Chapter 4
It did not take long for Kiyo and Sakura pack up and leave for the city.
"I don't know about you but I'm glad to be out of those woods," Kiyo said.
"What is it like in your home town?" Sakura asked while putting on her sunglasses.
"It is a small town. Not many things go on there though." He said. After a two-hour drive, they arrived at Kiyo's house. Sakura was very nervous when one of the neighbors walked over to greet them. "Well look who came back from the wild" on of them joked.
"Shut up Danielle" Kiyo spat. Danielle was about to reply when she noticed Sakura. "Aren't you going to introduce me to your friend," she said with a smirk. Therefore, Kiyo introduced Sakura to Danielle. "She is your older cousin? Sakura asked. "Yeah she is the annoying little troll that used to beat me up when I was four years old." he said.
"So tell me how Kiyo saved you" Danielle interrupted Sakura was surprised that little human female knew so much about canines. "She is a bit of a wolf fanatic," Kiyo whispered. Sakura decided to tell Danielle how she met Kiyo. After about an hour of talking, she finally went back to her house and Kiyo and Sakura went to theirs. Kiyo still could get last night out of his head. He knew that something was not right with Pyro but he decided to think about that later. Sakura was like a kid in a candy store. She explored every inch of the house. Sakura heard Kiyo calling her so she cut her exploration short. Kiyo was nervous about how he should ask her about last night. He came back to reality when he felt a paw on his shoulder. "Is there something wrong?" Sakura asked with a look of concern. Kiyo knew if he was going to tell her how he felt it was now or never. "Can I ask you a personal question Sakura?"
"Sure" she replied
"Did you mean what you said last night about me being the only the only person you cared about? He asked nervously. Sakura smiled and took of her sunglasses. "I meant every word". She said. Before Kiyo could reply the heard an explosion outside. They ran out of the house to see what was going on. What Kiyo saw made his heart race. Pyro had come to neighborhood and was casing a panic. Pyro started sniffing the air and looked right at Kiyo. "So we meet again human and you have that fur with you this time." he said with an evil grin. Kiyo final got a good look at him. He was well muscled and he had blood red scales. His head had three horns two on the back of his skull and one on the top of his snout. His wingspan was at least six feet wide. Pyro himself stood at eight feet tall not including his six-foot long tail. "What are you doing here?" Kiyo demanded.
"I'm only having a little fun human." Pyro said with a laugh. Pyro's right paw started to glow and a large fireball appeared in his palm. Kiyo knew he was aiming for Sakura and was about to warn her when another dragon appeared and grabbed Pyro's wrist so he could not complete his attack. "What the hell are you doing Athena?" he hissed.
"Your orders are to check out the area not destroy it." She said calmly. Then she looked at Kiyo while still keeping a tight grip on Pyro's wrist. "I apologize for any trouble my older brother caused." She said with a bow. Kiyo was amazed at how strong she was. Athena was only six foot nine almost half Pyro's size and yet she was able to stop him like nothing at all. "Why are you here?" Kiyo asked. "That doesn't concern you at the moment human the sleeping gas in this area is starting to were off and we must going now" before Kiyo or Sakura could respond the two dragons disappeared in a cloud of smoke. Kiyo then noticed that all the damage was gone and there was no evidence of a dragon rampage at all. "Kiyo we should get back inside." Sakura said. Kiyo nodded and followed the canine back inside the house. When they got inside Sakura decided to go take a nap. After a few hours, Sakura woke and remembered what Kiyo asked her before the dragons showed up. She also wondered why they were on earth in the first place but she was not going let it bother her. She knew now that Kiyo had feelings for her even though he did not say it directly. She decided that if Kiyo kept treating her well like he been she would take him for a mate. When she left her room, she saw a note on her door that said Gone shopping be back later. After reading the note, she decided to go watch TV. Meanwhile at the store Kiyo was having hard time finding new cloths for Sakura. Things only got worse when he got near the fem furs underwear section. Kiyo would not go in there for two reasons first he was alone and the second was he did not exactly know Sakura's bra size he had a good idea but was not certain. He was about to leave when he bumped into a female husky with yellow eyes. "Sorry about that." she said holding out her paw to help Kiyo. He took her paw and she pulled him up with little effort. "Thanks" he said. "Shopping for your girlfriend I see she said pointing at the close in his cart." Kiyo blushed and said "she is not my girlfriend just a very close friend." She smiled after hearing that. Just incase you didn't know Sakura has 48 F cup I will get it for you so you don't feel awkward." Kiyo was speechless. Just as the husky came back the bra Kiyo asked, "How do you know Sakura and how did you know she was living with me?" "That easy she is my little sister after all and I know she is living with you because I can smell her one you." she said. "You must be Julie then" Kiyo said. "She told you about me didn't she?" Julie said with a sad look on her face. Kiyo nodded. I admit what I did to her was unforgivable and I know she hates and I deserve it. Can you please take me to see her so I can tell her how sorry I am? Kiyo thought for a moment and agreed. As they were leaving the store, all of the staff was addressing Julie as Ms. J and she told Kiyo that she was the owner. After a short drive, they arrived at Kiyo's house. When he opened the door Sakura got up to greet him but stopped dead in her tracks when she saw Julie. "What the hell are you doing here?" Sakura growled. Kiyo was shocked. He has never seen Sakura this angry before. Julie lowered her head with her ears back in submission. "I didn't come here to fight Sakura. I came here to tell you how sorry I am. I know you hate me and I deserve it. What I did to you was unforgivable and there is no way I can make it up to you. All I can ask is that could you try to forgive me please. Julie begged. After those words, Julie broke down sobbing. Sakura relaxed a little bit, walked over to her sobbing sister, and hugged her tightly while she started to cry herself. I forgive you," she whispered in Julie's ear. When she heard, Sakura say that Julie started to calm down. Kiyo could not help but smile. He was glad that Sakura was able to put the past behind her. Sakura and Julie were no longer enemies they were a family again. To be continued....
