A late-to-post-up (But he received it on time) Birthday gift for Forest-wolf

Staring himself, Freaky and Dotrook and later staring some quick cameos of mine.

It's always good to brighten someone's day, on their birthday, especially when they work their butts off all the time. Just gotta be careful though, when they're exhausted, the can be prone to excessing in consumption~ <3

The three of them admired their handiwork. The house bright, vivid with streamers and balloons. A small stack of presents to one corner, whilst they finished arranging the furniture. Perfect to hide behind, and later in the evening, would be perfect for sitting around and chatting. Freaky and Jay finished draping the last of the streamers, whilst Rook busied himself, affixing a great, colourful sign baring the words; ?Happy Birthday Wuffin!? to the wall facing the door. Pausing to adjust his glasses, he leaned back a little to double-checking that the sign was straight.

He yelped as the step-ladder he was poised on suddenly over-balanced. He began to topple backwards, expecting a painful introduction with the floor, only instead to find Freaky's broad chest and arms embracing him into rich green, lime-scented fur. The 'chu's ropey tail stilling the step-ladder, then began waving gently in the air as its owner chuckled.

'Careful there, hon. We can't go having the Wuffin's best present going and hurting itself.'

'His what..?' questioned Rook with a steady quirk of his brow. 'Oh relax,' Freaky coaxed, straightening the orange-furred lapine, and gently adjusting his glasses for him. 'We're just going to have a little fun and tease the Wuffin is all. You know how much he adores bunnies.' The raichu gently tapped Rook's nose with a thick finger and smiled as he watched the short otter dragging a partially wrapped, and considerably sized box up behind the rabbit.

Looking back, Rook pursed his lips a little uncertainly, but was hushed gently by a warm and affectionate kiss from the Raichu. 'It'll be fine, love. He'll really enjoy the joke.' Freaky smiled. 'Especially with what we have in mind.' The rabbit blinked, as his eyes trailed from Freaky's grinning face, to Jay's shorter form, padding around the box with what looked like several dozen feet of thick, candy lacing.

'Hon, I'm not so sure about this.' protested Rook with an uneasy glance at that lacing as Jay took one end to hand, and offered the other to Freaky. The Raichu, promptly ignoring the rabbit's words, took to task of wrapping the orange bunny up. Arms bound, body neatly curled. Even his muzzle was softly wrapped over, effectively muting him. The otter and raichu had just gotten the top of the large gift-box on, and wrapped up before the heard footsteps approaching the front-door. With a slightly panicked look between them, they finished the large bow on top, and scrambled to get behind the large couch to hide as they heard the slow click of the key turning in the lock...

He had barely reached the train, only just made it to an empty seat before his eyes had lidded shut. Sleep took him easily, as his body, without an inkling of fuel, refused to take another step. The stresses of far too many work-loads weighing him down and making a very-needed and only-too-well-earned nap the only thing the wolf could handle. The gentle sway of the carraige was quite soothing all through. Even in sleep, he could feel the slight ache of his tense shoulders, the slight throb of a budding headache behind his eyes, and the gnawing pit of hunger within his stomach.

Between the incompetant new coders, and the overbearing boss who surely hadn't a clue on what his job actually entailed, the wolf had barely made head-way on his usual projects, and for all the fixing he'd had to do, lost his lunch-break somewhere among the hassle. It was when the train gave a sharp, electronic whistle to designate the end of the line, that he roused. Groaning faintly and getting to his paws, the wolf trudged from the station. The thought of a good long, hot shower, a nice, hot, heavy meal, and the embrace of his bed all that sustained the wolf on his quest home.

As he reached it, eying up and down the street with a little sigh, he thought a little wistfully of the empty inbox at work. He had expected at least -something- from -one- of his friends. Particularly on today of all days. That might certainly have made it somewhat worthwhile. Tugging his keys from his pocket and beginning to unlock the door, the wolf rested his head against the wood, only to straighten up when the door swung open after the modest lock clicking.

He was but a step into the door, his eyes adjusting from the brighter light of the afternoon sun, before he was ambushed head-on by a sudden burst of noise and motion before him.

'HAPPY BIRTHDAY, WUFFIE!' cried the duo jumping up from behind the couch. A party-popper in each hand pulled simultaneously adding two loud 'POP!'s to the air with a small sprinkling of confetti. Stumbling back in shock, Forest nearly toppled over. His weariness, and hunger all but forgotten for the elated fright causing his blood to race. Grasping his heart and adjusting his glasses, he stepped back into the door, flushing and smiling wide as he looked up to the raichu and the otter approaching to greet him with a warm hug each.

'You remembered!' smiled the wolf, tail wagging so hard it blurred. 'Though, only the two of you?' He wasn't trying to sound ungrateful, or accusatory or the sort.. it just seemed a lot for two people.

'Well no, we're expecting some more people later, and we had a third helper. They're a little tied up at the moment.' Jay smiled lightly, pulling away from the wolf and inclining his head towards the large box in the middle of the room. Staring at it a moment, Forest raised a curious eyebrow. He let his bag ease down onto a chair, before he undid the large bow, and cautiously lifted the lid off. Freaky and Jay grinned as they stood together, watching the wolf, waiting his response.

Rook in the meanwhile, blinked. Wincing a little for the light suddenly streaming in against his eyes. He found it being blocked by a silhouetted form that he soon enough made-out to be Forest. He attempted to smile, and wish, through mummbles a happy birthday to his friend, but couldn't quite manage. Forest however, didn't respond. He didn't react, for several moments.

Whilst Freaky and Jay snickered between themselves for what they imagined to be a mild internal war within the wolf, Rook was privvy to something else entirely. Seeing behind his friend's glasses, a pair of silvery eyes hardening. Something in them gleaming, undeniably burning through, taking in his vissage with something that transcended amusement, or appreciation. When the wolf's tongue traced over his lips, and the sound of his belly gurgling audibly reached Rook's restrained ears, the lapine's eyes widened and he muffledly squeaked in protest.

'..Thanks guys. He's perfect! Just what I wanted!' the wolf murmured quietly. Forest's hands moved. Slowly at first, to loosen the collar of his shirt, and ease the glasses from his muzzle-bridge. He placed them aside vaguely, letting his steely gaze pierce Rook's form as a steady shift took place in his features; from the soft, pleasant smile he usually wore, to a much more carnally lined, almost shadowed gaze. Quivering some in the box, Rook tried to shrink away, but Forest's paws, forgoing their slow-pace, shot out, gripping the rabbit's shoulders. Hauling him up towards his gaping jaws, the wolf promptly, instinctively sank the lapine's head into his muzzle and well over his copiously-salivating tongue in one. The slimey pass of his tongue; slathering; matting the bunny's orange fur writhed and mashed this way and that. Tasting, as much as trying to help curve under Rook's jawline and draw him inwards. Squishing the rabbit's candy-bound muzzle into the slick embrace of his gullet, the lupine stood, gently gnawwing about Rook's neck-fur. Groaning gently as he snatched his paws further at the bunny's elbows and drawing him up.

Jay and Freaky in the meanwhile, stood staring with shock. Rooted by their little pun backfiring so spectacularly. At least until Jay took a step forward, lifting a hand to grasp at the wolf's shoulder. 'F-Forest? Wuffie-' He was cut off promptly by a very territorial growl that spoke of the wolf's refusal to miss -this- lunch opportunity, bound and offered in a box. The otter 'eep!'ed and stepped promptly back in line with Freaky.

Continuing undisturbed, Forest groaned. Hunched over the box, and almost beginning to clamber into it, as much as he was drawing Rook out, and into himself instead. He knelt, poised, sinking his form into the box as his jaws eclipsed inch after squirming, candy-bound inch of struggling bunny. Saliva trailing ahead of his eager descent, lifting flavours as the wolf's tail wagged furiously.

Each swallow seeing the delighting ache of the rabbit vanishing inexorably deeper was a present in itself. The thought of that delightful, struggling warmth rounding his middle like an anxious wait for christmas.. And slowly, finally, Forest's jaws slide about Rook's hips, and lightly bumped into the floor of the box. He began curling over, squirming some and kicking his legs as he grasped after the rabbit's bucking thighs and knees. Bracing them, confining their vivid struggles and sluicing them fluidly down his undulating gullet after the rest of the rabbit.

Able only to watch as the wolf vanished into the large box, Jay and Freaky glanced momentarily to one another before they approached it. The last wet, audible swallows tapering with Rook's vanishing body, until a simple 'click!' of jaws shutting, and a lower, firmer swallow spoke of the completion of the wolf's prodigious meal.

'...Wuffin..?' Freaky coaxed lightly, leaning to peer over the edge of the box. He was greeted, not by a growl, but a great, wet belch that echoed some in the cheerily-coloured room. Peeking into the box, the chu and otter stared at the immensely sated wolf, laid on his back, legs propped up a little awkwardly, and looking utterly delighted with himself. '..Er.. Rook.. wasn't really your present, wuffie. That was supposed to be a joke.' coughed the Raichu awkwardly.

That almost painfully strong urge of his slaked, Forest found himself returning to his usual, modest self. And though the struggles and bulges of his belly felt -glorious- after the day he'd had, he still couldn't help the awkward '..Oh.' That escaped him as he tugged his glasses back on his face. He reached up, trying to grasp the box-edges and pull himself out, though laden with Rook's form, he couldn't quite manage, without Freaky and Jay both pulling on an arm to lift him free. 'Those are your presents over there.' nodded Jay, eyes passing over the squirming bulges of the bunny before him, muffledly yelling and writhing.

Forest smiled sheepishly, looking about at the decorations, the large banner, and the presents. The entire day feeling all the more enjoyable. Padding awkwardly to the couch, he sat down on it with a soft hiccup. 'Mmhh.. don't worry, bunny. I'll let you out after I unwrap my presents. ..And have some cake. Is there cake?' the bespectacled wolf asked brightly, looking, save for his bun-filled belly, the perfect image of innocence. 'There's cake.' nodded Freaky as he sat beside the wolf, whilst Jay settled on the other. Squirming his delight, Forest grinned and wagged, taking to tearing into his presents. And assortment of goodies and asides he'd mentioned in passing, but apparently enough that his friends remembered. Grinning widely, he squirmed, and finishing with the last, (vouchers for a weekend spa visit, with massages and all) he hugged about Jay warmly, unintentionally smooshing the lutra against his belly. It had stilled, though more for Rook settling down, for now.

Grinning, the large Raichu gently scooped Forest up, to rest the wolf on his lap. Cuddling him warmly, whilst Jay nestled in against their sides. Hands began tracing, attending the wolf's rounded middle in slow, deep kneading rubs. Scritching in circles as the wolf cozied, nosing and nibbling here or there with appreciation. His eyes lidded with his smile as wide as it possibly could be.. And quite losing himself in the comfortable attentions, Forest savored them, until his belly gave an audible, bubbling gurgle, bringing his, Jay's and Freaky's attentions all back to it.

'...Oops.' murmured forest, looking guilty and suddenly bashful again. '...I must have been hungrier than I thought.. I was sure I had that under control.' He gulped lightly, pawwing his softening middle over gently. Freaky blinked a little bit, looking to Jay, who grinned amusedly. The raichu shook his head with a smile, and squeezed Forest in a soft hug. 'Silly Wuffin.'

Forest could quite comfortably have permitted himself to drift off to sleep, with all the modest attentions.. Until he heard a prompt knock at the door. It opened a moment later, permitting two other familiar faces into his humble abode. A tall, white-furred rabbit adjusting a scarlet dress shirt and holding a well-wrapped gift, flanked by a slightly short rabbit with silky ebon fur and a wonderfully cut midnight blue dress and blouse.

'Happy birthday, woffle.' grinned Teio as he neatly added his gift atop Forest's lap. He eyed over that belly, giving it a soft rub, before the black rabbit scooted him aside with a playful tut. 'I see we're too late for cake, then?' smiled Trisha, holding Forest's face in her piercing hazelnut gaze. The wolf flustered a little bit, blushing mildly under his grey and white fur. 'W-Well no, there's still some.. or.. a whole one left.' swallowed the wolf, smiling to see more of his friends. 'Wonderful!' smiled Trish, leaning in to give the wolf's cheek a warm kiss. 'Happy Birthday, Sugar.'

Looking about at his friends and wagging keenly against Freaky's side, Forest nodded, smiling. 'It really is, yeah.'
