"Acting Captain's Log...

Stardate: 180107 point 9

Commander Shon Tempest Reporting...

Captain Richard Nicholson has been removed from command of this vessel and I have taken the role of commanding officer.

The entity that had inhabited the Warrior has agreed to be transferred to the derelict U.S.S. Republic after we have completed repairs to the vessel. The U.S.S. Agamemnon, an Excalibur Class vessel in onroute to rendezvous with parts and engineering supplies needed to repair the Republic as the new "body" for this entity known only as "Warrior".

It is thanks to "Warrior" and the heroic efforts of Commander Val'sha that we have been able to convince Victorious to prevent a full scale conflict and Commander Val'sha has volunteered to stay with Victorious as she attempts to teach it about the Federation.

It appears that we are not so different, these "entities" have a huge desire to learn and expand their knowledge just as we do. It just proves what Captain Frostmane said to me once that;

"Most lifeforms in the universe want the same thing Shon, safety, sustainability and something new to explore".

I will certainly take that lesson to heart.

The Agamemnon has also brought some personal joyful news to me and the rest of the old Republic crew, the U.S.S. Arizona somehow made it back to Federation space and survived our encounter with the entity.

I am looking forward to meeting with Captain Velde when we get back to Earth.

All the former crew of the Republic and the Victorious have been transferred to the Warrior and we are to make our way back to Earth when it arrives for debriefing.

Lieutenant Commander Muraco was in bad shape and has been suffering from recurring nightmares and traumatic episodes since he was released from Victorious's control. I only know that it will take time for him to recover.

With over twenty years worth of stories and experiences to tell. I am sure that it is going to be a very long debriefing...
