Punishment Game: Prologue
Cold, that was what the male brown hare was as he stood outside the shopping center corner rubbing his arms together as snow drifted down on his head. Exim Avalon had recently run away from his home of seventeen years unable to take the abuse his family doled out on him as the first born of nearly seventeen, if it was any indication the number of siblings was directly related to his parents copious amount of fucking that his mother was basically a baby bunny factory in service every year. There would be an eighteenth on January in a few weeks and Exim had enough of it. As the oldest it was his job to be the responsible hard working parent while his actual parents screwed around quite literally. Finally after saving enough in a secret fund Exim abandoned the Avalon house hold and the name disowning himself from that freaky family, he had too many close encounters with his depraved sisters after their first cock to count and wasn't going to become some weird incest driven pervert pedophile.
Although through all best laid plans lays the road to hell as Exim found that nobody was willing to lease or rent to a non emancipated youth, a run away. So there he sat shivering in his winter coat and pants luckily the Lagomorph did have funds to buy what he needed and presently was burning through them at a motel of dubious quality where they would allow a minor to rent a room with cold cash. After getting his fill of freezing death Exim retreated to his room shutting the door tight, the inside was dingy and dirty and smelled but it was just as bad if not better than where he came from with all those children running around it was bound to stink. Best of all Exim was alone he laid himself out on the barely covered bed and looked at the ceiling, he quit his job so his parents couldn't track him or his money, he was sure they cared about at least one of them and in his heart he felt a little remorse for leaving his brothers and sisters but he couldn't do much when he couldn't find a place himself he promised himself when things got better, when he found a stable non humiliating job, when he turned eighteen and could get his own house that was when he'd return and take anyone who wanted to escape with him but for now he just needed to bide his time.
Closing his eyes he felt a heavy sleep fall over him like a curtain unaware of the gas being pumped into the room, a white tigress standing over a set of monitors there was a good crop for her delightful game this round especially the brown hare, he looked like he had the most potential out of all of them. Nine individuals all with different reasons for being there, found themselves gassed to sleep in their motel rooms, unaware as a fleet of organized man-servants dressed in black tuxedos lifted them from their beds and relocated them to an underground facility far away from the dingy hotel.
"Wake up boys and girls, it's time to play" The tigress announced over the monitor as Exim and the other eight awoke strapped nude to a chair with their arms and legs restrained by thick metal shackles a heavy collar around their neck with thick padding and circuitry and a dim light above them. Slowly coming to consciousness Exim struggled and thrashed against his bods full of uncharacteristic energy as he began to settle he noticed eight other chairs all facing one another in a circle. "Welcome all you lost and forgotten souls, for various reasons you found yourself taking refuge in my selection center making you a target of interest to myself, I've studied your lives and I must say I am quite appalled at how some of you have been living but fret not my dearies I have come to make you an offer." The tigress smiled purring as her tail curled around her waist. "Play my elimination game, survive until the end, win and a grand prize will be yours a single wish so long as it is a plausible one, lose and you are rid of your old lives those who are eliminated will become property of me, Mistress Eva Kern, and serve at my beck and call as lets say involuntary indentured servants." Eva chuckled watching the look of panic spread over the nine players faces. "You have two minutes to decide if you are going to play or if you will voluntarily forfeit." Eva clicked the switch on the microphone and sat back in a regal style throne watching as the restrained individuals spoke among themselves.
"Fuck this, FUCK THIS!" Exim cried out his eyes scanning over the others, A female Feline, a male Lion, a female Labrador, a female Panda, a male Elephant, a male Otter, A female Deer, A male Fox including himself. "We need to turn her down, its not worth it!" Exim reasoned and the others looked at one another.
"I'm going to play." The lion responded with a thick and swarthy voice his mane squished beneath his collar. "Life's too short not to take risks for great rewards!" He seemed the stupid type who shouted Yolo when they were about to do something potentially dangerous only much too old maybe carpe diem was more appropriate.
"I'm with him." The female deer responded next her body was slender and luscious she was likely very popular in the outer world.
"Ditto!" The fox chimed in golden hair and beady brown eyes, smaller than the rest of them a micro species.
"I'm not going anywhere without my boo" The otter replied in response to the fox
"There's no guarantee that she'll let us go, she only asked if we wanted to eliminate ourselves." The female feline said with a cold and piercing logic the others nodding all were in agreement they would play, Exim sighed and hung his head.
"Yeah fine, you're right, someone that tricky wouldn't just agree to let us go because we said so...." He looked up at the other eight and they sat silently exchanging glances.
"Well I see you've all come to a decision, then, allow me to formally introduce Group A." A spotlight shone down on Exim. "Exim seventeen year old vagabond and runaway." The light moved to the female feline. "Mary seventeen year old student and prostitute." The feline turned bright red as the others looked at her. "Osirus thirty five year old adventurer and rapist." The lion smirked proudly. "Chloe twenty nine year old nurse and nymphomaniac." The light moved to the panda "Terry nineteen year old model and drug addict." The panda said nothing the spotlight continued. "Dale twenty five year old convict." it stopped on the otter then moved to the fox "Brian twenty seven year old marine and arms dealer." The last few remained moving to the elephant. "Zachary twenty eight year old college student and identity thief" Last was the lab girl "Jackie high school student and delinquent." Eva finished the introductions including everyone's profession and crime. The room was silent as everyone looked at one another and then the locks clicked and they were allowed to stand each one intimidated by the other keeping their distance.
This was the start of the event that would change the lives of nine people, a game of risk and reward, of chance and fate, of reward and punishment.
