on the bright side, Mangle might not have been a good singer, but it was a amazing dancer.

It came time, the Valentines scene was about to play and that means the dreaded kiss.

Spring Bonnie held Bonnet's hand "I told you kids that Bonnet here is my special friend and all" he said "Well, today is Valentines day" they leaned close to do the best kiss two hard plastic animatronics could do, and that is press their muzzles together. A few aww's and eww's could be heard.

Fredbear reached for Mangles hand, but it wasn't there. He turned to look, but Mangle wasn't there. "Kids, did you see where Mangle went?"

One kid jumped up "Yeah, she climbed up onto the ceiling and crawled away"

Fredbear felt a wave of happiness wash over him, than returned to his nervous state as his back-up programming kicked in "Well, looks like we got a little game of hide and seek on our hands!" he said.

The kids all jumped up with a cheer and the three hopped off the stage, Fredbear taking the lead.

They checked almost every room, they where walking down a hall to the last room, Spring Bonnie started talking to Fredbear "I don't know why Mangle ditched you, I mean look at you"

Fredbear replied in a static filled whisper "I can tell your being sarcastic"

"Dude, sarcasm isn't programmed in us" Spring Bonnie said.

Fredbear stopped and turned to him "We do a lot of things that we aren't programed to do" he said, maybe a bit too loud.

Spring Bonnie paused and turned to the kids "Alright, Mangles got to be in this room!" he cheerfully exclaimed.

The kids rushed past the two and to the door, they tried to turn the knob, but it was locked.

Fredbear thought, soon saying "Thats the breaker room... Theres no way Mangle could have gotten in"

Spring Bonnie pointed up to a open vent on the ceiling "Yes it could have"

Fredbear stepped over and looked up in the vent "Mangle!" he shouted "are you in there?"

Suddenly the lights shut off.

Fredbear felt the kids rush over to hold onto him, Spring Bonnie and Bonnet in fear.

"Looks like your gonna have to turn on your lights" Spring Bonnie said.

"Lights?" Bonnet asked.

Spring Bonnie nodded, whispering to Bonnet "Yeah, Fredbear has built in lights for just this situation"

Fredbear sighed, a little jingle sounding like a music box started playing as his face began to light up, a dull light between the tunes and a brighter one with the dings. "Alright kids, give me some space so I can walk and follow me"

Fredbear took his time to lead the way to the front door "Alright kids" he said "Hate to cut the show short, but thanks for coming" he held one of the doors, Spring Bonnie holding the other.

The last kids left and the doors where locked up when the lights came on. Fredbear turned and Mangle's head was right in his face, upside down again. Her static came on "I bailed us out of something we both didn't want to do"

Spring Bonnie stepped away from Bonnet, who he was talking about doing a good job with almost no rehearsal time, he said to Mangle "But we where having fun, me and Bonnet and the kids where loving it!"

"Sorry" Fredbear said "I know how you feel about these special plays... It wasn't like a plan or anything"

Mangle nodded "I came up with it last second"

Spring Bonnie turned and walked away, Bonnet hopped over to join him on his walk, but he wasn't interested in her joining.

"Well, thank you Mangle" Fredbear said "Maybe you aren't half bad after all"

"Thank you" it said, climbing down from the ceiling "Now, lets hope the manager never wants to do such a ridiculous thing ever again"

"Agreed!" Fredbear replied.

A little while passed and Spring Bonnie came back, back to his happy old self, but it was time for their guests to be packaged up.

Bonnet said "Well, Spring Bonnie, I guess this is good bye" while stepping into her crate "can I get a hug?" Spring Bonnie slammed the lid on the crate and rushed to nail it on.

"Didn't like her?" Fredbear asked.

Spring Bonnie shook his head "Not at all!"

Fredbear laughed a little, Mangle joining the chuckle as she sat in her crate. "Good bye Fredbear, Spring Bonnie" it said.

"Good bye" they both said and placed the lid on and nailed it shut.

It was only a little while later before the crates where taken away and the two shut off for the night.
